Dear Sir / madam,
My consignment from vizag to kolkata whose LR no. is [protected] date 12/8/21 which should be delivered to my address but i received a call from vrl logistics branch taratala kolkata, they will not deliver my consignment and are also asking for advance payment online.
but i think it should be delivered to my address .

kindly look into this matter and deliver my consignment as soon as possible.br...

The bilty No.- [protected] of medical good send from Kolkata on[protected] had not reached to Lucknow till to date[protected]

The packages are lying in Kanpur since[protected] and is not send by them. We had been calling transport office of VRL but no action taken till now.

These are medical oxygen good and are urgently required for giving oxygen to the critical patients.

My lr number [protected] from Solapur to kolhapur booked on 9.8.21. it's dumped into your kolhapur godown from 11.8.21. and not delivered to me.
When I call n enquire about the goods they say all our drivers are gone and we do not have the vehicles to deliver. So we have dumped your goods. Ridiculous service from vrl.

I have utilised VRL service for shifting of lauggage from Hyderabad to Bangalore on 24 Jun 2021. Total amount was Rs. 35850/-. Initial advance of Rs. 2000/- has paid. While submitting invoice No. INV-0158, Dated: 24 Jun 2021, the amount was stated as Rs. 35850/- which was paid by me. Goods received was not at all in proper condition, Bags were torn and also material has been short. We do reqular business with VRL. But face this type of complaints quite frequently in past couple of months. This is the 1st time we thought of complaining to u. Request u to please help this resolve and improve in working....

VRL is loosing its credibility day by day . I m travelling Nagpur pune on 15th aug 2021 first there is delay of time in reaching second after reaching pune we have to change our bus to reach Chinchwad though there is no breakdown of bus . 8:30 am was the time mention to reach pune but it’s 9 am and still we are struggling to reach destination in bus .

I was contacted by Vrl agent for package delivery. His name is Ravindra Kumar. He packed 10 boxes of my kitchen items at bengaluru and gave Vrl bill via WhatsApp. After which I paid him 50% payment. The delivery was supposed to happen to Lingsugur, Karnataka on 8th of august. Till now no delivery Andes he is not picking the call. Please help goods were worth 20k rupees.

We find the above said lr no bundle was missed by your company, we have already given complaint at madurai vrl logistics no : 47, cmr road balarengapuram, madurai - 625009
also we have given claim settlement letter-1 dated on 29-03-21
and claim letter-2, dated on 31-07-21 .
The value of missed bundle is rs 15, 761, for inv no:2207 dt.30-01-21 and freight paid rs 740 .
The total value of our claim is rs 16, 501/-...

Booked material from Vasai on 4-08-21. to Hyd Pattancheru door delivery
Material loaded on[protected].
Booked to Hyderabad pattancheru and reached to pattancheru on[protected] am.
as on 11-08-21 delivery is not done.
Material is sending for our usage purpose and not for time pass. Material delivery is very worst...

Kheda vtl logistic
My pick point is kheda vrl and the send to narol and after
I ask the are told pick up to narol and kheda to narol is 20km . Who will give transportation charges
And the superior activities are not good please action on that thanks...

I had booked a ticket for 2 from Hubli to Bangalore on Ramdurg-Bangalore sleeper bus. I was surprised to see my seats were allocated to others till Hubli. The other passengers got down at Hubli. After this at least my expectation was that the seats will be sanitized. When asked nobody even cared to losten to my concern. I book VRL thinking it is safe in every way. But after this incident I am thinking its just a hype and VRL is not bothered...
