My whirlpool Washing machine model no. 13818 not working properly. I have registered a complaint then a technician came to me and he charged 750 rupees for his service and told me that your machine is ok. But next day i checked my machine, my machine was not working properly. Then i called the technician, he was not listening me. Then i complaint to the service centre and my complaint no. is GB[protected] on date 13-03-16. But till today no response has taken place by the whirlpool service centre.

    I bought a Whirlpool neo ichill refrigerator on 3 June 2015. Model No. 20084. Serial No. INA[protected]. The bottle rack for our refrigerator was damaged during regular use. I called up the Whirlpool customer care / service center in Chennai (Porur) for replacement.

    A rep had come and taken the bottle rack in the month of Oct 2015 stating that he would get it replaced in 2 days. After that there was no response from him or from the service center.

    Everytime I called him, he just made excuses and in Jan 2016 he mentions that the bottle rack replacement will not be available.

    I raised a complaint with Whirlpool online. After 2 months of to and fro mails, the Whirlpool helpdesk is now asking me to check with the rep and get the rack.

      Its been just one year and 3 months since i purchased a microwave oven from whirlpool. It was doing its job until one day when the start and stop button stopped responding. When checked with the whirlpool service executive (After paying him 340 rs just to inspect the issue) he gave a shocking reply that it was due to the cockroaches. I was like man!! Seriously??. If this was the case why was it never told to the customers that the touch panel and the mother board will stop working if the cockroaches goes through the holes (Designed by whirlpool). And it seems like it would cost 2000 to repair it. Lol. Half the price of the product. Any justifications why this(Influence of cockroach) was not informed to the customers? #whirlpool

        Dear sir
        We have whirpool refrigerator proton model 3 door.
        We had made complaint to customer care in may 2015.
        They sent us the no. of service center ujjain as K G N refrigeration ujjain
        mo. no. [protected]
        Upon calling on the no. given they came and declared that compressor of
        fridge is not working and this is out of warranty so we have to replace it by
        our own expenses. We agreed and pay him Rs. 4500 for compressor on 7-5-15.
        But problem of cooling was still there. So again on[protected] they changed gas
        and took 1250/- from us but problem of less cooling was still there.
        We called him but he did not attend our call and then winter season started.
        We are calling him from last five days and he is not answering properly nor he is attending our site.
        After all this we went to private service center and he rectified problem by
        flushing heat exchanger coil and now refrigerator is working properly.
        We then asked him to check our old original compressor and he verified that old compressor
        is in working condition and is better then newly replaced compressor.
        So sir we would like to draw your kind attention on mischief of your authorized service center.
        A photo of the original invoice is attached here.
        You are requested to take strict action against him for this malpractice and return our bill amount(Rs.5750)

          I have registered a complaint with whirlpool India service partner sky enterprise at Mira Road .They had sent their technician to check only inform me gas needs to be refilled & another technician will come tomorrow, I was charged Rs.400/- for their visit, inspite of me asking for a scheduled time for the technician visit tomorrow he states I will get a call in the morning.
          I wait for call until 1200 Pm there is no call & when I call the service center at sky enterprise I get a response stating he may come any time of the day and I have to wait until he comes in short put on hold all my activities and wait for the refrigerator technician to come at his will.
          I am asking them to give me a time they receptionist attending the complaint says we cannot give a time.

          Is this the way an international brand manages it's customer & service to their valuable customer.

          Please register my complaint for their inability to service their customers as promised.

            We brought a whirlpool 355 liter fridge on[protected] from Maya Sales, Hisar, Haryana. A technical Engineer inspected the unit on 18th february, submitted verification report to Whirlpool and took my identity proof and bill copy for replacement/refund process. On 3rd March, they confirmed the replacement/refund verbally over phone and said that 40% amount will be deducted. As this is a manufacturing defect and I want full refund. Otherwise I will file a case in Consumer forum. First they provide faulty products, then do not provide timely resolution, then make fool the customers by their fraudulent practice.               Bought 1.2 t ac on 16.03.15, installation was not done properly. The engineer interchanged the connection of outdoor unit ( netural in earth & earth in neutral) so i faced electrical shocks in entire house and same was rectified after several compliants in the month of june'15. In nov'15 cooling of ac was very low so i registered compliant on 26.11.15 ( compl no cn [protected] ) after two days engineer from whirlpool service provider m/s mothers care visited and told cooling coil has to be replaced, even after 20 days no response from them. When contacted they told me spare is not available. Then they came and collected copy of the purchase bill and told they will replace the indoor unit. It is almost 45 days now but no response from them. I have contacted the following persons. This for your information and action.

                i purchase Whirpool Refrigerators Double Door after Whirpool engr Visited my location for checking the Refrigerators conduction and he only suggested me buy stablizer of Rs.2, 500/- so i paid him of Rs.2000/-

                Eng. Committed that he will gave us stablizer in Rs.2000/- only but till now he not turn up i wan only stablizer thats IT

                  We purchased whirlpool 360 degree washing machine on Nov 15, 2015. This machine does not have a feature to drain out the dust. Therefore, the dust sticks to the clothe and clothes become faded and white spots appear on the clothes.                       I registered a case in whirpool customer service. Since my washing machine producing an abnormal sound at the time of spin. So the service guy called me and asked me about the issue. I explained him very detail. Finally he came to our house Yesterday 08/02/2016 and simply standing near to the machine he said it is due to bearing failure. For servicing Rs.4500/- is required. So I told him I don't want to spend more on this older machine. I will buy a new one.

