Dear Manju99121, We have processed refund of 477 for your order M[protected] dated[protected]. Refund generally takes 4-5 business days to appear in bank account.
I did not get any msg about delivery please send me as soon as possible. and give me delivery date .product is unique fashion art designer cotton kurtiworth rs. 399

      I have ordered four dresses on voonik.com for rs.1724/- on 8th may 2016 (Order no. R[protected] and paid via credit card. After 3 days i received message that all the dresses were out of stock and refund is initiated. On 13th and 14th may i got refund of rs.405/- and rs.507/- (Two dress amount). But till date (26th june) i did not got back my balance amount of rs.810/-

      Atleast there is no feedback from the company regarding the refund.
      Such a negligence and irresponsibility is not expected from the company. It is not just money matter but belief and reliability. After all this i feel that voonik.com is to vooooo the money of the customers.

      I request the forum to look into it and ensure my refund back.

            Hi Team,

            I did placed an order of pink kurta, order no : R[protected].
            The tracking status shows delivered but i havent received the product. In the tracking history the last destination location is Coonoor, where as the right destination is Uthagamandalam.

            I have done a prepaid payment but disappointed that i did not get the product, It seems its been delivered to incorrect address, please get it checked and delivered to right address.

            The tracking status of the product shows its delivered to Coonoor, the destination place is uthagamandalam. I havent received the package but amount is gone, please delivered the product asap or refund the money.
            Hi,

            You have delivered to a different address without even checking the name of the receiving person or his phone number before handling the product, this is so disappointing. You must have checked the phone number or verified the address properly before delivering. It clearing stated in address as uthagamandalam but you have blindly delivered to Coonoor.
            I still have not received POD, its almost a week now.

              Recently i bought a 7 suit nd sarees in vonik which is very poor quality and the material & quailty completly differ from the photo displayed in their site, i m sure no one will prefer vonik after their very bad experience and i think they dnt have care about retaining their costumer, worst experience in my lyf..totally fake vonik company dear frds i going for return complaint againts vonik, i suggest u guys nt to prefer vonik for good sake

                Dear voonik,

                The delivery date was 21st june 2016 (After 11 days of lead time after order), yet i have not received my order number r[protected] blue suit.

                Today (22/06/2016) upon calling up the customer care service, i was told that it will take another 4-5 days. (Or they will 'try' till friday). There was no detail about why the delay is being done. No sms update, only explanation was - there was some logistics issue, which is a very vague reply.

                I would like my product to be delivered on time. As promised at the time of the order confirmation. It is a pre-paid order.

                At every point i had to call up to inquire about the order, there is no service update through sms from voonik's side.

                This is an example of poor service and fooling customers.

                Dear Voonik,

                After making me wait for 11 days you have cancelled my order today, it shows how poorly managed your working is. Which means so far whenever you have been telling me that your order is being 'dispatched', 'it is in process', for the entire week you did not even have the product with you as it was out of stock.

                You have done well fooling customers and lying to them. (although I doubt whether you shall refund my Rs.437, based on other previous customer experiences I read on this forum, who are still waiting for their money)

                Thank you for cancelling my order, I wish to do nothing more with misleading websites like yours.

The design is not the one we choose and material quality also very poor. It is different from the one which is described and displayed on your site. Surprised to see a substandard product from voonik.

                    I had returned the order r[protected] on 30th may and had been given a return-receipt from the "satender pal', the person who came to collect to the product from shadowfax and had been told that the credit points will add back to my voonik account number in 3-4 working days but i haven't received any cash return/credit note/credit points till now though its already been 20 days to that..                         The worst employees and worst process I have ever experienced is with your website Voonik.com

                        This is the whole story of the experience I am facing with your voonik .

                        Firstly - I had cancelled a product on June 10Th, Hope you can find out the with the contact number [protected], Amount was 1099, I asked twice to the customer support executive about this how many days will it take to refund the amount, She clearly said me 3 to 4 working days and, then i was waiting for 4 working days, again on june 14th I received a mail stating that i will be not getting the refund still 10wokring days and it was not even initiated, They initiated on JUne 14th and told me to wait

                        why was the wrong information given to me ?

                        And now i kept calling you cm service, People are so pathetic they do know how to speak at all, I wrote 100 of mails, They were so any good responce .

