I had purchased AC of Whirlpool from local dealer Kolkata, while buying the dealer assured me there is a offer of free installation, even he mentioned the same in the invoice. But when the technician visited he asked installation charges even inspite of showing the invoice to him, he conveyed that the free offer was valid upto 31 of May, so we have to pay, whereas we had bought the AC on 11 of June, when the dealer clearly stated that our purchase covers free installation which is now a offer. Nut now when I am contacting dealer they are saying without informing to them Whirlpool had withdrawn their offer.

Now I had not installed the AC yet. As I will not pay any charge since that is not my fault.

Now why should I suffer without our any fault!! I want a proper judgement for this.

I purchased water purifier of whirlpool serial number inv[protected] model number 14902 on 16/09/2014 about 1 year 9 months ago. Till its warranty period, it functioned satisfactorily but now their service and product seems pathetic i expend total sum of rs 9395 from few months of purchased of the ro system.

And i have to pay rs 2500 for the membrane filter. From the time i have brought this machine there is a problem of non-availability of water in the machine. It is not functioning well. Every time i request for service they take money from me and after some days again the same problem arises that is “non-availability of water”.
Why the hell should i invest in whirlpool ro purifier. It is the worst home appliance ever i experienced.
I think your searvice persons sold me used filter.
... I would never recommend anyone to by this whirlpool ro purifier.

2. Service of the machine is very good/very nice – only 2 persons used.
3. Some trouble in the above machine in december 2015 – myself informed to [cell no.[protected]] sai fefrigeration, whirlpool agencies, mayiladuthurai-609001, tamil nadu.
4. On 05.01.2016 – one service engineer came and serviced the machine. At that time one spare part replaced from machine – spare part name censor – invoice no.798/dt.05.01.2016 – bill amount rs.2330/- [invoice enclosed]
5. Again machine is not working – again informed to cell no. [protected]. After lapse of 40 days one service engineer came and serviced the machine. At that time another spare part mother board replaced from machine – invoice no.11322/dt.18.03.2016 – bill amount rs.3500/- [authorise service partner, whirlpool of india limited] invoice enclosed.
6. Two or three days machine was worked. After 25.03.2016 onwards the machine is out of order.
7. I am calling above agencies cell no. [protected] daily in working days from march 2016 to 10.06.2016. Every time one tone received as, i will send service engineer.
8. But nobody come to house till date. No consumer care.

I have a problem with my washing machine and the authorised service centre guy refuses to pick calls or repair the washing machine I think whirlpool only wants to sell their products and don't give any service as they want us to buy their new products again and again the name of the service center is located in chikmagalur named freeze fast most of the people have complaints with him and have complained to whirlpool about him please I request whirlpool to take some action as it is very important for a company not just to sell products but also provide service

On 18 may 2016, my AC defaulted and stopped working.
People from Umang service centre in Gurgaon have attended to it but have failed to repair even after a month now.
Have taken advance of Rs 3500/- for its repair on 30-5-16.
Visits are promised, on scheduled date and time nobody arrives, nobody picks up phone calls, even branch coordinators of Whirlpool company are hand in glove with service centre people. Even they donot pick up phone besides insisting to me to pay in advance.
The complaints are closed promptly every 2-5 days without repairing my AC.
Can anyone suggest what to do?

Refrigerator was delivered with broken front legs/wheels, was assured of replacement of the legs soon. After the delivery of the refrigerator, no one is listening to the problem whether dealer, service center or against my complaint with whirlpool (though visit of service engineer was assured within 24 hours). Quite saddening, frustrating, and disappointing. It has been two months now :(. Is anyone out there to listen to your customers and fix the problem as assured/ supposed to be addressed.

I bought whirlpool white magic washing machine 622pd yesterday from a dealer in velachery, chennai, installation engr from whirlpool came today[protected] and told he has to install a ece filter and the machine has to be cleaned with whirlpool washing liquid scalegen.

When i asked why the dealer who sold has did not tell about this, he told only during installation company authorized installation engrs will explain about this. Since the engr was wearing whirlpool uniform, i took it for granted and paid rs.3850. Later on i found that these are not mandatory. When i contacted the whirlpool partner company from where the technician came from, they say whirlpool is insisting them to add the filter and sell the liquids or they will not allow to service the machine during warranty period. Is this true?

I registered complaint with whirlpool tollfree, they say they will look into it. Will i get my hard earned money back?

I purchased whirlpool refrigerator model proton deluxe (Purchase bill enclosed) and when complaint is lodged your your service man told that the the break-down is due your compressor failure. I have paid him rs, 400/- as visit fees and he asked for rs. 2100/- for gas filling.

On front side of refrigerator you have you have written warranty of 10 years for compressor. Now i have concluded following thing :
1) if your compressor break-down with in a period of 2 years & 5 moths, it shows that you are using product below standard and not have quality control as per iso standards. Previously i was kelvinator brand which run without any maintenance more that 12 years and got good re-sale price. Then i purchased lg refrigerator and with a span of 10 years only thermostat were changed 2-3 times but no break-down of compressor. All this history shows that your product is inferior quality.
2) vijay sales corporation is the biggest marketing company in maharashtra. The concern lift products in large scale by negotiating price of the product at your end.In that case you may have supply 2nd grade product which is possible.
3) hence, i hereby request you since your compressor warranty is for 10 years you should you should not gas filling charges till 10 years with free service visit.
4) poor maintenance service: - when i am paying amount of rs.24000/-, i am expecting repairs within 24 hours.

Sir i regret to write that i did not heard any where from failure of compressor within such short period.

I think you shall consider my reasonable & logical request.

