Madam/sir,

I have purchased one double door 292 litter whirlpool refrigerator (Model/year: ff 2d 305 4s/2014) on 27 march 2016 from sachdeva electronics pvt ltd, gl-22, jail road, hari nagar new delhi-64(Invoice no. 2015=16-2003). The refrigerator was delivered to my residence on 28 march 2016. I was shocked to see that the condition of refrigerator delivered to my residence. There are lots of dents and scratches in the front doors and side walls of the refrigerator. Scratches are also inside the refrigerator. Further, the cooling control nob is also not working properly. It is moving only upto stage 6 out of 8 (Stage 7 & 8 is for quick chill), this indicates that quick chill function is not working.

On conveying the problem to the vendor, i was told that engineer will visit to my residence and on his report the refrigerator will be replaced. On 30 march 2016 engineer visited my residence, he inspected the refrigerator, took some photographs. We were told that it will be replaced at the earliest.

On 02 april 2016, i received a call from whirlpool care manager- service operations support, conveying that my refrigerator will be replaced in the coming week. On 07 april 2016, i received another call from whirlpool care manager- service operations support conveying that due to some reason my refrigerator can’t be replaced in the current week but it will be replaced in the coming week. On 07 april 2016, i also received a mail stating that “as per our telephonic conversation, we are providing you with the replacement of your appliance and it will take around 10-15 working days for the same.”
In this connection it is stated that even after lapse of nineteen days my refrigerator has not been replaced.

Despite purchasing the refrigerator of reputed company and from reputed vendor and after expending huge sum of my hard earned money for this refrigerator, i am forced to use my old refrigerator (Which in not working properly). My purpose of purchasing the new refrigerator has been defeated. I am now feeling as being harassed, as every time date for replacing the refrigerator is being extended and i don’t know when exactly it will be replaced.

In view of above, i once again request you to replace my refrigerator at the earliest.

    Would like to complain for my refrigerator repair ...Not satisfied with the service in the past .. There is always problem of no cooling or gas needs to be refil ... But face this problem quite often .. People who come from local dsa are not satisfactory . Would appreciate some one reliable and better person come to see our refrigerator and repair it asap.

      I purchased a whirlpool refrigerator 180 ltrs on 25 may 2011 from csd canteen. Warranty of compressor was 5 yrs. When my refrigerator became non-functional and reported to whirlpool customer care on 25 mar 16 & 30 mar 16. After several conversation, technician came and checked. He told that compressor is not working. On 03 apr 16, he came and replaced compressor with new one and charged rs 1675/- as chargeable amount. I paid the amount but it was not working properly that time and not checked as electricity is not regular due to developing area. Now, it is not working properly, i reported technician on 04 apr 16, 05 apr 16, 07 apr 16, 08 apr 16, 09 apr 16, 10 apr 16 and 11 apr 16 (Not attended calls) and whirlpool customer care on 11 apr 16.
      Which type of produced they are providing.
      Mentally harassment.
      Why to waste time and money
      I want compensation of my refrigerator and all paid amount so that i can approach other company.

        Hi,
        I purchased my whirlpool 180 l fridge on 13th jul 2012.It's price was 11400.

        I thought whirlpool would be a good brand and would last long. But just after 3 yeas, on 08/12/2015, the compressor got damaged. I didnt expect this much poor performance from whirlpool.I registered the complaint and i had to pay rs-3544 to whirlpool authorized service centre, kochi for gas filling, n2 flushing, replay etc even though compressor replacement was covered in warranty.

        The worst thing happened last month(30-mar-2016) when the compressor damaged again. I am asking, whirlpool compressor is having this much life only??
        This time also person from same service centre came and informed me that i need to pay rs - 950 towards transportation and service charge.

        I have contacted customer care and got call from delhi and also contacted senior service manager through them. But he is also telling that i need to pay for this.

        But i believe it is company's responsibility to get my complaint resolved with free of cost.

