Consignment / LR no: 32995512.
The parcel has been sent from Bagalkot, Karnataka to Bangalore, Karnataka on 17/11/2021.

Today its 22/11/2021, till now I have not received the parcel.
My father Approached VRL office in Bagalkot, they gave delivery person ph no: Suresh - [protected].

When called to this number there is no proper response & he disconnected the call. Most of the times this number is not reachable.

Please help here.

Parcel should have been unloaded at Vidyadhar Nagar Depot near Murlipura. But it has been forwarded to Sitapura Depot which is 32 Kms. far away from Murlipura.
And the person-in-charge denied to return back to Vidyadhar Nagar Depot. While the address of delivery was clearly mentioned on Parcel.

Hi I'm traveling from belgavi to Bangalore at present and it's a night journey whole the journey there is big family and there sort of big kids making loud noises and screaming laughing aloud it's almost 11.30 night I've beared till now I've told the driver n assistant also but they did not control not able to sleep I've got an important meeting tomorrow and also there are age old persons wanting to take a nap but not possible cos of this messy family. LR No.[protected] Booked on[protected] at Bhiwandi to Hyderabad Cherlapally is missing. we have called your Hyderabad TPT also but no body knows where is the consignment. we need that material immediately other wise our company's production will halt because of that. Please do something so that we receive the consignment on Monday[protected].

I have booked a parcel from Sambalpur to Mancherial on 11.11.2021 with consignment number of [protected]. It has reached Hyderabad TPT on 15.11.2021, 9.22am. Still it is not moved from Hyderabad. There is no response for phone calls. Kindly deliver the material as it is most urgent.

This Dattatrey from Gulbarga I.went to your logistics at Gulbarga Gunj for picking up a parcel the employee named Sharanbasappa was there it was lunch time he said .Up to what time I asked he said go outside read Board instead saying lunch time is up to 3 Pm etc then he started shouting don't u understand go and read the notice board outside like that again and again saying please notice this kind of behavior from your employee side, punish such kind of employee...it will going to damage your company reputation only take proper action to him will going to complain to your higher authority

I have sent my parcel (40 kg) from Vijayawada to Delhi kirti nagar on 10-Nov-2021. As per the VRL logistics portal my product is at the same location since it reached Hyderabad (11-Nov-2021). I have called multiple times to the local logistics staff to enquire about the delay/ parcel being at the same place for 10 days and unsatisfied with the response from the staff and evading their responsibility to find out the parcel and let me know about its whereabouts.

As you VAPI branch employ are too much rude behave to my driver when he booked materials, as he reach on your transport godown at 7 pm, he request him sir as for traffic he is late but you employ say him my hair is white as seen as same traffic and our all employ are gone home and sleep, come tomorrow and take LR copy, as you say at this time diesel price is very high he will go another time who give him price, And as you business time show on ONLINE 9 am to 9 pm. ITS NOT GOOD.

Ordered on 26th October from Bengaluru, still didn't receive the package, not picking up a call

We put our delivery item on this Nov. 15th but still we are not getting our item...
from lack of your delivery service we lost our business coustomer s and money... mainly we lost our trust and defamation...
We tired to called VRL coustomer care and they giving silly reasons for their mistakes...
Please respectively solve this problem otherwise we takes a further move...

We have sent 6 boxes to our Buyer Lakshmi Card clothing vide LR No [protected] dtd 9.10.2021 to VRL Coimbatore godown

But the buyer is saying that VRL has only 5 packages and one box has gone missing???

Kindly arrange to clear the issue at the earliest

Consignment is booked from Chennai to Gurgaon
online tracking shows its is reached Gurgaon on 15.11.21
Still the said consignment is NOT DELIVERED to us.
Unable to speak to any person in VRL Logistics because all the numbers are INVALID.
We need the package very urgently.
Please take necessary steps to get the consignment delivered to us today without fail

Consignment of total 2 nags, one still untraceable and VRL staff not giving us the concrete answer. Till when this issue is going to drag, it is unclear. No TAT, no deadline given. Pathetic service, a real nightmare. At least they can tell us they have lost it, so that we can file for compensation or settlement.

The parcel booked on 6-nov-21, LRNO : [protected] from madurai to Yanam, pondicherry .
But till date its not delivered by VRL.

BUS cleaning not properly seat are fully dirty and full of mosquitos in bus even or opening of windows bus is with full of mosquitos

Product is been dispatched from belagavi to nippani

sent on : 03/11/2021

didn't received till now

it been more than 10 days

so just to deliver a product from belagavi to nippani
which is 74.4km vrl takes 10+ days

if this is how its going to work then i need to choose some other courier / transport company to send/receive my packages

Dear Mr. Rahul and Rajkumar,

As discussed, please transfer refundable money on Monday, also find attached documents like canceled check, ARC for car owner proof.

Note - Mr Rajkumar i don't know why Mr. Rahul don't tell you for refund by mail but i was contacted him in morning and he said it will be refund at evening but when i called him he (Mr Rahul) said talk to Mr. Rajkumar he will give you refundable money, then I talked to you and you said Mr Rahul did not mail you for refundable Money .

I don't know who will return my money to me, you or Rahul, I want my money which I transferred online to VRL Logistics. Please see attached file for more details.

Mr. Rajkumar came to my house for quotation and he said and given in writing ( refer attached quotation) that after delivery of material then he will asked for payment then why Mr. Rahul requested me for immediate payment

And the last thing is when I was paid 10000 th you online ( refer attached document) then why your team members were not mentioned on challan book or invoice.

Hello! I had attached material to Goa vide Consignment Number - [protected] which had 200 pieces of the item despatched out of which more than 80 pieces have reached the receiver in broken condition. You are requested to look into it and share a solution as my payment is now stuck.

Raipur vrl logistics staf member are not corporate with his costumers.cannot lesent problem .And asking for adational money from costumers.to despatch the goods.managment was not good in this transport.and suffer the customer.
