We have already filed a complaint against whirlpool n reliance retail stores nashik road. This is my second complaint in consumer court. No action has been taken and my new fridge is now not functioning due to the loose gaskets. I want to file a legal complaint n ask for re imbursement of money or replacing our fridge. Pl help me to Lodge a complaint against the company n reliance retail stores....

There were heavy sounds during working of washing machine. Authorized service mechanic has changed the gear box. But to our surprise same sounds were found with in 3 months after changing the gear box. The issue was brought to the notice of the authorized mechanic for which he has not responded and done nothing. Recently machine is not working completely showing PE error continuously....

Although there is free coupon for AC installtion still they take hefty illogical amount of money and their behavior is so unprofessional and rude. Even they do not take care of customer require position for AC installtion. Really dissatisfied service of whirlpool india although seems product are good.I have experienced this for Zen Appliance Sales and service (Authorized Whirlpool Service Centre)

Washing machine complaint
We purchased top load washing machine on 19/04/2016 but started having non washing problem (Clothes comes our without washing as it is). Dear sir, i have done amc for my refrigerator for 1 year via iccs service provider (Nominated by whirlpool). When i received contract it is for 5 months only.
After contacting so many times via phone/mail no reply.
Got confirmation that this is technical error and will be solved but till now no reply from 3 months.

Now i left of getting service but recommend everyone not to do amc via iccs provider. God knows...

I phoned to customer care executive on 13/05/2016 and request them provide proper service immediately. I have a whirlpool washing machine which had problems ever since I bought it..I spent 14 k on a fully automatic washing machine and spent more than that on the service. Every once in six months there are some or the other issues with the product. And the service is so worst. They have outsourced it to third party vendors who are unprofessional and hardly try to resolve the problem. All they want to do is replace the parts...

My complaint number CNO[protected], logged on 29-Mar-2016, due to failure of indoor unit, replaced a new indoor unit which is having intermittent abnormal noise problem. We have bought whirlpool washing machine in 2010... This is fully automatic top loading machine...the button panel provided by whirlpool has been replaced twice ...in last 4 years each replacement cost is INR 2600/- the panel doesn last for more than 2 years despite best care and maintenance.
