Best Wishes.

I have purchased a Refrigerator - Fusion Model from Mehta Sales, Ankleshwar in December 2006.
I am facing some problem related to Defrosting & alignment.
I have complained to Mehta Sales regarding the same and the Service Engineer came twice to solve the same but still the problem is as it is.
I met the owner of Mehta Sales on 15th May 2007 also and he enquired about the same with the Service Centre at Bharcuh, but he was not able to get proper reply from the Service Centre. Then he called to Mr. NANDKISHORE (Maybe Employee of Whirlpool), but he didn't get any reply and Mr. Nandkishore taken my phone No from Mehta Sales. But till date I haven't received any call from him / Whirlpool / Service Centre.
Please ask the concern authority to solve my problem as soon as possible.
Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

Subject : Regarding Stabilizer for Whirlpool Fusion Refrigerator 200 ltrs.


I have purchased Whirlpool Fusion Refrigerator 200 ltrs from Jainsons, Tambaram. I was not informed by the dealer that stabilizer is required even after i have specifically asked them. Its clearly mentioned in the refrigerator that "NO STABILIZER REQUIRED". When the Whirlpool technician came for demo he said us that stabilizer is needed for the refrigerator and he says it is must. I dont understand why they have pasted a sticker mentioning "NO STABILIZER REQUIRED". I feel i have been cheated by both dealer as well as the whirlpool company. I feel i have made a wrong decision without knowing the real fact. I have been insisted to purchase a new stabilizer for it. If it is definitely required why dont they provide it along with the refrigerator.

Please do the needful as soon as possible.

    I would like to state that I have purchased a new Refrigerator of Whirlpool Company from Ashwani Agencies Lal Bangla Kanpur on Dated 13/04/2004 against Invoice No INC–[protected] Model No.7023.
    Now presently this is out of order and I have already complained for this.

    Since beginning it is creating problem of not cooling, for that I have complained for the first time to S.B.Refridgerator works on dated 05/10/2004 and they had replaced the Compressor. Again on dated 07/04/05 it was created the same problem then I complained to the same person and they changed the gas. Now again at this time this is once again creating the same problem since 17/11/07 and I have complained for this the engineer came and inspected this and telling that its relay is out of order and will be replaced then compressor is to be checked Now, I want that the Compressor should be changed since it is regularly creating the problems.
    You are kindly requested to please change the new Compressor and give me the permanent solution of this regularly arising problem. Your immediate response will be highly appreciated.

    Dear Sir,

    I would like to state that I have purchased a new Refrigerator of Whirlpool Company from Modern Electric Store,Roorkee-Uttarakhand on dt.04/02/2007 against invoice no.INC[protected] model No. 10107.
    Now presently this is out of order and I have already complained for this.
    Just after two months of purchase it is creating problem of not cooling, for that I have complained for the first time to whirlpool service center,Roorkee on dated 20/04/07(complaint no. 123) which comes out with no responce Again we've complained on 28/04/2007(complaint no. 184) and they changed the compressor. Once again on dated 30/04/07 it created the same problem for which they said that the compressor has been changed and it will take 3-4 days to maintain the temperature.since then we have placed five more complaints viz.(complaint on 24/05/07, 21/06/07, 15/09/07, 20/09/07, 22/09/07)everytime the service engineer keep on satisfying us by one way or the other such as "the relay is out of order","place the refrigerator in an open area","the compressor needs refilling",etc.

    You are kindly requested to look into the matter and give me the permanent solution of this regularly arising problem by replacing the refrigerator before the warranty expires. Your immediate response will be highly appreciated.

    Whirlpool Washing Machine — Bad service!!

    Whirlpool will not survive in market if they still keep on hiring service frenchisies like Mark services Mira Road, Thane. These people are trained to remove original components and replace with spurious parts which fail after a monnth or so. Just to earn money this frenchise can do any thing with your whirlpool product.
    Whirlpool please take action against your frenchise asap.

    so many times made complaint for the last one week but they never turned to replace the defective panel.. in this complaint board made complaint third time but no feedback is arrived. kindly look in to this matter and do the needful at the earliest

    Whirlpool Washing Machine — WATER INLET IS NOT WORKING

    WHIRLPOOL WASHING MACHINE - TOP LOADING - WATER INLET IS NOT WORKING
    WHIRLPOOL TOP LOADING WASHINH MACHINE WATER INLET IS NOT WORKING. HENCE KINDLY PROVIDE THE AUTHORISED REPAIR FO SERVICE.
    The water inlet was not working and got repaired once. After that, the detergent powder was not getting washed down by the water flow but we have to physically do it everytime. Creating real botheration while using the machine.
    Water inlet is not working in whirlpool top loading washing machine.

