I have made payment of rs. 14487.07 against quotation amount of rs. 14355.00 for new connection against my application no. [protected] through my sbi credit card and got confirmation for payment made in my mobile. But while clicking on box for "view receipt" nothing is showing rather it is showing that payment receipt not generated. But afterwards while i try to generate payment receipt, it is asking for "consumer number". But i do not know the consumer number. When i put application no. It is again asking for valid consumer number. You should have a proper portal so that one can take out the print receipt after making payment through on line in case of a new connection when consumer number is not know to the person except application number. Kindly arrange for the same so that i can get the payment receipt. Low voltage is a major problem of our area. Particularly in this phase in which our connection has given consistently low voltage. We have paid our bills at right time and the amount of bill around three thousand quarterly instead of that we are not getting proper voltage for this reason our appliances getting affected. Previously I have lodged several complaints but nothing had been done from supply office Chanchal. One reading taker had been came to our house and witnessed the low voltage problem. He will asure us that he would inform the supply office to solve this issue, still the problem persists. Previous docket no 3753812. Please solve this issue.

We the people of menar bari & dangapara near changrabandha electric supply, changrabandha, mekliganj coochbehar, wb (500 meter west of the office) suffer very badly due to the unavailabilility of electric power at every night from last 5-7 days. They do not get any action. What should we do in this situation??? Tonight is also a night. The power comes off at 12.00 mid - night. I think after 8.00 am they will try... But why the power off??? Last 21/08/2016 at night 8.00 P.M (approx) our homes are getting low voltage, so, we could not use any electrical items.. like Fan, Pump, Freeze, Light
We are called to customer care number - [protected] and they have sent electricians. But the electricians are could not catch that what's the matter.
So, Sir/Madam We request to you that keep your necessary steps for the above problem, that we can get well electric voltage and use our electrical items.

I have submit application from for new commercial connection Reference No 593 belongs at Bhatpara North 24 PGS WB.I want to start my business as on 1st sep.Also visited local electric office approx 20 times.But nobody clear any status on processing fo connectivity.Already my house verification is done 13th August 2016 but after that cottetion not made for submitted money.I am waiting for long time from 13 th to till 27 th.I dont understand that what the problem between this stage for electric connectivity?
I would like to request you that please resolute the problem and solve as soon as possible.

I am a college student. I can't pay attention in my reading due to bad service of electronics.We are launched complaint again and again but they cant gave valuable response. Everyday from 6pm to 12 pm, they cant provide the electric but we are the resident of farakka NTPC so we have to be face a lot of problem. So therefore you r requested to take necessary steps against the authority.

Connection pole to home no power is suply, either main suply to pole has power. Main fase is out of order maybe. My complain no. Is 4795288. Yet nobody has came. I call to [protected] an officer at about 6:30pm, but he said that he can not resolved my problem. He advised me to contract khanyan office. But i already went there after taking him.

Dear sir,
My consumer id no[protected] of wbsedcl i. E west bengal state elecritcity distribution company ltd, and resident of purulia town, cooks compound, monosa mela, near kali mandir, purulia, pin - 723101.
Sir in my boundary line electricity line pass and 2 big trees grow near by this and it touched the electricity line and some time sparking during any storm or any heavy wind blow.
Therefore i am very much in fear about this so i had given a written complained to asst. Engineer, of purulia customer care centre on 25-05-16 complain no 632.
Since then almost 2 & 1/2 months over no action for cut the trees has been taken by concern authority.
Now this is rainy seasons any time accident may occur in my house and locality as beside this electricity line a road passing which now a day became very busy due to the school child using the road.
Also from the locality tried to cut that trees but as electricity line passing & touched with trees no one agree to cut the tree due to fear of electric shock.
If we do this also possibility of electricity line wire cut due to heavy weight of branches trees.
Kindly do the needful to cut the trees as soon as possible and rescues us form the unforeseen incident taken place before that.

Consumer id[protected] electricnot available more than 5 hrs. Most of the time there is lodshedding. When current goes off there is no person to rectify it. Your compaint no[protected] also not working.in this area lot of families face so much problem. It is regular incident pl take care of this

I allready complaint that 2nd may and 14th april 2016.In our area have distribution transformer problem. Everyday in our village have sigle phase no power problem. Everyday complaints submit sahayogi app no power complaint. My request is please solv this problem permanently. This is service related problem. Sir, inspect this matter and make necessary step to solv this matter.

