I am a new electric consumer and my consumer id :[protected]. First meter bill sent to my address in the name of sakira sultana though my name is sarika sultana. I have reported the same through complain letter to magrahat electricity office and several times over telephone. More than two months passed but no correction is done in this respect. At the time of new connection application i have enclosed a copy of adhar card, still they wrongly entered as sakira sultana in place of sarika sultana. Kindly look into the matter.

I have to correct my name in wbsedcl electric bill. My consumer I'd is[protected].My name was in electric bill DEB PRASAD ROY. but all my official document is DEB PROSAD ROY.

So therefore, My name will be DEB PROSAD ROY.

    Dear sir,

    I have received abnormal bill in period july 2015 - - september 2015 which is 915 units.
    However in april 2015 - - june 2015 the units is only 655 (Which is the summer time with maximum usage of freezers & multiple fans) . There has been no addition of electrical appliances during last 1 year which will increase consumption still 955 units is just abnormal.
    The same happened in october 2014 - - december 2014 period which is winter season however still 873 units shown in usage. There was no solution given by local office when i approached.
    A person visited & said all ok but no further clarification of written confirmation that everything is ok.
    Please take it up seriously as i am sure that either there is issue with meter / billing or someone is hooking up from my electric line for which i am not liable.
    It’s a request as this bill amount is beyond my limit to pay & is illogical as well.

    Waiting for the response, please think over the same logically & help me out

            . with due respect l, purnendu mandal ID[protected], beg to state that from 7a.m dated -6/7/15 there was no Eletric connection in my area.At 4 p.m Eletric came but in low voltage. I gave complain on [protected] at 4.30 p.m, my complain no 23609982. They came and repaired .But at same time it became again low voltage still now and it is a weekly problem.
            . I gave complain in that site on 5/4/15, complain no[protected] previously for same reason . So sir please please look that mater.my mob no- [protected]

              Our connection is with Baruipur Elec supply Numbered[protected]. We pay bill through net banking. But in April 2015, the net banking procedure is at fault at your end. Thus we were forced to pay at your counter, copy of which is attached with highlight. This month, while paying bill I found that an amount of 64.43 has been included as Outstanding. The amount is not much, but why should we pay more.

Is23371950 but no action was taken by authority..repedaly i complain again 15days ago.complain no. Is 23515476 but alas this time also i fail ta attend to solve it.now a part of my house became short-curcuit..so kindly think in whiche level of risk we live here .kindly take proper step as soon as possible...

IGOAGUFWM6 for Rs 1260.56 on 02/07/2015 04:55:10 but in the web site of WBSEDCL showing that my payment not made for the month of July.But in the Bank statement it is showing that rs 1260 has been transferred to WBSEDCL.Even I got no messages from WBSEDCL.where my money gone?

Main usage which is also not used more than 12Hrs on avg.: Tubelight # 3 Fan # 3 TV # 1 Fridge # 1 We do not use any major appliance like washing machine or AC, that my bill is so high.

