1. Whirlpool fa tl w / m 650 p / dark grey — washing machine purchased on 28.08.2010
2. Service of the machine is very good/very nice – only 2 persons used.
3. Some trouble in the above machine in december 2015 – myself informed to [cell no.[protected]] sai fefrigeration, whirlpool agencies, mayiladuthurai-609001, tamil nadu.
4. On 05.01.2016 – one service engineer came and serviced the machine. At that time one spare part replaced from machine – spare part name censor – invoice no.798/dt.05.01.2016 – bill amount rs.2330/- [invoice enclosed]
5. Again machine is not working – again informed to cell no. [protected]. After lapse of 40 days one service engineer came and serviced the machine. At that time another spare part mother board replaced from machine – invoice no.11322/dt.18.03.2016 – bill amount rs.3500/- [authorise service partner, whirlpool of india limited] invoice enclosed.
6. Two or three days machine was worked. After 25.03.2016 onwards the machine is out of order.
7. I am calling above agencies cell no. [protected] daily in working days from march 2016 to 10.06.2016. Every time one tone received as, i will send service engineer.
8. But nobody come to house till date. No consumer care.

I was remitted rs.5830/- for washing machine to your agencies. Our mayiladuthurai agency is don’t care about myself.
Please take necessary action against the agencies and service engineers concerned for non co-operation with consumers.

This is J.Saravanan. We are from chennai.We have purchased a double door whirlpool refrigerator on May 2012.
Recently we got some cooling issues in the refrigerator. My mother called our local whirlpool help desk and registered a complaint on 20th may. There was no complaint number given and the issue is not rectified till now. Moreover the behavior of the customer care person and the technicians were so rude. There was no respect been given to old aged people and they were insulted badly by your customer care rep.
After calling two to three times, a technician came and told that compressor got failed and need to be replaced.
I accepted for that. But it took for them three weeks time just to get a compressor.
Unfortunately even now the problem is not solved.
I have spent nearly 7000rs till now to whirlpool for no use.
It has been now three months, the fridge is still not working, there was no action taken by whirlpool for this complaint.
I want a immediate attention on this issue by today itself, otherwise I may have to move forward legally.
