      The order no.R[protected] consisting of latest designer salwar suit size:free gcn-54-789 has been delivered, but the received product's design does not resemble the images and description of the product displayed in voonik website. Also it was mentioned that it was a free size dress but is not so as i received the semistiched dress . Therefore i request that arrangements may be made to collect the dress and refund the amount to me at the earliest. Also make sure that the details, images, size, etc are corrected and mentioned in the website as soon as possible so as to avoid confusions and purchasing of inappropriate products by the consumers.

        I had placed an order on 13th april 2016 for two sarees at voonik.com. After the product was delivered, i did not like the product and not worth rs1066+1066=rs.2132/-

        I have been trying to call the customer care at voonik continously since yesterday but not response at all

        Kindly refund back the amount since that two sarees has already been collected from me. I also have the booking order number : r[protected] and another order number: r[protected] from parceled after collecting...

        I have also called to the voonik support number many times but i didn’t got any response so i am requesting you to solve this issue as soon as possible

            With reference to order no r[protected], mr. Amit (Courier person from voonik) had picked up the product (R[protected] yellow cotton cambric salwar kameez[protected] on 12/03/2016. The courier person did not give any
            Receipt. We had asked him multiple times to give us a receipt of the
            Returned product. However, he denied giving any receipt and said that
            We do not give any receipts for returned products. We could only
            Manage to click a photo of form no 403, that was filled by the courier
            Person who came from voonik side to take back the returned product. Now
            After more than 25 days there is no update regarding the refund from
            Voonik side. Moreover, there no sign of correspondence address of voonik on vooknik.com website. This is against the laws too.

              My size of this tops is very small. It does note fit for me.

              This needs to be replaced.

              I apply for refund on 10th april 2016, they transferred Rs.476/- in my freechange accountfrom there i apply to transfer in my bank account i fulfill their they needs.

              My mistake, I have placed 1 order at same time to explore your services. Even I called to your support team for knowing about fabric quality and other things but didn’t get any response . Unfortunately this is my first and last time. I would not place any another order to you& neither gives advice to others to place at your site.. because of very very BAD quality of fabric you have provided for clients with disappeared information.

                    I made the biggest mistake of making a prepaid order with voonik which was an athena red and gold dress and i have been subject to the most unproffesional and inefficient customer service. First of all they never update the customer reg the status of the order like other companies do hence leaving the customer clueless and forced to call their cust service and there is not sensible person sitting there. Every info they update u the next person u talk to will contradict. They have absolutely no coordination among themselves or with their logistics team. They send me the wrong size after a delayed delivery drama. And i had to opt for return and i have been since trying to find out whats happening with my dress. Their useless blabber and meaningless apologies is not giving any solution for my prob. Today i spoke tona tl syed ali who just acted as dumb as his colleagues. Instead of giving me practical solutions he just kept blabbering his call script. I am an onlinr shopper... V shopped extensively with myntra, jabong, fabfurnish, flipkart, first cry etc and, nevet experienced any such situations. Very very happy and pleasant shoppung experiences even with returns. I highly discourage voonik shopping. I have no clue how much more time this team is going to take to deliver my dress. I have lost all hope with voonik not that they care.

                                    It was my first experience with voonik and ofcourse is the last shopping with voonik.Initially I had ordered a bag which was not that expensive but received a good one.I was happy with that and so decided for a good shopping for a more expensive product.I had ordered two ‘good-looking’ salwars each priced Rs 1000 and above( Please note MRP was given Rs 3500 and above) and I thought It was a good discount and purchased the same via online payment.I was waiting for both the dress materials for a marriage function of my friend.The estimated date was 23rd and 29th of March.


                                    About the courier service :I received a message that they couldn’t contact me as my phone was out of coverage area and so had returned it back.When I called their toll free number, they asked me to order it again and I did so.Then I contacted their Cochin agency and went directly to their courier office to collect it.Then they searched it and found it in their godown and I never expected such a worse courier service ( Courier Name: ‘Delhivery’)


                                    About the product: with so many plans for the marriage, I was happy to receive it though not happy about the courier service. The product was nowhere like the product shown in their ‘website’, not even in the colour, shade, material, etc. For your reference I will be uploading the pictures too.There is nothing good I can compare with the picture and the product I received( a cheap product I must say)


                                    About Voonik: This is the worst online shopping experience I ever had. My friends had a plan to buy more products from this website but I have conveyed them my experience well.I had enough experience shopping with Flipkart, Amazon, paytm, Myntra, etc. and never had such a bad experience.So take it as a request from my side, please never ever buy a product from this seller even If you see big discounts.
