I have ordered 5 items in voonik on 03 july 2016 and cancelled 3 items and got refund only for one item. From the day july 9th 2016 i'm in fought with voonik for rs.1000 and still unable to get my money. As i mentioned above i ordered 5 items in voonik with order no: r[protected] and cancelled 3 items of the same order. I got a refund of rs.675 for ethnic straight suit (Code: 3360020) and didn't got refund for white kurti (Code : 4797496) and kurti (Code: 4797500) for the same order no:r[protected]. When i ever i asked for an update i will get the following reply "we have forwarded your issue to the concerned team and we will work on your case on priority. We will update you on the status, within 48 hours."

              Purchased/ Ordered a pack of leggings worth rs.1040/- through prepaid method on 29th July 2016. It's been 1 month and I haven't received my product yet. Called innumerable times, sent mails, asked them to refund my money, but they kept saying"in just 2 days you'll receive your product...", its been a month now.                   We had processed the refund in your Voonik credits. If you wish to get the refund in bank account, please follow the procedure to transfer credits in bank:

                  Login in website/App > Go to My Order > Select the order for which refund is given in VC > Click on Transfer credits to Bank > Fill the bank details > Submit
                  Refund will be initiated within 24 hours and refund will reflect within 3-5 working days.

                      I have received my refund of Rs 771. I would especially like to thank Nawaz. I spoke to him on August 20 last and he did exactly what previous 3 care rep did not do. Voonik do thank him from my end. There are no website to thank your support team so i had to thank him and your company as well from this complaint website. Would love to order more!!!

                          I m very upset from voonik first they delayed my product ten days it should be delivered till 18 Aug but I received on 29 Aug.after receiving late product I m getting the wrong product now I have another issue to send photos and wait for the the product s to be refunded
                          I have ordered a bhavana creations Bollywood new sarees of grey colour but I received the wrong product which is red colour saree, I just want to refund it

On checking with them they are not able to deliver till today. still not delivered and they are not returning my money.