          I booked refrigerator with help of my friend prashant gawade working in kalyaninagar office in pune maharashtra on 29'th march 2016. I checked the availability of same product in warehouse at wanorie area pune on call. After confirming the availability of this refrigerator, i booked the same. However it's been 2 weeks by now after booking, still waiting for the delivery of refrigerator.
          The person at warehouse keep on asking for taking follow up after every 2-3 days, but every time he has some excuse about unavailability of refrigerators in warehouse. Please refer attached order details.

Of late the cooling system of the refrigator is not working.I have lodged several complain in this regard and accordingly the technician has turned up thrice but unfortunately till date it has not yet been resolved.I request your good office to take necessary action to resolve the issue as soon as possible

            On[protected] the technician has last attended the call and was failed to resolve the issue regarding the cooling system of the refrigator.We are attaching the latest job card herewith. This is for the third he has attended for the same complain and as usual failed to resolve the issue as before.We facing tremendous inconvenience caused by the pathetic after sale service of whirlpool India.

                I buy a new whirlpool 3d cool extreme ac in 10 june 2015 and paid 36500 rs. Only for ac.Till september its run normal.But when i start it again on 2 april 2016, but cooling effect not produce even in 16 deg. Den..So i complained in whirlpool customer care on 03 april16 but problem not attended remains constant till 9th april16.My complaint no. Is lk[protected].

                I can't seen such disgusting company in my life.

                  I am having a tough time with the pathetic service from Whirlpool. I made a complaint of my Air Condition on 2nd April and no body has visited my home. I called the Kerala Customer Care Number at[protected] and was promised to send some one soon. But nobody came. When I call the Customer service, people does not understand Hindi or English and give wrong response. Complaint Number is CO[protected]. Please have it repaired at the earliest or I will be forced to take a drastic step.

                      Sir, my name is sravan kumar, and i bought a double door whirlpool refrigerator on 1st june 2015 from nearer dealer located in khammam(City&dist) of telangana state, the was bill taken in the name of my father is k somaiah chary, mobile:[protected], by transporting i lost it somewhere at my village, now we cannot contact that dealer cause we are staying 80 kms far from the place of purchase. So i would like to get a duplicate bill, , and now condenser giving trouble, and it is continued for 2 or more days and then automatically it works properly, so i would like to complaint for whirlpool care.                         Pursuant to my complaint. I received a call posing themselves as rep. Of whirlpool and informed con plaint cannot be resolved but they want to reimburse the entire amount for resolving the issue. They have asked account details for crediting the amount. But to utter dismay instead of crediting the money they have debited 7500 rupees from my account though vodofone gate way. They have called from the following mobile no. [protected], [protected]. Both the no. are Vodafone no. And both are now switche'd of. Let whirlpool clarify whether they are really their representativessels or imposter. If I'm posters whether this forum is genuine

                          I bought refrigerator from subha stores villivalkam chenna on 11th october2012.I. My registered mobile number is [protected]. Suddenly my fridge not cooling. I made a complaint to customer care. Your personnel after inspection informed that there is problem with compressed and it needs approval of head office. But we we try to contact your customer care is evading and also giving evasive reply. We beleive that compressor is still covered under warranty as per the terms and conditions. But to our utter shock and surprise the behaviour of your personal is not in the internet of your company. Please address the issue to avoid further harassment

                            Myself M. Rajesh, I am facing problem from Feb 2016 and I logged complaint on 10th Feb. I purchased Whirlpool A/C on 11-May-2015. It is Still in warranty. But the engineers visited my house around 10 times and 3 times filled gas which was leaked. So They don't know the root cause for the leakage, simply filling the gas. No cooling effect. No good response from local service dealer and Chennai Whirlpool service people also. Please do the needful. More than 45 days my complaint not solved. Its understood that problem with the product so it a request to refund my money.

                            Whirlpool company replaced indoor unit as they found their indoor unit problem was not solvable in the field. The new unit which was installed also having intermittent abnormal noise problem. So I reported to the company people by e-mail, and I am suffering with this A/C for the more than two months. So I requested to take back their product which is having problem and refund my money (Full value) along with the compensation for me and my family sufferings which they were failed to solve the problem in warranty period. But there is no mail communication from the company side.

