We, the resident of vill-poalia, p.o-rasapunja, p.s-bishnupur, dist-24pgs(s), pin-700104, have major complaint the station manager, Bakharahat Electricity Customer Care Office that the manager is not solving the low-voltage problem which we are complaining for last two years. It is our kind request to you to kindly take some immediate action and resolve the problem as early as possible as we in great agony due to low-voltage problem....

As im residing at vill/po-TENGNAMARI, Dist-coochbehar, via- dhupguri, pin-735210...
And our electric distribution is from dhupguri, as there is problem with load shading that's not big deal because we are alien as we are villagers, kindly i want to say that we are human beings as human beings stay in town or city. But sir when there is power from 6pm to 11pm there is low voltage not even 5watt bulb glow nicely....

No electricity since last two days. Pole number EFO 1P1/POGO. Consumer connection no. ID[protected] meter no. B2108465. Few days back work was done on the pole of insulation of wire in front of next house. So may be loose connection of our wire during this task/operation. Location is near Vaisnavi apt. But this sounds rediculous to the villagers of Baksa as they are suffering from tremendous load shedding every now and then. My consumer id is[protected], my area (Madhyamgram bankimpally) has been facing frequent power cut almost everyday/night atleast more than fivr hours daily. I don't know whether we are living in 1940 or 2016. I am sure it is only possible with wbsedcl why?? Are not we paying sufficient money to the company or the company doesn't care about people complaint. Even the call center is not reachable they either disconnect the phone or behave roughly...

In the above connection voltage is always fluctuating since more than two years and for that the cc tv camera, water pump, air conditioner machine, fan, bulb, tube lite etc....

Sir, our area vill-rabindra nagar p. O-hamiltonganj. Dist-alipurduar, have no power because distribution transformer was bust in 2 hours ago. I inform you that transformer was overloaded because many new connection give the company in few days. Our area have 500-700 family was connected this transformer. So, my request is please inspect this and provide to give 2 transformer in our area....

I am an engineer and working in DVC, Kolkata. My family resides in my flat at Dhanara Plot, Link City Residency, Benachity Durgapur-713213.

I found that the bill raised against my connection is quite high comparing the other flats of my complex. There is no A/C connection in my flat.

But during the online payment everything went fine upto the transaction but after transaction the quotation amount of rupees 5879.0 was deducted from the amount but there was a disclaimer that the payment cannot be made but the amount to be paid was deducted...I was unable to figure out the problem...Please kindly resolve the problem...Tried for the second...

I am sandip mahata from jhargram, West midnapore. My customer I'd no is[protected]. My meter is damaged since December 2015. For change the meter is I put formal application on 22nd Dec 2015. Till date didn't replace that meter. I like to know when this big project(for jhargram branch) will be possible. Also jhargram branch unable to give me any positives news and behaviour is very rude.
