        Myorder no : r[protected]Prepaid) placed on 2nd of this month. I have to get products 12th of this month as per delivery date given by voonik. I have received only two products out of three..
        3 times i have called to customer care they said order was cancelled by voonik & will get get refund in 24 to 48 hours. I asked the message about refund, they said they will send message. Why i did not get cancellation and refund message. Why is the delay. Without having stock why voonik collected money. Today is 20th 9 extra days over. No refund no cancellation information waste service. Why customer care have to tell lies. Very very bad.
        Please provide refund don't blame customers, other companies giving refund soon. Very bad

          Hi,

          I have received a top from mayra (mayra partywaer top brown 15t050831) (voonik) on 18th july 2016 but the product is not as it was shown in the voonik website. so i was trying to return it but status of the product delivery is not updated on voonik website, its still in 'processed '. its asking for 5 digit authorization number but i am not able to find that number in the invoice.

          Please let me know where can i see the authorization number or the other way to return the product.

              Dear sir,
              I have ordered two sarees from voonik and my order number was r[protected]Code no: 2457866, 1168973) but i wasn’t satisfied with the product as well as quality so i sent a request message to get back the product from us on 30th april.. On behalf of voonik a person came and get back the product from us on 2nd of may (Request id no: p86347938, p[protected] and i sent my bank details to refund the money, but still now (Ie. Nearly two and half months) i didn’t receive not even a single penny from your side.. But for the name sake u people are sending msgs alone that we cant able to process of refunding because of the bank details.. I want to know whether i will get my money back or u people making fool o[censored]s..

              I have order products on voonik there is Lake of information related to delivery and in one attempt if person not available there should be a second visit by voonik but in first visit only if person not available they cancel the order

                  First i should say, i am not at all happy with your dealing. This is my first dealing with voonik. Comparing with snapdeal and craftsvilla yours is poor. I have placed order for 8 items. Till now you delivered 7 items, outof that 3 items different. Now after payment of the items i have to wait for your mercy. I came for a short vacation, and i am not in a position to wait long for the original items i have ordered.2 times i have called customer service, no use. So please do something. (Bineetha hariharan)

                      two times i called customer, charging 8 rupees per call, just listening music and no response, telling we are unable to take call, now initiated refund, no response. it seems cheating the people

                          I have ordered saree of cost rs 588/- the product was ordered on 21st june 16 and they have provided the delivery date 2nd july 16. Hence there was no sign of product delivery and i have cancelled the order on 5th july 16 beacuse product was not deliver on time.

                          Once i cancelled the order i was accepting my refund within 4 working days, hence there is no iniative on refunding the money. I called them lot of times 3 call per day till today and they are responding me stating that they are processing the my cancellation request and will refund next day.

                          Voonik tech company is not provinding any confidence statement towards my loss as i am suffering from this issue or concern since last 10 days but there is not sympathi from other end.

                          Every time i call the service center they give me false statement for eg: we have not seen your request it is in log and will process it and they themselve start blaming each other stating that previous advisor might forgot to proceess or he\she dont know how to process it.

                          This is major complaint against voonik tech company as if now i lost my time, money and every day calls charge.

                          Please do some serious business for better prospect, treat customer well and so you will do well in future.

                              I shri arindam mondal from kolkata place a order for kurti (order no. r[protected] on 15.06.16 in voonik and i already paid for it. still i am waiting for the delivery from then. but now they are not delivering the product. i think customer satisfaction is a matter of joke to them. i don't know why they open this company. their customer care no. is not working, no one receive the phone. the minimum range of customer service is not available from the company. it is nothing but the customer harassment.

                              I Shri Arindam Mondal from kolkata place a order for kurti (order no.R[protected]on 15.06.16 in voonik and i already paid for it.                                 I had placed an order of designer red and orange silk and net designer saree from janki fashion vid order no. r[protected] on 23.05.2016. order was placed on cod of worth rs. 999 + delivery charges (rs 77/-)= rs 1076/-.
                                But the material received on 07.07.2016 (after almost 45 days of placing the order) and that to of different color and very poor quality (it looks as if it would worth not more than rs. 200/- considering the quality!!!). the return process as mentioned in the site is not working. also contact no. given does not exist. i've been continuously trying (both website & app) to return the order, but the site gets logged out automatically once the bank details are entered. kindly look into the matter.

                                    This is in reference to order no. r[protected] containing seven items dated 4th july, 2016.

                                    The amount of rs 4222.10 was paid by allahabad debit card but by mistake payment was deducted 2 times for the same order.

                                    Find attached the mini statement of the transaction done 2 times from my debit card.

                                    Kindly check and return rs 4222.10 + amount of rs 3797/- for the following items:

                                    1. silkone's designer black mallika printed party wear saree of rs 599/-

                                    2. ishin faux georgette yellow & black printed women's saree of rs 354/-

                                    3. gmi pink stried top-0 casual cape sleeve striped women's top of rs 299 + 28 (shipping charge) =rs 327/-

                                    4. rizom set of 6 cotton leggings of rs 639/-

                                    5. oleva ladies lam lam jeggings olam_jz_pack of 4 of rs 899/-

                                    6. designer printed spider suit of rs 380/-

                                    7. silkone designer printed ak rani party wear saree of rs 599/-

                                    Kindly do the needful and refund the amount of 4222.10 + 3797 = rs 8019.10/- in the same bank account.

                                        I purchased a 2 sarees and 2 tops, in which the product quality which was mentioned, was not at all the same. it was totally different, the other saree which i got, the color was not the color which was shown. i went to my track and ordered for the return of the products. it asked for bank details and all. i filled it. after that i dint get any confirmation or acknowledgement of the submission. but when it comes to payment, i get many msgs to keep the amt ready. i called the customer care many times, i dint reach any guy from the customer care after being on line for a long time.
