Extra payment received

We received a consignment lr no. [protected] dt: 01.03.2021which was supplied only 4 boxes out of 5 boxes, no proper response has given from your team, kindly arrange to dispatch the missing box asap.

My product was missing . I want to take stronge action against him who received the product . So send detail of the person who received the product .

I have received an order from Karnataka, where we have used VRL logistics for the transport of the furniture (cot) from Karnataka to Hyderabad. The worth of the product is more or less equal to Rs.60, 000. Due to the worst handling of your logistics this got damaged, even the sender has packed the parcel very much tightly using the carton boxes around it which has even damaged the maximum of the product. I'm attaching the pictures of the same in this query, I need compensation for your worst service given to us.

We are paying money not only for the transport but also for the careful handling. This should not be the way you will satisfy the customers. Every penny o[censored]s is hard-earned and I'm very heart-broken after seeing the parcel I received from VRL.

I have booked 40 nags weighing 1330 kg. On 6.3.2021 from Patparganj, Delhi-110092 for door delivery to Lucknow (UP).
Till now (10.3.2021) the goods are lying at their Manesar Hub.
Every time, I checked with them, they answered that it will take another 4 to 5 days.
I have paid full freight including door delivery charges in advance at the time of the booking.
This is very very bad transport company.
Nobody is there to redress your concerns.
Feeling cheated by them

Sir i have made 5 bundle booking on 25/2/2021 from surat - coimbatore . From coimbatore parcel office i got 4 bundle only and still i haven't received1 parcel sir please check into it [protected] is my LR number

Today I booked a one consignment of 61 kg from bhiwani to baramati pune actual weight is of 61 kg but booking person charged me for this of 65 kg and when I asked for this he says it taken in round off weight. What is this, it done same so many times and misguided all customer and charged extra and his bheviour of dealing with customer is very bad Please check and take necessary action

We have couriered 285 no's of street lights from VRL kanhangad Center to lalitpur(delivery address) of consign number [protected] on paid basis.

Still yet the material is not reached at destination place lalitpur, so i informed the same to kanhangad VRL branch manager, he cross check the tracking details and informed us that the material is stuck at Mathura(UP) Centre because there is no VRL Centre at destination location, we...

Your services are very bad services not on time delivery and goods are opening and missing the product also services are

My complete is missing my parcel at VRL there no proper information and if this case I will to consumer court and I will the queries in public site like internet and face book regarding VRL ...my parcel missing from past 1 month nonbady is responding properly so plz guide me otherwise I will as per my view. Our consignment no : [protected], we need to take it from Salem . Now they ask to bring our rubber stamp . They ask us to make a duplicate rubber stamp and receive the consignment, .How can we make a company rubber stamp do a forgery . Totally disappointed with the Salem office staff behavior . We'll definitely do not refer this company to any one .

My Shyamraj from Village oil mill pvt Ltd bangalore. I am regular customer . I usually get coconut oil from Jakkalis wood press industry mysore and this time sealed can cap was open and taken 3 kgs of coconut oil from the can. I doubt the local VRL bannerghatta road incharge because last time he was inquiring about the price of oil.
This is very disappointing and not fair we have a good reputation and trust on VRL but now with bad experience. Pls look into this issue . For your reference I am uploading photos of my order

Not delivered in time product

My mother started her journey from Hubli to Mumbai on 23rd February 21 with pnr no.[protected]., destination was Goregaon East but driver dint Stop the bus instead he was very arrogently talking to my mom and denied to stop the bus ending up stoppage at somewhere at Kandivali. My mother is aged and having luggage of 3 to 4 bags don't know to speak Hindi or Marathi had struggled a lot to reach Goregaon and even I had requested her passby ppl to manage Rikshaw and drop at Goregaon. This is very condemnable and pathetic behaviour by the VRL staff for the 1st time.. my always 1st preference of travel was VRL coz of best in class service, the driver name is Mallikarjun, concerned authorities should take very strict action on this inhuman behaviour of this driver towards a aged female passager on such pandemic situation, the day start was very bad coz of such ppl.. VRL i dont recommend anyone to use your services coz u r hiring senseless and irresponsible ppl like Mallikarjun.

There is a group of people drunk in the bus and disturbing co passengers if this type of activities happens it is difficult to travel in the bus so it is your responsibility to take care of this activities
