My ac sensor was just replaced Jan 2015, /again it has failed by October 2015, for which I made a service request, to which the serviceman came only in December 2015 and has taken the sensor, remote and promised to call in a day or two, but still now hasn't. I have made repeated calls, but with not good response and the status of my complaint is still a mystery. It's a pity that a well-renowned company such as yours has very poor customer rapport. I am to the point of regret for buying your product. Kindly look into this and assure me the required service needed ASAP. Regards Preethi

      This is Balasubramanian and i have brought a subject model washing machine which is fully automatic front loading dated 10/10/2014. Now the machine is not working within warranty period so i have raised two complaints with whirlpool on dated 26 dec - CN[protected] and 29th Dec - CN[protected] stating that washing machine is not switching on. One of the engineer from whirlpool came and advised that the machine is flood affected just by opening the head of the washing machine.I keep on insisting him that my area is not affected by flood and we were in 1st floor and there is no chance that the machine is being affected by flood, he is not ready to hear what i said and just informed to whirlpool and closed both the complaints which were raised from my end. I can understand that there is no use of calling and complaining again with the whirlpool so raising it to consumer forum so that i will get some attention towards on my issue. Service Engineers are using the reason as flood for all the issue which was raised on their company product. How come an engineer does not have a basic knowledge that a machine will be affected in 1st floor because of flood. You can check with the Flood relief team to know the areas which were affected and what is the water level of water when the flood affected in chennai. If we were in ground floor also, there is no possibility of the washing machine being affected by floor. Your company poor finishing/make of the product makes faulty within the warranty period. If the machine is not getting replaced with faulty products, gonna file a complaint in consumer court.         I bought a refrigerator on 8th November 2015, on the time of delivery the distributor delivered a DAMAGE refrigerator at my door step, now when i am asking for exchange against the damage one, they are just giving time to time, its more than a month still they is nothing happen against it, . I am not tired of their information and the service. As i am female its really very difficult to go and find out in regular basic.             Sir, I have purchased a refrigerator from whirlpool India on 19/07/2014 which was defective and against that their engineers make me very upset by not redressing the grievance . after that i lodged a complaint with consumer complaints then they got the refrigerator checked and it was faulty in lieu of which they provide me with other refrigerator with model no. FF 2D 465 3S/2015 and replaced on 19/07/2015. after a month the replaced refrigerator showed noise coming out problem, low cooling, bad smell problem for which i complaint on the whirlpool service center . two engineers came to my house for checking the problem and they told me that sir your this refrigerator possess manufacturing defect so we will report this to our seniors and they will take action accordingly after that i have sent mails and never seen any person till now from that day.                   I had purchased your above model from Ammini Traders, Tripunithura - 602301, Ernakulam District, Cochin on 13 of June 2014. It had been working without any problem till December 5, 2015 (Saturday). On Sunday, i.e., 6 December 2015 when milk packets were taken out it had spoiled. It was then that we noticed that the refrigerator was not cooling or freezing. We tried to contact Ammini Traders from where we had bought but being Sunday the shop was closed. We tried customer care but there were no responses to the phone calls. On Monday (7 December), a complaint was lodged with Ammini Traders who informed your customercare but the technicians came only on Tuesday around 4.30 p.m. and immediately wanted a whirlpool stabilizer to be installed which I did and paid for (Rs.2000) and a cleaning lotion for which the technician charged Rs.200. Then after checking the refrigerator, the technician (Mr Shyam) said it has to be taken to the workshop for further check up and to see if there is water in the compressor and assured me that it would be brought back soon, most probably the next day morning. Next day (i.e., 8 December) when we called Shyam, the technician, he gave a number [protected] (I do not remember the name) to be contacted. The technician whom I called said that there was a block and fresh gas has to be filled and it will be delivered after certified ‘ok’the next day (i.e., 9 December). Thereafter your customercare had been fooling me saying that there was block in traffic and therefore we were not able to bring it and that there was rusting of the gas tube, etc. etc. When I asked for the Manager of the service centre he gave me the number of Ms Jansi. I then contacted Ms Jansi ([protected]) (on 10 December) who informed me that the refrigerator has to be okayed by the mechanic who was on leave that day and it will be delivered the next day (i.e., 11 December). When I called the next day I was told by Ms Jansi that it will be delivered by evening and wanted me to pay Rs.1300 for the gas, but no delivery was made on that day. Whenever we call either the technicians do not pick up the phone or a message is conveyed that the person cannot be contacted and try later. When I contacted Ms Jansi (with great difficulty) the next day on Saturday, 12 December) she was surprised that the refrigerator was not delivered and promised me that it will be delivered on the very day (Saturday, 12 December) as the next day was Sunday and I was to leave Cochin to Mumbai. But it was only a promise and no delivery was made. Finally, the refrigerator was delivered on Monday (13 December 2015) after a week and charged me Rs.1300/-. I am asking WHIRLPOOL to refund me Rs.1300 as also compensation for the hardship undergone during this one week. I was also told that the company has no policy of replacing the refrigerator taken for check up. Imagine 8 days of travail without the refrigerator! Your MENACHERY CUSTOMERCARE (Whirlpool Authorised Service Centre) at Periyarath Building, VI – 72 (5) Alwaye (ALUVA) is utterly INCAPABLE OF SERVICE. Prompt service is what marks the reputation of the Company. Mechanical devices can fail but service should be prompt to save the agony to the customer. I am sorry to say that your Service Centre has failed MISERABLY to uphold the image of your company. IT IS NOT A PROFESSIONAL SERVICE CENTRE AT ALL BY ANY STANDARDS. I have written in detail to made you understand the agony your service centre puts your customers into and no customer in his senses would buy a Whirlpool product in KERALA State. I DEMAND REFUND OF THE AMOUT OF RS 1300 PAID AND COMPENSATION FOR THE HARDSHIP CAUSED.

