It was my first experience with voonik and ofcourse is the last shopping with voonik.Initially I had ordered a bag which was not that expensive but received a good one.I was happy with that and so decided for a good shopping for a more expensive product.I had ordered two ‘good-looking’ salwars each priced Rs 1000 and above( Please note MRP was given Rs 3500 and above) and I thought It was a good discount and purchased the same via online payment.I was waiting for both the dress materials for a marriage function of my friend.The estimated date was 23rd and 29th of March.
About the courier service :I received a message that they couldn’t contact me as my phone was out of coverage area and so had returned it back.When I called their toll free number, they asked me to order it again and I did so.Then I contacted their Cochin agency and went directly to their courier office to collect it.Then they searched it and found it in their godown and I never expected such a worse courier service ( Courier Name: ‘Delhivery’)
About the product: with so many plans for the marriage, I was happy to receive it though not happy about the courier service. The product was nowhere like the product shown in their ‘website’, not even in the colour, shade, material, etc. For your reference I will be uploading the pictures too.There is nothing good I can compare with the picture and the product I received( a cheap product I must say)
About Voonik: This is the worst online shopping experience I ever had. My friends had a plan to buy more products from this website but I have conveyed them my experience well.I had enough experience shopping with Flipkart, Amazon, paytm, Myntra, etc. and never had such a bad experience.So take it as a request from my side, please never ever buy a product from this seller even If you see big discounts.
