Our parcel has been booked from ajmera fashion, surat on 10/10/2021 with the LR number [protected]. The material received at salem TPT on 15/10/21. But it is not yet delivered to our destination komarapalayam. its been 8 days the parcel is in salem tpt. we have personally went to salem TPT and checked and found that the parcel was not there. we have checked with Komarapalayam branch also, it was not there. we have contacted the person in Salem TPT, they are not responding. they are searching for the parcel for about one week. Kindly make sure about our parcel and let us know the details as soon as possible. we have waited for a long time.

I am complaining for the parcel from Delhi to Panipat of 5 kg have been charged under 50kg but as per volumetric calculation the parcel weight comes under 20 kg I have asked with booking vrl office for over charged they said as per bale dimensions it’s have been charged but I am not satisfied with the value charged as per this the value should be about for [protected]@2.7 and other charges as per bilti but I have to pay 300 for that small parcel which actual weight is 5 kg and volumetric weight is 15kg.
I ask for compensation for the difference amount or I need to file a legal complaint on overcharging amount from customers.

I have booked a parcel in ur company from Bangalore to kolkata .consignment num is [protected] but not getting my delivery since 11 days.and it causing me so much lose .kindly make sure that I get my parcel by tomorrow. Other wise I have to take necessary steps for your company.

When we are going to the coimbatore, vellakinarpirivu vrl office for booking our product they told warehouse full so booking not available . its make a strukkle for dispatch our product on time to customer because we make a all transport document for vrl, vrl is the one of the best service for india but this kind of incident make bad name for your brand. please improve the service at this branch because not iam only had a this incident lot of customers have a this struckkle at this branch.

We had given one courier from sai maruthi agencies -hubli to Devashya communication -Sullia (DK) bearing GC No 32423359 on 16/3/21 but it has not been delivered to the party due to some lock down and the party had admitted to hospital timely he could not able to communicate us, in july he informed us as the consignment not received, then i enqiired in your office they said it has gone to bijapur, we enquired there, they have not received again i consulted in your office they are not giving proper answer, it has got around rs.5000/ worth value of goods.
kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest and oblige.

My parcel mulki to anakapalli (Andhrapradesh) parcel is 50 kg items, in transit time parcel is opend and 25 kg item is missing now.. This is carless by the labour Or something so pls do needful..

Some cast-iron products purchased from Rajasthan.Kollam kadappakkada VRL unloading labourers brokened my item.They are careless peoples.Those people lost my money.

The consignment No. [protected] dated 6th Oct is unmoved for 3 days at Howrah from 7th to 10th and then again at your VIJAYAWADA TPT From 12th Oct though 13 th is a working day and the consignment destination is just 8km from where it is and daily pickup and delivery vehicles move in regular course from your VJA TPT to VJA 1Town. Are the people at your VJA TPT are such ignorant. Though we called upon their mobile and other available customer care Nos on 12th, 13th about more than 40 times no one attended the calls. We never felt such an idiotic behavior from any transport agency till date. FOR THIS IN APPROPEIATE, IRRESPONSIBLE, RECLESS AND UNTIMED DELIVERY BEHAVIOR ONLY _ WE HAVE HAD FORCED TO DROP GETTING CONSIGNMENTS THRU YOU for the last 4 years. Earlier we used to get materials thru you only from RAJKOT, AHMEDABAD, CHENNAI, at least 3 to 4 for month and in each consignment is about 100 to 250 cartons as well. From KOLKATA also we are expecting same which is an indication that you people are of TORTOISES NOWADAYS

As ur bus leave from shahpur by 7.15 it reach banglore by 6.15 but it was late by almost 1.5 hours late to banglore on 9th oct 2021 ... The bus was standing almost 1 hour near nelamangala VRL office it's ready disgusting and very poor service from VRL no time sense

My name is Mohammed Zahid and my company name is M/s Hafeez Leathers. From past 3-4 visits am witnessing a very rude behaviour from the guy who does the billing. I already have warned him that I will complaint about him but he is least concerned about it and I tried asking his name he never told me his name for which I have taken his photo without his consent. For every small doubts I ask him he is never bothered to answer me. I never expected this kind of service from such a reputed company. Its not acceptable at any cost. And also he was behaving the same with very other customer out there.

Very rude and unprofessional behaviour of the staff at VRL Bidar logistics. Not at all cooperative.

Also the Bengaluru office refused to book my package to Humnabad.

and twice VRL person has charged 100rs each for my cosignment to take delivery, although my company has already paid for that.

Please look into this matter and provide refund for the same.

As one of the best travel service provider need to fulfill the customers requirements with in the boundary of your book.

I'm very sad about the incident faced on VRL multi axel sleeper bus. We will book these buses in terms of safety and quality and not least larger space regardless of the cost. But the bus operators will not allowing to keep our lagguage in the lagguage room which is located at the bottom.
Kindly update on this to continue customer relationship trustfully.

Kindly provide the order to all your bus operators to allow to keep the baggage on the baggage room.

M/S ST Jude Agencies paid 6780 IRS as the fare from Suart to Aluva
M/S ST Jude Agencies paid Rs 12 per box ( total boxes 40) to the loading people as directed by the VRL.

total damages including GST : 11564 IRS

shipment damage waybill : [protected].. Invoice no supplier : LPC/21-22/661 dated[protected]
there were 40boxes, due to improper handling the boxes were damaged and subsequent leakage occured . the contents were engine oil which was brought from Surat to kerala state and the venue of receiving is aluva ( ernakulam district ).
they took full money for the damaged oxes also .. the loading people also took 12 rs per box for the 36 boxes which was put in the vehicle and also for the damaged boxes which is inside the godown even now . all these are done by the instruction of the VRL people in the aluva

Dear Sir, This is to bring to your notice that Consignment No [protected] from KOLKATA to VIJAYAWADA TOWN 1 _ booked 0n 07_10_2021 at 5.0 pm was reached HOWRAH TPT on 8th Oct 2021 and still showing there only with out any further movement. With our regular experience we assumed it by 5th day to deliver here in Vijayawada. This is the 2nd time the consignment was put aside for such a long period at one place. Pl . Look into the issue and take necessary actions to deliver the machine at Vijayawada as soon as possible.

Traveling from Bangalore to Hyderabad on October 8th 2021. Bus no. KA41D1663. Seat no. L17.
The seat is wet. Literally wet. The issue was not settled even after complaining on duty manager. This is pathetic service from VRL. No wonder people are choosing other private travels these days

I got a consignment with consignment id-L6021KA1983PLC005247. When I reached the VRL office to receive my parcel, the executive said that I need to provide my xerox copy of the Adhar card. Even though I was carrying all the original documents, the executive refused to hand over my parcel.

The way to get a xerox copy is very far from office premises, even after multiple requests, the executive refused to provide a parcel. Please...
