Hello I’m a girl passenger traveling from Bidar to Bangalore in the bus with bus number KA 25 C 8045 the person is very rude and is misbehaving with the passenger and this was a very unfruitful journey so far I request you to look into the topic the tone and the language of the driver is not acceptable also this incident happened with 4 o[censored]s girl passengers

    VRL Packers & Mover s ., Bangalore ( MANOJ KUMAR ) visited our house and gave a estimate of Rs 19500 ( loading, unloading, fixing bed, toll, insurance, GST ) . Later after loading on 21st Feb he sent a Invoice of Rs 30, 500 & informed he will release the vehicle after paying the payment or all the material will be unloaded on ROAD .
    MANOJ KUMAR IS REALLY ###, UNPROFESSIONAL GUY . HOW - VRL SUCH HUGE BRAND IS HAVING THESE KIND OF PEOPLE .

      My consignment was dispatched from banglore city to dharwad and I have recived fully damaged product from the company while transporting may be they have thrown it even we have return that glass handle with care. I have unboxing video of the product that product cost me as 7200 rs. I am unhappy that vrl is giving worst transport service ever I kindly request respond to my concern and resolve my problem and take strict action against the employes

        Me and husband were waiting along with our senior citizen parents, at Gokarna cross for the bus on 19th February 2022 since 8.30 pm.The bus was supposed to be at 9 pm and were were tracking the bus and in contact with the driver since 7.30 pm.We were told the bus is on time and will not wait if we are late .But the audacity of the Vrl bus service is it comes at 10.30 pm.We were assured by blatant lie eacch time we called to get updates of the bus from driver.After boarding we were welcomed by big chunks of heavy courier on our way, which made our parents fumble, my dad almost fell down.There was no action even after telling them to clear the way.On top of that more boxes were dumped at the back right next to the lower seat which was unfortunately my dad' seat and half of this entire seat was blocked.This kind of audacity is not acceptable as we have been a very paitient customers, paid full price for tickets and have been VRL clients for years now.This will definitely go to higher authorities and the concerned people will have to pay the price

          I had ordered four containers of Honey from Ranchi and the same was sent to mumbai (VRL Logistics, Andheri, Sakinaka) by your concern when i went to collect the same, One container was found to be damage by unprofessionally handled by sakinaka warehouse, mumbai.
          if the container was sent by Ranchi firm in a damage condition as said by your Andheri warehouse manager Mr. Kamat, the whole honey would have been spilt and the container would have been empty. this clearly indicate that the container was mishandle by VRL Warehouse staff and would request you to kindly refund the amount of one damage container of honey along with the charges i have paid to VRL Logistics.
          when i asked dated 10/02/2022 about the damaged container to Mr. Kamat, Manager VRL Logistic, Andheri, Sakinaka he said on telephonic me to write complain for receiving end and should not mention complain against VRL Andheri, which was ethically wrong practice, so i didnt take delivery and he promise me to come next day so i went again 12/02/2022 along with complaint letter, after seeing my complaint letter he was nether ready to accept my letter nor ready to take action,
          i raised his complaint to his senior Mr. Sumit Singh and i shocked that his senior also said dont write complaint in such manner and even my many calls he was not bother to answer mine calls not even ready to take action.
          I hope that you will take strict action against these people who are rude with customers and my settle amount of Rs. 6, 502/- at earliest.
          I am a farmer from Maharashtra & even sender is also a farmer, this professional peoples can treat us like this then they must be punished.
          who will listen our grievance & why we suffer if your people are not trained in there work, we farmers work whole year for our product and people like these behave with us so rude.
          awaiting for justice.

            Dear sir
            I would like to inform you I received a parcel from RAJKOT TO BEAWAR (RAJ ); c no is [protected], , got a receipt of rs 331, but at the time of receiving goods ask to pay rs 400, they add, miscellaneous rs 30 and hamali rs 39, where rs hamali / handling charge is rs 20 already add in given receipt.
            both the receipt are attached with this mail. is this correct to charge like this.
            please explain .

