But due to non coperative bhavior or say worst behavior of Mr. Amitesh kumar - Area Manager delhi institution bajaj. This person is just destroy the value of M/s Bajaj, also he can not understand the value of customer, just handling casualy. we request you to take a look of matter.

    Dear Sirs, I am not at all satisfied with the action taken by your official on my complaint # 3032226 dated 12/08/2013. After exactly 60 days from the date of my complaint i.e. on 12/10/2013 Mr Ravinder the representative of your service dealer M/s Jeeves consumer Services Pvt Ltd came to my residence and handed over Majesty MX 7 steam iron in place of my original iron MX21. The iron repaced is a very light version/model against the one which I was using. This is not acceptable to me as my requirement is of heavy press. On his request I have taken the delivery of the above Iron with the assurance given by him that very soon he shall replace the same with the heavy iron. I have also told your official that in case you are not able to rectify my iron, please provide me the replacement with the equal range or upper model and in case of price difference shall be born by me. Please not that the iron given to me as replacement is not being used by me and I am awaiting your further action on the same. Beside the above I would also like to inform your good self and all the concerned that in absence of my iron, I am incurring approximately Rs. 30/= per day on getting my clothes pressed locally from the last over 2 months. Dear Sir, in view of the above, it is very obvious that my complaint # 3032226 dated 12/08/2013 is still deemed to be considered as pending. Your action on priority shall be appreciated.       Hi Bajaj, This is to inform you that my bajaj cooler is not working properly. I have raised complaints 4 times but seems like the problem is coming again and again. Earlier, the water inlet was leeking, then after few days the motor got down and it was replaced and soon after 4 - 5 days it went down again. It was fixed and soon after that it went down and now it is not at all working Seems like a defective piece sold to me...I have again registered a complaint in customer service but nobody bothered to visit and fix it. I have lost all the summer time without using it. I have filed several complaints but nobody is ready to listen. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I would not recommend Bajaj Products to any one. Now I request you to refund my money as I am not goind to tolerate all the pain me and my family had.         After Warranty period, I have given my Bajaj Kettle 1.7 Ltr (Water Hitter) to Jay Services, Curry Road, Mumbai -12 for repair in the month of Apr 13 and the charges of Rs.350/- charged by them but after 01 month the product was not working. Again I given the same product to Jay Services for repair on 16 Aug 13 and they charged Rs.350/-.

        After repair, I received the product with in one week but after one day product was not working. I again gone to Jay Service centre and submit the same product to them for repair my Service Request ID No. 2337 dated 24 Aug 13, they told me that they will give my product to me with in two days but till to date (17 Sep 13), i have not received my product and not any call from Jay Services.

        The way they repairing the product is very poor show and unnecessarily harassment to their customers, who believe in the brand name of Bajaj.

              Sir, i purchased a Bajaj Pedestral fan in the month of April 2012 on two year guarantee. Since June of this year, it started creating lot of troubles.I took it to the nearby service station where I was told that the motor of the fan is not working and it will take some days to get it repaired.I was handed over the fan only after 5 days in that peak Summer time.Though it was working at that time, it again became non functional the next month only. This time I called the Customer care directly. The Engineer on visit to my home after inspection told that the motor of the fan is not working and asked me to take to the service station only. Sir, It is beyond imagination that a fan who is new and is still in the guarantee period becomes defunct every next month.I have purchased it for my comfort. But rather it has become a menace. I want the replacement of the fan with a new one for its dis satisfactory services.Kindly redress my grievance at the appropriate forum and oblige. With reg, Himanshu An aggrieved customer

                  I have purchased Bajaj Majesty Induction Cooker icx7 on 11/11/2012 (Sr No M200 ICX7 [protected]) with one year warranty.In July 13, 2013 I have file complaint with Bajaj Electrical service centre Pune (Complaint No:[protected] as cooker stopped working. I have been following up with service centre for last one month rigorously but no service executive turned up yet. Even he once come on 17th July to our home without intimation to us and closed the complaint stating"customer not at home". The follow up process is really frustrating as customer care executive keep on giving false promises. Please help.

