Good morning. My son purchased the above and it has corrupted his pc system. Pc currys confirm it is a copy and that we should seek compensation. Amazon have offered a £5 promo amount which certainly is no where near what we paid for the system. I have also contacted their supplier and await a reply. Hoping you can offer a more positive response. Thank you. Carol sutton

WD elements 1 tb external hard disk is not working and not connecting to any system and laptop so i am getting the issue from it and it is in warranty i think you can solve it back and give it back to me otherwise refund my money

I had to purchase a hard drive last year for my desk top computer. i had problems last week and again had to purchase a hard drive. service for my computer was done by geek squad. I would like a refund. according to geek squad hard drives should last more than 1 year.
