My parcel number [protected] containing 2 cartons is showing recieved at the destination but i received only 1 carton. When i enquired in the office they said its been misplaced somewhere. Its been a week since i am waiting for the second carton. Its a very urgent parcel for me. Kindly take immediate action against this and deliver the parcel soon. Otherwise i will move for legal actions

This is a concern that we got the parcel from Hyderabad Medchal dated 24.08.2021, we received it at vijayawada on 26th. but they did not delivery today when we went to pick up the parcel at your kanuru office, they are asking for the ID proof which is not told to us to bring, and when we went there at 1.20pm they are asking us to come again at 2.30, which is not at all agreeable. we as a customer can not simply run around ur office twice or more times. Can u please look into this and give a solution.

Very pathetic service in Sirsi office.
Have not received any message or call from vrl office about the order reached to the office. Even i have tracked using ID but it was showing as order is in transit. For there technical issue they charged me ₹400 extra . I got call from vrl before 2days and they said they had got the parcel a month ago. Its a cheap trick from such a big company

They never bothered to help. They will ask you cash extra for loading. They told that these are market labour not our.

Have booked 11:30 pm bus today from RedBus ( 24th Aug 2021 ) But VRL Have Taken it 9:30 Pm ... Its Completly Wrong as their 9:30 Bus Not Full so they have cancelled my 11:30 pm Bus

Am No ware near to Location of boarding as well ...

Now its Not cancellable ..Please Refund me money on immediate action .
else I would complain to higher authorities

LR NO [protected] booked from Bangalore to Haveri on 17/08/2021 has not yet been delivered. The working condition is too poor. Earlier LR NO [protected] was delivered to me after one month, it was wrongly delivered to another party and after several calls people here handed over to me. I tried complaining the same to Hubli ur complaints number but he didn't accept it and gave me back Haveri number and said all ur complaints will be handled by him
I feel pity that I have dealt with you'll

I gave my company materials almost 700kg and Prefer VRL Shippment from chennai to Kerala. Beginning he gave wrong LLR to me mentioned wrong destination after, He commited me your materials will reach kerala within 3 to 4 days maximum. Now 5 days passed, Still materials not reach to customer hand. Worst Service. Nobody pick up my call from Kerala Branch VRL Logistics Executive person . Very Worst Service. Wrong Commitment. But Shipping charges however we need to pay..

but i think it should be delivered to my address .

These are medical oxygen good and are urgently required for giving oxygen to the critical patients.

We request you to take action urgently and get the goods delivered urgently and take action against the person responsible for such undue delay without any reason.

My lr number [protected] from Solapur to kolhapur booked on 9.8.21. it's dumped into your kolhapur godown from 11.8.21. and not delivered to me.
When I call n enquire about the goods they say all our drivers are gone and we do not have the vehicles to deliver. So we have dumped your goods. Ridiculous service from vrl.
Please solve this issue as soon as possible.

I have utilised VRL service for shifting of lauggage from Hyderabad to Bangalore on 24 Jun 2021. Total amount was Rs. 35850/-. Initial advance of Rs. 2000/- has paid. While submitting invoice No. INV-0158, Dated: 24 Jun 2021, the amount was stated as Rs. 35850/- which was paid by me. The advance of Rs. 2000/- is to be returned to me, which was promised by your executive that the amount will be returned within 2 days. Inspite of my repeat requests, the same is still not returned. We do not expect such poor response from your office. Please do needful immediately.