But after demonstration on 13.11.15 your executive find a damage on door and taking photo copy of pur. invoice for replacement with in 7 days. But till today you are unable to replace and your executive r not contact. Please reply when you are replace .

                        Dear All, This Review i am Writing to make you aware from Buy Whirlpool 3D Cool Xtreme 1.5T Ac, If you Bought this Ac than Make sure that your Electricity Bill is going to give you big shock, this Ac consume so much of Electricity that if you are monthly Electricity bill is 2000 than after you install this Ac your Electricity Bill is going to come more than 8000 Every month as from Last few month i am paying the same. But after Service the Ac works properly and bill also comes around 3000 but every month you will require Servicing as after servicing it works properly only for 1 month after that again from next month ready to pay your Electricity bill.

                            My Whirlpool whitemagic washing machine has been serviced by your company called "ACE MAchinery Services, Halasuru, Bangalore" for the water flow issue on 27/10/2015 and Charged Rs. 4350 and told me that the machine will be under warrenty for another 1 year for the same issues. Machine was working for 10 days and again started giving the trouble and I raised the Complaint on 7th November to the same service company but they didnt turn up yet and all their contact numbers are switched off. I again raised a complaint (No:61981) with whirlpool service on 11/11/2015 and struggling with the service center for past 1 week. Nobody has com to fix the issue. Its been 2 weeks we are going through a rough time wthout a washing machine. Service Technician phone number is switched off and the keep calling customer care support 100 times in a day. Its very bad and depressive. We are very very upset with the whirlpool service this time. Please arrange the immediate service & help ASAP. Expecting the service to happen immediate

                              I had purchased a 300 liters Whirlpool refrigerator in Nov 2010. From day 1 it had problem of heavy noise. On reporting it to the company we were initially told that this is normal and nothing needs to be done but on our insistence some adjustment was done and it started working a bit better (not perfectly). Later it has started giving problems and stopped working 3-4 times and every time we had to spent around Rs. 2000 to 3000 to get this repaired. I am highly dissatisfied with the product.

                                Hi, I have raised complaint regarding whirlpool washing machine for not functioning under warranty period. it's been a month still they have not resolved the problem. From so long they are saying that to repair Board is not came. even their customer care is not responding. i have to followup with them still not getting any response. I have paid 2900 for service warranty for one year. still there is no proper response from them. No one is following up my complaint . i have continuously follow up by calling them. it is very pathetic service from whirlpool . Could you please register complaint against whirlpool.

                                  Hi, I Deepak kumar have washing machine purchaged on 22.7.14 model no.13814, serial no. INF[protected], adress-At+po.-bibhutipur, dist-samastipur, bihar-848211 with mobile no. [protected]. Few days ago there was peoblem in my machine. I called customercare and technician (bablu) visit. He told me that there is dry assembly problem. Due to washing of cloth serial no. on body has removed. But i have all things Warranty card, Tax invoice (bill). But only due to not serial no. on body your technician is charging for repairing in warranty period. If so happen i will go to consumer court. Please do needful. Thanks.

                                    I would like to report that, I purchased Two Split AC 3D Cool for my Old Parents, Dated[protected]. My parents live at my native place at Sasaram. The AC Stopped working soon after 6 months from the Purchase. We attempted to Reach the Call Center back in the month of May 2015 and informed about the issue. Representative reported that the Engineer will come and take care of the issues.
                                    Engineer did come to my place and inspected the AC and reported that, it requires GAS..., he billed us some where Rs 450, for his visit and said next team would visit and fill in the GAS.
                                    No one turned up after that, as my parents live alone here and they are very old to follow up on this.
                                    They suffered all the summer days without AC.
                                    I am visiting my native place this Diwali and got to know about all these. Issues.

                                    I would really want to know if we really have some customer orientation here in India or not.

                                    This morning I called the customer care and spoke to the Supervisor name - Rishabh. and asked for his reply, why the AC are not yet taken care. and he did not have any answer besides usual one. "WE ARE SORRY FOR THE IN CONVIENCE"

                                    To be honest Sorry would not serve the purpose for me.

                                    Mr. Rishabh today logged the complain again and made a new promise that the engineer would visit the site in next two days. which after the Diwali.

                                    Please let me know, if this is going to be taken care or not.

                                    As I dont stay here in India and My parent are Poor Old people they can not get these thing done in my absence.

                                      I bought whirlpool refrigerator on 26th Jan 2015. This was a big mistake of mine in year beginning. I has bought a pool of problems in this product. The problem stated with the fridge light bulb going off in March/April 2015. Upon complaining to whirlpool, it was so badly repaired that the bulb was hanging out and there resulted a burn in the inner walls of the product. Again the same problem of the bulb happened on 22 May 2015, which has been repaired.It has reappeared again on 10 august 2015.I had gifted the product to my ailing old mother living alone!!! I thought this would make her life a bit comfortable. Exactly the reverse has happened. Now and then-many times during January- August she has to call me to contact the company to set things right. As the product is being used by a senior citizen, it has caused a great discomfort to us. I must mention that we have been the 'brand ambassador' of the company in our large family and such incidence may result in a huge negative word of mouth. I simply want the product to be replaced. Let me get rid of all this.
