Hello Sir Madam I am Manshi Enterprises Pvt Ltd owner I got some material loaded in your VRL Mandideep material for Trivandrum has not reached there on the spot yet we are asking the details of peas from him if the transporter he abused us- I am abusing you many times in your webSide per camplen has been put, I have not got any solution for it yet, you tell me clear and some of my matter has not been removed from Indore, then you will tell me who will compensate my loss And the material sir I had booked for transport were 63 packages out of which only 61 were transferred and two bundles are still kept in Indore by my shameWhat is the time table of transport, what is your time schedule for 15 to 20 days?
It has been more than one week that you have booked my material, please solve this problem for me, otherwise.I am putting you in everything in all your social activities, my loss has been done, my party has canceled the order, I have suffered a minimum loss of 15 to 20 lakhs, now you tell me who will compensate me

We transported Almonds (BADAM) from Mumbai to mancherial on 09/05/2022 after reaching material at mancherial bag was damaged and shortage weight were 500 GMs I asked agent but no response and said this was happened somewhere in vrl not in mancherial TELANGANA I lost amount around 400/ RS

Pls note our following points against our complaint.

1) We had handed over our goods to VRL logistics on 5th May, 2022. We started our follow up with VRL customer care from 09/05/2022 as this consignment is very important for us to reach on time. However, since 09/05/2022, our goods are lying in Kanpur. Every day these people are saying will load today and definitely will reach tomorrow. Since today i.e. 14.05.2022, our goods are still in Kanpur. Today they have informed us that our consignment will reach on 16.05.2022. Is this the way of working??????This delay has affected so badly on our image and our relationship with our Lucknow buyer.

2) We also would like to pay your attention on Mr. Shivam chavan. He is Incharge of Bhiwandi branch. His contact no. is [protected]. He had promised us on 03.05.2022 to deliver our goods within 5/6 & He had quoted us Rs. 25000 approx for our shipment. However, after reaching our goods at VRL bhiwandi, he made an invoice of Rs. 32000. Just because this consignment is very important for us to reach on time, we have released the payment at the same time.

3) We are trying to contact Mr. Chavan Since, 04.05.2022, he is not picking up our calls and not even calling us back. We had sent our person on 04.05.2022 alongwith the goods and tried speak to Mr. Chavan but he said very rudely that he doesn’t have time and did not come on phone. WE HAVEN'T SEEN SUCH AN IRRESPONSIBLE PERSON LIKE MR. CHAVAN.

We request you to take necessary action on our complaint.

Mere parcel ko pahunche hue 3 din ho gya h gowdown me. 9-5-22 ko kompally me . Or delevery abhi tak nhi huaa h. Or vanha ke supervisor se baat karte h tou kabhi koi bahana kabi mil nhi rha h karke ghuma rhe h. Or jab manager se baat karne ke liye kahte h tou koi response nhi milta. Kahte h no. Nhi h. Or ye koi nya nhi h pahle bhi 3-4 baar ho chukka h. Kahte h ya tou maal mat lagaoo. 2 baar tou maal ka dameged bhi ho chuka h. Or uska bolte h claim karwa denge aap maal le jaoo. Baad me vo transporter wale jawab nhi hot ajo karna hbkar lo. So plz resolved my problem and i m also a transporter.

I was booking bus from Bangalore to Mumbai on 26/03/2022.While booking amount got debited but booking confirmation was not done.I had to rebook with another transaction .Complaint was raised and also got the response from them that amount will be credited( Order no. VB[protected] within 8 to 10 working days .Now almost month has been passed but till date amount hasn't been credited to my account.
Also tried to call through the customer complaint no. but phone are not working .
Requesting to resolve this issue immediately and refund the amount on priority.

No my parcel is stuck at ahmedabad tpt from 4 days despite delivery office is just 33 km away.

I have booked transport to deliver my items(like, sofa set, bags, boxes, etc) from Bangalore to my Village and also took the insurance for new product(Sofa set) damage also. For this, I have paid 14000 + 750(insurance for sofa set).

The team deliver the items to my village but while carrying it they have damaged brand new sofa set in some places. So, I asked VRL team that while delivering the sofa set, in parts you damaged and for that I am doing some minor repairing on sofa set and the repair amount need to be claimed. They told ok and I did repair it and bill comes approximately 2000/- rupees.

The VRL team told, they will refund the amount in one or two days from last 3 months. Till now they not refunded. Also, whenever I call them 100 times they will receive 2-3 times and tell will send amount in 1-2 days. Till now they not sent single rupee also.

