      My name is Santanu Saha s/o manik chandra saha, my residential address is vill- Bhagabatibazar, P.O + P.S-Illambazar, Dist-Birbhum . Now my family is suffering for your service. MY father and mother is a school teacher and they are daily go to your office and pray for justice but anyone don't here and not do anything that help for solve this problem. In my house our electricity connection in the name of Manik chandra Saha. At the time of September 2014 we pay our electricity bill but than within 8 month Your office can not send any electricity bill. So my father and also my mother repeatedly go to your illambazar wbsedcl office to know why you can't send any electricity bill for my house. But your office can't say any satisfactory answer. Till today my family is suffering for your mistake. Sir, I just want to know that why my family is suffering day to day? What's my family fault for this? We are wrong that we want to pay our electricity bill? Why your illambazar wbsedcl office can't send any electricity bill from last eight months? So, please solve my problem as early as possible.         My id is[protected] Jaswant Singh.I am a domestic user. My email id is [protected]@yahoo.com.We are facing a lot of problem due to low voltage.Low voltage has been a mater of inconvinience since last year 2014.No step has been taken to solve this particular issue.In this extreme heat there is low voltage all day long it is really pathetic.I hope there will be some action taken regarding this.The voltage fluctuation (usually between 120-150)is also causing damage to electrical appliences.It is desired that immideiate action is taken to solve this issue.

          My WBSEDCL consumer Id No is[protected], MATIBUR RAHAMAN C/O-KASHEM . My email Id – [protected]@gmail.com . I am a domestic consumer of electricity in Bhagwangola area. I paid an electricity bill amount of Rs. 108 .00 On 09/05/2015, to WBSEDCL as electricity Bill charge for May 2015 to July2015 through Net Banking of S.B.I. where I hold an account. After completion of transaction the Bank certified payment to be successful and furnished Transaction Ref No. - IG00ZQVOZ6, For Rs. 112.49 on 09/05/2015. 01:59:33 p.m . But surprisingly no receipt was generated by the vendor WBSEDCL . Immediately I would like to get the Proper Invoice and Money Receipt of the same on completion of transaction through internet Banking.

              In the name of Jadav Kumar das the Domestic connection been issued in the premises of 3/19 K.K. Banerjee Road, PO & PS-Berhampore, District Murshidabad West Bengal - 742101 under the Gorabazer Station manager, Gorabazer Electric Supply, PO & PS - Berhampore, Murshidabad West Bengal - 742101, holding Consumer No.; C195689, Service Connection No.: DOM/6824, Security Deposited on 04/09/2006, Service connection serial No.; 043035 dated 04/09/2006. The line had been disconnected, All the payments been paid up no dues of bill left for to pay. But then also the Security Amount been not refunded back to me. So please look into the matter and sent back the refund to me at an earliest an obliege.

                Dear Sir, we are villagersof Raghunathchalk, Chati& Ranigang under Dist:Burdwan, substation:Baraboni Sir, when ever there is few drops of water of slightest of wind the power in our area goes for 4to5 hours & sometime even more, and this does not happens some time BUT EVERY TIME SINCE LAST 1YEAR. If called to local substation they gives lame excuse every time. sir we understand that in case of natural calamities there can be power breakdown but it is not possible to believe that it happens every time.We have informed to the Domani SS of the problem but not got any solution instead they say us to inform the issue to higher authority in rude manner. So we urge you to please look ito the matter & please provide us the address where we can also send our documented complain with our consumer id & signature for your kind consideration.                         Dear Sir, Load-shedding has become a matter of great concern to all in our locality. Power supply is suspended daily for a few hours as a routine affair. Fans, lights stop working. Water supply is adversly affected. Everybody are the worst sufferers. It also adds to the misery of the patients. Now the weather is very hot & painfull. Load-shedding is continuing from yesterday at 7pm to till now. So, I request to the higher authorities to solve this problem as soon as possible. ~ Ajay Kr.                           I get punish from[protected] due to unauthorised use of direct hooking from nearest L.T.O.H mains for Connection de-watering Tulupump.


                          Case 1.-I
                          have purchase a electric post from your department (Rs-10000.00-dt[protected] &
                          Constructed my own place for my own house connection but you are given two no’s another connection for your business purpose.

                          You are not getting any objection clearance.

                          Case 2.- I am suffering from 13/01/2004 to till date but that time i have pay what your provisional/final bill amount-1654/-vide receipt no-99223 & 97387 dt.[protected] &[protected].

                          After 10 years you are given compounding order & gating (without any notice) final amount is 12000/-(Domestic @ Rs. 4, 000/-Per KW).

                          In-between 10 yrs i have loss hues Money & My valuable time.

                          After that you are not interfering of custody (seize) items .Which are in Durgachak PS.

                          Case 3.- ORDER FOR COMPOUNDING—OR.NO-044147 dt-11/12/2014.

                          From Haldia to Your Zonal office Midnapore, I am travelling several times because I am interesting to close my case which you are established on 2004.

                          You are given three copies 1. Payment received copy. DT—11/12/2014
                          & 12/12/2014.
                          2. Ld.Public Prosecutor application letter Dt-11/12/2014.
                          3. Order for Compounding letter dt. 20/11/2014.

                          Those three copies are not acceptable by judge court at Tamluk due to all Dates & FIR NO is incorrect.

                          I have been harassed several times from you & judge court. Please see date & attached copies

                          Provisional bill/final bill/seize items/court fee 10 yrs/after that fine 12000/- but

                          Result, I am not close my case till date.

                          I am waiting for your valuable advice of three (3) cases.

                          This is for your information & action please.

                            My consumer No with WBSEDCL is[protected]. I am a domestic consumer of electricity in baguihati area. On 06/04/2015. I paid an amount of Rs. 849.49to WBSEDCL as electricity charge for April2015 through Net Banking of S.B.I.where I hold an account. After completion of transaction the Bank certified payment to be successful and furnished Transaction Ref No. as IG00VJPAF0. But surprisingly no cyber receipt was generated by the vendor WBSEDCL which is usually done by all vendors including BSNL and others immediately on completion of transaction through internet Banking. On verification from the Bill Pay site of WBSEDCL I find that the payment position has not been updated even after 48 hours of transaction. The amount I paid still shows as outstanding and due for payment in my account with WBSEDCL. In reply to my mail captioned, “Bill payment to WBSEDCL- Payment not reflected in WBSEDCL s site” the Bank concerned has informed me as “The transaction done through Internet Banking is a successful transaction and has been forwarded to the Concerned Vendor. The confirmation of the transaction is already remitted online and the details have been forwarded to them.
