Hi, I work at IBM as System Engineer and I am a tenant at Flat # C2, AK62, Street # 12, New Town, Kolkata - 156. On 9th Sept I faced power cut in my apartment. I called New Town Electricity Office around 9 PM and reported the power cut. Instead of resolving the issue the attendee declined to resolve the issue and misbehaved with me. I had photo captured of recharging coupon in my mobile with me, but there was some issue with the recharging machine due to which it was not accepting the recharging code. I called the electric office requested to send the help. But he attendee started shouting on phone (probably the attendee was sleeping during his work time and did not want to be bothered) and disconnected the phone. In the morning, around 10 AM, I went to Electricity office, they sent 2 technician with me to resolve the issue. After examining the issue, they told me that, the machine needed to be replaced and they even told me that the recharging coupon code was wrong. Again I had to run to electricity office. I went to the prepaid counter, and re verified the recharging coupon. After this I told my issue to Station Master (Mr. S. K. Sarkar, was not available till 11 AM and was smoking in front of the customer inside the office, I am not sure if people are allowed to smoke inside electricity office). He did not even listen to my problems and started shouting at me in Bengali. Instead of the resolving issue of the customer, these guys preferred to sit under AC room and let the customer suffer. Till 1 PM issue was not resolved, I suffered the power cut for more than 24 hours just because of the work inability of concern department. I had to take leave from my work without any previous notifications, I was not able to work and complete my deliverables on time because of this issue. I suffered physically by running again and again in the chilly hot afternoon to the concern department to get them my issue resolved. I suffered mentally due to the ill mannered behavior of staff of concerned department. Therefore, it is requested to you to take strict action towards it. So that people may not suffer in future.               My consumer id is 45158571., under darjeeling area and the problem is we almost 10-15 house holds have to face power cut issue at least once in everyday and almost every alternate night..n at night what happens is as if someone is playing with us, for 2mins power comes and for 20 mins it goes off and again it comes for a minute and goes off for half an hour and this continues for whole night ..n we r fedup of complaning to the customer care every now and then ...plz help as we pay our bills on time without any failure n if this cobtinues then we will b compelled to unpay ur bills.

                  HI Team, While trying to pay the bill for Aug-Oct 2015 for the Con Id[protected], I got "Payment Unsuccessful" for the transaction id-DIOB[protected], thus, I tried to re-paid it and it was successful. But, now on Bill paid history, both the payments are showing and I did not get any confirmation for the first bill amount. Please refund the amount to my account .                       We are a Govt. enterprise and depositing huge amount in your poer Jyoti scheme but as our cash hours runs uptp 3-40p.m. we regularly went to deposit cash between 3.50to 4p.m. in Kampa SBI branch but cash personnel of that branch behave badly.

                            I am a serving officer of west Bengal Govt residing in village and Po Kaliganj, Nadia.Power cut is a severe problem in this part despite surrounding areas get the same in due time at cost o[censored]s.One half of My village gets disconnected over days due to long streaching of power lines.Regional office stuffs in Debagram Electricity office are most reluctant in this issue.To day we are out of piower over 20 hours though other part is shininig.My 4 months baby is feeling ill from this dyscomfort .We have tried to call electricity complaint no [protected] several times without any response.Plese see this matter if possible.

                                  I have paid Bill for the month of July - 15 for Rs. 528/- on[protected], which due date was[protected] for Rs. 522/-, against Consumer ID No.[protected] on behalf of Madan Majhi vide Bill No.[protected] via E-Payment mode. When the above said bill is paying via your site its showing Rs. 1/- as 'OUTSTANDING AMOUNT' for last month which is just impossible as all the three consecutive month i.e., May - 15, Jun - 15 & Jul - 15 have been paid via online method from your website. I am giving herewith all three months receipt copy which have been generated from your portal for your information. As you know if any one want to pay his/her bill via online then have to pay the exact amount which has been showing there. Then how it possible from our end to due Rs, 1/- for a month?                                   Dear Sirs,

