I have ordered a saree from voonik.
They have provided me the bad materiel. I requested for refund and returned their product. Since then i am chasing them however i have not got my money back.
Whenever i call i stay in ivr but my phone never answered.

Once the call lucky connected, i talked to manager as well. He assured me that money will be returned however i didnt get yet.

Login in website/App > Go to My Order > Select the order for which refund is given in VC > Click on Transfer credits to Bank > Fill the bank details > Submit
Refund will be initiated within 24 hours and refund will reflect within 3-5 working days.

    This is with reference to voonik tech complaint status update id : 1327837.
    This is to inform you that after doing regular complaint till date i had not received the refund payment of my two sarees which i returned 2 months before. Such a attitude will hamper your market image as this feedback will be circulated in the market.

    If i will not receive my refund within a week than this case will be filled in consumer protection act and your company has to answer on that forum.

        I have ordered a new forever pink shink dress and returned it back on the very next day. I got a msg from voonik that i will be recieving the amount within 7-10 working days in voonik credit as it was cod, its been 20 days yet i didnt receive my money.. I called customer care more than 4 times no action has been taken.. I have mailed photocopy of my return slip too.. Kindly look into it and resolve my problem as soon as possible

          Very bad experience with voonik delivery services: product status says as "delivered" but i haven't received any product.

          I have ordered the product on 5thjuly, 2016.
          After a month as well i have not received the product.
          Called to the customer care executive, they are saying, they will escalate the request but still no input from them.

            I thought that voonik is a reputed company with good quality items. But it in my experienced i cannot believe or recommend anybody about voonik products. The product is very bad quality. I ordered abeautiful silk saree code no:2862638. But i receieved a bad quality saree which is very cheapest too. It is really cheating. I paid rs. 476 for it.

              I have ordered a black yellow georgatte dress and returned it back on the very next day.I got a msg from voonik that i will be recieving the amount within 7-10 working days in voonik credit as it was COD, but till now after 14 days i havent received as voonik credit or in my account.kindly refund my money else being employee of supreme court i will take action against your website.

                I ordered a saree on 15 July 2016 AWB no:EZ[protected]N voonik order no:R[protected] and reached the same on 25/07/2016 .But I want to return the product because it is not as per the standard shown in the picture and this is completely mismatch the picture. so please let me know the process for returning the product and return my money as soon as possible.

                  The service is so poor. I ordered three products after few days they sent messages that delivery is not possible in the area so they didn't deliver the products and when the money was asked to refund they are not refunding money after complaining to them so many times. Three days back when i called lady said that money is refunded but only one half amount was refunded, not even proper management

                    My product no. R[protected] is nt delivered yet.. I have ordered it on 1july 2016.. Its been a month now.. When i ask at customer service they everytime say plz wait for 24 hrs.. Bt no response after dat.. Expected delivery was on 11th july 2016.. When i try to call them they didn't answered my call.. I have already paid for the product..                           I purchased 2 items from voonik on 03.07.2016. Order no. Is r[protected]. I returned both items as fabric was of poor quality. The courier guy from delhivery came and gave us receipt for only one item and not the other even though he picked up both. So voonik only refunded half the amount as both the dresses were for the same amount. I raised a complaint with mobikwik and voonik but voonik flatly refused to entertain my complaint as i did not have the second receipt. I called up delhivery who gave me the tracking number for the second item which showed up on delhivery website with the voonik order number. Even then voonik did not refund the amount. Even after later acknowledging the receipt of second item i still have not received the refund. People please be aware of dealing with this company.

                              I have ordered apparels from voonik.com on june 15, 2016 and the product quality was not up to the mark. Thus, returned the product on june 19, 2016. I received confirmation of return from the company too. But the refunded amount is not yet deposited in bank account as claimed by voonik.com. Now the company is not responding to my calls and complains and making me fool since 40 days. I don't know what to do now. Its fraud website the people sitting on their customer care are big thugs. Please help me getting my money back.

                                I have orderes saree vide order no. R[protected], same has been delivered to me on 24 july 16 however seeing the products quality i want ti return the same.

                                I am trying to return it but your sitd as clicked on return tab throws below error

                                "sorry, we are currently experiencing high load. Please visit us back in 5mins".

                                I am trying this from last 2 days but getting same error.

                                I want to return this product.

                                  Ordered 4 items from vonik last month and returned all 4 items under this order id due to poor fabric quality and in website its showing refund initiated for more 20 days but i didnt receive it. Tried calling customer care and i am getting standard reply that i will get it in next 48 hours but my time and mobile bill only getting waste. Help me to get my money back.

                                      When i selected the item (designer saree - pls refer my latest order which was made on 24th july for more details) it showed rate as 599 with no delivery charge but from my account 628 got deducted.
                                      I am not even able to see my order summary in voonik app...
                                      Kundly refund thr extra money deducted

                                        I order kurti from ur site as your giving information as it is kurti but i received only material and now ur saying that self courier i[censored] dont know then i would like to tell u that even in ur return policy u dont mentioned that customer needs to self courier it. It was worst experience to shopping with you. I am trying to call you from two days every time call goes on hold they told m all our customer executive are busy. What the hell are u doing guys.


                                        I will suggest every one please don't buy anything from this site it is wastage on money and time.
