Press Cutting Works, Ahmedabad, had booked a consignment through VRL Logistics Ltd vide LR No [protected] dated 18.11.22 .

Except for One Bag containing Two Diverter Pulleys 200x10gx8 mm were received by us on 28.11.22.

The value of two Pulleys is Rs 10000/= plus GST .

One month and five days have passed, and irrespective of regular follow up we have not yet received the Lost Parts.

Please note our work is suffering, please get delivered the missing parts immediately else please pay the cost of the Pulleys plus the compensation of Rs 25000/= towards the loss born by us on account of non availability of the lost lift Part.

Looking forward to having the Pulleys Delivered at our works urgently.

Kadiri, Sathya Sai district or ananthapur dist, andra pradesh

Kadiri VRL logistics people is not at all behaving properly with customers, they are talking very rudely and unparlament language using, after billing customer has to go and search where the parcels, they not at all helping if we ask anything they gives answer very negligency.. and they are linked up with some auto people charging more for small bag also...

Please take a action on them.. talking very angrily and showing to much attitude behaving like roudy..we are scaring to go inside VRL of kadiri..

Higher management please take an action ... Money is not a matter their behaviour with customers Is toooo bad.. they are talking what ever comes to their mouth without any scare..

Please help VRL customers by Taking action on them... Please change the faculty it will be good for all customers.. present faculty have some roudy background so only his behaviour is like that ...

LR# [protected] handover on 15th dec afternoon 12pm but still it has not reached to Surat TPT neither dispatched to Hyderabad TPT. Doesn't know who is responsible for the delay. Is this service provided by VRL? Nobody answers the call. Would highly appreciate if higher management intervn and take neccessary action on the person responsible for it.

This is regarding LR#[protected] and consignment was reached to destination on 15th DEC 2022 till today @17 DEC 2022 11:07AM not updated and try reaching them on contact number:[protected] auto nagar branch was not lifting the calls tried multiple time no use this is not the first time every time they are not updating us when the consignment reached to destination.I don't understand why are you guys are not updating or delivering goods on time, because of your negligence my business is getting impact.

We are regular customers of VRL Logistics and first time we have bad experience regarding parcel damage.

This is my tracking number : [[protected]]. My goods were damaged during transit from delhi to hiriyur (KA). The product had got damaged and is of no use to me.

Here we have attached photos for your reference that we have received car wheel cover which was damaged

We can't accept this type of service from VRL. we are expecting a positive response from your side in this matter as soon as possible. Refund my money as well as damaged product money.

A consignment no [protected] on the name of Dr.Naga manjari has been booked at KURNOOL TOWN Andhra pradesh on 29th November 22. And a mesage from VRL portal have been recieved saying my onsignment reached to aurangabad on 3rd December 2022. Its a hopeless situation facing by me. As I have not yet recieved my consignment when asked aurangabad branch they say it is in Waluj branch when called waluj they say its at Aurangabad. Please take a proper action and help me the needful to get my consignment at the given godown or at the address provided. Thank you

Dear vrl the above mentioned lr no [protected] 2 parcel i need to receive and only 1 parcel i have received.can u find the parcel which is missing due to unethical way of handling parcel it's lost ... kindly find out or provide a full refund for my parcel bill.

I sent 12 Fiber Roof Sheets which were booked on 2nd Dec 2022 with Docket No. : [protected] from Shiroli to Kundapur. It has reached Huballi on 3rd Dec 2022, but still not been delivered at Kundapur after 3 days. I was told that it would reach today by evening, but when I called the Kundapur Office they said that the consignment is still in Huballi. I need my delivery ASAP or else I will have to go ahead with a complaint to higher officials. Please revert back on +[protected].

Like any other family, I preferred VRL for my journey to Bijapur yesterday with 2 tickets and my child associated. My onward journey from Bangalore to Bijapur was not questioned. But while returning from Bijapur, the supervisor asked me to produce the child's ticket. I told him that I travelled in the same way on my previous day's journey. He didn't listen all that, but forced me to buy a full ticket and no additional seat was allocated to me. Is this correct? If so are all other supervisors who don't question on kids travelling with parents wrong? Is the white slip given by him to me collecting money for a ticket is correct? Please revert.

This is my tracking number : [protected]. My goods were damaged during transit from malegaon to Vasai. The product had got wet and is of no use to me. The same had been informed the the staff at vasai office. In writing application was also been submitted but there is no response from your team in Vasai.

A video had been shot and submitted to the team manager. A written application with bill and the damaged amount.

I would request you to give me a response as it's a total loss due to drivers fault (as mentioned my vasai branch manager)

Please give me a response on it as soon as possible as it has been 20+ days not the matter.

I have reserved a ticket from kalaburgi to Dharwad on 8/11/22 for journey on 27/11/22 to my surprise I received a call on 26/11/22 stating bus cancelled I have no other option cancelled ticket and got Rs 20 deducted I have no option left at this 11th hour but to travel by taxi customer care also not responded positively asking me to approach Kalaburgi office this is highly regrettable

We are completely relied on local transport companies for our logistic support.
Our current transporter VRL logistics warehouse Fasi Ali Jorhat branch, showing the same irresponsible attitude towards our losses accruing from their miss handling of our material, Goods thefts, harassing our receiving party, blaming us for their mishaps, creating our bad image and its ends with sharing our party details with competitor from where they are getting commissions in return.
This has been notified many times with local transporter agencies and in mail to their corresponding heads but they ignore or threat us not to send our consignments thru them.

When we inquired in local Jorhat VRL office contact person Mr Digen he laughed on our misery and stared blaming us without even checking the facts. Threaten us not to send our consignments anymore thru VRL.