                                  I crave leave to inform you that I have made an online payment from my Savings Bank Account bearing No. [protected] of my Electricity Bill of WBSEDC amounting to Rs. 5, 224, .27 (Rupees five thousand two hundred twenty-four & paise twenty-seven) only on 17th August, 2017 by using my Axis Bank VISA Platinum Debit Card and the receipt of this payment has been confirmed by the WBSEDC by SMS on the same day. But the Axis Bank has debited my account a sum of Rs.5, 285.91 (Rupees five thousand two hundred eighty-five & paise ninety-one) only i.e. an excess amount of Rs. 61.64 (Rupees sixty-one & paise sixty-four).

                                  I am an Account holder of Axis Bank Ltd., Khardah, B.T. Road Branch. Branch Codeis 1356.

                                  I asked the Bank officials of the said branch why such excess amount has been debited but they could not give any satisfactory answer of query.

                                  If a customer has to pay excess amount for making payment online by using bank's debit card then why a customer should use your card for online payment.

                                  In this connection it may be mentioned here that on the next day a made an online payment of the Telephones Bill of the Calcutta Telephones by using my United Bank of India VISA Debit Card for an amount of Rs. 1, 332.00 (Rupees one thousand three hundred thirty-two) only and the UBI has debited my Savings bank Account Rs.1, 332.00(Rupees one thousand three hundred thirty-two) only. No excess amount was debited.

                                  Now, I want to ask you why Rs. 61.64 (Rupees sixty-one & paise sixty-four) only has been debited excess to my SB Account.

                                  If I don't get refund of the amount to my SB Account within two days I shall be compelled to lodge a complaint to Ombudsmen Department, Reserve Bank of India, Kolkata.

                                    This is to bring to your notice about the harassment I am facing by the local Supply Office, Boral, South 24 Prgs (s) My Tanent Mrs Nivedita Das has Applied for a New connection vide Application No [protected] (BORAL CCC[protected] On that a quotation letter was send dated 21/04/2015 and advice to deposit the following amount. 1. Total service connection charges of Rs :2000/- 2. Security Deposit ...of Rs 2660//- Both the charges were paid by cash on 18/05/2015 both cash receipt (attached for documentary proof) After the payment a week later inspection was carried out. and there after local supply has kept the connection on hold. On 16/06/2015 Memo No [protected]/SER_CONN_ PEND was issued (copy attached) and raised a issue on outstanding dues pending to be cleared (ID[protected] As per best of my knowledge I have never fall on that that category. and never become defaulter. I can not submit whole record of payment since 25/01/2002. How ever I am attaching my last 3 months bill payment receipt( attached) Transation ID : CBBR[protected] of Rs 1676.00 for the month of April 2015 Transaction ID DBBR[protected] of Rs 1780.00 for the month of May 2015 Transation ID DBBR[protected] of Rs 1780.00 For the month Of June 2015 I am also submitting fresh bill generated where no out standing was reflected I personally called Mr Hawk present St n master) Who was repeated asking to report to his office with all the relevant document, then only he will look in to it. . I am retired Defence service person and confined to bed I am not able to satisfy myself with this following system fault. .1. When my records are OK then why this harassment? 2.In the initial stage they could have checked my records and could have asked the deposit money. 3. Is it my mistake that I have requested my tenant for new connection for extra load. 4 On finding if no new connection could be provided then My tenant Mrs Nivedita Das wanted the entire money back by withdrawing New connection.application.                                         Hello I am Mrs Kshama Choudhury and my Consumer ID is[protected]. I am staying with my husband in Barrackpore and there is no power connection in my house since evening of 18/07/2015, even though my entire neighborhood has it . I have repeatedly called the zonal customer care number[protected] but no one responds to the call. The customers care numbers are given to address issues, but excitingly these people doesn't even bother to pick up a call. It's a shame that we the customers have to suffer often due to this negligence of WBSEDCL. So I would request the people concerned to kindly look into this matter and send repair men as soon as possible to address this issue.