    We bought Whirlpool Ellite Sensation on 1st oct 2007 and got AMC for 5 yrs on the same day, on 1st of Dec 2008 we given complaint for not working and got the complaint no.CN[protected], they sent some one on 2nd Dec and got a feedback that Drum problem, but till today they didn't solved the issue, daily am calling them but no response till today (15th Dec 08 ).

    Whirlpool Washing Machine — Non Availability of Spares

    Sir,
    Some six years back I felt very prowd to buy a fully autometic washing machine of Europa make here in bhubaneswar. After having used the machine for six months I went abroad to live there for two yeras leaving the machine unused with my parents. After coming back I discovered that the machine has become unfunctional. Having approached to different service stations of the company and contacting number of service engineers there was no result. Even the servicing centre returned the machine back to during their annual audit stating that they will get that done in seven days time. Its almost two years now nobody is paying any attention to my request. I have lodged these complaints even through the company website. Now I don't see any profitable proposition even if the company decides to buy the machine back. Because of no fault of mine the machine is laying dead for the last 5 years and in the process the machine has lost its value through depriciation. So the machine that I purchased by paying 18, 500 was functionally worth for six months. This is not expected from a world leader like Whirlpool. Please help me in this connection.

    i got wirlphool washing machine, which had a problem, its plate got short circut, and i registered a compliant at your service centre, your servicemen told me that new plate should be put up, i told him to put a new plate,

    since then i am still waiting from that day for a new plate, today that service men came to put up new plate, but when i saw that plate, it was repaired, not new, i really shock that they were fitting a repaired palte instead of new palte and charging me rs.1350 for that repiared plate.
    so plz tell me what to do now, if i cant get proper service, what the use to buy your product.

    Whirlpool Washing Machine — Delay in attending to complaint

    I logged a complaint regarding drain error for my washing machine on 25th april 09, and i was assured that it would be attended to before 5 pm. At six when i contacted customer care, i was told that it would be done by 8 the same night. and no one turned up, not even a call from the customer service engineer to keep hopes alive. When i called on sunday morning, i was asked if the engr had given a call, and assured that the complaint would be attended to by noon. the " by noon" came at 12:30, when i got a call from the engr asking if he could come in by 1 pm. i replied in the affirmative, still happy and consoled that at least someone finally did call. At 1:30 pm when no one turned up, i called back on the number from which the call had come in.. only to be asked if i was calling from an address WHICH WAS NOT MINE.. and was calling regarding a REFRIGERATOR DEMONSTRATION!!!

    it is 2:10 p.m. as i type this complaint. My grievance has not been address till now, and the customer care number says i can speak to the home care division tomorrow regardign the same!!!

    WHIRLPOOL.. you have put me into a state of WHIRLPOOL!!!

    Whirlpool Washing Machine — Poor response from service centre

    Hi... I own a Whirlpool W/M, fully automatic, under AMC with Whirlpool .
    The machine is out of order for the past week, complaint was lodged with the company (complaint no MB[protected]) inspite of regular followup with the company on[protected] nobody has attended to the complaint.
    Every time we call up we are assured that they are sending someone shortly / urgently, but till date these promises are not being followed up with action by the company.

