Coimbatore office does not take and attend the calls of customers while taking booking u said to deliver within 10days

    I trusted vrl and thought to get my bike delivered to Bangalore it was very.worst experience for me like after paying 5500
    Rupees my whole bike was damaged
    The brakes of my bike where broken
    The mirrors where broken
    The key of bike was broken
    They stole the things from bike
    Silencer damaged
    I am going to make sure that they give me my refund or else ...

        Didn’t go to vrl bus stand
        Inspite of informing that I would be boarding from Bijapur
        When called the phone of driver was out of coverage
        Had to take bus from somewhere else

          Here booking date of 4 sep from Chandigad To Parbhani Maharashtra. Dispatching date 7 Sep but now present date the dag is on 8 sep is on Delhi Transport and in the bax arr medicine it's an emergency please tell him to Delhi and dispatch the mall from Delhi to parbhani right now .
          The vrl service is very bad am giving a mark now ---00 very bad service. And tell him to other plz don't send through vrl my friend relativ etc. Medicine ka dag time pe nahe mil raha hai to comen person ka kya hall ho raha ho ga bohat tadkelas service hai and transportation chg was very costly alos

            I order my product from Jaipur to Bhayander East but you company has delivered the Product in a wrong place i.e Bhandara Nagpur.

              We regret to inform you that the material belongs to vide LR NO:[protected] which was booked on 6.9.2021 from Hyderabad-Jain Bearings to Madhava Enterprises - Nellore is not moving from the origination point. We from Madhava enterprises - Nellore, facing such incidents repeatedly and thinking of alternative source in days to come.
              Please verify the same and advise concerned branch to move it immediately since we need material very urgent.

                      I have booked 2 parcel, meerut to amravati, dkt :-[protected],

                      but due to some problem these goods re-direct to latur (mh), from nangaon peth,

                      staff of nangaon peth these goods move on same day to nagpur tpt, but nanpur tpt not move goods to latur last 2 days & not pick any call.

                      Now to request you, kindly solve my proble, as soon as possible.

                              This is to inform that our consignment no. [protected] via VRL Logistic booked from Bangalore to Surat under Godown delivery terms with paid charges, hence VRL Surat team have to inform Consignee when consignment reaches VRL godown destination but no one called and informed till date 01.09.2021, when we (consignee) called to VRL Surat branch no one have picked the call and no response. After continuously calling 10 - 15 times, 1 call was attended from VRL Surat Team that to no proper listening and supporting from them and they disconnected the call.
                              Now i am trying call again and again but no use of that as there is no response from them.

                                Sir I reached with goods to your VRL transport Jagadhri then you are representative is not behave like a gentleman it's like a gunda and tell me go to hell and go back with your good at 7 p.m. 31st August 2021
                                I am your regular customer and send would a number of bundles in a month please reply as soon as possible that respect tentative is very bad behaviour.
                                Please take a strong action on that guy I am not satisfied to your VRL Jagadhri service.

                                  I travelled from banglore to athani seat no l-1 seat you bus stop for meals at tumkur point but the food quality is very wrost but its run and controlled through your vrl but there is very poor food quality and high rate even though there is no particular complaint phone number / tool free number and no reponsable person to heard the customer problems or response

                                    We have sent a parcel including a bike by using vrl cargo service on July 30. Its been a month. We have not received the parcel and bike. Contact person is not responding. Trere is no tracking of our things. Worst ever experience with VRL. Contact person is refusing to take the calls and abusive.

                                      Myself Shridhar Ptati, prop of Prajwal enterprises, at Raichur since from last Sept-20 entire staff at Raichur HO not even give us that our consignment has reached here or not not even single message to the owner just with the help of auto/rata ace drivers we get the intimation about our good may entire team are bribed by these drivers or lobbying by them pls look forward to the issue or else this will be shared with media as well as social media

                                        Myself Shridhar Pyati, Prop of my own business at Raichur by name Prajwal Enterprises, since from last Sept-20 all my consignments are coming from VRL due to the staff at Raichur HO we are unable to get not even single message or call by means of auto or tata ace drivers I'm getting calls saying that my goods have reached here, may be these auto/tata ace drivers lobbying and bribing entire staff to hide the details to all business owner about their consignment, pls look into it or else these matters will be shared with media as well as social media
