i'm Suresh Debnath;through Makhan Debnath, living in Ranghat, Nadia, West Bengal.My electricity id no is[protected] of board WBSEDCL.My electricity bill has came in printed paper of june is 663 INR(due date-8.6.2015) & after due date the value will be 667 INR.But by sms I was informed the bill was-410 INR in due date But when i went to bill payment in counter he took 414 INR.Now i'm totally confused, what is my original Electricity bill??????!!! So i want to make a complain about that facts.plz help me as soon as possible...

    We have a office of Bharat Petroleum Corp. Ltd at Ghoshpukur, Nalbari, p.o. – Sonapur Hat, P.s. – Chopra, Dist. – Uttar Dinajpur. The other details are as under : Consumer No –[protected] Business Partner Id – 5027746. We are suffering from regular problem with Cable problem and due to that we have to run our plant with DG. We have made written complaint ( scanned copy attached) many times with Chopra Electric Office for permanent solution to this problem but till date we have not received any response from your office.       The meter against Consumer ID:[protected], according to your bill delivery man, is defective but a quarterly bill amount of Rs11143 has been sent to my registered Mobile No. As my maternal brother met with a severe head injury and breathed his last on the operation table, I was mostly away from house and for more than two months my house was under lock & key. So please send me a provisional bill for payment till this faulty meter is replaced. I submitted an application today at Rahara Electric Supply Office but I have been asked to pay the bill first then to complain. Such excess and absurd bill has not been consumped through out the history of my connection What shall I have to do now?

          My id is[protected] sutapa sanyal.I am a domestic user. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com.We are facing a lot of problem due to low voltage.Low voltage has been a mater of inconvinience since last year 2013.No step has been taken to solve this particular issue.In this extreme heat there is low voltage all day long it is really pathetic.I hope there will be some action taken regarding this.The voltage fluctuation (usually between 70-80)is also causing damage to electrical appliences.It is desired that immideiate action is taken to solve this issue...

            Sir I live in vill.Madhyahingli(pin-721628).From yesterday for electrical wire cut, supply in one phase, having a lot of consumer, is not available.Locally complain can not be given as their phone is out of order.Complain given to Medinipur section but still no remidy is taken.In this hot summer we are just frying.please take some immediate measure.

                I have received your quarterly electricity bill for the period(March-May 2015)amounting Rs-12588/- for my domestic consumption.It is very much absurd to me.I do not use any AC, Microwave woven or any other high wattage utensils only fan light TV set and only 165 lit. refrigerator.How can the bill amount jumps from its normal limit ?We, the general consumer are suffering and paying your unjustified unethical heavy bill every month.I am protesting against this inhuman system. You should en quire the matter and advice me what to do by me. please take necessary action.Earlier i had informed for this faulty meter to your meter reader several times but they don't bother.                     I paid Electricity Rs. 3340.56 against WBSEDCL Customer ID :[protected]In the Name of TAPAN CH.DUTTA, H/NO.56, W/NO10) through http://www.wbsedcl.in on 08.06.2015 by union bank of india . and union bank confirmed me that the payment was successful and the amount Rs. 3340.56 in debited my account Bank A/c. No. [protected]. After waiting 3 days /www.wbsedcl.in but no Receipt & no updation found. Help me regarding this problem. Please help me and forward this complain to WBSEDCL Official.

                        since 09/06/2015 my residential building at 614, K.N.C Lane, Munsifdanga, P.O+Dist. Purulia W.B 723101 bearing customer ID NO.[protected] is without electricity. the supplier M/S WBSEDCL local call center is not paying any attention to make normal my service connection which may have been disconnected from nearest pole(within 10'). No fan/no light/no pump to lift water from last 54 hrs.

                            My self Bibek Tarafder, lived in sadar block Jalpaiguri. Now a days we are observing the poor service of WBSEDCL. Though we are paying a huge amount of bill but we are not getting proper service. Every day we are suffering by the frequent power cuts. There is no enough workers. The workers are confessing that they have no enough tools to repair the line. We could not call the call centre as their phones are always busy as they are more interested to talk with their family than the customers. Being compelled I am here to write the complaint. I think WBSEDCL is a department which has died.

                                Sir I am Anindita Singh from mirual, uttar dinajpur..I m a student and facing daily power cuts don't know the reason...when I call electricity department they don't answer my call I m now frustrated with the power cuts and the electricity officers...sir I just want to say if you have the power to solve any problems please don't misuse the power...we are really facing many problems for power cuts
                                I am Dr Saikat Mandal from SchoolDanga, Bankura-722101...for the last 2-3 months power cut has been a regular problem in this area. Sometimes it lasts for more than 4 to 6hours without any gross reason.area other than SchoolDanga is not facing this kind of problem.
                                Please look into this matter and try to solve the issue.

                                  My self Tanumay Mitra, Lived in Proper Burdwan Town, 25th May 2015 from evening time electricity power has been cut only in my home, but besides all my neighbour hose they have power. After that I lodge a complaint in Toll- Free number [protected], they lodge my complaint (complaint number is[protected] and they said they forward my request to supply office, and from my side any thing for further query they suggest to call supply office number which is shown in electricity bill on the top side[protected]. But the phone was rang every time I caledl, but no one pick-up the phone. In my home one of serious patient who required nebulizer every moment and a baby. So you understand the situation.                                       In the Year of 2013, we are given a application to Sodepur, power supply regarding this voltage fluctuation due to single phase line in our area. After one and half year, new manager told us to, they have to set up a new pole instead of a wooden pole. Now they already set up a new pole min 20 days before, but still they are not started their work of three phase line . All work order ready, pole ready but sir due to some suspicious reason the contractor not working, please look after the matter because in our area there are so many old retire people and some new born baby. In this circumstance they and we are facing too much trouble in summer. One old people already hospitalized due to hot weather. Please look after this and sir start that work order as early as possible.