    i bought whirlpool sensation elite FL machine on 17-08-07, it started giving DE drain problem after one year, i lodged a complaint on[protected]complaint no JP[protected])and after around 4-5 days service person came and spent just five minutes on machine and could not make out and said to call him when problem reoccur. next day only, i called him on reocuurence of problem, he was in my area still didn't turn up till date. and the company never took pain to know if the problem resolved. after that my son diagnosed with cancer on 12-10-08 and i was busy with him and could not afford to think about that damm machine. After that again i lodged the complaint on 10-08-09,(complain no JP[protected]), service person came and said UCB is faulty and changed it after about 20-22 days that too after reminding again on 29-08-09 complain no JP[protected]) , the day he changed the UCB another service man was accompanying him and said DRAIN PUMP is faulty he also said these types of problem are there in machines from the starting.and changed it on 07-09-09 but when i used machine on 12-09-09, problem is still there. he also sold us AMC. I again lodged a complaint (JP[protected]) on 12-09-09 and it is yet to be answered. i was given assurance of visit by senior engineer positively by Monday 14-09-09 but till date no one turned up. i agin lodged a complaint on but no one turned yet. i think whirlpool's mechanics are not trained ones. they just delay solving the problem to kill time so that warranty period should over.they just sell a few things to customers rather than solving the problems. my machine is giving this problem from AUG2008 and it was well within warranty and now i want a new machine and no less.

    When I have made full payment to dealer Invoice number HO/002800 date 11/10/09 and give him Order receipt and he talked to salesman in CII and insure me that he will deliver my free gifts with washing machine. But they only send machine. I talked them on phone they don’t have in stock yet. And they didn’t insure me when I will get it. I feel cheated by Whirlpool company.

    आपसे निवेदन है की मेरी वाशिंग मशीन मॉडल नंबर 9111 है और जिसका सीरियल नंबर INB[protected] है जो की मैंने[protected] को केडिया फर्निचर जबलपुर से ली थी, जिसकी वारंटी दो साल है, उक्त मशीन के ख़राब होने पर मैंने पिछले २ हप्ते से लगातार सर्विस सेंटर के लोगो को सूचित किया और कम्प्लेन दर्ज कराई है, लेकिन हर बार फ़ोन करने पर या वहां दुबारा जाने पर २४ घंटे के अन्दर समस्या का समाधान करने की बात करके टाल दिया जाता है, और आज तक मेरी मशीन को देखने तक कोई नहीं आया, अतः निवेदन है की आप कृपया मेरी समस्या का समाधान करने का कष्ट करेंगे, मैंने ऑनलाइन सुचना इसलिए दी ताकि समय पर काम आये

    Whirpool Washing Machine. — No service

    i have bought a fully automatic washing machine of whirpool this june and from the day 1 it has some or the other problem when the machine was shipped to us it was not having the base cover for which we have made number of complaint but not yet received other thing is now the agitator is rotating only one side and it has a vibration problem we launched a complaint with the service team on 15 october and the technician came to our place on 18, he said that there is a PCB problem which is to be replaced and it will be done tomorrow ie 19 but no one came than we shouted on the customer care team and than on 20 another tech came and he also says the same thing ie it is having a PCB problem and it will be change tomorrow ie 21 this time i took it in writing with the tech that it will be done on 21 which he agreed i also have the photocopy of the written agreement. but the day has finished and no one came at our place.

    So is the case with Chennai service centre - Sri Maruti Engineering
    complaint number 32702 is pending; Despite frequent follow up no one turn their ears; Sterio type answer' parts not available' are given. First and foremost no phone call on whther a person is coming or not. Call centre service is very very poor. This is gauged based on service centre response. Service centre are virtually un friendly towards customer. Company can think of disqualifying the centre.

    for the complaint connected with my washing machine purchased during 03.03.2010 still i have not open the Box seal also.

    To my great surprise they have not shown the courtsey of calling me back .

    I retunred back my machine, still I have not open box seal .

    I regret for having purchased the whirlpool washing machine as I was using IFB washing machine for 10 years without any problem.I planning to Change the brand whirlpool after that i feel this poor service .

