We have purchased a refrigerator from whirlpool india ( whirlpool home appliances ) in oct 2015 th flipkart pl-f11719578 dated[protected], s.S. No[protected] invoice no . Del-ihr-03l[protected]. Dt. 24.10.2015.
Product code refrigera/ vk 42170.
Now we have a major complaint in refrigerator as cooling is extra its temp comes minus 6to 10 on temp mtr checked by the engineer .
We made several complaints and attend by company on dates 22/04, 23/04, and 28/4 and they have changed couple of parts in the refrigerator but complaint is still alive and now we again complaint to co. Via sr no. Dl [protected] to change the machine in spite of repair and repair and repair doesn't solve the issue, so working is not satisfactory .
Kindly chase up the issue with quality control deppt and senior people of company to replace our machine with new seal pack machine coz we have already lost lot of money due to over freeze of fruits and vegetables and other item in last one week, and it was already described to the attended engineers while visit.
We now need urgent action on this matter.

    I have bought a double doored whirlpool refrigerator named "neo i chill" its working improperly. once i have registered a complaint then whirlpool sent a technician he removed ice formed inside, and he said we will come again after 8 hours and we check that your problem solved or not, , but no one came again, , and we registered one more service, , but this time technician saying that "i dont wanna come, show whatever you can do" it is an example that how your services going really, ,

        Sir I want to say you that I am having a whirlpool delight freeze which is a old model so it is difficult to find its parts.
        Many a time i have complaint your company but there is no responce from your company I have also visited my near by service centre which is 40km away from my home many a times but they are also not taking responce

          Hi

          I had purchased whirlpool refrigerator on 17 Apr and same was delivered on 22 Apr mid night by the store, but it was damaged and old product.

          Very next day I was visited the store for replacement and store management also aggreed, they confirmed that it will be delivered by 26 apr.

          Now (26 Apr ) store management is saying that, we can't replace it, they are very rude with the customers.

          Its totally store management mistake but they are denied to replace.

            I purchased Auto stain wash ultra 7.2 Kg washing machine of whirlpool
            company on 10/12/2015.
            demo on working with washing machine also not given properly by the
            person. his knowledge about product is approx to null.
            on 16/04/16 machine panel and dryer not working so i launched the
            complaint on 17/04/16
            but no one response positively. no one visit for complaint. every time
            i call they ask name, address, which is very frustrating every time.so
            i
            again launched the complaint on 21/04/16 complaint no- LK[protected].
            which was wrongly closed by service center person stated that customer
            don't want to give money. with out visit how he conquer that money
            will spend ???????? even product is under warranty.
            again launched the complaint on 24/04/16-LK[protected]
            Note- this is the third time till no one comes to visit.
            i talked today with Mr yogendra, siddharth and their senior Mr Arun.
            (on customer care) Mr Arun spoke to that service person along with me
            on telephonic conversation, decide that they will come today with in
            4-6 PM.
            i called him approx 3:45 pm, told him that power is coming plz visit
            as ASAP. but he said Technician will come from 4-6 only. (No
            supporting behavior)
            Till now they are misleading misbehaving.
            i m very frustrated and in very much pain with the response and
            behavior towards the trouble shooting and in personnel too.

              Am using fully automatic washing machine. The PCB has been changed twice so far.
              On 25/2/14- I have paid rs 3650 rs.
              On 25/11/15- paid rs 5000 as replacement charges. An again I am facing the same problem at present the replaced PCB is within the warranty period. It is understood that the life of the board is only 6 months and it invariably fails within the warranty period. Such poor quality!

              I am facing One of the worst customer service response. If the issue is not sorted out with in a day or 2. I am ready to take the issue consumer forum under the poor quality product service act.

              Awaiting for earliest action & revert.

                I have a issue with my new 3d model ac . Have made enough noise about issue to customer care ... No use... Vv pathetic response.
                Now can u pls give any higer official contact details / number so that i will send the ac (warm )to his house as gift so that u clearly undersand, why i am so furious .

                I made more than 14 call today to ur call centr e. Sad that half the people dont understand basic communication in english.

                Vv disappointed - its given up state - will deal through consumer help/ court for my money wasted on ac and also for compensation for wating my one whole day

                  The refrigerator has been causing frequent troubles.
                  The refrigerator is not getting cooled.This is a double door refrigerator. The upper portion is getting cooled.
                  But the lower portion is not getting cooled.

