'select a reason'? r u kidding??!! i'm totally upset about the first shopping experience from voonik.com.
Today i received this product, and i want to return this product because :
1. wrong product,
2. no level/ tag/size
3. no bill
4. not proper packaging
5. size and fit issue
6. quality not appropriate for the price (i'm working in manufacturing industry, i know such product making charge including raw metrical cost would be maximum rs80, and i paid rs576)
7. stitching mistake

      I had placed the order of 2 sarees and as its quality was not good so i returned both sarees on 11th june, 2016. the order no was r[protected], r[protected].
      On 15th june 2016 i received the message that both products are returned and within 48 hours your payment will be transferred to your account. on 1st july i received the payment rs 810.87 for order no. r[protected]. but till date i have not received the payment of order no. r[protected]. i had called no. of times to call center but every time i got the response that our executives are busy right now.

      Kindly look into the matter on priority basis and get my money refunded as soon as possible.

      Refund will be initiated within 24 hours and refund will reflect within 3-5 working days.

        Hi,

        I have received a saree from anni designer (voonik) on 3rd july 2016 but the product is not as it was shown in the voonik website. so i was trying to return it but status of the product delivery is not updated on voonik website, its still in 'processed '. its asking for 5 digit authorization number but i am not able to find that number in the invoice.

        Please let me know where can i see the authorization number or the other way to return the product.

          Here recently I ordered a lehenga (pic says it all the first one pink )now that it has come I see a totally different one (purple 😑)I don't want this creepy one. Tried to call your stupid customer care number no response just I'm wasting my balance why don't you people take some action. So here it goes every day I get a text saying that we will pick your return request now okay and bamm in the evening what I get to see sorry we are unable to pick your return request wow great👏! i want my money back rubbish dress.

              I ordered a saree on 4 jun 2016, my order no.- R[protected]. i cancel my order before shipping to my address within 4-5 days due to some quality issue. till the date now i didnt get any response from voonik side and unable to trace out the whole thing . mails to voonik care but didnt get response.

                I had marked the mail regarding your service to this mail i'd but it shows that it is invalid mail i'd.. as it is getting bounce back.
                Also,

                Dear team,

                Kindly find the below snap for which i had raised the complaint to customer care service on voonik chat for didn't received any prior intimation about delivery of product. for which i was not present to patch my product on mentioned address.

                After which, on the next day i was suppose to to deliver my order. but, still i haven't received it. this is a very poor service provided to customer, and i don't understand why your delivery boys are not able to reach the given address.

                This is not the first time that i'm buying an online product. i had buyed many online products for which the delivery boys use to deliver the product to my home. whereas, your delivery guy is asking us to patch the product from chembur, as he is not able to reach my address. if you are able me deliver my product to my place than please do let me know, so that i can cancel the order.

                If is this your service towards customer than i am sorry to say, that this is a very bad service given to me.

                Waiting for kind revert to this mail and status towards the delivery of my order.

                  My order id r[protected] had a dress called 'pink dress material ' the qaulity of the product is very cheap. the design is different from the one shown in the picture. i tried calling your customer care for return. either they dont take the call or they give wrong information, both ways my money is getting wasted. i want to return that dress now but now suddenly your company wants me to courier that back. what the hell is this? for delivering you are ready on one step but for return? no service evn in a metro city like mumbai? i want you to arrange the pick up and take your cheap cloth back and provide the refund. i am not going to courier, arrrange your pickup. horrible shopping experinece with voonik.

                    Hello,
                    I have placed an order 1 month ago my order no is r[protected] but still did not get my order. when i called customer care every time they say "we will update you in 48 hours" and nothing happens.

                    I also written to [protected]@voonik.com (ticket #1863536) and got same response "we sincerely apologize for keeping you waiting. we will update you shortly with your order status."

                    I don't know what to do. these guys neither delivering my order nor refunding my money.

                      Hello, i am one of ethnic seller in voonik. my firm name is kg-ecom. i am facing too much problem with voonik related payment issue, extra deduction, wrongly received orders. multiple deduction for single orders. never give satisfied answer. always revert that you issue will resolved within 24 to 48 hours. but they don't revert back until we remind them about issue (i waited 1 and half month for revert). when we remind them than they forward that issue to concern team. after investigate they give unsatisfied answer like we can not refund sorry. even we have all the proofs manifest their own sent mail screenshots. no solution for a single problem.infect they increase problem by do more deduction without any reason. i have collected all the proofs that shows voonik is not trusted website

                      i got mail from voonik they give statement for some orders only that we will refund in next payment cycle. payment cycle gone they say that they face system issue. as i expected voonik done this. i don't have trust on voonik.

                      and remaining orders they can't accept their mistakes even i sent them proof for wrong deduction. and they don't give a single reply to some tickets. totally worst market place i have ever seen.

                      I have total 73 orders which returned by customer. and haven't received back to my warehouse. i have raised ticket. they provide me manifest for those orders and what i see there is no single address of my warehouse for returned shipments nor our stamp and signature. they provide wrong Proof of delivery manifest. LoL and they say we deliver that product. voonik is totally fake market place.

                            we returned our product, bt still we didn"t got our money back...
                            juz do sme othr business instead of doing these kind of activity...

                                I ordered on 23rd April 2016 there were three items in the order and the payment was also made in advance.

                                1 item was delieverd, another was initiated refund and the third was sent to seller (for reasons best known to them).

                                I have not received the refund even after calling 4-5 times at the call center and have also sent many mails as reminders.

                                This is the last complaint that I am lodging before moving to the consumer forum.

                                This is for the Consumer Complaint team

                                Since the day I had posted this complaint against Voonik, I am constantly getting calls from other aggrieved customers since I had mentioned my number in the complaint.

                                I even got a call from a Hoax pretending to be Voonik and asking for credit card details to reverse my payment.

                                Please provide an option to edit the Complaint so that I may delete my mobile number from there.

                                Please have a more proactive call centre, since they always confirmed that the refund is initiated yet they never did. Now u re initiating after 3 months.

                                I have till date never receiced an email as a revert to my email complaints as well.

                                That speaks a lot about your customer care.

                                  My order no R[protected] had three dresses out of which two got delivered and the third item got shipped back to the seller.
                                  Now i am calling you since yesterday and wasting my balance but no courtesy to pick up the call. What am I supposed to do now to get my money back ?? Your order details on app are nothing more than a waste. Either deliver the pending order or refund the amount.

                                    My order no :r[protected] of size l
                                    It was delivered on time however it was slightly tight so i requested for replacement with size xl. To my dismay xl size was the same as l. Now neither can i replace or get refund.
                                    The color of the skirt size l which came first was dark blue and i likedthe color problem was that it was tight. After replacement now i ve a skirt which is tight and colour is navy blue the color which i donot like.