    Whirlpool Washing Machine — Negligence and improper service

    Hello,

    We had purchased Whirlpool Washing machine Front loading (Sensation Elite) 6.5 KG in March/April 2007 in Chennai. Last month (Feb 2010), the machine stopped working. The machine was showing DLE. The user manual said that I should be contacting the Service Center and I did the same. The person inspected said that panels have to be replaced and gave a frightening quote of Rs. 6,000/-. We were not convinced that boards could be damaged as we have Tripper installed in our house. The second person also confirmed the same and we had to go for the replacement. After replacement is done, we requested him that he waits till one load of clothes is washed to ensure that the problem is fixed. He did the same and during the spin cycle, the machine produced unusually big nose. The engineer informed us that it would take up to 10-15 days to set and he left. The above were witnessed by my family members and when I switched it on the next day, it was totally unacceptable to me. I again insisted the service center to send their service persons. They again sent them in a few days and the service person informed after inspecting that the Drum has issues and might require replacement. He further said that he would contact the service center and inform us. This came as a surprise to me. Even after a weeks time, we did not hear anything from them, in spite of our repeated phone calls. Every time I called them up, they said that a senior person would be contacting us the same day and nothing happened so far. I am feeling humiliated about this kind of negligence and reluctance.

    The following questions remain unanswered.
    1. How is it possible for all the items to be damaged at the same time?
    2. Why did the service engineer say that it would take 10-15 days to set and then the sound will be reduced?
    3. Why spare parts cost is so heavy (if not equal to the cost of washing machine)
    4. Why are the service centers reluctant to answer our questions?
    5. How does Whirlpool expect to survive in the market after having dissatisfied customers like this?

    I am very much frustrated by the above happenings and the result is this complaint.

    I have lost hope in Whirlpool Customer service in giving a resolution for this and I hope I will get a smooth resolution to this through this forum.

    Whirlpool Fully Automatic 6.5 kg Sensation Deluxe Washing Machine — Machine not rectified for over 1 year

    My washing machine is not working for last 1 year, Whirpool service team has been unable to solve the issue and do not revert even after repeated reminders. We are evaluating options available to us under the consumer rights and take action under its provisions.

    i got wirlphool washing machine in January 2010 from Burari, which had a problem, its drier is not spinning properly, sometimes it make so noise and sometimes it does not spin. Plz send a serviceman to repair it as early as possible. This is third time when I faced the same problem.

    i registered a complaint in ur service centre through complaint no.DL[protected] dt 12/10/2010.
    i got wirlphool washing machine in January 2010 from Burari, Delhi. After some times, the machine is disturbing in spin time and the sound is abnormal in every movement during the spin time. I registered a compliant at your service centre, your servicemen came to my house and told me that motor of the spin is damaged and motor is not available in our stock at this time.I shall repair your machine atleast next two or three days.When I called again at your service centre, they told me om Monday your machine will be repaired. Your service man did not come. Then again i called your service centre on Wednesday, 20.10.2010, they told me next day your machine will be repaired. But next day when again I called your service centre to ask when your service man will be come. then they told me motor of the spin is not available. So your machine will be repaired next Tuesday. I am very disaapointed by your service which you provide to yuor customer. This is second time when I faced the same problem.
    so plz tell me what to do now, if i cant get proper service, what the use to buy your product.

    I had purchase a whirlpool washing machine from home bazaar aurangabad ,
    on the 21/01/2010 that machine was properly not working.
    Poor Service and high maintenance Washing Machine

    I bought Whirlpool Washing Machine - Professional 5.5kg (Front Loading) on 15/09/2008 in Jainsons Electronics in Coimbatore for the cost of Rs. 16300/-. But from day one onwards there is no proper well trained service engineers. Proper DEMO has not given even after several request. After that i got transfer and shifted to Visakhapatnam in Aug- 2010. While machine is in spin there will be vibration with huge noise in Nov - 2010, immediately i registered complaint in Customer Care in the third week of same month, then service engineer came and checked machine and said need to change Drum, i asked for the price of Drum, he said he will let me know in 1 or 2 days but no response from him i called him back he said will come in 1 hour, still no response for almost 20 days. Than again on 09/12/2010 i called Customer Care and told about all these things, after that anoyher person came for service and told the same, after that also no response. I went directly to Service Centre and informed about this, they said that they will send senior person to find out the actual problem, person named Mr. Anil came and said the same to change the Drum were it costs around Rs. 2500 to 3000. After that also they dint get me the Drum for another 15 days. finally on 27th Dec 2010 they called and said Drum costs around Rs. 5500/-, i was shocked because that to for Drum they are charging that much. I am not affordable to pay that much for Drum every 2 years, I dont think so that they are not bothered about of Quality, think of that Drum life is only for 2 years, than it is more expensive to change this Drum everythime for this cost. I suggest everyone to go for some indian brand. That to the person who came for changing Drum is asking to pay Rs. 6000/- for drum. I think they dont even have fixed price for their products. No proper computerised bill for their parts and service. Only i am seeing Rust formation in Whirlpool Washing Machine in 2 years of period, this shows the quality of product.

