      Dear sir, I would like to inform you that from 04/04/15 at 7-30 P.M there is no electric connection in my area till 2.30 pm of 05/04/15 .In yesterday morning I liked to phone to your Toll Free No[protected] and also to your amtala office no [protected] atleast 30 times, no response from that end and last of all one asked me for my consumer number and also gave me a complain number[protected], but after that nobody came to do the needful. I shall be glad if you kindly look into the matter and help me to get the connection.         NO CONNECTION FROM LAST NIGHT

          Sir, My name is Gopal Chandra Koley, Consumer Id:[protected]. On 2nd April there was a power cut from 12 noon at my locality. I had lodged a complaint to the customer care at 7:15 p.m. with docket No: 45874364. After repeated calling the technicians came at midnight and repaired the line, but the power cut at my home was not solved. The customer care service provider never showed minimum responsibility to ask me, whether the problem was solved or not. The next whole day I have called several times to the customer care, but every time they told me, “The problem is resolved”. Always they are misbehaving and talking rudely and hang up the calls. The local service provider never picks up the calls. Since 48 hours there is no power at my home. So, can you tell me what should I do now?             Sir, We have purchased a house in baguiati (kolkata) last October. After purchasing house when we contact electricity office for our bill details they told that bill not paid after 2004 so now this bill become almost 1lac rs. This is huge amount for us to pay. Now our old house owner is not receiving phone and his address also change. Admin Please help me how can I resolve this? If I try to do FIR against old owner then his new address also is require which is not present with us. Please help me. My electricity consumer ID:[protected] One thing I want to mention that my near by electricity office is baguiati-taltala and when I went there and told that my meter reading is very high then without any meter checking, they made electricity bill. I want to know why no one came to our house to check meter reading and also to check whether our meter is working or not.

                  This has reference my complain No-3837, dated 11.10.2014 (Given to Assistant Engineer, WBSEDCL, Asansol-02) and online complain no[protected] and 37897186. I am Subir Sarkar and I am very sorry to inform you that my bills for the months September, October and November 2014 are erroneous. We have shifted to Chandigarh and no one lives in that home since one and a half years. The bills amounted to Rs.86 for the months June, July and August while it climbed up to Rs.2395 in September, and further to Rs.2399 in October and November totaling to 7726. Such consumption of electricity is not possible because not even a single bulb is switched on in those months as nobody lived there .No one is living there even today and we live in Punjab. After several complains and meetings with officials, I was assured that I would be provided a correct bill by April 2015. Still, in March 2015, my line was disconnected in my absence without even informing me. I request you to please reconnect my line and provide me a correct bill so that I can pay.                         A local grill industry in our Para is Tapping Domestic 220V electricity illegally from the Distribution post. As a Result of his Heavy Machinery use, the Inverter and AC of My house has got Damaged Last Summer. The Address is : Nutan Pally, Interpanja-Fartabad, P.S.-Sonarpur, P.O.-Garia, Kolkata-84. The Entrepreneur of this Unauthorised Grill Industry is Pintu Ghosh and Industry is Named as Puja Enterprise. Moreover he is Partly using the Local Road also for the Purpose of his Industry. He hammers the rods just on the road. the garage he has hired is used by him only for Welding and Storing the grills. But he Hammers the Rods upon the road...Due to this all the surrounding homes including us cannot live peacefully due to those rod cutting and rod hammering sounds. #The photo given below shows the distribution post from which he taps the Electricity.One can clearly understand that there is no Authorised Industrial Electric Line in it. Also u can c That Blue Tripaul just on the road where he hammers the rods.

BOARD EXAMINATION IS GOING ON, SO STUDENT ARE SUFFERING, IN THIS HOT DAYS FANS ARE NOT MOVING, WE ARE NOT GETTING WATER FROM PUMP, ETC. SIR, AS A CUSTOMER WHEN WE ARE GIVING MONEY TO THE GOVT, WHY WILL WE SUFFER? LOCAL OFFICE GIVING ILLEGAL PERMISSION TO SET UP SUBMERSIBLE PUMP, NO INSPECTION AGAINST HOOKING.                                   Dear Sir,

                                  I stay outside my Jalpaiguri residence for most of
                                  the days of a year which I intimated in several occasions. . During 2014 I
                                  stayed almost all the days outside due to my occupation. Although my meter
                                  reading was 377 as on 23.02.2015, WBSEDCL, Jalpaiguri Centre has erroneously
                                  and intentionally prepared a bill quoting false meter reading as 1158 and
                                  placed a large burden of electricity charge upon me. Subsequently WBSEDCL
                                  disconnected power supply to my premises unilaterally. I submitted a complaint
                                  letter on 23.02.2015 mentioning all the facts. Since I was in need of power
                                  connection, I deposited the required sum of Rs. 4, 457/- to get back power
                                  connection immediately. Today I visited WBSEDCL Jalpaiguri office to enquire
                                  how I can pay in advance to avoid unusual penalty. In previous situations, I
                                  received bills amounting Rs. 84/- for a quarter. Today I have been given a bill
                                  for Rs. 327/-(payable within due date (12.03.2015) which is much higher than
                                  Rs. 84/-. On scrutiny I find that LPSC (Late payment surcharge) for Rs. 188.77
                                  has been added with my bill which is quite unexpected, while I have already
                                  paid excessive billed amount for unconsumed[protected] units. Previous meter
                                  reading has also been erroneously mentioned as 1158, which the reading is 377.
                                  The meter is in operation and that has been checked by WBSEDCL personnel after
                                  reconnection. Outstanding amount for Rs. 55.65 has also been mentioned in the
                                  bill, while I have paid everything in advance. This bill again I have paid to
                                  avoid unwarranted complications of disconnections etc. But Sir, I am very much
                                  annoyed with such undesirable billing putting financial loss, burden and
                                  anxiety over me.

                                  Please take up immediate action to stop such practice of ill
                                  performances and adjust all the excess payments.

Limited, 3rd Floor, D Block, Bifyut Bhawan, DJ Block, Sector-II, Salt Lake City, Bidhannagar, Kolkata- 700091 West Bengal Respected Sir, Ref: Consumer No.[protected] of M/s GreenTech Environ Management Pvt. Ltd. Reg: Excess billing in bill no.[protected] dated 03/12/2014 for Rs. 48233/- We are quite shocked to receive the electricity bill amounting Rs.48233/- (Rupees Forty Eight Thousand Two Hundred Thirty Three only) against electricity consumption for the last 4 months at my facility. It is just not possible for us to have used so much of electricity since the date of installation of meter. Our previous Unit consumptions as follows: MONTH READING CONSUMED UNITS 12/03/2014 163 163 07/04/2014 358 195 29/04/2014 358 Meter problem 06/05/2014 633 275 27/05/2014 633 Meter Problem 03/07/2014 705 72 05/08/2014 1721 1016 28/10/2014 1798 77 28/11/2014 2978 1180 This is to bring to your notice that we use electricity for domestic purpose only for lights and fans etc which cannot consume more than 100 units a month even if we use 24hrs. There seems a mistake in noting down the readings. Please rectify this mistake so that I can pay the actual amount and till then you are requested not to disconnect the electricity line.
