Kindly find the below snap for which i had raised the complaint to customer care service on voonik chat for didn't received any prior intimation about delivery of product. for which i was not present to patch my product on mentioned address.
After which, on the next day i was suppose to to deliver my order. but, still i haven't received it. this is a very poor service provided to customer, and i don't understand why your delivery boys are not able to reach the given address.
This is not the first time that i'm buying an online product. i had buyed many online products for which the delivery boys use to deliver the product to my home. whereas, your delivery guy is asking us to patch the product from chembur, as he is not able to reach my address. if you are able me deliver my product to my place than please do let me know, so that i can cancel the order.
If is this your service towards customer than i am sorry to say, that this is a very bad service given to me.
Waiting for kind revert to this mail and status towards the delivery of my order.