I am sridhar. H. R and my family has been a loyal whirlpool customer from past 15 years. We have purchased 2 washing machines & 2 refrigerators till now and have been spreading a positive word of mouth to others.

But recently my trust on whirlpool was destroyed when our refrigerator was collecting water at the bottom. When we contacted the customer service, they sent mr. Fazal (Mob no:[protected]) from mission perfection (Really?) appliances services on 28.05.2016 who replaced the pcb costing rs.2, 341 and with service charge of rs.350 and totally charged us rs.2, 691 (Bill attached).

But after few hours of replacing the pcb, the power in our house started tripping and we had to replace the elcb of our house costing rs.3, 500. We have been contacting him to check the refrigerator, but even after 6 days of persistent calling to him & customer care, he has not yet turned up. This has caused us huge inconvenience & our trust on whirlpool has been shattered.

This mail is not just a complaint, but a regret for being a patron for a brand which leaves the customers' in a 'whirlpool' of problems. You leave me with no option other than seeking the help from consumer forums and in the worst case, consumer court. Never take the customers for a ride.

We have already filed a complaint against whirlpool n reliance retail stores nashik road. This is my second complaint in consumer court. No action has been taken and my new fridge is now not functioning due to the loose gaskets. I want to file a legal complaint n ask for re imbursement of money or replacing our fridge. Pl help me to Lodge a complaint against the company n reliance retail stores.

There were heavy sounds during working of washing machine. Authorized service mechanic has changed the gear box. But to our surprise same sounds were found with in 3 months after changing the gear box. The issue was brought to the notice of the authorized mechanic for which he has not responded and done nothing. Recently machine is not working completely showing PE error continuously.

Although there is free coupon for AC installtion still they take hefty illogical amount of money and their behavior is so unprofessional and rude. Even they do not take care of customer require position for AC installtion. Really dissatisfied service of whirlpool india although seems product are good.I have experienced this for Zen Appliance Sales and service (Authorized Whirlpool Service Centre)
Specially Manager name: Prabir paul and Mintu paul they are falsely mothed. really fraud. their employee are fraud. Whirlpool India should detach ZEN Appliance (Kolkata) for better service experience for their customer.

Although my flat position is G+1 still they are reluctant to install in require position and asking extra 3K for equipment arrangement.

Really frustrating.

We purchased a refrigerator from reliance retail limited on 13.9 15 from reliance retail limited star zone next to passport office nashik road maharashtra 422101 service number [protected] cin no u01100mh1999plc20563. The gaskets of the fridge has started hanging out within three months inspite of repeated complaints no action has been taken by the company or the retailer our complaint no is, [protected]. We request u to either repair or exchange our refrigerator.

I bought this machine on. From then till now the machine had to go through 3 services and once it was taken to service centre. Your engg. Say the drum is defective and there is a prob in rinse. I am enclosing the receipt and a vedio of defective drum rotation. I bought this as a premium model with expectation of trouble free service. But from the date i purchased i simply wasted money with service engg. And transportation of machine. I request you please to immeditely change my model. I must add here that i shiftedcto whirlpool from ifb. Hope you will do the needful.

Washing machine complaint
We purchased top load washing machine on 19/04/2016 but started having non washing problem (Clothes comes our without washing as it is). We made a complaint on 21/04/2016 and continuously complaining for 4 -5 times till date. Last complaint no is –ch [protected] dtd 21/05/2016. But till date problem not solved. Service engineer mr amarendra sing mb no - [protected] coming regularly and saying this lot having some problem. Ones he changes belt but problem is remain same. Now after 21/05/2016 no one visiting or calling on this issue.
Request please look into and short out the issue to avoid any legal issue from our side.
If realy having any problem request please replace or give any suitable model.

Cooling problem in ac. Complained several times to whirlpool india but still no solution, every time their engineer visits ans gives random excuses. Ac is in warranty but still no solution. Gas, stabilizer is ok with ac but still not working. Even i have twitted to whirlpool india on twitter still they are not solving this problem. It seems no one is concerned with customer in whirlpool india.

I had purchased a a split air condition in 2012 which warranty expires after 1 yr after which the ac keeps on giving problems like gas leak, water leakage from indoor unit, capacitor damage.I use to repair it every year with a very high cost & the servicing was done in a minimum time span of atleast 2 months .Same thing happened again this year when i complained about no cooling on 7th of april 2016 .Engineer came for inspection and said he didnt bring any equipments so will come again next day, he came again & gave pressure in the outer unit & said he will be coming again next day to check where the leak was.that was the day he came & next he visited my place after 1 month after repeated complaints & calls after visiting your head office in Shantiniketan Building in Camac Street.The mechanic came to repair the same day & charged Rs 3290 & assured that it will not give any problem in near future.the very next day cooling started fluctuating & there was rain like water leaking from the inner unit.I called again & asked for a visit which was done after 4 days & we were said ki there is a problem in d outer unit & inner unit needs napping to stop leakage.Its around 2 weeks today still the mechanic didnt came after calling to the service centre & getting very bad behaviour from the service centre lady & the name of the centre is Om Sales & Service 839/1 sarat chhaterjee road, belapole, howrah-711104.I even told the lady that ill complain about it in the higher authority & she said me do whatever i can do.

Yore replacement is under poses the request the final date to me he is spoke on 30 day? Why i not giving money to this refrigerator at 19, 000

Dear sir, i have done amc for my refrigerator for 1 year via iccs service provider (Nominated by whirlpool). When i received contract it is for 5 months only.
After contacting so many times via phone/mail no reply.
Got confirmation that this is technical error and will be solved but till now no reply from 3 months.

Now i left of getting service but recommend everyone not to do amc via iccs provider. God knows what service i get when required.

If you want to do amc, better go directly to company website, might you get better response.
