i purchased a washing machine AW 7233 on 02-06-09 from Ashoka Trading Co. but it is not working properly since last 20 days. then i lodge a complaint to 39004321 for it. but no one turn to this complaint so i once more call to 39004321 then this no. gives me another no. i.e.[protected] for it. after call to this no. one person turn to my address thats name was Mr. Ram having mobile no [protected] but it is regretted taht he say he was not able to repair it because it is new model. then i complaint to your coustmer care for repair it on tuesday i.e. 06-10-09 but no one turned out for its repair. Kindly repaired its as soon as possible and oblige me. very very thanks.
this is 3rd class product and service also 3rd class pls don't buy this product

IFB WASHING MACHINE — Third Class Service
Hi,My IFB washing machine is underwarranty and needs a door lock replacement. I logged a complaint on 7th June and It is already a month (9th July) and it is still not rectified. Complaint no. is 1841937. Whenever I make a call to Call Centre/Service Centre they say that it will done today... and I am waiting for today to come. They are always ready with the excuses like Engineer is ill or we don't have parts. These guys hardly pick the phone and I am not able to find a single contact where I can escalate this.
Moral of the Story is ... Never purcahse any IFB product...
