LR NO [protected] DATED 27.3.2021 c/ments bookedd from ahmedabad kathwad to yeshwanthpur bangalore.
With reference to above we wish to bring to your kind notice that vide above LR no 2 parcels have been booked from ahmedabad to yeshwanthpur, Bangalore.We have recieved only 1 parcel inspite of repeated calls nobody has attended this urgent shipment we are incurring loss this parcel was supposed to dispatch yesterday from our end today we have recieved only one parcel which is of no use.this has created lot of problems to us.Kindly take immediate action in this regard and revert back immediatedly.

This is to inform you that. Every time we are getting late deliver good. Even after reaching Nagpur also your people are taking 2 to 3 days to delivery.
Our current docket no wide [protected] which from Delhi to Nagpur. Reached to Nagpur on 30th of march till day we didi not get the meterial till day today also there were saying that we will try to deliver but not. Your concerns person are just fooling us talking like Public sector persons.

We request please change attitude of the people and arrange to deliver the good on time.

Vrl takes 3-4 days for getting the material from sambalpur to Jharsuguda which is just less then 1hr in distance. Totally disappointed with the services of vrl logistics. I have urgently placed an order but the material already received on 26th of march but I got regularly delayed. Everytime I called vrl they say tomorrow you will get the material but I didn't. Completely worst services.

My goods was booked from Mangluru to Guwahati with bilty no.- [protected]. As I am from Tinsukia, Assam, so I have provided them with my letterhead telling that they should handover my goods to the executive of Salasar Roadlines Transport(m. I got the worst service at Guwahati VRL office. The person named Praveen Srivastav(Area Manager) and one more staff from VRL misbehaved with me as he refused that go and get your Transport letterhead than he will be handing over the goods. On my request also he did not respond rather he told that do whatever you want I will not give your goods.

This is not the way you treat your consumer. This is my last business with VRL and now onwards I will not do any kind of business.

My consignment has booked on22/03/2021 from Greater Noida Coimbatore. today is 31/3. And today online showing salem in. also material arrived salem HUb stay 4 days, It is very bad response at your godown people .

My consignment has booked on 25/03/2021 from Coimbatore. today is 29/3. And today online showing Pune in. But not phisically at Pune fursungi godown. Your guyes told it will come to phirsungi in 2-3 days. It is very bad response at your godown puepole. IT IS VERY CHEP AND UNORGANISED TRANSPORT IN MY CARRIER . It takes 6-7 working days deliver material from coimbatur to Pune.

Hello sir
I m trader from Trichy. I booked clothing parcel from Delhi. It's worth 10500rs but that parcel charged arround 2000rs. For 10000 rs am I hav to pay 2000only parcel charge???? Now there is full of no chance to earn profit in my product. As like last time only 5kg parcel as sample product was charged 800rs and 150rs for coole.
Business is for earn profit because ur parcel service it made us many worst situation. Please consider my query. And some times the service provider of vrl behav rudely with women. If it continues we r all going to avoid vrl.

Literally I felt too bad about your service. The staff here don't have any basic knowledge or don't have any time sense. I got fed up with your staff totally.. is it the way to respond your customers.

We are a Traders.. Our supplier has booked one consignment of 5articles on 05/03/2021 in Rajkot to madurai Tamilnadu. Today 24/03/2021 till now material has not reached... Have tried Continuosly to the madurai Delivery office there is no response the call has not been pickedup even after trying of 25times... At final they have pickedup and said the material has reached on 13/03/2021.. But not even intimation to us. And lethargically said that there is no manpower to inform and respond to the customers.. Worst service...

But i have booked on 19/03/2021, still consignment is in laying down in bangalore TPT office.
please take immediate action to deliver the consignment

After the seller we trust only the logistics. Always Make sure how your workmen handle the goods it's not only a goods it's many people's money that we gave u to transport.

We css rajkamal 10a west tower St Madurai is regular customer of Vrl for past 20 years, the delivery section clerks Mrs Gowri and Mr Raja are doing these mistakes at delivery section
1, not attending phone calls for enquiring reach of goods.
2, always making our load man for delivery to get delayed.
3, very bad manners with our staff for getting delivery of goods.
4, No proper response regarding enquiry of goods in direct or phone calls.
5 making our staffs to wander from city delivery office to Kappalur office, with out proper reasons
6 same day, same company goods, delivery of goods from one
Nadana theatre city Vrl office and one at TPT Vrl Kappalur office.
Proof of delivery receipt photos.