My self Aruna Pyla Proprietor of Anjana Traders Narsipatnam PIN-531116. We have been using VRL Logistics for our shipments from all over India. Recently we had a shipment which costs around 1000+ rupees. VRL TUNI, PIN-533401 has transported the shipment without our confirmation regarding the excess cost which should be paid for the shipment. After shipment they were expecting 1250 rupees additional money just for the transport from VRL TUNI to Narsipatnam. The whole i must pay is 2275 for just 145 kgs shipment which is not acceptable for any kind of business. I must bear 16 rupees cost per kg just for shipment We have had an argument with the person named RAMESH from VRL TUNI and questioned him why they have sent without intimating about excess money to be paid. He got very angry that we are questioning him for the excess payment. He left without taking the excess amount. Today Mr. Ramesh called us again to intimate our shipment arrived to TUNI VRL. The voice was more aggressive and sarcastic and even shouting on us to collect the shipment and sarcastically asking us to carry all the required stamps etc. I don't have any issue to collect the shipment ourselves. Rather paying excess amount per kilogram for shipment i myself can collect the material for lesser changers. My question here is that this is the kind of behavioural training provide to your staff and partners. Do you really handle customers in such a way that we are scared to call your staff for any enquires? I have given more than 100000 rupees of business in last 8 months to TUNI VRL. Is this the return gift expected? I request please train your staff or partners how to respect valued customers. Please let them know that if they behave such a way with the customers the firm value would lose rather the person value. So, please take necessary precautions to not repeat such behaviour. I am going to check for another alternative now as i am highly disappointed with the team behaviour. I will keep VRL TUNI as last resort for my shipment for now onwards.

This is to bring into your notice that Vrl kanpur has delayed my materials to me after keeping it for 4 days and when I spoke to Rahul Dwivedi (manager) there a day before yesterday he said no charges will be imposed, no one has informed m ed about the arrival of material from Pune, I tracked 4 days back that it reached kanpur. I made calls many times but no one...

Dear Concern,
This is K. Karthikeyan. Shifted house goods from Delhi to Pune on 27.03.2022. Received some goods on 04.04.2022 that too in damaged condition. Till date didn't receive rest of the goods, its almost a month now and VRL concerned person were not giving any response and for last one week they are not picking up the calls either.
On 04.04.2022 while delivering goods to my location in Pune, VRL persons told that you have to pay all total amount of Rs. 39, 000 then only materials will be delivered at your place. After paying total amount then only they have delivered. Noticed materials were damaged and some of the materials were missing and thats why they have forced me to pay before the delivery. This is a cheating and unprofessional behavior from your company.
When asked delivery persons they said they were not responsible for any thing you need to contact from where you have booked.
This is a kind of cheating behavior, getting a full amount before delivery and delivering all materials.
Requesting you to take necessary action to deliver my pending goods at the earliest and kindly arrange for the refund for the damaged goods and for not delivering my materials.
While shifting they charged me of Rs. 23, 000 but after shifting they charged me about Rs. 39, 000 stating that you pay Rs. 39, 000 otherwise materials will not be delivered.

Inspite the seller (consignor) submitted all the required documents damaged product is not retuned.Please check this matter unless seller receives the damaged product he will not process my refund my money got stuck because of VRL as reported by the seller.

sir till today my customer did not get the parcel and when i went to vrl office from where i boocked the parcel they also dont know about the parcel and they did not gave me any proper reply. The cost of the material is arount 80000/- and due to late we face the lose of the whole amount.

So please do something or give us refund for our lose

This is with reference to the bilty number [protected] for my shipment from Erode to Jaipur.
After showing the ORIGINAL BILTY, the person in-charge at Jaipur Ram Niwas is refusing to release my material. We are a small startup based in Gujarat, and we get stitching done in Jaipur through a small artisan who doesn’t have a business stamp. We have been harassed by your jaipur branch. We have spent close to Rs 1000 already by going to the center twice.

THIS IS HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL, THIS IS UNETHICAL - who gives you the right to hold on to our material when we are showing the proof of delivery in original.

Their customer care contact numbers are also not reachable, have been trying it past 2 hours.

On 28 march 2022, our car Renault duster ( ka 25 MB 1747) was damaged by your bus no. KA 25 C 5631 infront of the BVB college Hubli, we had informed your vrl office they said that they will contact us soon but, till date we didn’t get any call from your staff. Please look into this issue
