Sir.
Under customer consumer ID number[protected] I iterate
the company has violated my right to privacy .Illegal current
is being supplied to land goon without authentic ownership
of plot.
Even after several appeals to disconnect the same as well as
a R T I sought on the matter the company is permitting the facility. This lapse in administration endangers our lives as we are senior live alone couple.
Forwarding a reply sent to me by the Jeerat Station Manager.
Please note my plot no 146 is government registered and mutated on my name. All computerized legal ownership is government documented.
In the reply the company refuses to accept my
sole right to the plot therefore aiding and abetting with criminal conspiracy. Both points referred to in the reply
convicts the company of harassing and allowing intimidation
and threats in the fake name of a consumer id no[protected]
a Samir Das. Note self conviction they also found information
from applicant who purchased the plot on 16.03.10.

Respected sir/madam,

We are residing at given below address. Since today morning 11am till now we have been facing power cut and have lodged a complaint with wbsedcl krishnapur, prafulla kanan department.

However, after some delay, the department gave us a call back informing that they will not be fixing the transformer problem until next morning - although the issue has occurred way back during broad daylight today morning, keeping in mind the rising summer temperatures (~38 deg cel) when electricity disruption is an emergency.

Moreover, other dwellers in our locality with the same manual connection are still consuming electricity without any interruption. This is not at all acceptable as we, being authorized consumer, have been denied necessary electricity supply - which also hinders other utility services like water, refridgerator, etc at home.

In time of emergency, we have been denied necessary electric supply although there is provision for a temporary connection.

I, Aswani Kumar Das have the complaint against WBSEDCL for mislead of meter permanent disconnection work and misbehaviour done by the officials of Kampa Electric Office at Kanchrapara. I purchased a house from Mr.Shankar Das and applied for disconnection of "DIM" electric meter of his name so that I can apply for a new connection in my name. During meter disconnection I was not physically present on the site and the electric office representative have taken the meter. Till now more than 6 months already been over I do not received any final bill for meter discontinuation. When I physically approached to the office in my worst physical condition the incharge not satisfied me in a right way and also they prepared a wrong and fraud outstanding meter reading bill of year 2012 which shows the nature of physical and mental harassing to consumer with respect to their inefficient working capabilities. Please provide me the assistance at the earliest to resolve this case though I am not in condition to argue and fight at this worst electric office.

With reference to application no [protected] dated 30 Sep15, it is hereby informed you for kind attention and favouable action that I, Dwijendra Nath Banerjee applied for new electric connection vide money receipt no[protected] and[protected] for new connection and security money bearing sl no 5772798 and 5772797. It is approximately one year no action been taken till date. I belongs to a small village named gohaliara which comes under the Dubrajpur electric supply office jurisdiction. Prompt response and deputional of personnel be awaited. It is also intimated that I submitted a written complaint to supply office on 08 Jun 16. However we are under darkness still.

I have been paying my electricity bills through ecs mandate from my bank account with sbi, tegharia-raghurathnathpur branch since august 2011. There has not been a single exception so far.

For the bill period, may to july 2016, however, even though due date of payment of 1st installment was 09.05.2016 no amount was debited from
My bank account as of today 15.06.2016.

Apprehending there must be something wrong i met the concerned official
At the wbsedcl, teghoria customer care centre today itself (15.06.16)
Only to be told that this time they have decided receive only cash payment.
Should this be so i should have been instructed accordingly and not kept

My father personally met mr h. Das a. E &station manager ganganagar for my complaint submitted on 30/05/2016 and received vide their no-375 to know the status. The moment he said our meter is giving very high meter readings relevant to our consumption, in stead of listening he reacted contrarily asking me "are you having ac"? Then he replied yes but not using since my old parents are prevented by doctors not to use. His illogical and irrelevant comment is very surprising and shocking that asking the meter will give such reading if you are having ac connected to your house — disconnect ac meter readings will come down automatically. I don't understand an responsible technical officer holding such a post can comment and deals with his customers as if he is talking to his subordinates. It is my appeal for getting my meter checked as i checked and found 37 readings after 2 days from meter reading taken to verify without using any high consuming electrical appliances