    The Washine Machine No. Super Wash A-65 D ( 6.5 Kg) has been purchased on 20.011.2009. The first complaint lodged on 11.01.2010 against complaint No. LK [protected] and again lodged complaint No. LK[protected] on 13.12.2010 but only once they attended the complaint but without use.     I had bought a washing machine at hyderabad in the monthof january 2011. And had raised a compliant to customer care on april dueto working diffculties of the machine. Engineer has visited and informedthat he cant rectify the problem and will request for senior engineer tovisit the site. After few days I have got a message to my mobile that mycomplaint has been closed. I was surprised and called the customer careand customer care executive raised the complaint again in the month ofmay. But no one turned up. then after my repeated calls to customer care15 days back the same engineer visited and done something and went of bysaying the same words that the problem is out of his efficiency and saidthat a senior engineer will visit.

    Instead of rectifying the problem the engineer in his second visit has done something resulting now machine is not working.

    Till now no one reverted and I was calling customer care daily twice, today also I called customercare and was informed by customer care that I will get a call in anotherhalf an hour but I didnt get call still now.

    Hence request you to help me resolving the problem.

    Whirlpool Washing Machine — Poor response from the service centre

    We had purchased a Washing Machine (Whirlphool Brand) from Reliance Digital, Vashi, Near Railway Station, Navi Mumbai, 0n 25th December 2010. It was not functioning properly and we called the Technician through service centre. The Technician came a repaired & said the timer will be replaced, but he damaged the water inlet pipe (Internal). Now again the technician came to repair, he brought the old timer and started arguing when noticed. Then we called the service call centre, they started giving us rude answers. Please help.

    My complain no.kl [protected] dated 30/7/2011 was attended by a person from penguine service Kolkata and inform us that there was some problem with the pulley and it will cost near about Rs.350.But he changed the circuit board amounting to Rs.3350.vide receipt no.6577 dated 5.8.2011.But my problem remained the same.Then we made another complain on 8/8/2011 complain no.kl [protected] the same person came and checked the machine and found that the problem remained the same.
    From his point of view we come to know that under pressure from his employer he has changed that costly part,or he is getting some commission for changing that costly part.so got that board checked in the market and found it to be OK.
    He is just cheating us since they have not got the pulley and changed a part of Rs.3350.
    I want this board to be refunded and the pulley be changed and access money be refunded back to us.
    please treat the matter as most urgent.

    Whirlpool - Washing Machine — Worst service and product

    I have Whirlpool washing machine. I bought this machine in Jalgaon. Purchase date was 26/05/2008. I called up whirlpool call centre on [protected] on the same day and lodged a complaint with complaint number[protected] and 2nd complaint no Pn [protected] and model is WM SPARKLE STEEL INB[protected], Model No is 10446

    Since May 2009 I have had repeated problems with this machine and the engineers come and fix one problem only to create another one.
    I have made countless calls on the last few months, each time they say they repair one part and spoil another.

    I am writing to say that I am extremely unhappy with the harassment your company has put me through Also each time they come they remove working parts from my machine which is the only reason why I have had trouble with so many parts.

    In this two year we called up your service centre many time but your service is not good. Your service centre person not doing proper work. They don't respond well, they don't follow up, they don't keep their customers well informed.

    Note: Whirpool service centre people not ready to give us complaint form no after coming home for repair washing machine and also not taking sign on complaint register form that they have came home for checking machine.

    After registering complaint customer care people give tat for 2 days but their person will come home after 3months after making countless calls.

    I WILL NOW BE TAKING LEGAL ACTION AS I HAVE NO OTHER WAY OUT AND NOONE HAS SOLVED MY PROBLEM IN 6 MONTHS MY MACHINE HAS NOT WORKED. I WILL BE SUING FOR COMPENSATION FOR MONEY SPENT AND HARASSMENT CAUSED.

