Dear Mr., Sujayath,
The worst employees and worst process I have ever experienced is with your website Voonik.com
This is the whole story of the experience I am facing with your voonik .
Firstly - I had cancelled a product on June 10Th, Hope you can find out the with the contact number [protected], Amount was 1099, I asked twice to the customer support executive about this how many days will it take to refund the amount, She clearly said me 3 to 4 working days and, then i was waiting for 4 working days, again on june 14th I received a mail stating that i will be not getting the refund still 10wokring days and it was not even initiated, They initiated on JUne 14th and told me to wait
why was the wrong information given to me ?
And now i kept calling you cm service, People are so pathetic they do know how to speak at all, I wrote 100 of mails, They were so any good responce .
Floor supervisor named sourav, Even he was so rude instead of convincing and giving me an option He said it will not happen, This is the responce i have got,
Now Second thing- There was a return of product costing Rs, 899, And i clearly said cm service that i need in the voonik cart, But today they have initiated the refund,
Can you please look after your company, Are they sitting fools their, I was so happy when i placed my first order and its was so nice to shop,
But Mr, Sujath and voonik Team, i would like to inform you have the worst cm service,
They are never ever helpful,
Hence I have decided that i will post all this i social media Facebook twitter everywhere about this,
And I need an answer for giving such an worst service .
And I hope you are not so beggar that you cant give the refund .At least give the service properly, Its really worst worst worst.
Sujath, Please do work on this or else you will loose all customers.Thankful for giving the horrible experience

Apologies for the inconvenience caused. Your exasperation is justified. No amount of apologies can ever compensate for the amount of discomfort that you must have gone through because of this ongoing issue.As discussed over the call we have refunded the amount Rs. 899 in your Voonik credits and Rs. 1099 is initiated on June 14th, it may take up to 7-10 business days for your bank to credit the refund amount to your account.