                          Please refer to our complain received No. 6788 dated 11.06.2013 and Receipt no 5093 dated 23.02.2015 both received by HARIPAL GR. ELECTRIC SUPPLY. Please again refer to our verbal telephonic complain to WBSEDCL being complain no.28075336 dated 09.07.2013.All the complaints are unattainded so far. Even a letter of acknowledgement or letter to let us know the status of our complain has not been sent to the consumers. This complains are regarding the abnormal billing in respect of the above mentioned connection numbers and consumer numbers as stated above.Please be informed: 1. Both the connection are in the same house and the house is locked . 2.There is almost no consumption of electricity. 3.We were not present in that house at the time of reading the meter.. The bills are drawn arbitrarily. 4.Against our complains inspection was done two times a) first on 17.07.2013 by Mr Santosh Singh and by Mr Moloy Bose b) Second on 15.03.2015 by Mr D . Saha Inspite of several persuation we have not received the corected bills.We want that fresh bills should be drawn forthwith without giving further trouble to us.                             Sir / Madam, It has come to my knowledge that the energy meter attached to my apartment for recording the electricity consumption is defunct for the last couple of months. Since the gadget is not working, I understand that the quarterly electricity bills that will be charged on my account shall be on an average basis which is likely to be far higher than my actual consumption. In view of the above, I would hereby request you earnestly to either rectify the existing energy meter or replace it with a new one (preferably, a digital one) and seal it at the earliest.                                 AGAINST CONSUMER ID[protected] YESTERDAY OUR OIL MILL TRANSFORMER DIS FIRING, THEN WE INFORM SOME ELECTRIC POWER SUPPLY OFFICE THEY SHUT DOWN OUR TRANSFORMER HANDLE, BUT THE COULD NOT REPAIR THIS IT.                                   Dear Sir, With due respect I want to state that since yesterday night there is power cut in the home of my Sister which details are as follows : Name & Address of Consumer : Afsari begam, W/O: LT. Kalam Khan, Islampur, Asansol- 713301 Near : Masjid Consumer No: D06174, Consumer ID:[protected], I tried many times to call your toll free number of Burdwan [protected] but failed to connect so finally we went to the Asansol office-1 to complain regarding the power cut, but none of the staff giving any proper response. After lots of harassment, we requested lots in counter no-3, they lodge my complain but they never give any satisfactory response that when their staff will solve our problem and when they go to home of my sister to solve the matter. After then, we visit counter No-2 where Mr.Gangualy was sitting and Smoking consecutively in the Office area where smoking is prohibited and did not take any concern and his behavior was ruthless and careless towards people. We requested them that we are in dark due to electricity failur in the month of Ramadan. We are facing problems in fasting but they don’t care. After facinf lots of harassment and rude behaviour of employee, we return home and again tried to your toll free complain number of Burdwan and this time we got the call and lodge the complain of power failure which complaint No. 39877642 We with a group of people could protest for this, but we thought to go further to higher authority. So I would qequest you to solve this matter immediately as we are facing lots of prblems due to power failure in fasting condition in month of Ramadan. People are very angry for this kind of behaviour and ready to protest but we stop them. Almost all people of Asansol have same complaint regarding your employee. We request you to direct to all your employee to behave with people in professional matter and they should not think that people are servant of them and don’t underestimate the power of common people. Also instruct them to not smoking in office during the duties otherwise we will take legal step in this regards and will complain also at Office of the Ombudsman, West Bengal Electricity Regulatory Commission, Kolkata.                                     i'm Suresh Debnath;through Makhan Debnath, living in Ranghat, Nadia, West Bengal.My electricity id no is[protected] of board WBSEDCL.My electricity bill has came in printed paper of june is 663 INR(due date-8.6.2015) & after due date the value will be 667 INR.But by sms I was informed the bill was-410 INR in due date But when i went to bill payment in counter he took 414 INR.Now i'm totally confused, what is my original Electricity bill??????!!! So i want to make a complain about that facts.plz help me as soon as possible...

                                      We have a office of Bharat Petroleum Corp. Ltd at Ghoshpukur, Nalbari, p.o. – Sonapur Hat, P.s. – Chopra, Dist. – Uttar Dinajpur. The other details are as under : Consumer No –[protected] Business Partner Id – 5027746. We are suffering from regular problem with Cable problem and due to that we have to run our plant with DG. We have made written complaint ( scanned copy attached) many times with Chopra Electric Office for permanent solution to this problem but till date we have not received any response from your office.                                         The meter against Consumer ID:[protected], according to your bill delivery man, is defective but a quarterly bill amount of Rs11143 has been sent to my registered Mobile No. As my maternal brother met with a severe head injury and breathed his last on the operation table, I was mostly away from house and for more than two months my house was under lock & key. So please send me a provisional bill for payment till this faulty meter is replaced. I submitted an application today at Rahara Electric Supply Office but I have been asked to pay the bill first then to complain. Such excess and absurd bill has not been consumped through out the history of my connection What shall I have to do now?