                    I purchased gas stove from "Shree Pamecha, Goregaon, west"...
                    When I purchased the gas stove, button of the burner was too tight....but shopkeeper said that as gas stove is new, after fews days it will become loose and work properly..
                    But after 2-3 days one burner of the stove stopped working. then after one month other 2 burners also stopped working.
                    We had complained in the shop several times. Whenever we call the shopkeeper, he has told us that he will send the mechanic but no one has came till now.
                    Bajaj toll free number is also out of order.
                    The bharat gas mechanic has visited our home just 2 days back...he said that there is a leakage in all three inside buttons of the gas stove...
                    So we just request you to kindly look into the matter and take prompt action as soon as possible...

                      The Product - Bajaj Air Cooler, Product Name : COOLEST TC2010 ,Invoice No.: 2606623,Order Date:[protected]:13:05,Reference No.: F[protected],Ordered through Snapdeal.
                      Within 2 months of purchase of the product, Fan motor is not working. I called the local BAJAJ Air cooler service center and gave the complaint. I am not getting proper response from them regarding the motor replacement. Take necessary action soon.

                        My Induction Cooker (Above mentioned model) was not working properly since 28th July. On 29th entire day I tried to connect with Bajaj customer Care @[protected]/[protected] but the call never got connected. Mailed them on 30th and within 20 mins they reverted. Mr. Premananda Bahadur of Lokenath Enterprise came at around 3pm on Saturday to service the Induction cooker. At that point of time the IC was working perfectly but we have had experience that after working for some time it again starts defaulting and goes back to 100C. He suggested that the Main PCB needs repair and did so and charged 750 including service charge.
                        He used one of the saucepan which i use regularly to check. After working he shared his numbers and left in a hurry.
                        When I was about to use the IC again after he left, there was a scratch within the main heating circle which was not there earlier(photos attached). Also when I thought of checking the IC again it started defaulting. The problem which I had still persists.
                        I called him up and he said if I want someone to check the same then have to wait till Monday.
                        I called Lokenath Enterprise, the person who recd the call was Mr. Sahu (he refused to give me his full name) and after sharing my concern started giving baseless remarks which is just not acceptable. He was extremely rude.
                        Since no one was trying to help and as usual the above mentioned customer care numbers could not be connected, I wrote my concern to Bajaj. Till now several mails (unable to attach the mails as it is in PDF format) have been shared but no one has bothered to revert.
                        Never thought a brand like Bajaj would do something like this.
                        I sincerely request you to pls look in to the matter.

                            Hello

                            I called up yesterday for my previous complaint and let Mr Vijay know about the pain we are going through. He promised to help.
                            What we have gone through is a long story and I am sure you would be looking into this and hence due to cooperative nature of Mr Vijay I would wait for one more day to write my complete story of what my family has went through.

                            Our problems start from Service Request Id: 2227363.
                            Current request no is : 2771439, which was attended by some guy . He is still on the run after doing a faulty repair which blow away my costly shower panel. I have called him a minimum 100 times and he does respond to calls. Last time he responded to me 8th July and said he would on 9th and as always I came from office early but he didnt turned up, his phone being switched off, later he turned it on , I called him 7 times, never picked up, 2 sms, not replied.

                            I think Bajaj is one of the oldest and most trusted companies, every household calls it "Humara bajaj" because of some reason!

                            The losses that I have incurred till now is : Blown up pipe of 90 rs after first repair[protected] + unjustified coil charges of 900/- which he took from me though that blew because of faulty repair (2227363: he put up a 15 L combistat in 25 L geyser which led to explosion and threatened lives of my family,especially my wife being pregnant, she delivered baby next day - not because of this, just telling how dangerous it was) + approx 5000/- shower panel, pipe of which bursted with a bang due to second fauly repair (2771439: he again put in a 15 L combistat in my 25 L geyser).