    I have purchased a semi-automatic washing machine on 26th December 2010 and my machine was badly burnt due to some manufacturing defect on 22 march,2012 and on the same day i reported the incident to the service center after that a concerned person of whirlpool name Saroj
    Sahu contacted me and ask for some amount of depreciation to replace the machine as the machine is in warranty period i refused to pay any sort of depreciation amount. Hence after 1 month of interaction he told me that we are unable to do anything until unless you will not pay the depreciation amount after that I tried to talk to the area sales manager but the number provided by the autorized service center persons were not in service[protected],[protected]. Now I have no other option left to claim my washing machine in warranty. So sir/madam please do the needful to sort out this problem as soon as possible.

    Whirlpool after sales service is very poor. They lure customers to by new machines and then don't provide spares saying the product has become obsolete. My washing machine was just 3 yrs old, just out of warranty. They now don't have spares for it. No point buying Whirlpool products. I am quite disappointed.
    I have purchased Whirlphool Washing machine fully Automatic White Magic Model 12203, sr.no. INF[protected] on 03.11.2010. Having 2 years warranty, within warranty, I had problems and the PCB failed and changed on free of cost, since under warranty.

    Next day after the warranty over ie. on 04.11.2012, again I faced the same Problem PE error, I have a lodged complaint on 05.11.2012 and understand that the PCB again failed and for the same the inspection charges are Rs. 285.00, PCB cost Rs.4300.00, which is unbeliveable and unbearable. I requested them to take the same under AMC, for that they said AMC charges will be Rs.3000.00 extra.

    All together, they asked me to pay for PCB + AMC charges about Rs.6000.00, which is half of the price of the new washing machine.

    I also understand that all the new Whirlphool fully Automatic washing machines are having the board (PCB) failure problem, which is being faced frequently. TO avoid the same the service centre suggesting us to enter in to AMC, which is Rs.3000.00 approx per year.

    Is this a solution for a failure model????

    Whirlphool has to take appropriate action to correct the failure and not overloading their failures on consumer.

    How can we, CONSUMER bear the cost for the failure model of Whirlphool???

    Very bad experience with Whirlpool washing machine. From the day one we are facing issue with this washing machine. And we have complained them to replace this faulty machine since the day one and whirlpool gave lame excuses and kept patching it. It works for 1 or 2 months and again broke down and finally this machine is down completely. I have registered a complaint with Hyd service center and Mr Vinod is handling the case. Repair guy told us that mother board is faulty and it needs to be replaced.
    And since no parts is available they wanted us to replace the machine.

    We have bought this machine under Emp scheme for 20, 300 Rs on 20/09/2011 its market value was 31000Rs. And now they are saying that some 6000 Rs they will deduct and I have buy a new machine and cannot use emp scheme on new machine. My machine cost is 31, 000+ as market value and I will be getting 14000 Aprox which is not even half of its value. I am feeling cheated and I think Mr Vinod is not providing me the correct information. Could you please help me and provide me what options I have under this circumstances.
    I had bought a washing machine in Jan'12 now this maching not wrking properly we noticed that the drayer machine notwrking then we lodge a complaint against dryier working.then after 11 days the service tech came and said that the instument will change the he came again 4 days and change the motor of drayier still the condition was not change since it has not resolved again we complaint that ser tech he came and told the timer instrument problem and it will also need to change

    I have bought whirlpool Splash 600p washing machine from Saravana Stores T.nagar, Chennai dated[protected].But are using the machine in Bangalore, Exactly after 3 weeks we have found some problem with the machine making some noisy sound and water level indicator was not working which leads to water overflow from the machine.So we have raised a complaint to whirlpool customer care, they filed a complaint BG[protected] against this.After 2 days, a technician from whirlpool came changed the water level indicator after that it was working fine.But the problem again raised after 2 washes, So again i called to that technician named Mukunthan, he told that we will replace the machine with the new one, he asked for the Invoice copy.As requested we have sent the invoice copy to the supervisor named Madhu and his email id is [protected]@gmail.com and his contact number is [protected].After 2 days we got a cal from the mobile number [protected] mentioning that we will come after two days and replace the machine, but till now no one has come even we tried to contact them but none of them picking the call.

