This is my tracking number : [protected]. My goods were damaged during transit from malegaon to Vasai. The product had got wet and is of no use to me. The same had been informed the the staff at vasai office. In writing application was also been submitted but there is no response from your team in Vasai.

I have reserved a ticket from kalaburgi to Dharwad on 8/11/22 for journey on 27/11/22 to my surprise I received a call on 26/11/22 stating bus cancelled I have no other option cancelled ticket and got Rs 20 deducted I have no option left at this 11th hour but to travel by taxi customer care also not responded positively asking me to approach Kalaburgi office this is highly regrettable...

My parcel gwalior to vijaywada one town one month 20 parcels are delivered in vijaywada sir every pracel my goods are thefts her...

We are completely relied on local transport companies for our logistic support.

We have booked 2 carpet delivery by vrl trasport narayana, after that they make computerised slip and gave to our person but by mistake it got lost by our person so we sent our boy to vrl transport narayana for duplicate copy they denied to provide it they asked for lr number which is written in booking slip, I want to ask them when its lost so how we can give lr number.they have just refused to any help please look into this matter asap...

I would like to raise a concern regarding the bus delay of minimum 1.5 hours everytime I travel from Bengaluru to Athani.

Today I traveled from Bengaluru to Athani... And dropping time @athani is 7:30AM

But bus is still @Ankali at 7:30AM.
Even my last time travel there was delay of 1.5hours.

This is regarding LR number [protected] for which wrong parcel was delivered to us instead of our parcel. Our parcel is still missing with no update from VRL side after contacting several times.
Request you look into this on priority as this parcel was urgent one but due to your your irresponsible behaviour we faced lot of problems.

I booked a parcel from Delhi to Nagercoil on 27/9/2022. They said they will dispatch on 29/9/2011.
