Very sad to share this experience with VRL logistics. I had an offer with an external courier service to send entire household items like 1 washing machine, 1 fridge, 2 double cots, matresses, entire clothes and entire household items. Just to save some money on courier service I have sold all other items and decided to only ship clothes and kitchen utensils. Hence I have reached out VRL for getting an estimate for 40kgs and they have agreed for 2500. But when the bill came I'm surprised to see the bill inflated to around 4366 including GST, insurance and some misc charges. Im ready to pay the extra amount of 650 for 9kgs of extra luggage. But its very unfortunate to remit a bill of 4366 just for clothes and kitchen utensils, where I would have brought entire things for just 9000. I didn't expect this from a service provider like VRL which I had trusted for bus service and all. Please take necessary action to address this looting.

I booking from product from last week but till today I didn't getting any details of that product... Wen I visits head office in Hubli region these worst people are not responding.. When I saw in online tracing logistics as not moved from last 4days.please help me out from this lrno [protected].. And also customer complaints no is not connecting . I was agreed to pay 2500 for shipping my activa from gurgaon to my hometown. Later on after pickup the overpriced to 4500 and didnot return my activa when I asked so.Still m asking them for return

This is to inform you that, I'm travelling from huvin hipppargi to Bangalore, bus suppose to arrive at 8 o clock it arrived at 8.45 to destination, if traveller asked to drive the response is very rude and not acceptable attitude towards passenger.
We always travel with VRL travells and this time I'm very dissapointed with the service, I hope you take appropriate action on this issue. Below are the details -

Boarding time was 3, departure time was 3.30 and now its 4.30 still vehicle didn't reach on stop...this is ridiculous and u have to focus on timings...I will definitely not prefer ur services next time...wrong decision I have taken and book ticket with u...angry and disappointed customer

I was supposed to receive my parcel which has been sent from dehradun, but it's taking so much time for delay. And to my notice the parcel has been left in Delhi since 16 th Jan and it's almost been one week and no further transit details are there.
Since it's essential for me I wanted to get as soon as possible so please make a query about it .

I've booked a VRL from Kolhapur to Bengaluru journey date:[protected] time: 19:00
And wanted to board the bus from Kognoli toll plaza.
To tell this I had called your kolhapur office numbers
[protected],[protected], I don't know the who was the person in that office but he doesn't know how to talk to the customers. Since I had to board at different point & wanted to know the bus number I had called those numbers. He didn't respond properly and was shouting at me. Kindly look into this. It's very inconvenient.

My sister parceled a induction from mysor, and it's comes damaged product to me

My l r copy is been misplaced and for that made a bond and given it to balotra office and to mail that bond he charged 100 rs and then he said I will mail it in 10 15 min so I said my party to go to transport and get your goods after half an hour so party went there and that from there end he said i dint get any mail so I made a call at balotra office and the guy said I am doing it in 5 minute and again I said my party to wait for 5 minute and then the balotra office guy stop answering the call only... it is been one month the goods dispatched from its origin... very disappointing behavior and highly charged for that service and complicated rules ...

It is for your information that one unknown person by name kavya with mobile number [protected] in Bangalore called me and told that he got one box parcel containing CJC kit found on the road.

This parcel was transported by VRL logistics from Bangalore ( Mysore road- near RV college depot) from our factory Vijayalakshmi polymers international at Kolur-Mysore road, Bangalore with consignement number [protected] to our client at Ambala Telesonic networks ltd. during August 2020.[protected]

Infact at the receiving end Telesonic people called me and told shortage of one box . Later we sent one box urgently to receive the delivery.

Now I suspect that the missing box is this one only. Enquire and replace our missed box and take appropriate action against errant.

Consignment no [protected] date of booking on 8th Jan-21 Booked at Delhi till date it has not been reached to the destination why I am unable to find out No one is giving proper reply for the same.

may I request to check the status and send to the destination on Priority otherwise I will file a complaint with consumer forum for which I am not responsible

As per our order send a material throughvrl logistics .in kangaiyam and perundurai office not response our phone calls and not replaied our words . materials over delaying from ur logistics

WE BOOK GOODS FOR KOTTAKKAL(KERELA) but by your branch agent mistake he booked goods for cuttack (odisha)

Sr my parcel with lr no [protected] is on 11/1/2021 but still it is in same hub position. Since three days item showing on same place when I track.
Kindly do the necessary and oblige...

Very bad courier facility vrl its taking too much time for delivery i really dont want to make another parcel delivery in vrl courier

Good day,

Please provide the exact status of the above LR no. In website, it shows that parcel arrived at Delhi TPT on jan 1st, but still parcel not delivered to the customer(Noida). It's more than week parcel sits idle in Delhi.

Could you please provide the reason for the delay? If there is a delay, why there is no update to customer(receiver) from VRL side. It is almost 12 days since parcel booked.

We will look other services from next time if this continues same.