    Complaint has been registered under the name of Mr.Prabhu.And the technicians and Supervisors are from Bangalore.

    So You are kindly requested to look into the matter and give me the permanent solution of this regularly arising problem by replacing the Washing machine . Your immediate response will be highly appreciated.

      My Customer ID No. – GB/C/1107/33485.

      We bought a 280 L double door Whirlpool Fridge in july 2003 from authoroized dealer at Noida which is under 7 years warranty. Till now it was working well. Now suddenly before Diwali it was stopped working and I made a complaint at authorized dealer’s showroom at Noida and subsequently followed up with customer care centre at Phone No.[protected]. Inspite of repeated phone call representative of whirlpool visited to my residence on 13.11.07. After inspection of fridge, he told us that gas has leaked and on PCB also not working and given the estimate of Rs. 4000/- (gas filling- 1500, PCB replacement- 2500) also told that without replacement of PCB fridghe will not work. We do not know whether because of gas leakage – PCB got damaged OR because of PCB failure- gas leaked. We told him to get it repaired immediately. He expressed his inability for immediate service with the reason that PCB is not ready stock and it may take 2-3 days to attend the complained.

      Till 13.1.2007 no response has been received from whirlpool inspite of repeated phone call to customer care centre at Delhi. Even today ie. 22.11.07 On enquiry from customer care center I was not told about when my complaint will be attended. Under the circumstances I do not know that how long I have to wait to get my complaint attended though my fridge is under warranty period.

      Kindly look in to the matter and the reason for reluctance response in attending my complaint may please be explained.

      My comment: Very very poor response from customer care centre at Delhi and I have very bad experience with whirlpool India.

      Hoping for prompt response on the matter.

      I am having the exact same problem. It took 3 days afetr repeated phone calls, for the repairman to visit. he said PCB needs to be changed and would be available in 4 working days. Its been 15 days since then, and they have not been able to confirm as to when they would replace this. On calling the customer care, a lady promised to call within 2 hours and give me the information, and since then 2 days have passed.
      The Whirlpool service center is pathetic, and I feel they are a bunch of hoax.

        Sub: The worst disappointing Experience on purchase of Whirlpool washing machine & Iceberg Refrigerator.

        I, Magesh Sadagopan visited with family an exhibition sponsored by your Hyderabad dealer Bajaj Electronics at Nizam college ground –Hyderabad on 22nd Oct ’07.
        My visit was to look around the products displayed; but not to purchase anything, as the exhibition displays were mainly focused on interior decorations and home appliances.

        Let me sequence the incidence, which let me disappointed on purchase of your products.

        1. I visited all stalls mainly Sumsung, LG, Whirlpool and other interior decoration stalls. The guys at your counters were really pleasing, courteous and more customer friendly which made me to take instant decision to buy Whirlpool washing machine and Iceberg refrigerator and Ice berg carrying attractive sticker on 5 years warranty (Without any Terms and conditions apply) afterwards I was explained by installation team that it is 1+4, +4 only on compressor please stop this fraudulent attractive marketing. On booking the same by paying Rs.500/-.I was asked to visit your dealer Bajaj electronics at Punjagutta, Hyderabad to complete finance and payment formalities.
        2. I visited your above dealer on 23rd Oct’07.I was not greeted and attended for 20 minutes.
        3. Finally I approached reception counter where in the Citi Finance guys attended me and completed the formalities.
        4. After the formalities and down payment, I was made to wait nearly 30 minutes to collect the bill.
        5. Mean while the Lucky draw conducted with press and other people, sooner the lucky customer coupon picked up, all the staff members gathered at reception counter out of curiosity to find the lucky customer, leaving the unlucky customers present at the showroom for nearly 30minutes.
        6. Then I was promised the free home delivery before 5pm on same day which did not happen till next day 9pm, inspite of continuous follow up calls. Leaving all other appointments and regular works we waited almost 38 hours to make sure we present at home at the time of delivery.
        7. Your installation teams were very prompt, courteous and explanatory. On installation we were shocked to know that the free gifts, Dinner set and Lemon juicer set not attached with in the packing and the bottle separator cum holder was missing, which is one of the standards in Ice berg Elite 310ltrs.


