      My order no. R[protected] expected delivery date was on 12 aug but still now the product has not been delievered. Previously one more product i ordered with my voonik credit for which i have waited 1 month but till now neither that product got delivered nor my voonik credit is refunded. I[censored] all are facing prblm toe deliver goods on jsr than tells us than we will not buy anything from ur app. Seriously voonik is becoming horrible. And if today my order will not be delivered than u goona face my anger and a very bad remark.

                I have placed an order with orderid R[protected] on June 30th 2016.Two items of the order has been delivered and in that one of the item, I have requested for size exchange.

                It has been reverse picked up on July 9th and the reverse pickup receipt and the scanned copy of reverse pick-up receiptI have sent to the voonik customer care team 3 times.Every time they will reply to my mail assuring me that due to technical issues in their logistics team, the delivery is delayed and it will be delivered in another 5-7 working days. One month is over since I returned th product, no updates or tracking details.

                I have lost my money and time and I feel like being cheated. Extemely unsatisfied and dissappointed over voonik.

                  I had ordered 2 sarees, for which the amount was debited from my account but neither had i received any order confirmation, nor the amount has been reverted back to my account, when i called up voonik they asked me to place a fresh booking saying they have not received the payment. I guess the amount is stuck in the payment gateway so please initiate refund back to my account. Would appreciate if you can get this issue resolved asap!!!

                    We have requested for return order forr[protected] from last 45 days however no response from customer service and still some of my refund amount not credited until now..

                    The quality of of dress is very cheap and poor.. Whatever they display in website is fake.. It's an horrible experience with this company.

                    Please don't order any product in future as it's not worth buying even to gift a maid...

                      Hello i have ordered for a whilte and pink kurta of order number R[protected] by cash on delivery on[protected] and i got the product delivered on[protected]. The product was delivered by delivery.Instead of the product i have ordered i got a semi stitched kurta which was not mentioned anywhere while viewing the product so i kept it for return on the next day of delivery. While in the returning process i choose voonik credit instead of bank transfer. Now my problem is that i want my refund into my bank account so what is the solution for this?

                      Hi,

                      I have ordered for a kurta of order number R[protected] by cash on delivery on 15 May 2017 and I got the product delivered on 15 May 2016. I ordered "Small" size but it not properly fit me so I return the product While in the returning process I choose voonik credit instead of bank transfer. Now my problem is that I want my refund into my bank account so what is the solution for this. The product price is 499Rs.

                      I tried this but I was not able to show any option for transfer Voonic credit to bank account. Login in website/App > Go to My Order > Select the order for which refund is given in VC > Click on Transfer credits to Bank > Fill the bank details > Submit
                      How to use credit balance while payment. There is no option available to use credit.

                      Please advise

                        I order two ethic wear from voonik.com and had the worst experience ever for the following reasons

                        1) nowhere on the site it was mentioned that the product i ordered were semi stitched. U are miss guiding customers by labeling them as kurtis whereas they are actually only semi stitched dress matrials

                        2) i ordered one 2xl size and one 4xl size dresses. According to ur size guide chart 2xl has bust 44 and 4xl has bust 46-48. When i measured both the dresses had unstitched bust of only 42. So i decided to return both

                        3) two separate courier services were allotted for the pick up of both these kurtis which is major goofup at your end, and usen communication to customer stating multiple attempt to pick up failed. Whereas one of the courier has actually picked up the return

                        I guess there are major defaults at each and every stage o[censored]r transactions with customer and this is truly disappointing. I hope this communication reaches the highest possible communication channel available at voonik

                          My order for ishin printed fashion blue saree by vendor-agrawal enterprises

                          I got an sms on 30/7/16 that my order is delivered to me. Immediately i informed your customer help that i did not receive the item. May be the courier delivered to a wrong party. Voonik people assured me after three complaints from by email that they will look into the matter and inform me within 72 hours, on 1/8/16 by email. That's it. Till now no other communication even after my latest complaint today.

                                      I purchased two sarees from voonik on[protected], order id r[protected] and not satisfied with the quality. Hence i requested for a return and refund, however i got a refund for one saree which was not delivered and i have not got refund for another saree which is delivered and still lying with me. I have called you people tons of time and every time they will assure they will collect the saree and refund. Its been three months and i am still waiting for you guys turn up. When i called yesterday they informed saying they cannot accept return as number of days exceeded. But i have initiated return for both the sarees at same time 06-may-2016 immediately after delivery.
                                      They didn't initiated my request and not informed till yesterday that they cannot accept return now. Please escalate this issue and collect your saree and refund money to my amount as my request is on 16th may.