                Our vendor had booked a consignment from chennai to us of 10 cartons. Vrl people have only given us 9 cartons an since 3 days my staff is going in vrl transport and they are saying they are unable to find it. This is very poor service fron Vrl.

                    I material is booked (water purifier) from VARANASI TPT at dated[protected]:33 and material is reached Bangalore BENGALURU TPT on 26 jan 2022, but the material is stuck in Bangalore TPT, no further status form Bangalore.

                    I spoke to Bangalore office since form 27 jan 2022, but no proper conclusion.

                    I have waited almost more 2 weeks no proper response. kindly resolve the issues for further step-up.

                        I haven't received my matterial till date as it was booked on 15.01.22 with LR no[protected]. I have enquired for it several times to Siliguri West Bengal branch bt not recived any appropriate reply from ur staffs, infact they are telling customers to not book any matterial in VrL logistics as they are not accountable for prompt service.

                        Look into this and revert me asap

                          sir,

                          this is regarding the delay in receiving consignment mailed due to no contact from your department

                          as per schedule, i (satyam agency) have dispatched the goods from gandhinagar district kolhapur (maharashtra) to bangalore
                          on 19-10-21..In bill, we have enclosed details of recipient includes complete postal address, gst and phone numbers.

                          My party(azhar footwear) have visited vrl office multiple times and showed the bill, firm stamp and whatsapp copy of
                          consignment number ([protected]) dated 20/10/21. To check the status but your officials said it is not received been yet. 30-10-21

                          after few weeks, we tried contacting them by phone but receive the similar response
                          i just wanted to highlight that even after multiple follow ups, we were not getting appropriate response from them
                          and then lockdown happened and it got further extended by few more weeks.

                          Now i am being informed of officials by contacting them that the material is with them and i will have to complete paper stamp bond of consignment copy to get my party order from them.
                          Happy to complete the paper work and but when my party azhar footwear went to vrl to get the order but the fare fine is rs11200 which is not acceptable because this is miss from your side that your department was not able to contact the party and not able to provide the information to party in timely manner..

                          So request you to help in terms of waving the extra fare amount and getting my goods as soon as possible

                            I had booked VRL Packers and Movers Hyderabad last September to move my stuff from Hyderabad to Tamilnadu. I still have not received my stuff. The person who got involved is not responding to my calls. I'm worried. Such cheap service. Never expected this from VRL which is known to be a good brand

                                I had requested for bike shift from Bangalore to Bihar. VRL team sent me a quotation of rs 4500. After bike pick up they sent me a different quotation and the amount got double to rs 9608.
                                Now they are ignoring my calls and no one ready to take the responsibility.
                                I need help . They are doing fraudulent activities to the customer.

                                    I'm sharanya and I'm a business women of clothing and apparel. I usually transport my goods from other states to Chennai, I twice had a chance of transporting my goods via Vrl logistics (chrompet branch). Both my experience with VRL was literally poor.. The customer handling by VRL employees were quite a shocking to us. My first ever experience with VRL was, when I received my billing copy to my address, i was searching to locate the VRL address in Google, but none of the address or phone number was available. So I called to the number which was provided by my supplier who get booked the transport, I was informed by VRL employee to come to a location named TAG CORPORATION which is near to their warehouse office. We started at 2pm and reached to that mentioned company at 3pm. But that company got shifted to another place but yet that wasn't updated on Google, and this was not told by VRL employee too. We kept calling VRL office and told them we couldn't locate the address and seems we are at wrong location ( I been carrying my one year old baby with my hand). My husband asked them to share their current location from their personal WhatsApp number, so we can reach at the point. But none of them took the issue seriously and simply hand over the phone to a driver to guide us. We reached the spot at 7.30 pm(after 4 hard hrs of searching for the location). The manager simply says we don't have watsapp in our office number to share and at last he says this all might happen, and we are not aware of the companies old location is available on Google, and finally consoling us with an option that we can also deliver the parcel to your door step with additional charges, we can make it from next shipment onwards if you make a request. This was me first experience.

