I registered multiple complaints - DL[protected] on[protected], DL[protected] on 16-6-14 and DL[protected] on 23-6-14 to Whirlpool Call Center for Whirlpool Refrigerator of 405 Liters. An engineer asked us to replace the Compressor and refill the gas for which I paid Rs.6740/- against Receipt no. 894 dated[protected]. The Fridge worked for a day and again it stopped working and no cooling happening at all. All the articles and vegetables, milk, ice-cream have got destroyed.
Everyday, we are chasing with the engineers of Whirlpool Authorise service Center, managed by Key Tek Solution, B-54, Badli Extn., Main Road, Delhi -110042. One person visited our place and informed that compressor is not working.
It is such a pathetic service we found from Whirlpool that we are facing this problem from last 10 days and no one is there to attend it even after paying full charged amount.
I request the Complaint forum to put a strict action against this center and Whirlpool company so that such harassment is not made to me and to other customers. I am not sure if they have any TurnAroundTime to close the Service Calls. Their contact no. is [protected].