                            My latest complaint number is CNO[protected], logged on 29-Mar-2016. My Previous 3 complaints were closed by the dealer without solving it.
                            My Complaint was not resolved, and there is no mail communication regarding full refund and compensation from the company side.

                              I had purchased 12205 with machine serial number TNF11S008907 with date of purchase 06.01.2012 at Chennai.
                              After i was transferred to Kokata, i thought of having AMC with the company and it matarialized only after i got the contact number of whirlpool india kolkata office. When the person who visited for AMC, my washer was in good condition and working fine, . The person verified and then only after completion of all the procedure chq of 3190/ was handed over.
                              on19/02/2016 the machine stopped on complain to help desk some one informed that they will accept the complain after 21 days .As consumer this information from the Help desk by one Ramiya panicked us, we called the Delhi office, and one engineer was send.
                              We received the application form-cum receipt no after one month
                              I am amazed that the company informing me to take back the cheque today on 30.03.2016 and all the documents be returned back to them
                              I am sure by asking this a reputed company looses its faith in its consumers, and by thus they have challenged the integrity of a self less Senior citizen. like me .I protest this attitude and seek justice . If the company can not have faith in its consumers, they have no right to sell there product.

                                Horrible service from whirlpool

                                In last april 2015 ( less than a year ) i spent 1650 to repair the fridge. With customer code pn/c/011/1291 and srno. Pn[protected] mentioned in jobsheet

                                That same problem is coming now and company is telling 515 as just visiting charge plus repair charge extra

                                Do we have to spend[protected] every 8-10 months to use whirlpool products.

                                Suggesting you all guys to be careful while buying whirlpool products.

                                515 just for visiting ? Are this guys coming from different city / state ?

                                  I had purchased the RO of Whirlpool for an amount of 12982 on 12.07.2014 from Chandas landmark, udaipur who is the dealer for the company. I had purchased other products also form the same dealer like Refreigerator (Whirlpool) and washig machine (samsung). I was told by dealer that the product carries 7 years of free service anywhere in india.
                                  as i m in a trasnferable job, i thought it to be best for me as he claimed that it will provide service even if i am posted in remote location.It may take 2-3 days more to service, but it will. I thought it to be best for my family.
                                  now in a period of less then 2 years, the company representative, kaashmira enterprise usually called us to check and change the filters from time to time so as to avoid any big issue therein.
                                  we abide by all the rules they laid.now in aperiod of less then 2 years they say that the motor of the RO and other filters are also to be changes or else the RO is of no use and moreover the all the visits will be chargeable
                                  I asked the company that how it is possible that in a period of less than 2 years, when i am abiding by all the rules of the company, my RO's motor got faulty, they have no reply. When i ask for the free service they say company had not given u anything in writing and if the dealer says u anything, it is not our problem.
                                  i had purchased the product on faith from dealer and company do not have any direct outlet, then we are left with no option then to go for dealer.
                                  Please help as no one is listeneing to our request adn even the compnay executives are not escalating our complaint to there senior officer.

                                    We had purchased a whirlpool refrigerter 10 years back which started having defrosting issues n water leakage in the refrigerator from the very first year …Numerous complaints to ur service centre followed by replacement of parts everytime though fridge is on stabaliser throughout….the problem keeps reoccuring after every few months. We have spend more on its repairs than the cost of this product. Other than monetary part the trouble of defrosting it everytime for day or two in summers especially makes the things worse.we are regretting the day we trusted ur brand n purchased the product …

                                      Whirlpool is very high on cost of maintenance and very low reliability. First the power module went off despite stabilizer. Then compressor gave up in 9th year. Now, the replaced compressor gave up in less than 3 years. Pathetic quality. High spares and repair cost. My parents godrej fridge has been working for last 20 years without rest and not a single rupee maintenance.

                                        justice..