                                    My second experience will really disappoint everyone, we made an order in emergency note. My supplier shipped the parcel through the same VRL, and sent the billing copy to my address, since the copy didn't reach me on time, i called VRL office for a alternate way to take the delivery. These all happened on 13/01/2022. They asked us to send a formal mail copy from supplier side to them, stating that VRL can hand over the parcel to the concern receiver without the billing hard copy. Since the order is little urgent, my supplier sent a formal mail to them. But they kept telling us the mail has not been forwarded by VRL main office to them. So I started to look for an alternate way, so i called professional courier company and pleased to deliver the letter (hats off to them, because when I call them the status of the letter was at Bangalore, within 3 hours they delivered me the letter to Chennai ). So again i called and informed VRL to send me the parcel since I have received the billing copy, I called them at 1.30 pm, then they confirmed me that they will arrange the transport and make sure to reach out within 2 hours. At 4pm I was calling them multiple times and none of my calls were answered. At 7 pm I called VRL from my husband's number and they picked out the call and say they could not deliver by today since the trucks are break down. I was shocked, because they have continuous holiday because of Pongal festival, the warehouse will function from 17/01/2022. I have to deliver the material to the bride who have wedding reception on 15/01/2022. I was explaining my urgency from the beginning and that's why we keep trying for options. After all we told VRL employees that we can arrange a truck by porter app and so they can deliver it and I can send you the copy by courier or hand over the hard copy by Monday coming to your office directly. The VRL manager told me that we cant shift any progress just for you, if you need the parcel come to the office and collect and if you want us to deliver we will deliver only on Monday day end and all of sudden without the opposite speaker's attention he simply cut the call. If the employees told about the situation earlier, we may reached the office to collect the parcel but they didn't get back or return any of our calls. But just hanging the call with rude behaviour is not at all accepted. We choose you to transport, we pay for the amount you Bill, we have a trust, VRL is not a small company though. There was no gentle response he shouted at me with singularity. My husband heard the phone and the manager's rude behaviour, and he take me to the office at 7.30 pm and we rushed to the office since warehouse may close soon. We reached at 8.30pm, when we arrive at the office, none of them told who was talked with us in that rude note, none of them came forward to address the person. But that was their manager's voice and he was there at the point too when we reach. He was not at all accepting or apologizing the thing, he keep says we can ship only if any of the truck is available, else we will ship when it is possible. we have another job to look on and can't answer the phones.

                                    So is this how a biggest logistics serve their customers? How could they reach to more customer if they continue to do business in such way. I'm a business women, I care for my customer, to make them comfort in all aspects. We charge them right, don't this is the right way to care them to fulfill their needs? We work for our customer and their satisfaction. A company can have both positive and negative comments. But it should not affect the business by any individuality's behaviour. The parcel was on time, but the problem were with deliveries. So this complaint is all about the employees they have. They should be trained to handle customers. A big organization should turn their heads to these problem to rectify their own negative feedbacks and should train their employees about how important each customers to their organisation.

                                    If there could be any options for attachment with this complaint letter. I could attach a copy of the email which was sent by my supplier, and the number of calls we have tried to contact them and none of the calls were answered. I hereby include the phone number of the manager who was responsible to the branch and who was responsible to this negative feedback to the reputed companyt (I personally asked for his phone number to file a complaint)

                                      Hi,
                                      We had sent 3 packets of food grain from Chikodi to Bangalore on 5/1/22 but only 2 have reached so far. I did not even get intimation that 2 have reached. When I went to collect only 2 were found. I have been following up with VRL but their response is very cold.
                                      I am not keeping well and I cannot go again to collect. I expect VRL to deliver the 3rd item to my home in Bangalore for their mistake.
                                      It's almost 10 days and there is no trace of the 3rd packet. No one is giving proper information on the phone.
                                      Please arrange to deliver to the below address at no extra cost.
