I have booked bus with my baby from nagpur to pune on 31st dec 2018. The bus got cancelled because of some bus issue and hence cancelled my tickets. Vrl is not giving me my preferred seat and bus time which i have booked in the bus on 31st dec 2018. Now vrl is giving me next day that is 1st jan 2019 bus tickets on another bus on last seats which is not comfortable at all. They should have schedule another bus on same timing on same day. Now with no option have to book hotel in nagpur worth rupees 2500 and travel on 1st in uncomfortable manner. Other companies also cancelled their buses of same day looks like bus companies have done lobbying and sales tickets on higher price from 1st jan 2019.
Hence i want compensation from vrl for my inconvenience.

Dear sir, very very very very bad service responce.. Poorest
My vendor has booked a material fro jaipur to ghaziabad with the delivery commitment of 2 days. Now the materrial has arrived at ghaziabad after delay.
Now my person mr. Akash sah has reached to collect the material in afternoon.
1. After noon commitment come to evening will give the material.
2.in evening at 6 pm, they told for stamp of company,,
My question is when this stamp is so much mendatory why he has not otld to me in afternoon,
3. Then my party who has send the material has given the mail to vrl ghaziabad after having chat with prem prakash (Representative of vrl)
4, he again refused as new logic has come to discuss with vrl jaipur.
Why the hell i disscuss with vrl. Its your team and you have to support.
If my sender is saying give the material to named person, check his id card and take a copy and give thematerial.
By the reposce was very very bad by mr. Prem prakash.

Very cheap personality,

Request you to hand over the same position to some sensible person who can handle customer sincerely. We are giving service to you, not for listening harsh words by prem prakash or and vrl employee.

apart from bill which received from Faridabad center, they charged me extra handling charges, already all charges included and billed in Consignee slip, Why they charged extra handling every time??? its wrong

Reference is made this is to inform you that this is not the first time we faced this type of problem from last 6 months. Our consignment has reached at vrl logistics agarpara yesterday morning but till now we did not get the copy for collect our consignment our tracking no is [protected], last time they did not find the consignment and we wait there for 7 hrs for collect it. We had a dealership and distributor ship of many company we told every company send the materials from vrl logistics, but i am very much disappointed against vrl, when we had a door delivery they told us please collect it from ground floor they will not provide the consignment at door to door delivery. And the behavior is very rude,. Also they are very delayed service. I called e them many time to vrl agarpara office but not a single time they response our call for any quarries. We had worked with many logistics company for send and receive, but we dont get this type of response from others logistics company, i hope this problem will be resolve as soon as possible and we will do our business smoothly.

Dear sir, we have been trying to deliver good via vrl logistics from bhiwandi to patna. Your staff behaviour is worse and very irritating. I am planning to completely stop the service. Highly disspaointing.
Request you to kindly look into the matter and get back to me as early as possible. I have more than 100 bales getting dispatched on daily basis.

Lr no: [protected] the above parcels have been charged excessive
I have regular parcels coming from bangalore from vrl or other transports but this time i have been charged 546/- for two parcels which is very high from bangalore to belgaum.
Regularly we r charged with 165/- plus hamali.
And the parcel booking date was 29/11/2018
And delivered on 8/12/18 usually it is delivered in a day or max two.
We prefer vrl for quick and genuine logistic but if this is the case i m sorry.

We are continuously recommending our clients to dispatch the materials through vrl transport only but your services are very poor especially rajahamundry tpt. Our consignment ship from hyd on 2 nd december and it reaches next day to rajhmundry but till we have not get the consignment and they are saying it will take more time. If your business is high, pls alert your ponits not to take mateials from regular movers...

We booked one machine with full covered wooden packaging from virudhunagar to kadiri, andhrapradesh on 27/11/2018. At time of delivery consignee are shocked when they are receive the machine. Totally without packaging of machine only dispatched the machine. Machine castling body was totally damaged. Right now we lose our product / replace a new one that machines. Kindly take necessary action for this activities.

Drivers in bus are not actually drivers they are gundas. Today i travelled from mumbai to belgium by bus no. Py01 ch1186. When asked for a request stop at gandhinagar stop which is regular stop for the buses denied. Ok fine but he came up with rash words. He was drunk and it's very worst on the name we trusted vrl. No doubt very soon we may here a news like one we heard of mandya the bus went into canal.
If vrl is not serious this will surely be dream come true

No proper management at harihara office. For one delivery or booking it takes min one hour. If anybody is absent that work is kept pending till he comes. Starting with negative answers and lazy attitude. Always end up in mess

The total came. 940. And they r asking change from me. When i replied i don't have change. The lady on the table. Throw the money. And telling me to get the change. That was. Ridiculous. So i asked. Why r u throwing. Money... She get anger. And also the man was sitting near by. He shouted at me.

Company booking material some times godown delivery and some times door delivery door delivery is not a problem but godown delivery every time operator taking 5/- per bag to loading we r says our vehicle will loading but he is not accepted it will be a problem to us
Kindly request to u pls allow to our vehicle because we r pay for loading charge and vehicle charge it is burden to us

I am retired bank manager booked return tickes from mudabidri vidyagiri to dharwad on 18/11/2018, birth nos u11, 12 & l19. Bus no ka25d0808.
Due to some rain we enquired your mudabidri office that wheather bus is coming to above place or not, that gentleman told that bus is not coming it will leave from hotel navami, with great difficulty we took auto by paying double charges we reached the office. While boarding your driver told that i should pickup some passengers from alva's nudisiri i. E vidyagiri mudabidri. It is surprise to us that your office person misguided us & we once asked him why you told like this, that gentleman lost his temper & talking admently. He called his friends & they started quaral with us. The matter was so serious that they even try to manhandle us if we not kept quiet.
Sir, vrl logistics is reputed one i never faced such worst situation like this earlier.
When other traveling agencies are charging less amount than vrl we frefer your logistics because of good service.
Please try to understand customer difficulty take suitable action changing the mudabidri franchise.

The person told it will be rs 6000 for whole door to door delivery of house shifting, but charged 15000 after picking up and retained my luggage. Promised to deliver the goods after 2 days but delivered after 10 days. Utterly unprofessional people and cheaters these vrl people are. Must take firm action. Sir we have send the goods to mr tripathi in kailash nagar on 15.11.18 but they haven't sent the goods till today ie 20.11.18. When i asked him about the bilty then i got to know that he didn't deliver the products and still in his warehouse. He told me that bill was generated on 14.11.18 and the way bill date was 15.11.18. But atleast he can inform us about this so that we can rectify this from our end. Now our products are too late to deliver and our order might get cancelled

And the 30 rs is being collected by ur officeman. For the service. And it is being said that we will receive the msg. Immediately. No receipt is given for the fees collected.
My question is y don't you people give the receipt for fees collected.

I umesh kumar agarwal, partner m/s nidhi lights, nizamabad, had purchased electrical goods from vasu electronics, delhi.

The party has booked the consignment through vrl logistics ltd. Mor sarai branch of delhi for delivery at nizamabad vide lr no.[protected] dt.[protected].

The actual weight of the consignment of 2 cartons was 73 kgs. But, the transporter charged for 270 kgs that too on to pay-priority basis in spite of asking him to book on general with pass basis thus inflating the rate and amount for rs.4, 113.

On arrival of the consignment, i contacted the company on their helpline number and was told by their operator that the charged weight is too high, but we are unable to initiate a refund as there is no such policy of the company.

My humble request is to initiate a refund for the excess charges.
