Purchased/ Ordered a pack of leggings worth rs.1040/- through prepaid method on 29th July 2016. It's been 1 month and I haven't received my product yet. Called innumerable times, sent mails, asked them to refund my money, but they kept saying"in just 2 days you'll receive your product...", its been a month now. Want to file a case against them because its a fraud company. Not only me, they've done this with almost all their customers ( http://www.complaintboard.in/complaints-reviews/voonik-l396157.html )
Please help.
