We have sent to Toddlers Retail - Thiruvalla Kerala, 2 Parcels - Bill Date 30/7/18, Invoice number - 951 through VRL. Toddlers have received only 1 Parcel our of 2 Parcels and have not received another Parcel of same bill. LR number is [protected]. Kindly update on urgent basis.

Our Dealer is continuously asking for the Parcel from VRL but no reply yet.

There is no response from your end . consignment received at Eluru dt o. 06/09/18 and it suppose to deliver and again it has loaded to Vijayawada . we totally disappointed because of your service. Kindly deliver the consignment as much as earlier

I was waiting for the bus pick at mitra mandala chowk mandala vrl office pune, i was coming by the bus no - py01ch1185. I was kept my luggage and speaking out side to not disturb others and he came started arguing with me, why i kept luggage and i said its my responsibility for luggage, started using vulgar worlds. When i said i will complain to sri vijay sankeshwar, he replied me to complain his dad, and he also told his name is madhu. If this happens with vrl, how could we feel safe. Please remove him. And tell them to behave gently customers.

Lr no. [protected] booked on 10th aug 2018 not delivered to me till today. Items already reached ernakulam at pathalam warehouse and received message for collecting the same. Now the lady who attended the phone (Name not given) disconnecting my phone call and not giving proper answer. I would like to know when can i get my parcel which is very important for me. I went to warehouse to collect the item and they were not able to trace the same and promised me to transfer the goods to nearby warehouse at td road ernakulam. No action taken so far by vrl staff at ernakulam branch.

Our supplier sent material from agra vide lr no [protected] on 24.08.2018

We have been following the material regulay. We are requesing you to kindly look this issue & arrange to deliver material immeaditely. We have lost business becsuse of this.

We have been following mr mahesh of vanagaram[protected] for the last one week buy he is not giving correct details

If we are not getting the material, we have been forced to go for consumer court for the business loss

We, Kerala Gaskets, had submitted material at your office, in Ernakulam Market road, on 04.08.2018, which was meant to be sent to Chennai. Unfortunately it was informed from your office that the lot to send was booked only on 14/08/2018 with consignment no.[protected] on enquiry. I happened to know from the customer that the material has n’t reached him till now. Toady(28.08.2018), on enquiry, it was informed from your side that the booked consignment had reached at Kalamassery office and it was also stated that the material if required could be given back for sending it through some other agency.

I am really sorry to get such a response from an organisation like you and the dealing was totally unprofessional. The delay that could be caused due to flood related causes which started only by 16.8.2018 can be understood which took place after 12 days from submission. But the unconditional delay in transactions without informing us in time has resulted in many losses to our firm due to customer dissatisfaction.

As an esteemed organisation it is your responsibility to meet our losses caused and hence please undertake necessary measures to make the same.

Rama Road VRL Branch has WORST Staff.All are useless person are working there. they never give Consignment Copy on the same time of booking & say tomorrow take your Consignment Copy. when tomorrow i call him for Consignment Copy than he say send your person & collect it. but when i send my person then he say we missing your bill, give me bill again.
how can someone be so irresponsible for his duty...

This is with reference to the the lr no. [protected], i hereby inform you that on[protected] a tilting wet grinder was dispatched from coimbatore to virajpet for my address in f. M. C road, virajpet, kodagu district.

At the time of delivery, it is noticed that tilting wet grinder is damaged beyond its usage and the same was notified to your representative officer at virajpet. The officer told us that he has updated the same in the system and told us to contact you for further action.

Please find attached the photos of the same here. Hence you are hereby requested to compensate the same at your risk and cost immediately.

Please let us know how to go about it as soon as possible.

Our stock was loaded on 18 th july from vasai. Now its been more than 17 days that the stock haven't reached indore. We are calling the indore lohamandi office ([protected]) from past three days. Either the phone is busy or not responding. Today i have sent my staff at their office to check the status, the person over there is asking us to bring bilty and take goods from there itself.. We were supposed to get door delivery...

Goods deliver to client without taking dod.

Almost two year gone. I didn't received dod yet..

If i didn't get dod within 15 days then i'll take legal action against vrl..

It was very worst experience driver so rude and he take the money for the luggage too why this kind of harassment for money which is really bad I would like to take action against the driver And he ask the money to all the passager who ask he/she has get some luggage

I have booked 27 box for latur from sangli with LR NO. [protected] on 9th july 2018. today (13th July 2018)the party received the goods. the goods were totally got wet and most of the box were came fully damaged and open. there was no shortage but the inside goods are damaged lot. the rice packets are totally damaged due to use of hooks.

I have travelled Mumbai to belgaum 25-May-2018 vehical number - KA25 C8869. This bus driver was arrogant, misbehaving with most of the passangers . as I have observed and ask to switch on the TV, which he said goto sleep, TV is not working. and started telling me who asked book in VRL bus. VRL is not good. I really disturbed.

This is too petetic experience I had. I would request you to take appropriate action on this.

On 3rd july 2018, we went to take the delivery of 3 tons material with a cheque of rs 22946, as per the lr copy to dhulagarh office of vrl logistics.
After we reached the place for the delivery, they started asking for rs. 450 extra in cash. They said we will not load the material without the money and they will not even give us any bill for that.
No such money was mentioned in the lr copy.
The person denied to tell his name, instead he gave the contact number of his senior (As claimed by him) mr. Biswanath-[protected]. When we tried to call him, he did not pick up the call.
Ultimately, we paid the money and got the material.

Officials are requested to look into the matter as seriously, so that the customers don't get harassed in this way.

We are reputed machine manufacturer in ichalkaranji. We are order one material from rakhial gujrat on dod basis. But we cant inform compulsion of company stamp on take delivery. But your ichalkaranji staff was not understand the situation. Also there talking is very rud & not co-operative.

Also freight in cash only compulsion is illegal. We will submit the legal case in consumer court on all this type of service.

This group is very fraud.
They will quote you less as compare to others and at end after loading the vehicle they will charge for extra money like, insurance, gst, patrol charge etc.
I paid insurance too still i lost following item. I believe that my expensive watch of titan was stolen by their person in shifting.

Bus delayed by more than 3 hours and driver and cleaner very rude and very slow driving deliberately. Bus was scheduled to reach kharghar at 11 am but deliberately delayed by driver for more than 3 hours. Bus no. Py 01/cf 6807. Journey date : 23.06.2018. Very disappointed by vrl. Please refund full ticket amount. Please remember customer time is also important.
