maine ifb washing machine senorita model 6 kg. ka 27 august ko instal/purchase kiya hai,jo 21 sep. ko kharab ho gayi. maine 22 sep. ko costmer care par case reg. karaya jiske baad se ab tak koi bhi sunvai nahi ho rahi hai,,daily costmer care,,lucknow ke ifb area incharge mr. mahendra singh,,ifb ke local branch office,,ifb franchisee ke owner mr. arun kumar sabhi se baat hoti hai, but abhi tak koi staff mere ghar pe washing machine ko sahi karne nahi gaya hai..
mera old complaint no..9581113,,,,mera costmer id num.3530185 hai..
please check my problems..

As of now all I can say is that this has been my worst experience with any customer service center.
My compaint is still in the pending list and I am sure it will remain in the same list. I am contemplating to get my machine installed by my electrician I am sure he will do a better job.
The problem is not with IFB product but with the center dealing with the after sales service, which sucks big time
