Material is not good. Saree border is not satin material and the body material also not good. In picture it's seens awesome design. But when I received the saree im nit satisfied. This my 7th order.
Please change the product.

    Actually i have ordered a saree firstly u have confirmed the order even i asked many times by calling u people told that it will come by this n that date but on the day of delivery ur sudden mail appears that the stock is out this u must see before booking now i want that saree soon will i be able to get it just answer me soon this is totally unexpected from u people please sort this issue as soon as possible.

    Obtained a damaged saree on ordering for a saree after paying online .. Order was made on 14.9.2015 and product was obtained on 20.9.2015. On opening i realised that the saree has 4 tears

      I had returned the above saree bearing order no:R[protected] on 11th may. i have received one msg that ur refund of rs1349/- rs-1299(lehanga), has been initiated. After 2days i have not received the refund amt in my account but it was credited to voonik.as i have clearly mentioned that i want this amt in my bank account though its been credited to voonik account. than i called to ur customer care. dey were not reachable even after calling them many time. But nothing happened. Whereas i ma regular online purchaser from flipkart & myntra, the refund amt credited within 3 days... As we blindly rely on the above companies. Kindly credit my refund amt soon to my given account no.

        I have ordered pink xl kurta but received yellow xxxl kurta. I am very disappointed with voonik and want my complain to be look forward and resolved as early as possible. Hope i don't have to complain or call again. I want my code and delivery chargers to be also included in voonik credit as it's the companies fault and the customer should not pay for it.           Voonik Credits are cash equivalents which you receive in your Voonik account. By value, 1 Voonik credit point = Rs 1.Please login from your registered email-Id only. Once you fill your address, you just need to select the option ''Apply credits''. The amount will be deducted from the Grand total. This is applicable for prepaid orders only.In case the amount of the product is more than the Voonik credits, the difference amount will be debited from your card(Credit/debit/net banking).

            I have placed an order bearing no r[protected] for a saree. But instead of that i have received a dress material. It is highly unacceptable. I want to return back the product and refund back my money. I have chosen voonik credit at the time of return in web site. But now i want my money back as soon as possible as for two consecutive times i have been cheated by voonik. At first time you have cancelled my order and for the second time i have received totally different product from that i have chosen. I have given several mails to [protected]@voonik.com but i have not received a single reply from their end. I have decided not to visit that fraud website ever again.

                    Ordered from voonik and due to size issue got replaced and then also the size was not proper so i sent it for refund, the pickup was done on 3rd april i gave the product to the delhivery courier executive from my own hands and i clearly remember the date n time of the arranged pickup as i have the sms sent from delhivery courier.. I asked voonik to give my money back but they refused bcz they dont have any details regarding the pickup.. I am a regular customer of voonik, there customer service is worst service.. Kindly do the needful my money is still with them..

                        I have purchased 20 items from Voonik, out of which I have returned 8 items due to lot of issues with products worth Rs. 2735 but my Voonik Account is credited with only Rs. 1718.

                        I want the rest of the money i.e., Rs. 1017 to be credited in my account as soon as possible.

                        The worst part is, I opted for PAYMENT ROLLBACK to my account from which I did the payment (My Credit Card) but still I am forcefully given Voonik Credits.

                        I never had such a bad experience, there are other websites that credits the amount as per the payment done.

                        The Customer Care Numbers [protected] / [protected] provided are of no use, Calls are never transferred to the operators.

                        VOONIK IS THE CHEAPEST SITE I HAVE EVER COME AC-CROSSED.
                        CHEAP IN SERVICE PRODUCTS QUALITY AND EVERYTHING POSSIBLE.

                        More over I still didn't receive one of my item yet, when tracked it just shows "ORDER PLACED"

                        Voonik needs lot o[censored]pgrades and safety, highly NOT RECOMMENDED to anyone.

                        It would be better if the team look into this matter as priority, or else I will have to take strict actions against your policies.

                                    I had ordered Designer Half Half saree of purple and grey color but I received a saree of very low quality which may ranges about 100 rs and was also different from what i ordered.                                       because of poor quality & short length i returned that pieces on 02.05.2016 to customer executive person. He said that The Company will return money in 4 days of return but till now we are not received our money (rs. 767.00) back. please take action about this.

                                        I was order saree and I was recived suit. Amount I paid is 976/-. And the shipment delivered to me today 4-5-2016. I m continusly calling on customer care no but they are not picking my calls.
                                        I want refund my money otherwise I will take strict action against vendor or suppler.
