I have shifted my house holds along with 2 bikes and 1 car through VRL PACKERS AND MOVERS on 5th october via a quotation of Ts 35000/-
The goods were loaded after packing along with 2 bikes and car was sent in car carriers from Bangalore.
I have received my house hold goods on 6th october .Then without delivering my car one person named Rahul gave a bill of Rs 70000/- against the quotation of 36000/-.
They are now charging double the amount and not delivering my 4 wheeler.
They are telling to clear the bill for car delivery.
This company is a fraud company and not returning my car.

I moved my things including office table on 23rd September 2021 from Chennai and it reached the destination Coimbatore on 26th September 2021.

The table was broken and i raised the issue immediately to Vinod Choudhary ([protected]- the person who was in contact during packing and moving process), the only response i got is that he would check the details by the next day, post which even though i keep messaging him, i am not getting any reply.

Could you let me know when my refund would get processed ?

My name is Kiran and my ticket number is 20001392.

Today I have booked ticket to hubli from Vijayanagar bangalore for 10pm bus. Bus number is KA25C7926. I was reported to your Vijayanagar office at 9.30pm there was no buss till 10pm and I was in assumption that bus will still come and I tried your tracking system also but it was not updated at all.. so 10.19 pm I got call from [protected] saying bus will not come so they asked me to board pickup vehicle.

It was very raining and I was carrying 3 year old baby, I said same thing to driver. I got another call from VRL agent [protected] he said he will get me umbrella, he came also and took my wife and baby with him and he said he will be back to take me again, after 5 min he came and I went with him by the time your pickup vehicle left... My wife and baby was standing in rain. Then i asked your agent what happend. He replied me saying even I don't know sir why pick vehicle went without picking you guys.. he tried to call that driver but he didn't pick up it seems.. by that time we ware full wet in rain including baby. When I called your customer care including 16 number that are available in Google.. every person talking like so irresponsible people. No one gave me direction on where I need to go next every one asked me to wait their only and they will send that driver back, i waited there till 11.25 and no updates at all so finally we came back to home, now at 11.30 I got call from buss driver to board in yashwanthpur.. how can it is possible now, as I am alredy back to home and yashwanthpur is far away from my palce, he suggested me to talk to [protected], and these guys gave me another number[protected], the guys from this number asked me to drop an email. Now I want my money back and justice.

I am expecting immediate action again these culprits.

Hoping for justice as early as possible.

Hope you can imagine how much I frustrated because of making my baby to wet in rain.

SEAT NO: L33 is not comfortable in Size. Kindly do not allow booking for this seat.

I regret for booking this bus service after watching this seat and not proper behaviour of bus persons. I am native of Hubballi so this complain I Am lodging.

This is the 4th time I'm experiencing this issue, the departure of the bus is mentioned 11:30pm all along but the bus is always delayed on average of 30min everytime

I kaustubh bolkavathekar, being a shareholder of vrl logistics since a great long time wish to bring to your kind attention that this driver is ruining the hard earned trust VRL has earned throught years.
VRL buses on pune goa route has declined drastically and now with only a single bus functioning which is to my notice.
I booked a VRL bus ticket for goa to pune on 30-9-21 and typing this message from a nightmare bus trip of my life.My fiancee didnt feel safe in the bus and about the 2 drivers behaviour.
Bus was not very welcoming as me any my fiancee we asked to keep our luggage by ourselfs in the dickey!

There was a guy drinking in the bus & the driver refused me to sit in the cabin for a couple of minutes after i felt too cold inside.I totally understand that the blankets were not given keeping in mind the covid-19 protocols but the drivers made us feel that we have to suffer!
I've seen VRL growing since the begining with 2 ambitious personalities but very hard to see how its loosing.
With no hard words to say and a sad heart being a shareholder I would say, will prefer local operator ashray over VRL rather than ruining the end of my trip.A very good customer friendly behaviour from this operator which i used to get in VRL long back!
Ending my long unrelated message I would be eager to hear from you a long term solution to this issue.( Which I think is the main reason for vrl to cut its fleet on pune&mumbai -goa route)

Miscellaneoues and Hamali charges are added twice for every consignment in V Kota(Pin Code: 517424).
For LRNO: [protected] the LR value is Rs: 230but the operator charged Rs: 245.00 where Hamali and Miscellaneous are added as an extra components, when enquired on the same, operators reply very rudely saying to check with the company...

No mask at all, yelling at me, their server was down and they told me to come tomorrow i said ok, and the next day i visit their branch they are telling me you should have take the LR copy that day only not today they wasted mine 1 hour of precious time has wasted by them and they are arguing with me they five were arguing with me and miss using their post of service, and targeting the customer to loose their conttol.

I had booked goods from Kerala to Maharashtra. The act weight was only 60 kg. But the officer charged weight for 120 kg. I mean what looting is done?!!?
Charging 5-10 kg extra weight is understandable, but absolutely double??? What you guys are doing??

Soch looting is totally unfair

I was expecting to take delivery of the item on 23/09/2021, but at present I have still not received the goods.
Time is now essential. Please deliver the item as soon as possible. and also delivery details are also not found in tracking where is my shipment now . Lr No-[protected].

I have dispatch material from D2D Enterprises Dasrath branch Vadodara Gujarat to Sairam Safety Solution Bansilalpet, Secunderabad, Telangana, which contains lot of 3 box out of which 2 boxes were received and missing 1 box. Which is now not traceable.
I am seekinh your help to look in the matter and your support to find out missing parcel.

My material should be delivered at Delhi-up vrl God border but instead it was delivered at Noida-B vrl godown
Afterwards it was redirected to Delhi- Up border vrl godown from Noida-B godown but Still it is at NOIDA-B

I am getting irresponsible answers from 14sep2021 after reaching to Billinakote VRL centre. The product is reached on 11sep and gone to receive the material by 14th Sep and when I have called customer care to on 20th sep to highlight this, customer care person is also not ready to listen to details of the transaction. Actually after the material is reached to Blore TPT they dispatched somewhere else and giving so many unwanted reasons to patch up the situation.VRL is not doing fair transactions and even customer care person suppressing the customer's words, not allowing them to talk, then I don't know why we call it is customer care rather it should be VRL care to safeguard their employees.
No one is accountable within VRL once you give your goods to them is the conclusion

We have dispatched our consignment against LR No. [protected] from Panchkula to Ludhiana on 27th of August, 2021 which has been entered in DELHI TPT on 29th of August as per their records, but till now that is 16th of September 2021 their is no any status of material at their site and even their Delhi TPT persons informed on phone that they are unable to find my parcel at their godown, we are continuously following up on email with Delhi, Panchkula, VRL HO and Ludhiana mail id's but no one is responding on mail that they have lost my parcel, that parcel was for one of my customer containing machine parts.

I had booked the goods in vijayawada to chengalpattu but I didn't recieve it till now more than 15 days had passed since booking no proper delivery of goods on time
