I am in sangamner tal-sangamner dist-ahmednagar (422605) i am regular customer of vrl transport, i am manufacturing of agriculture product such as bio fertilizer, bio pesticide, bio fungicide and mix micro nutrient, sangamner vrl transport office do not accept agriculture any product for sangamner branch office, so please action taken us....

Iam naveen from miryalaguda firm name is raapaka mallaiah and son my material comes from halol and silvassa at vrl from supreme tarpaulin industries
Company booking material some times godown delivery and some times door delivery door delivery is not a problem but godown delivery every time operator taking 5/- per bag to loading we r says our vehicle will loading but he is not accepted it will be a problem to us

I am retired bank manager booked return tickes from mudabidri vidyagiri to dharwad on 18/11/2018, birth nos u11, 12 & l19. Bus no ka25d0808.
Due to some rain we enquired your mudabidri office that wheather bus is coming to above place or not, that gentleman told that bus is not coming it will leave from hotel navami, with great difficulty we took auto by paying double charges we reached the office. While boarding your driver...

The person told it will be rs 6000 for whole door to door delivery of house shifting, but charged 15000 after picking up and retained my luggage. Promised to deliver the goods after 2 days but delivered after 10 days. Utterly unprofessional people and cheaters these vrl people are. Must take firm action. Phone number of the guy who dealt with matter, vrl hyderabad, [protected]....

Sir we have send the goods to mr tripathi in kailash nagar on 15.11.18 but they haven't sent the goods till today ie 20.11.18. When i asked him about the bilty then i got to know that he didn't deliver the products and still in his warehouse. He told me that bill was generated on 14.11.18 and the way bill date was 15.11.18. But atleast he can inform us about this so that we can rectify this from our end. Now our products are too late to deliver...

My dad shri chidanand manahalli had made a courier from your service centre in bijapur opposite blde medical college near old vatsalya hospital. To my address ie to bagalkot. And the 30 rs is being collected by ur officeman. For the service. And it is being said that we will receive the msg. Immediately. No receipt is given for the fees collected.
My question is y don't you people give the receipt for fees collected.br...

I umesh kumar agarwal, partner m/s nidhi lights, nizamabad, had purchased electrical goods from vasu electronics, delhi.

The party has booked the consignment through vrl logistics ltd. Mor sarai branch of delhi for delivery at nizamabad vide lr no.[protected] dt.[protected].

The actual weight of the consignment of 2 cartons was 73 kgs. But, the transporter charged for 270 kgs that too on to pay-priority basis...

We had sent a document to Kumta from Bangalore wide way bill No 27639226 dt 30.10.2018, bit it's not delivered until now,
I shaved complained several times to VRL customer care and also to VRL kumta but of no use we did not get a proper answer nor our complaint was cleared rather they were telling lies that it was deliveredbon 02.11.2018,
What kind of service is...

Consignment no.[protected] reached your yelahanka office. For loading small box to the vehicle they charged rs.300. And no bill or payment receipt for the payment made.

The labour charges for loading is more expensive than transporting the consignment.

No prior information about loading charges. We send the vehicle to pick the consignment and he did not had money to pay the loading charges.

Again...

All the movers and packers are thieves. But this one is worst. 1st they will evaluate your stuff give the low quotation and make you agree. Once after you make them pack and load they send you and e-bill which will cost you more than what you could ever imagine.
The goods they have delivered are damaged. My car's windshield has been cracked. They made many scratches and dirty car even from inside. They stole the it i rod and petrol...

I am having LR no : Lr no [protected] having 7 box VRL dated 13.10.2018 from then i did not got my parcel when i got sms to collect material i reached at location with person and rickshow they are telling we have sent material in our autorickshow if so why your wasting my time petrol and money why u sent sms to collect material i[censored] want to send by your auto.
Second thing after spending whole day at evening 6.30 i got call from vrl...

It's to inform you that vrl logistics at kottakal was very much irresponsible to goods handling and service to the customer
One of my box reached kottakal hub then even after 15days they didn't call me or else to my office also even though at least 5 times in a month we are having a shipment through them then also these people are behaving like this means then what should be their response to the one time customer any way i concluded...

We have facing issue with the transport service manager of vrl logistics - madanapalle town branch.

The manager is setting up its new rules of payment and service as the payment should be done in cash only or the goods would not be released.

There is also very rude behaviour of management while conversation.

I request you to take immediate action and hope our goods are delivered...

I am vishal jadhav from parli vaijnath, my consignment number [protected] is booked from faridabad on 13/10/2018. Today i have msg from vrl that my consignment is reached but when i am go there but they said me that your delevery is short. Only 1 packet is reached here out of 4. They said 3 packets are don't know where they are.
It's very bad service from vrl.
I want my money back and goods. Otherwise give...

I have courier the material on 9th of this month and it has reached to city of the party/receiver place but didn't reached to party. It is in coimbatore tpt but from their it didn't despatched to main city of the party. We think that vrl is a fastest and safest transportation for goods but it's proven wrong. We had good faith on vrl transportation. It's a request to do the needful asap.

We have booked a shipment for door delivery from secunderabd to Mahipalpur Delhi, At the time of booking the Vrl people said that it will take 5-6 days for the delivery . Since Last 4 Days the status of the material was showing as "loading to bilaspur", when we spoken to the concern person at bilaspur he was saying that the delivery will be today., But as per your Hyderabad branch personnel the material would...

Our lr number is [protected] in vrl logistics, our material was despatched on 4.10.2018 from new delhi. The material is lying in chennai for almost 3 days and the person from ranipet has asked chennai office to hold our material at chennai itself. We regularly book our material in vrl logistics but incident shows irresponsible attitude from vrl ranipet.
Kindly look into this matter and do needful...

I hv booked goods from ambala to pune pisoli tpt on 6th october 18, lr - [protected]. It was supposed to reached us on 13th october. But goods are lying in bilaspur delhi tpt from 9th oct onwards & still not forwarded to pune tpt. I hv contact concerned person but all goes in vain. No one is taking seriously. Will it be dispatched or not?

At sindagi customer handling staffs behaving very rudly and using non sense words to customer, when i asked timing he is telling its our wish, who is asking you, i am very disappointed by them simply they seated my time

I request, pls look who can behave properly with customers