                  We have already spent about have purchased whirlpool neo i chill - 292 litres sl no.[protected] about rs 7, 000/- approximately since we have purchased your refrigerator.

                              Hello All. This is to bring to your attention the issues I have been facing with my Brand New Whirlpool Magicool Air Conditioner.

                              I purchased a Whirlpool Magicool A/c From Unilet - Marathalli on 10th April 2016. After repeated calls and followups, Whirlpool finally installed the A/C on the 16th April 2016. However, I have never been able to use the A/C. I have Purchased an A/c which is not worth anything to me now. Everytime I switch on the A/c it blows hot air. I have checked the settings multiple times and I feel the product is defective.
                              I have made repeated calls to customer Care (SR# - BG[protected]) and also to the Service Technician whose number was provided to me by the Whirlpool Customer Care. My calls to the service Tech are not answered and no one has contacted me yet. Is this how Whirlpool provides Customer Service?

I called the Tech who informed that they will Visit my place the same day. However there has been no communication after that. I am still with a non working Brand New Air Conditioner from Whirlpool. Hoping for a quick resolution to my issues.

                                I've registered a complaint via customer care[protected] on 16-april-2016 regarding my frontload fully automatic machine not working.
                                The customer care people said that the complaint is registered and the service people will contact you within 24 hours. But its been 4 days and no one contacted me regarding the complaint that i've registered.
                                Instead i'm calling them daily in the morning asking for the time for their arrival for servicing. Yesterday (19-april-2016) they said that they will send a technician by 4pm for servicing. But no one came. And today(20-april-2016) when i called them, they simply replying back that the technician was on leave and so they are not able to come for servicing. I dont know how the people working in a same organization is not aware about their colleague leave plans and how he can simply give the customer a false information. Based on his words we cancelled our plans and waited for the technician to arrive.

                                Its been 4 days i've registered a complaint and i didn't received any response from the service people with no proper communication.
                                Such an irresponsible behaviour from your service people in dindigul region.
                                This is the second time i'm facing this kinda irresponsibility with your service people, in which the first time i dealt these people with a warning notice from consumer court and still they didnt changed their attitude.

                                  I have purchased a washing machine model no.30085 ace super soak from dhawan electronics Ludhiana. After first use the wash tub got cracked badly because of loose soak tub. Also the main wirevwas cracked at the time of delivery. Now the dealer is not responding . kindly do the needful of I will file legal complaint against company.

                                    I have purchased a 1 ton whirloool ac on 14.04.2016 which was delivered the next day 15.04.2016.

                                    I had purchased it from adhishwar electronics marathalli, bangalore.
                                    Whirlpool technician and adhishwar electronics promised that the equipment will be installed by 17.04.2016.
                                    The technician called me and informed that they will come definitely come by 18.04.2016.
                                    Today i called them again for which they said the installation will be today.
                                    I thought of getting help from their customer care, which is of no help.

                                    Am wondering now whether it will be done or i should return their product.
                                    Whirlpool India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      We bought a whirlpool single door refrigerator on 27th March'15. The door gasket has worn out within 6 months of purchase. later on the freezer door came out as well.

                                      Purchased at : Rathna stores, Purshawalkam.

                                      We made a complaint on 14th Oct'15. A service person was sent to check on it and he said that the gasket for this model is not available and the fridge will be replaced with a new/refurbished one. he took photos of the door for proof. he also said that we have to submit our purchase bill copy to him since he has to submit it to for claiming. We had lost the bill copy, but he insisted that the action can be taken only if we provide a bill copy. We got a duplicate bill copy from the store we purchased and gave it to him.

                                      It has been 6 months now from our first complaint and the door is not fixed yet. we have made "n" number of calls to the service person, service dealer office and to whirlpool customer care as well, just to get a response "We will check and get back to you". We had never got a reply call with an update nor a proper response when we called for an update.

                                        I purchased minerala 90 platinum on 11th april 2016 from reliance digital.
                                        The product was delivered to me on 12th april from reliance digital. However, no one came to install the product till 17th april 2016. On 16th april at 10.00 pm, the person called saying that he will visit it next day at 10.00 am . The next day at 10.30 the person came and said that he will instal the product wherever we want . He was not helpful nor co operative. He did not provide any demo, in fact he ran away saying he will come back in evening. In spite of various calls, no one of whirlpool has addressed the complaint. Now the purifier is lying, half installed...
