For last one month, i am facing low voltage and voltage fluctuation problem regularly every time. My ac and other electrical elements are not performing and getting affected.
When contacted wbseb, they informed me that we have to wait for rain because it is their earthing problem and a bit rain can resolve this.

But i have paid good security deposit and also informed about my ac. I have taken 1.8 kv connection for my 1 ton ac whereas in wbseb website they suggest to go for 1.5 kv for 1 ton ac.

Hence i request to resolve this problem early ( waiting for rain can not be a solution when i have already paid for high volt supply)

I am unable to make payment of my electricity bill online due to non availability
Bill in the system. I am tried to send e-mail but the same has revert back. My

The system is showing that there is no unpaid bill . But as per bill the amount

In the above connection voltage is always fluctuating since more than two years and for that the cc tv camera, water pump, air conditioner machine, fan, bulb, tube lite etc. Are burning regularly. After oral complaint before the meter reader the technician of your office changed the old meter by a new meter but the problem not solved yet.

It therefore request you to verify the above noted problems and solve the same as early as possible.

Sir, our area vill-rabindra nagar p. O-hamiltonganj. Dist-alipurduar, have no power because distribution transformer was bust in 2 hours ago. I inform you that transformer was overloaded because many new connection give the company in few days. Our area have 500-700 family was connected this transformer. So, my request is please inspect this and provide to give 2 transformer in our area.

On[protected] i applied for new connection online and paid quotation amount of rs.669/-. After 5 days i get receipt of my payment. But after waiting 20 days till now they do not take any action against my payment. So today i went to wbsedcl office of champasari siliguri branch. But when i went to cabin of head of branch the talk with me rudely and said that you do not get connection because you do not have holding tax paper.So i asked a another person about how can i get my quotation amount back. But he could not answered my question. So please help how can i get back my quotation amount.

I have applied for a connection online on 30th march 2016 application no - [protected]. But during the online payment everything went fine upto the transaction but after transaction the quotation amount of rupees 5879.0 was deducted from the amount but there was a disclaimer that the payment cannot be made but the amount to be paid was deducted...I was unable to figure out the problem...Please kindly resolve the problem...Tried for the second time but the same disclaimer was there.

So present I am facing a lot of financial problem to open a new indistrial.I want my security money immediately. To get Security money I requested the authority many time with the original security money document .But the authority don’t take any step .

Sub- abnormal high charges of electric bill.
Dear sir,
I am parbati devi pandit, service consumer id[protected], to bring to you kind notice the fact that my family facing a lot of problem from three months for disconnection of electric supply having abnormal high charge of electric bill. My old metre no.T1855936, having electric bill unit march to may 2015 is 446 unit, they did not give electric pay bill slip regularly, after some months my old metre works fault told representative of raniganj sub station and they replace new one metre having metre no. L4569710 in october 2015, now they count june to august 2015, 8057 electric units which is unauthorized electric bill units and they charge about 72000/- rs, for electric bill, after that we have unable to such pay such a unauthorized high charge bill, they disconnect my electric connection in january month, 2016, due manual innervation of metre reading system it may be mistakes of thousand place o[censored]nits, now in new metre reading somewhat 104 units in three months, is sept.-nov.2015. I have given written petition to electric supply office raniganj and divisional engineer, asansol few months ago, but they don't take any step for it. We request to you to look into the matter and take necessary action on your part is highly solicited, so that we the normal consumer will be relived from unnecessary harassment. We are requesting you to please take legal action for illegally booking.

Dear sir,

I am sandip mahata from jhargram, West midnapore. My customer I'd no is[protected]. My meter is damaged since December 2015. For change the meter is I put formal application on 22nd Dec 2015. Till date didn't replace that meter. I like to know when this big project(for jhargram branch) will be possible. Also jhargram branch unable to give me any positives news and behaviour is very rude. Now i am feeling helpless. Very very poor service from office staff. Even we can't find any one in office time.

WBSEDCL, in its bill does not show the installation no and only shows Consumer ID/Consumer Code & Service Con No.
But while creating online a/c for payment, they seek the installation Number/Type.
So i called up customer-care[protected] which didn't had a clue as to what are these & asked me to call up Lowada office at[protected]. so I called up [protected], but number is ringing, no response on call.


Please suggest how can I see my father's electric bill and pay online or register online . My customer id[protected], please send my installation Number/Type for my mobile number:[protected]

No. [protected] yesterday night my neighbour montu San dig the piller and today morning he has wear the cable from my land and when we have stopped him. He has fight with our ladies so please solve the problem early as possible as.

I Bidyut Biswas WBSEDCL Consumer No. 10063340 applied for load extension through online and on 3.2.2016 paid Rs. 3297 against my Quotation application No. [protected] . After receiving the Transaction Receipt of WBSEDCL produced the receipt to Local electric office but till date it is not updated. I sent a mail to [protected]@wbsedcl.in stating the matter & I recd. a reply mail from [protected]@wbsedcl.in which is " wbsedcl has not received any amount from your bank at the end please contact to your bank for refund " . After receiving the mail I sent a replied mail to [protected]@wbsedcl.in attaching the transaction receipt and the money ack. mail from WBSEDCL protal . I also inform that I paid all my electric Bills through online . I am requesting to update the status immediately and inform me in my mail id [protected]@gmail.com .

Where I live around this area I observed that electricity theft growing up recently due to no action taken from our local authority. If you Love the nation please take action against them and I provide now Just One locality where its grown up hugely.

I complain about anti theft report on wbsedcl, but they are not taking any action against them. They are stealing electricity for a long time. But no action was taken against them . Still they using free electricity with the help of some corrupt officer of that circle. The basudev choubey of 185, south dhadka, j.C. Bose lane near school para asansol-713302 still stealing electricity.


Please take a positive action against them .

I am ratna bose, i am applied for a new connection in industrial category, application no - [protected]
i have paid its quotation amount 26852 on 10.01.2016 at 9:41:20 through internet, but still i have not got the connection, local authority said we don't have the order to proceed, its your won risk to pay through on-line. They are not taking any action/complaint for this.
Please tell me if e-payment facility is not working...
