I have booked 2 parcel, meerut to amravati, dkt :-[protected],

but due to some problem these goods re-direct to latur (mh), from nangaon peth,

staff of nangaon peth these goods move on same day to nagpur tpt, but nanpur tpt not move goods to latur last 2 days & not pick any call.

Now to request you, kindly solve my proble, as soon as possible.

This is to inform that our consignment no. [protected] via VRL Logistic booked from Bangalore to Surat under Godown delivery terms with paid charges, hence VRL Surat team have to inform Consignee when consignment reaches VRL godown destination but no one called and informed till date 01.09.2021, when we (consignee) called to VRL Surat branch no one have picked the call and no response. After continuously calling 10 - 15 times, 1 call was attended...

Sir I reached with goods to your VRL transport Jagadhri then you are representative is not behave like a gentleman it's like a gunda and tell me go to hell and go back with your good at 7 p.m. 31st August 2021
I am your regular customer and send would a number of bundles in a month please reply as soon as possible that respect tentative is very bad behaviour.

I travelled from banglore to athani seat no l-1 seat you bus stop for meals at tumkur point but the food quality is very wrost but its run and controlled through your vrl but there is very poor food quality and high rate even though there is no particular complaint phone number / tool free number and no reponsable person to heard the customer problems or response...

We have sent a parcel including a bike by using vrl cargo service on July 30. Its been a month. We have not received the parcel and bike. Contact person is not responding. Trere is no tracking of our things. Worst ever experience with VRL. Contact person is refusing to take the calls and abusive.

Myself Shridhar Pyati, Prop of my own business at Raichur by name Prajwal Enterprises, since from last Sept-20 all my consignments are coming from VRL due to the staff at Raichur HO we are unable to get not even single message or call by means of auto or tata ace drivers I'm getting calls saying that my goods have reached here, may be these auto/tata ace drivers lobbying and bribing entire staff to hide the details to all business owner about...

My parcel number [protected] containing 2 cartons is showing recieved at the destination but i received only 1 carton. When i enquired in the office they said its been misplaced somewhere. Its been a week since i am waiting for the second carton. Its a very urgent parcel for me. Kindly take immediate action against this and deliver the parcel soon. Otherwise i will move for legal actions...

This is a concern that we got the parcel from Hyderabad Medchal dated 24.08.2021, we received it at vijayawada on 26th. but they did not delivery today when we went to pick up the parcel at your kanuru office, they are asking for the ID proof which is not told to us to bring, and when we went there at 1.20pm they are asking us to come again at 2.30, which is not at all agreeable. we as a customer can not simply run around ur office twice...

The product weight is only 31 but they have put 915 kg and r asking me to pay 9680 s this a joke...

Vrl peeniya Bangalore staff is very lose. The are not responding to customer properly...

I booked 2 bora from howrah to trichy they charging cost is 4450 for 2bora same before 2month i booked 2bora from metiaburz to trichy the cost is 2300 only...

Very pathetic service in Sirsi office.
Have not received any message or call from vrl office about the order reached to the office. Even i have tracked using ID but it was showing as order is in transit. For there technical issue they charged me ₹400 extra . I got call from vrl before 2days and they said they had got the parcel a month ago. Its a cheap trick from such a big company

Have booked 11:30 pm bus today from RedBus ( 24th Aug 2021 ) But VRL Have Taken it 9:30 Pm ... Its Completly Wrong as their 9:30 Bus Not Full so they have cancelled my 11:30 pm Bus

Am No ware near to Location of boarding as well ...

Now its Not cancellable ..Please Refund me money on immediate action .
else I would complain to higher authorities...

LR NO [protected] booked from Bangalore to Haveri on 17/08/2021 has not yet been delivered. The working condition is too poor. Earlier LR NO [protected] was delivered to me after one month, it was wrongly delivered to another party and after several calls people here handed over to me. I tried complaining the same to Hubli ur complaints number but he didn't accept it and gave me back Haveri number and said all ur complaints will be handled...

I gave my company materials almost 700kg and Prefer VRL Shippment from chennai to Kerala. Beginning he gave wrong LLR to me mentioned wrong destination after, He commited me your materials will reach kerala within 3 to 4 days maximum. Now 5 days passed, Still materials not reach to customer hand. Worst Service. Nobody pick up my call from Kerala Branch VRL Logistics Executive person . Very Worst Service. Wrong Commitment. But Shipping charges...

Roodly behaviour and refusing to booking the parcel in delhi mundka branch.
Every time they behave like this .
I booked many parcels in a week every time they behave very roodly....