Respected authority I am apply a new domestic line in our regional office which is situated on nabagram Hooghly in west Bengal. I have a line which is on my father name. He don't give me the line that's why I need a new domestic line but the officer who is in the charge she disrespect me. And her behave is too bad. And don't take my application. That's why I am in a dad situations. If the authority take a step I wiil be very thankful

The person who came for meter reading in may 16 informed us that the meter needs to be replaced. We told him that we had not been living continuously in that house since 2nd week of january. We intermittently go to that place (4-5 days in a month), because of which meter reading is very low in comparison to previous months. He did not listen to us and advised us to go to the local electricity office for bill payment and raising a complaint for changing meter. We did accordingly. The bill that was generated came to rs 5700 (880 units) for the consumption period mar-16 to may-16. Our consumption of electricity for previous periods are given below which clearly shows that the actual consumption is much lower than what is charged by the electricity office.

Electricity consumption:

Jun-15 to aug-15: 704 units
Sep-15 to nov-15: 665 units
Dec-15 to feb-16: 274 units (Low as we stayed mostly in a different place)
Mar-16 to may-16: 880 units (Should be lower than 274 units)

Requesting the concerned authority to look into the issue and resolve the case. There must be some policy regarding estimate of power consumption in such circumstances.

We, the resident of vill-poalia, p.o-rasapunja, p.s-bishnupur, dist-24pgs(s), pin-700104, have major complaint the station manager, Bakharahat Electricity Customer Care Office that the manager is not solving the low-voltage problem which we are complaining for last two years. It is our kind request to you to kindly take some immediate action and resolve the problem as early as possible as we in great agony due to low-voltage problem.

And our electric distribution is from dhupguri, as there is problem with load shading that's not big deal because we are alien as we are villagers, kindly i want to say that we are human beings as human beings stay in town or city. But sir when there is power from 6pm to 11pm there is low voltage not even 5watt bulb glow nicely. Sir u can imagine what type of conditions we are facing, as i call many time in customer support but no response at all then i call local distribution centre they are saying the same sentence from last two year that "we will look into this matter"...
with due respect sir, please look into this matter...

On behalf of the villagers of village - Baksa, P.O - Birohi, P.S - Haringhata, Dist - Nadia I would like to bring to the notice of the authority that nowadays it has been said that load shedding is almost an alien word in West Bengal. But this sounds rediculous to the villagers of Baksa as they are suffering from tremendous load shedding every now and then. Load shedding troughout a night is very common here inspite of power cuts for two three hours daily. Some times load shedding remains for 3-5 consequtive days. Lodging conplain again power cuts has become a familiar matter for the villagers. Still the scenario remains the same. Authority is very much indifferent to the complaints. When we call at Madanpur Electric Supply office who are in charge of the electric supply of this village, they request us to lodge complain at Toll free no at Murshidabad. But even after a docket at Murshidaba the problem remains the same. People specially tge students and patients who need urgent electric supply are the direct victims to this indifference to the authority. In that scenario an urgent step from authority is needed to solve the problem. If the problem is solved we, the villagers will remain ever grateful to the authority. The matter may please be treated as MOST URGENT.

My consumer id is[protected], my area (Madhyamgram bankimpally) has been facing frequent power cut almost everyday/night atleast more than fivr hours daily. I don't know whether we are living in 1940 or 2016. I am sure it is only possible with wbsedcl why?? Are not we paying sufficient money to the company or the company doesn't care about people complaint. Even the call center is not reachable they either disconnect the phone or behave roughly why then you setup call center, does they have any sense how to speak with a customer? I am very sad to say if this issue doesn't solve we will be called as big zero compare to other state.

I am residing at Bansdroni(near chirantani park), 112 no. Ward under kolkata south 24 pargana subdivision. Since the last 2 weeks i.e., starting of the month may 2016 the power cuts have increased to 7 or 8 times a day. I am a freelance graphic designer and a technical student under West Bengal University Of Technology. My brother is an engineering student too. Hence, it is obvious that we need to work with the computer mostly all the day, to shape our career. Besides, there is unbearable heat because of which, my mother being a heart patient suffers lot during unruly power cuts. Please, look into the matter to plan equal distribution of power cuts around the city(many areas near tollygunje, jadavpore, lake gardens and more, never have powercuts). I am a ambitious young citizen of the state and completely dependant on the system. Quick action and acknowledgement from your side would be genuinely appreciated.