                            Hoping that Bajaj as true industry giant would come forward and admit its mistake and rectify all its errors in workmanship and losses that i made.

                            10 th July:
                            1. Didnt received any call/reply for the mail I sent.
                            2. Contacted Tejus from a different number : He picked in one go, he assured me in every way possible that he will come by 6 today. He told me the combistat have the sticker of 25 L. I told him that it should better be 25 L as I have complained about all these wrongdoings to Bajajelectricals.
                            3. 7:30 in thevening...Tejus does not appears. I call and he replies that he will be there in 20 mins. assured I didnt call him upto 8:30. Then I called him twice no reply.
                            4: Its 9:13 now. Called him 15 - 20 times. No replies.
                            5: 9:30: Phone is switched off. Trust me it happens almost daily for last 10 days.

                            Its really a time to wake up now!!

                            Bajaj Electricals — servicing of complaints

                            The microwave oven was dead and the internal light was also not functioning. A complaint was lodged and the company came and repaired the mirowave ovan and it started working. The seviceman informed that he will vist and fix a new bulb. but so far he had not turned ip though it is about five weeks since the oven was repaired.
                            Hi,

                            This is Nitin Jain, I was using Bajaj Food Processor FX-10, which I purchased on[protected].Nominal charge for any bajaj executive to do a home visit and see the problem is around Rs. 100 but to my shock one guy who visited my house today named - Sameer Sheik with mobile number - [protected]. Spoke to me in rude language and charged me with Rs.150. When I asked this is a high amount he told me rudely you have to pay this much.


                            Please do something so customer relationship would be smooth and they won't be charged higher.

                            Definitely after this incident I have a feeling that instead of contacting bajaj I can go with others to repair it and in that case I don't have to suffer like this.

                            Bajaj — No Action On complaint

                            now i relay hopeless from bajaj.
                            6 time gives my "discover-150" for (whole day) service to solved problem but it continue as before.

                            Now pls give proper way to solve out from my problem.

                              There cannot be any company with such a poor quality range of products like Bajaj Electricals. I have bought Bajaj Gas geysers and food processor. Both are repaired multiple times but they are still not working properly. Moreover I am calling Bajaj Electricals customer care and their line is always busy.
                              I urge to all of the consumers to dump the bajaj products and increase the awareness among people. I am completely frustrated!

                              Bajaj Electricals Ltd. — 15 Ltr Storage Water Heater

                              I have a Bajaj Majesty IQ 15 Ltr Storage Water Heater, which has performed very poorly and a few of its components are of a defective design which gives away in a very short span of time. The geyser has been a perputual trouble-maker right since the time it has been bought.
                              Pls send me the Bajaj Majesty IQ-Series water heater coil price

                              Food — Poor Quality

                              On 22nd November 2009, around 9.30 pm, I had visited the motel in the NH 45 Highway near Villupuram. We had tiffin at the motel, we had ordered 2 sets of dhosai which they had supplied was half boiled and the quality of the food supplied by them is very very poor and the cost is also very high. Kindly visit the motels and check the food quality.

                              Food Products — Poor quality

                              Poor quality of food products sold (example - Dosa kheeru that is expired) at Meghraj, S.V. Road, Malad(W), Mumbai - 64.

                              On calling them back and asking for justification, they just are not willing to accept for replacement.

                                I called up yesterday for my previous complaint and let Mr Vijay know about the pain we are going through. He promised to help.
                                What we have gone through is a long story and I am sure you would be looking into this and hence due to cooperative nature of Mr Vijay I would wait for one more day to write my complete story of what my family has went through.

                                Our problems start from Service Request Id: 2227363.
                                Current request no is : 2771439, which was attended by some guy called "Tejus". He is still on the run after doing a faulty repair which blow away my costly shower panel. I have called him a minimum 100 times and he does respond to calls. Last time he responded to me 8th July and said he would on 9th and as always I came from office early but he didnt turned up, his phone being switched off, later he turned it on , I called him 7 times, never picked up, 2 sms, not replied.