                      For that he is asking me a visiting charge of Rs.450/-. He never open anything, simply stand near to the machine for 1 minute and asking me the visiting charge.

                      If no service has been done, why should I give this much. Even if he spent at least half an hour or above for an inspection. Then there will be logic of paying the inspection charge. But here he spent only 1 min and asking us to pay visiting charge.

                      So finally I paid him to leave from my house.

                        I purchased a top load washing machine from croma in Dec 2011 along with extended warranty for two year. During the extended warranty due to recurring problems even after changing 2 times PCB and one time motor CROMA decided to refunded the extended warranty amount alongwith the balance amount i.e price of machine less the expenditure already incurred on machine which was a very nominal amount.

                        Since June 15 machine is attended by whirlpool service centre and they have already replaced PCB 2 TIMES by charging Rs 4000 each time and the machine has again got bad and require replacement of DRIVE ASSEMBLY involving substantial amount.

                        It appears that the whirlpool is not producing any quality products now and supplying defective products.

                        This can be further established by the fact that I was earlier also having the whirlpool washing machine with 5 year warranty and it rarely gave me problem.

                        Hope whirlpool india shall look in to this as within a period of 8 months I have already incurred an expenditure of Rs 8000 and substantial amount is to be incurred again

For that we are trying to make complaint on your toll free no. for so many times, but it is not connected. then complaint was done in your local service centre by phone. but they are asking for complaint no. at last we did complaint to dealer, but till date no one can attend our complaint.

                              We registered a complaint in whirlpool regarding washing machine dryer functioning properly on 31/10/2015. A person from service centre attended and got around 1500 saying that he need to purchase a part. But till today he dint return. We called him and even walked in to service centre thrice but he dint respond properly. Please take necessary step.

                                I got my fridge repaired from an authorized service person and next day it again stopped functioning.
                                Upon calling the service center again, they said that few more things needs to be repaired once again and for that fridge needs to be moved to their workshop and for that they will be charging 1600 Rs again.
                                Upon asking for the refund for the useless spare part, the rude service person said "ek din k liye to chale tha na fridge, fir kis baat ka refund"...
                                Such a ****ed up company is Whirlpool that they are not entertaining any complaint on their all India customer care number...
                                I have sent it their workshop for which they earlier asked for Rs 900...
                                Now they are saying that their is some problem in the refrigerator's radiator and that also needs to be fixed...
                                Everyday they are coming up with a new problem and expecting us to pay for that...

                                  It is very much regret to inform u that we have purchased a whirlpool refrigerator of 280lts capacity double door type in the year 2008 and yesterday I gave a complaint to ur cusomer care over phone from my regd mobile [protected] requested to attend as the cooling system is not working .No doubt ur services Engineer visited our house and roplaced two spare parts and we have paid an amount of Rs.1100/- towards repairs.But after that it is oberved that the cooling system not working the repairer has not attended the problem fully.Today I have contacted ur technician three times but invained.
                                  There, fore it is requested to arrange to repair our appliance at an early.we never expected such bad response from ur esteemed firm.It is very difficult to preserve the items.

                                    I have bought whirlpool AC on march 2015. I have called for service on jan 2nd 2016 and service engineer visited me.When checked they found Internal AC blower is broken and they need 3 to 4 working days for replacement. But today it been more than 20 days and still i did not receive my replacement product for AC repair. Worst part is they have took away my broken internal blower so my AC for non functional for many days now. I have made more than 100 calls to service engineer, shore manager, customer care but still no improvement . Very worst service from whirlpool

                                      I am a very unhappy customer of whirlpool, hailing from Trivandrum, Kerala. I had registered a complaint with whirlpool toll free number regarding my washing machine on DECEMBER 2015. The complaint was initially picked by Hi Tech solutions Trivandrum but the service center has closed without even visiting us because of month end. After calling second time a mechanic had checked the machine at first week on January and said that spare parts need to arrive from Kochi. A personnel from Trivandrum service center, hi - tech solutions, Vazhuthacaud, Trivandrum, called and informed that the parts will arrive in a week and would revisit us by 22nd January. Sorry to say that nothing has happened in a week and I am still waiting for them. The washing machine is required since I have a kid at home. So, I called the service center and informed again but no one turned out.

                                      I have mailed my complaint to [protected]@whirlpool.com as well as raised a grievance at whirlpool website. But, no reply from either. I also called the tollfree number too but they say that Trivandrum service center is not performing well and they get complaints frequently about the same. Whom should we inform then ? A month after registering the complaint, I am convinced I will never buy a whirlpool product and will also advice every one to do the same. They make cheap products which will not last even 2-3 years for Indians.
