I ordered for a saree R[protected] and I received a wrong colour saree.I have informed them for the return of the saree and shared my bank information thrice. but still there is no response and i even spoke with Ms. Kalai about the issue, I was informed that the amount will be refunded in 24 hrs and the product will be taken return in 48 hrs. But nothing of that sort happened. Today I called the customer service to cordinate wit Ms.Kalai to find out what happened. I was informed that she was out for lunch and she will call me back in few minutes. After 2 hrs I called again to customer service but they were continuously disconnecting my call. very very worst behavior.

What is your response for this type of behavior. And for sure I want my cash back and pls take back your saree.
