I ordered a dress material.The color shade is totally different from what it appeared in the picture.Also the design at few places like neck and dupatta is different. I would have understood if the color shade was little different but this is not at all likeable.The picture which has come along with the dress is different from what I ordered.If this picture was there on your site I would have never ordered it because this picture is actually showing the original color.Also the quality is very poor.My order id is R[protected].Order date is 30th april 2016.Delivery date is 4th May 2016.

Hello ! I had ordered two sarees worth ₹1999+₹1699 and plus ₹100 for return but my saree was returned too earlier but I think they don't have knowledge about how the money had come my money was not returned back to me I want the manager to come to my house they just think that peoples please help me I has been 1 month
Third class quality is voonik. Give my money back u cheaters

Voonik Tech — Give my 497/- back n take ur cheap product.

Ordered a bhagalpuri silk saree Order no R[protected] on 7th may but after waiting eagerly for it i got one week later a CHEAP SYNTHETIC SAREE. Voonik is a CHEATER. Its not the same as seen in the display. Its of THIRD CLASS QUALITY. GIVE MY 497/- BACK & TAKE UR CHEAP PRODUCT.

    Im not satisfied with the lehenga which i have shopped from voonik.it doesn't seems like the one i purchased. and also the quality of the cloth not seems like a good one. i dont think this lowquality of cloth worth Rupees 1040 . cloth had thread work in the display, but the delivered product doesnt had thread work.i want to return this product and want to get the amount i paid back.order number is R[protected]

      Dear team,
      On 24/04/16 i had ordered an orange coloured saree of the company priya sanskruti bollywood saree http://www.voonik.com/recommendations/priya-sanskruti-bollywood-saree-priya-sare... order no. R[protected] .It's cost was rs 585.

      But today (2/05/16) when i received my saree it was not what i had ordered but trendyaaradhya pink embellished lace border partywear saree .
      I was very disappointed because it was a birthday gift for my mother. I am extremely disappointed. I would like the correct saree ordered delivered to me as soon as possible.

      Pls contact me to let me know if and when you can send me my original order . It's very urgent and i had to pay rs634 with cod charges. Otherwise i would like a refund for the money i paid. But i would really appreciate it if you could deliver me my original order .

      This is my first bad experience with voonik. Pls send me my original order . This has caused great inconvenience for all o[censored]s here.

        Voonik Tech — Product material is not as described by voonik

        My order no is R[protected] .I ordered Belleza's new summer collection woman's pink full sleeve cotton semi-stiched Kurti. It is mentioned clearly that it is a cotton kurti but the kurti I got has the quality as pure synthetic.I am not satisfied with this kurti.poor quality.

          The saree was of sky blue colour and was looking very beautiful on the website but when it was received by me it was different colour no good quality of clothes. Please i want to replace the product .I wil buy different colour saree and will check the quality if not good i will never buy from voonik. Please atleast now send good quality of saree as i see on voonik and make sure it is good.

              I have odered a top from voonik but i m not satisfied with the cloth quality as well it's shrugs fitting.i have ordered it on 24/4/2016 and it was delivered on 29/04/2016.the order no is-R[protected].(GMI blue printed white).the product had a good display but it was not same as viewed.moreover the fitting is also not satisfactory.when delivered it was all fine.previously too i had ordered a top from voonik and i am well satisfied with it unlike this one.i want to return the product and want my full cash back.

                We have purchased sari online from voonik.com but as it was showing completely in different & cheep quality,

                We have demanded to return the same or replace with actual purchase but around a month before.

                We have book black color sari but the have deliver blue in colour & totally different design.

                As per telephonic discusstion we have provided complete detail for refund but still they are not responding properly.

                  Hi,

                  I had ordered a set of 3 JH Impex Cotton Leggings. I had ordered for medium size and the colours were Yellow, Navy Blue and Cyan.

                  But when I actually received the order on 23rd Saturday, I was very disappointed on the following issues;

                  1. Instead of the color Cyan, I had received a light blue colour leggings which has no tinge of green at all.

                  2. The size sent to me was Yellow (XL), Navy Blue (XXL) and Light Blue (XXL). After trying them I saw that medium would have never fitted me. But the sizes of the once that you have sent are also very confusing. The Yellow one is tight, The Navy Blue one is a little loose but the Light Blue one inspite of being the same size as the Navy Blue one is fitting me perfectly.But the irony is I dont require that colour.

                  3. The quality of the Yellow and Navy Blue leggings is very poor. But again that of the Light Blue is comparartively better. But again, I dont require that colour.

                  4. The light blue leggings is of some S.S. Brands whereas the other two doesnt even have a brand tag.

                  It is my request if you could please exchange the lot and provide me with a yellow, navy blue and cyan/ green leggings of XXL size of the S.S. Brand.

                  I would prefer to receive a call from your end as to if this is at all possible and how do I go about.

                  This was the first time I had ordered somtething from Voonik and it was such a disappointment that I think it is going to be the last time. This was really disaapointing and if such things continue then people would gradually start losing faith on online brands.

                      I ordered a Kurtha from Voonik and got it delivered after a long wait (Order No. R[protected]. But the kurtha was of very bad quality and they had sent me a different size. I initiated a return request the same day. As no one came to pick up the dress, I contacted the customer support through online chat and they said it will be initiated in 7 days (Refer attached pic). Even after that, there was no response. I called them to enquire and they said it will not be exchanged and no refund will be given. Instead they credited 200 Voonik points.
                      When I tried to use the 200 points, many of the items I added to cart was not eligible for Prepaid payment. And points could only be used in Prepaid. Also, the minimum bill amount should be 250. So I paid extra amount and ordered a pair of earrings and an umbrella (Just wanted to exhaust the points and uninstall the app). But now I got a mail saying the umbrella cannot be delivered and they are crediting 150 points (Half the amount). I have spoken to the customer service (To Mr.Vikas) several times to explain the issue but nothing was done.
                      I have never faced such bad service from any of the online portals. This is my first buy with Voonik and it has been my worst experience.
                      I need my money to be refunded back (Shall provide my bank details when requested). I do not want any Voonik points as the app is a total mess!

On 23.04.16, we have received said saree at rs.626/- including shiping charges. Whereas, we have place the order of said item at rs.299/-. On opening the saree, we have also found a black mark on the saree. Hence, it is requested to look into the matter and re-collect the said saree which is delivered us vide awb no.[protected].

                              I ordered a shoe in voonik.vom but the size was not mine...so I returned that product...They refund me in credits then I ordered a kurti...15 days passed...but I get nothing but fear..but Their website shows that the product is delivered yesterday...I'm totally disappoint..please don't steal our money
