Dear sir,

This is A Narasimharao from mancherial, on 15/04/2021 my food items parcel dispatched from delhi yesterday only i have received my parcel([protected]) from VRL mancherial office,

Every time my food items one or 2kgs getting loss from vrl transport, every time they are making hole to parcel and material taking out ... Yesterday also i have faced the same problem actually my parcel weight 45kgs, but I got the material 42.5kgs only .. Around 2.5kg walnuts we are lost that lost material cost around 2000Rs

I request you to take some action on this.. your transport image getting damage for doing such type of fraud
Works,

If I face this type of problem in future surely i will go for legal action

Worst transport n really it's a cheap bunch of begger s group jus to deliver the product which has been reached to raichur those beggers say tht today no labours so v won't give product if possible come tomorrow n even after telling tht the product is of medical emergency then also they jus don't care it this is the status of there mind worst transport system ### OFF VRL

The vehicle after reaching Bangalore it's not having any updates on Vehicle movement
The stock is urgent for me

I have booked a parcel from coimbatore tpt to delhi.. Tracking no [protected].last year. But still no response from them.

While barroowing tea powder material from Calcutta to Hyderabad one of the parcel bag out of 3 found total damaged and nearly 10 kg material was missing in that bag..
Kindly find and resolve what actually happened with the parcel baggage

According to Lr no-[protected] a pair of STONE CHAKKI PAT was booked from AJMER to CUTTAK on 26/03/2021.it was reached Cuttack transit on 06/4/2021.after that they are avoid my phone call, I went to Cuttack transit and paid transporting charges. but after that they told me that one chakki is missing from one pair on Bhubaneswar transit.they are harrasehig me from last 5 days ..they send me to Bhubaneswar transit.. Bhubaneswar transit send me to cuttack..I'm unable to understand what is going on..so please help me to get my goods easily.. Thanks.

In Coimbatore singanallur VRL Poor service by incharge and manager .

-No response for call
-No response for pickup of goods
-bargaing for unloading charges from usby load man and with help of Incharge and manager
-because of this above point we are can't able to book in VRL

Worst treatment of customer and making customer to wait for long time after doing giving all the required documents

Kindly attend sir our consignment no-[protected] & [protected] still not delivered booked on 26 mar, please deliver these consignment very soon

Kindly help for lr [protected] dtd 3/4/21 it has reached dakachiya but not not reached loha mandi it is an urgent natured parcel.chasing office since 7/4/21, .It is not expected from such an big transport company. kindly look in the matter and help to get it delivered early

Iam P. Rajamani having boutique showroom in Erode. All my parcel from mumbai, Surat, Ahmadabad amd Jaipur were despatched through VRL only. Everything was fine before two weeks.

One parcel booked from Ahemadabad vide LR no[protected] dt: 22.3.2021 was delivered only on 3.3.2021 after two weeks. I was tracking on 23.2.2021 it shows goods is reached at Salem. But it will take one week from Salem to Erode.

The same issue was happen in my another parcel vide Lr No : [protected] which was booked from mumbai which shows while tracking the bundle in salem on 9.4.2021..But still it was not despatched. No response from your end. I called so many times. Your office person and manager reply was not satisfied.

We are doing business in very critical time. This is not good. I want to correct the mistake

Consignment booked on 1st April 2021 from Chennai & destination is Cochin(Kerala). In normal course the cargo should have reached Cochin by 3rd April.
On tracking, we could note that the cargo is moving between unrelated destinations ( Chennai- Salem-Varur- Perundurai- Bangalore.
Almost 9days lost & we are yet to get any confirmation.

The item was very urgently required to attend a breakdown case & this delay in delivery of the spare item has resulted in heavy production loss.

We can't afford any further delay & request your office to ensure that we receive the item in Cochin today itself.

Seat numbers: L-15, L-16 and L-17 - (Ladies. 83 Years - 38 Year and 10 year)

We had booking from Pune to Hubli on 8.4.2021. Bus passed the Pick-up Point without stopping.

After that we informed by the person of Sachin Travels that Ballari Bus has been passed, you go through Bidar Bus and catch the Ballari bus.

Now tell me how can a single lady can carry such huge luggage, Old Age Women and shift into the Ballari Bus at Night Time.

Please note the complaint seriously.

VLR logistics misplaced my 3 items ( 14, 18, 35) mentioned in the attached invoice also My Washing Machin is not working/damaged all the inside wires are bitten by the RATS . I am trying to contact the CUSTOMER care but they are not picking my calls .

From Oct 3 2020 till 4 April 2021, I kept my goods in Storage and when it is delivered all the packages received in dirty condition with Rats bites and urine/### ...

I am extremely unhappy with VRL service and I would like to raise formal complaint and reimbursement of my damaged goods .

The transport are not properly picking the phone and no proper customer service very bad service, , when ever we call either they not pick the call or switched off ...

Delivery time is mention on VRL website is 9:30 am to 9:30 pm but they are not providing the material after 4 pm and very rudely behaviour.
Location: Goregaon Mumbai.

I request to VRL, please change the delivery time on VRL website.