                                I think Bajaj is one of the oldest and most trusted companies, every household calls it "Humara bajaj" because of some reason!

                                The losses that I have incurred till now is : Blown up pipe of 90 rs after first repair[protected] + unjustified coil charges of 900/- which Tejus took from me though that blew because of faulty repair (2227363: Vinay put up a 15 L combistat in 25 L geyser which led to explosion and threatened lives of my family,especially my wife being pregnant, she delivered baby next day - not because of this, just telling how dangerous it was) + approx 5000/- shower panel, pipe of which bursted with a bang due to second fauly repair (2771439: he again put in a 15 L combistat in my 25 L geyser).

                                Hoping that Bajaj as true industry giant would come forward and admit its mistake and rectify all its errors in workmanship and losses that i made.

                                10 th July:
                                1. Didnt received any call/reply for the mail I sent.
                                2. Contacted Tejus from a different number : He picked in one go, he assured me in every way possible that he will come by 6 today. He told me the combistat have the sticker of 25 L. I told him that it should better be 25 L as I have complained about all these wrongdoings to Bajajelectricals.
                                3. 7:30 in thevening...Tejus does not appears. I call and he replies that he will be there in 20 mins. assured I didnt call him upto 8:30. Then I called him twice no reply.
                                4: Its 9:13 now. Called him 15 - 20 times. No replies.
                                5: 9:30: Phone is switched off. Trust me it happens almost daily for last 10 days.

                                Its really a time to wake up now!!

                                Bajaj Electricals Ltd — Acknowledgement not received since 23-06-2007 for registered post sent to Amravati CP office

                                I sent a registered post through ems speed post from Hadapsar Pune post office on[protected] against which I have not received any acknowledgment till date.
                                The post was sent in favor of ACP Moon in Amravati CP office Maharashtra but I have been struggling to get the acknowledgment so far from the post office.
                                I tried many times to get this acknowledgment but I have been allotted IN no subsequently[protected] IN .
                                The post has been duly received by ACP Moon in his office as per his verbal statement however I would require the acknowledge ment to submit to court

                                Thanks Team Bajaj!! I am sure my trust would be retained back. You may not believe when I tell I have a second geyser and that too is of Bajaj! I have a 28 year old Bajaj scooter running without trouble till date!! My Bajaj pulsar bike has successfully completed 8 years and even without you saying I know it will there with me forever. Insurance Policy: Bajaj Allianz!!

                                My point is since ever, I am a, trusted loyal, simply a fan of Bajaj. Put a sticker of Bajaj on anything I would buy it. Last thing on earth would be my trust getting shattered. I know you from 28 years I am sure you will handle it well!

                                What Mr Aditya put before this forum should be 100% genuine. Because I am also a sufferring customer of Bajaj Products for more than six months in connection with the Bajaj Air Cooler that I bought in Chennai with all their guarantee card and all that. But not even once it has performed.
                                There is no response at all from the Bajaj Company sales department except sending their man to convince me that the cooler is perfectly alright. My point is it should work. There seems to be no reaction to my several request through mail. From their web site we cannot find out their email address also for sending our request. All that we can do is send mail to their dealers and we have to be in dark whether the message has reached them or not.

                                No body including top level executives cares for customers tears and we have to digest the expenses. From now onwards I have decided better NOT TO BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM THE BAJAJ ELECTRICAL COMPANY since our peace of mind will be at risk if we do so.

                                  I have buy bajaj majesty icx 8 ,(D1001C[protected]) on[protected] and within 4 to 5 month induction cooker stop working when I visited the shop from where I have buyer . shopkeeper assured me it will get repaired with a week but till now I didn't got my induction repaired .
                                  I hope after submitting this complain I will help to get my repaired induction cooker as soon as possible thank you.

                                        we bye one iron details above ...its is leaking badly when u r using or if we keep on table...
                                        purchases time ..i request tht sales person tht pls check and giv it to me !!
