We have booked material on 23.10.2021 LR NO : [protected]. still material not given. that material very very urgent.

Pathetic experience with VRL
1 - They've charged completely higher amount compared to what they told me over a phone call. They had already taken my vehicle so I was not able to cancel by then.
2- even after payment, poor customer service. Not able to track the vehicle. It's been 15 days but I've not received my parcel. And everytime they keep promising that today I'll receive.
Such fraud company.
My invoice no is 15489. I'm attching invoice screen shot for your reference

when asked about the same to local branch no proper reply got

I booked parcel Jabalpur to Chennai dated on 25 Oct 21 LR no [protected] in advance payment with wooden box packing. That side at Chennai received the open parcel. (Machinery parts })

This is 10th time I'm submitting complaint.

Material booked in Meerut on 23rd Oct'21. Now 01st Nov but still it's in delhi. From delhi still it is not moved and no contact number and no response from any one in VRL. This is most badest service. Customer means what you thinking I don't know. Very upset with this. Reply immediately. From past one week you people's telling today will send today will send. But nothing happened till now.

LR no-[protected], Dted[protected], booked from Chandigarh to Bangalore. not yet received

Hi, i am travelling through VRL Travels from Bangalore to Pune. Bus number MH09EM2624. Bus had taken stop for diesel in Hubli @05:05 am (31st Oct 2021). I went to washroom and kept my wallet in toilets window.

This is 7th time updating complaint. For one consignment this many follow up is some thing very bad. No proper contact number and no proper solutions in VRL. Almost 10 days I'm following there is no update for one consignment. Which is booked on 23rd and still not moved from Delhi. Where we have to complaint still. LR no - [protected]. Just return the material to sender. Worst service in india is VRL. Last time box received in damaged condition and this time consignment itself not moved. Very bad service.

Booked a bus on 29th OCT 11Pm.
Bus broke down at 9pm, no information given, I had to wait on road for 3 hours for the bus to come at 2AM.

I booked a A/c bus but non ac bus was sent.

Again, the driver were so irresponsible that they reversed the vehcile for about 10km just to refill the tank.

I seek compensation or a full refund of my Journey which was pathetic

Above shown LR number not loved since one week. This is fifth time I'm reporting. No update on that. With whom should I complaint if not resolved after complaining here also.

Above shown tracking number is not delivered to me. But they are showing delivered. When I went and asked about this they are having that LR copy but material is not reached still. I have received message also that material is reached.

This was booked on 24th in delhi but still it has not moved from Delhi today is 28th almost a week. But still not moved from Delhi.

Is this th way treating customer product. Kindly clear this issue and let me receive the material as soon as possible.

I hope you are doing good.I am writing down this letter to let you know about the fraud that happened with me. I had booked material of 5 CARGO VITTSPOL RESIN For OMKAR TRADERS, BANGALORE KALASI PALYAM at 27/11/2020 from Nagpur City Office L.R. NO [protected].The Material booked at 27/11/2020 and not received yet gets damaged at NGP TPT .Earlier I follow with your team mates for the departing of material not received from last three to four months, but they didn't tell the reality behind them.Always they were roaming me and putting names of each other and their team mates.They never called and never helping me in this case.After the two months of lockdown i went NGP city branch got the news that material get damaged. They are simply providing irrelevant reasons instead of helping me out.At last, I wanted my claim and price of material which I had paid already.I expect some solution from your side as soon as.I paid 1000 rupee at NGP CITY office for registered this complain as contact with NGP Gandhibagh Office Head DEEPAK.
I am currently working with VRL and never gets this type of thing.So hopefully you will understand and make action of it.And i hope you don't wantto loose your valuable customers because of errors made by some staff members.Value of material 18585/- and also attaching the bills and some documents.

I have booked a consignment from meerut on 23rd of Oct'21. 24th is has reached delhi. Till now it has not moved or updated in tracking. In tracking it is still showing its in delhi. Today is 27th Oct'21 . From four days it has not moved or still it didn't update in system. Some body kindly update this. That material is emergency.

I m bheemangouda booked 3 sit for Bangalore 3 adult and 1 child but vrl booking centre took 600 rupees extra for child and told to adjust in-between 2 sit I told when I have paid 600 for a sit will not adjust till kustagi and told to arrange 1 sit for child instead of that your vrl centre people argued and shouted at me please take strict action against them

yesterday I got this parcel... one products has been found as damaged and unpacked...and 4 piece products are shorts.. From last few month we dealed with sender (A R Fashion) but never happened like this...So It seems mishandleing from your side... Somehow Unopened the parcel and took out products...

It is feeling very shocked then we will never transactions anymore with you in future..

Dear Team,

I have booked a ticket from Kalaburgi to Bangalore on Sunday(24/10/2021).
1st thing is they charged a high price of 1600rs and 2nd thing were they mentioned early morning 7:34 am they will reach Bangalore.
But we reached Bangalore at 11 am for this, today I am unable to go to the office(2000rs loss).

The bus got delayed due to some reason I knew that, if the reason was tire puncher or something happens that will be fine.
But the reason is Cooling(radiator) was failed and the temperature reached 125degree plus(Bus covered with a smell like gas, ), it's very dangerous, there might be chances to fire or blast.

Requesting VRL team and drivers,
While taking the bus out, please check the bus condition, and take the bus out.

I booked a ticket paying 1600rs, thought that I will reach Bangalore early and I can go office.

It's not about money and time, it's about safety.

Material was delivered incorrectly, out of total 32 nos ( 30 nos correctly delivered and 2 incorrectly. Please find the other 2 nos and get it delivered. Please do the needful
