I had booked goods from Kerala to Maharashtra. The act weight was only 60 kg. But the officer charged weight for 120 kg. I mean what looting is done?!!?
Charging 5-10 kg extra weight is understandable, but absolutely double??? What you guys are doing??

Soch looting is totally unfair
Pls take action against this...

I was expecting to take delivery of the item on 23/09/2021, but at present I have still not received the goods.
Time is now essential. Please deliver the item as soon as possible. and also delivery details are also not found in tracking where is my shipment now . Lr No-[protected]....

Dear Sir,

I have dispatch material from D2D Enterprises Dasrath branch Vadodara Gujarat to Sairam Safety Solution Bansilalpet, Secunderabad, Telangana, which contains lot of 3 box out of which 2 boxes were received and missing 1 box. Which is now not traceable.
I am seekinh your help to look in the matter and your support to find out missing parcel.

My material should be delivered at Delhi-up vrl God border but instead it was delivered at Noida-B vrl godown
Afterwards it was redirected to Delhi- Up border vrl godown from Noida-B godown but Still it is at NOIDA-B

There is no proper response from VRL LOGISTICS COMPLAIN DEPARTMENT

I am getting irresponsible answers from 14sep2021 after reaching to Billinakote VRL centre. The product is reached on 11sep and gone to receive the material by 14th Sep and when I have called customer care to on 20th sep to highlight this, customer care person is also not ready to listen to details of the transaction. Actually after the material is reached to Blore TPT they dispatched somewhere else and giving...

We have dispatched our consignment against LR No. [protected] from Panchkula to Ludhiana on 27th of August, 2021 which has been entered in DELHI TPT on 29th of August as per their records, but till now that is 16th of September 2021 their is no any status of material at their site and even their Delhi TPT persons informed on phone that they are unable to find my parcel at their godown, we are continuously following up on email with Delhi,...

I had booked the goods in vijayawada to chengalpattu but I didn't recieve it till now more than 15 days had passed since booking no proper delivery of goods on time...

My supplier has booked a door delivery parcel on 26.8.21 from meerut to coimbatore which i have not received yet
Coimbatore office does not take and attend the calls of customers while taking booking u said to deliver within 10days

I trusted vrl and thought to get my bike delivered to Bangalore it was very.worst experience for me like after paying 5500
Rupees my whole bike was damaged
The brakes of my bike where broken
The mirrors where broken
The key of bike was broken
They stole the things from bike
Silencer damaged
I am going to make sure that they give me my refund or else ......

Bus from bidar to belagavi via Bijapur
Didn’t go to vrl bus stand
Inspite of informing that I would be boarding from Bijapur
When called the phone of driver was out of coverage
Had to take bus from somewhere else...

Here booking date of 4 sep from Chandigad To Parbhani Maharashtra. Dispatching date 7 Sep but now present date the dag is on 8 sep is on Delhi Transport and in the bax arr medicine it's an emergency please tell him to Delhi and dispatch the mall from Delhi to parbhani right now .
The vrl service is very bad am giving a mark now ---00 very bad service. And tell him to other plz don't send through vrl my friend relativ etc. Medicine...

I order my product from Jaipur to Bhayander East but you company has delivered the Product in a wrong place i.e Bhandara Nagpur.
I need my product at my place as soon a possible and also i need compensation from you....

We regret to inform you that the material belongs to vide LR NO:[protected] which was booked on 6.9.2021 from Hyderabad-Jain Bearings to Madhava Enterprises - Nellore is not moving from the origination point. We from Madhava enterprises - Nellore, facing such incidents repeatedly and thinking of alternative source in days to come.
Please verify the same and advise concerned branch to move it immediately since we need material very urgent....