                        Floor supervisor named sourav, Even he was so rude instead of convincing and giving me an option He said it will not happen, This is the responce i have got,


                        Now Second thing- There was a return of product costing Rs, 899, And i clearly said cm service that i need in the voonik cart, But today they have initiated the refund,


                        Can you please look after your company, Are they sitting fools their, I was so happy when i placed my first order and its was so nice to shop,

                        But Mr, Sujath and voonik Team, i would like to inform you have the worst cm service,
                        They are never ever helpful,

                        Hence I have decided that i will post all this i social media Facebook twitter everywhere about this,

                        And I need an answer for giving such an worst service .

                        And I hope you are not so beggar that you cant give the refund .At least give the service properly, Its really worst worst worst.

No amount of apologies can ever compensate for the amount of discomfort that you must have gone through because of this ongoing issue.As discussed over the call we have refunded the amount Rs. 899 in your Voonik credits and Rs. 1099 is initiated on June 14th, it may take up to 7-10 business days for your bank to credit the refund amount to your account.

                          Voonik company robs people of their money giving mtnl no instead of their contact no. returns are picked up immediately the next day of mail but no refund. courier people giuves the no which just rings once & get disconnected . same product i tried on other website its delivery charges are free here pay the charges & yet not satisfied. i will order & not pay for the product will that do.

                                Order no: r[protected]. Placed order for 'ishin bhagalpuri art silk grey & beige printed saree' with product code: 4682966 on 10th june, 2016.
                                I was delivered a wrong product (Saree product code: 4365742) on[protected]. I immediately called voonik customer care and spoke to ms. Reena, who assured me that a replacement request would solve the issue as it was a mistake from the vendor's side. She said that she would specifically mention the two different product codes and make sure that i receive the one, that i had ordered for. I adhered to it and placed a replacement request on the same day.
                                This morning[protected], when i received the replacement 'parcel', it was astonishing to see a wrong saree again! This is really frustrating and not expected from voonik.
                                1) the package was an ordinary gift cover with no 'voonik label'
                                2) it was just taped with the invoice attached onto it.
                                3) finally the wrong saree again!
                                Whether it is a mistake from voonik or the vendor's, ultimately we customers are being taken for a ride with no quality and care. Atleast some care should have been taken during replacement. I was delivered the saree with product code 4365742 again after replacement. This only shows poor quality service from voonik brand. All the time, only false assurances and promises are made. This was the first time i had ordered a product (Saree) from voonik website and it has been disappointing!
                                It is time voonik amends it's ways to serve the customer better or run out of such pathetic business!
                                Right from placing the order and waiting for the product to be delivered and then replacement process and yet, after waiting for a long time, finally a wrong product was delivered again! This is seriously pathetic. I called the customer care and spoke to ms. Shraddha, who said a replacement cannot be made again and that i have to place a return request. She was clueless about her supervisors/team leads/managers and termed them 'missing'! Such service is not expected from any brand at all! I now placed a return request and hope they refund my money immediately.

                                I had orderd an Aania 3/4 sleeved red cotton kurti having order no. R[protected] and code no 6157494..But you had deliverd me an absolutely wrong product..Thats why I had consulted with the customer care and also mailed the invoice and wrong product pic..He told me that we will receive the wrong product and deliver you the product that i have orderd.Now i have received a message that the seller will pick up the product in next 72 hrs ..But what about my product that i have orderd.how could you so irresponsible.i m totally done with ur service.so i want the replacement of that wrong product with my orderd one instead of any refund.so kindly deliver me the right product as soon as possible..

                                  Order no R[protected] was nither delivered on my address nor the amount (paid in advance online) is refunding till, on app support page always replyed that "the issue is settiled in 48 hours. But after one week nothing is heard by me. All customer care reprasentative are also replied the issue is settiled in 48 hours. But after one week nothing is happen fruitful. All customer care reprasentative are only passed the time.

                                    Now I have understood this is a fraud organisation, And I am goin to complain to consumer forum if I dnt get my money within 2 hrs.

                                      I have ordered Magnificent Pink Half Embroidered Attractive Saree order no - R[protected] ordered on May 23, 2016. I have got the couriar on June 06, 2016.                                         I, prathamesh sopal, request you to deposit amount of returned product at earliest. I am sending the mail for the second time otherwise i am going to register police complaint as fraud with me. Why you are not depositing my money, i have returned product as on 24/05/2015 return order no.-r[protected], still i haven't received the amount rs.577. Kindly check the bank statement attached as you have mentioned on phone to attach the same. I had called 5 times to customer care but no one was given good response.