Dear sir,

Mr. Gour debnath, having a stop meter in 108/1, banerjee para road, barabagan, shyamnagar, north 24 parganas, pin-743127.

From last few years we are paying rs. 30 per month for this stop meter. Now in the current bill having invoice no.[protected], billing date 19.07.2016 you have reflected that a bill amount of rs. 650 per month for next two monts (Reading 223.00) which is impossible & unrealistic. For this reason i have not paid the due bill amount.

As such you are requested to recheck & rectify the metre reading & bill and resend new bill at the earliest.

Please feel the matter as most urgent.

Hello sir/madam,

I am pratimendra nath bagui, from mogra, kantapukur, hooghly. My father purchased a land here in 1990s. One transformer which was established in one adjacent of my land, was set up before our purchase of that land. Few years ago we constructed a one storied room on that land leaving the place for the transformer.

Currently i am constructing a home at there and the transformer and it's ht lines (33kv) become a nightmare for me. By taking a high risk, i have fortunately able to complete the 1st floor of my home. But just because of this my 2nd floor construction has got stuck. If i start work, there is 90% chance of a accident take place because the ht lines also spread at two of the adjacent of my land.

Hence i applied the application for transformer shifting to the local divisional office. After the inspection they have given me the following solution:

1) shifting is impossible!
2) if it is possible by any circumstances, i have to bear total cost of 4-5 laks rupees.
3) i have to arrange a suitable replacement place.
4) the procedure would be :
I have to give a written letter that i have agreed to bear the costthen they will generate a work order then they will make a quotation of the cost after that, i have submit the full amount then they will start the work next is hilarious!! After staring the work at that place which was selected by me, if someone give objection, the total process ends to a nothing.


Now the thing is:
1) they have not been given me 1 rupees of rent till now and occupied my land for years which is i think not legal.
2) they have not taken any permission from my previous land owner for the establishment of the transformer.
3) it creates a huge obstacle of my entry to the house. I have to plan differently for this to make my entry to the house.

I thing, i just able to elaborate the problem exactly. Looking forward for the solution.

Dear sir/madam, my name is md emazuddin sk and my (wbsedcl) cunsumer id is[protected]. today i online bilpaying at rupees 587.00 only. when procesing of the billpaymant could not show the received copy and could not compleate the billpayment process. my cutting money (state bank of india) bank ref. no. is - gsbi[protected]ig0cifrfs6. please solve my problem.

I contacted 's. k. mondal' regional grievance redressal officer of 24pgs (n) regional office regarding wrong reading and electric bill amount. the person not only misbehaved but was rude in addressing my problem. he simply disconnected the phone.

This kind o[censored]npleasant people should not be included in wbsedcl. this people are responsible in portraying bad image of organisation.

I had purchased a premises at cj block, salt lake city, plot no. Cj-104, ground floor, bidhannagar, kolkata-700091 from mr. Chandan bhattacharyya. I had submitted to wbsedcl an application with prescribed fees for changing the name of consumer id[protected], installation no. 01943719 in the name of mr. Chandan bhattacharyya to my name (Samir kumar bhattacharyya) in december 2015. However, till date they have not changed the billing in my name despite my 11 time visits to their customer service centre at bidhannagar cf block and writing e-mails to every authority named for solving customer grievances and their ombudsman. Only one email of mine was responded by cm, bidhannagar ii, advising that delay is due to some technical problems which they will be sorting out soon. But till date nothing has been advised to me despite my followup mails. Please help. I am under tremendous mental stress as i am paying electricity bills in some other person's name to have the continuity of supply of electricity. Regards, samir kumar bhattacharyya, mob no. My self abhisekh chakraborty consumer id[protected] wish to inform you that there is a tranformer beside to my hose. every alternative day we use to face several types of problem which is related with the transformer. last 6 months or so after several f-up with our local supply office till date no steps has been taken.
You are requested to do some thing asap.

There is power cut all night on the mentioned dates. You can understand the trouble faced. I have a very important skype interview and because o[censored]navailablility of power it would be destroyed. Please tell the electricians to solve the issue.