        The free home insurance worth Rs.1, 00,000/- also not provided. I am not sure whether the two above free offers will reach me or not.

          Whirlpool washing machine purchased before one year from Baid enterprises, Wardha(M.S.). Immidiately after 10 days machine was dancing havily & complaint was given. Service station solved the problem stating that the fault in wheels fitting & interchage the front & back wheels. So the problem starts right from the begining & we have demanded that time new piece but it was refused. Now again machine having problem of water likage all over its surface & again service station says that this problem may be due to earlier problem of dancing & may be its assembly damaged. Now my question is why this piece was not replace immigiately after 15 days of purchased?
          because of this more problems are creating with such a big brand in world.

          Such observation & customer satisfaction specialy in Whirlpool are not expected by me.

          It is requested to look into this matter & replace the piece with new one as right from the begining piece was received with faulty one. presently it is in warranty.

            I had purchased a Whirpool refrigerator (Model No.: 180, S.No.: INC[protected]
            on dated May 21, 2007 from M/s Deep Electronics, Near Town Hall, Bada Bazar, DATIA-475 661 (Madhya Pradesh), Tel. No.[protected].

            As I opened the door on dated October 4, 2007 the whole door unit come out and become detached. When I informed the local shop owner from where it was purchased his behavior was not up to the mark as well he is not co-operating us.

            I Realy fedup with customer care service staff .They r cheated customers.               We have an AMC with the company authorised agent. The Fridge is non-functional the last few days. It is not being attended to by Sairam Refrigerators, authorised service agents of Whirlpool. They give flimsy reasons for not attending the repair of the unit. No one wants to take responsibility.

                Purchased a 230 lit. Whrilpool refrigerator(ice magic F23, sl.no.:INA[protected], on 30.12.05, from RESHMI ENTERPRISE, 39D, P.O.ROAD,GORABAZAR, KOLKATA-700 028. Within 10 months o[censored]se, large dent marks started developing throughout door body. Matter reported to local service centre, ZEN SERVICES, kolkata-700059, and they attended it at a fee of Rs.280.00, stating that it is an inherent manufacturing defect and the doors need replacement (ID: KL/C/0407/13312). Till date nothing has been done after a lot of follow-up.

                I have purchased one Whirlpool 350 Lt Refrigerator on 27.03.2003 under invoice no.1766 from UTILITY TRADING Chandigarh.

                Now I have shifted to Jammu and I am using your company product since 27.03.2003 with no complaints what so ever.

                2.5 months back my Ref. had some problem and after switching it off I immediately called your Jammu area Eng. Mr. Neeraj Dadwal.

                since then I am in regular touch with your representative who has not been in a position to sort out the matter. He is sending eng. who are without a clue

                and every time they come they take the Chasis no. without addressing the problem. This process has been repeated 4-5 times so far.

                I talked to Madam. Seema, who was kind enough to listen to my problem and also understand it.

                your engineers have said that it would take round Rs.1000.00 to rectify the fault, which I have agreed to pay, despite no one turned up till I marked a mail to Mr. Acharya.

                Now that my Refregerator has been repaired the a servive centre

                When I asked the Service centre incharge to give the faulty parts to me he told me to pay the full amount first and then take the faulty part. I fear they are cheating the company as well as the customers.

                i had purchased a refredge in the year 2005 for M/s Diginity Electronics, Secunderabad. few days ago i had observed that it is getting hot inside the refredge instead of cool. so i stopped using it. as we have shifted to a new place i could not locate the bills after locating the bills i rang to the shop but all the phones mentioned on the bill are not working.

                I have been complaining about the malfunctioning about my 2 door whirlpool fridge since 2 november. the technicians in pune are unable to solve the problem inspite of changing the compressor and some other part. now there is water leaking from it and every morning all the LCD lights and alarm are flashing. the service centre in pune is rude, ineffective and does not bother to return calls. when i do connect to them they tell me they 'forgot' my case. and have sometimes even rudely told me they have too much workload and cannot be expected to remember everything!
                i am planning to take the entire case to the consumer court within the next 2 weeks if this is not attended to.

                  Subject: Incomplete Service given even after the initial payment of the whole amount.

                  Our Fridge Description is as follows:

                  Fridge Model: INA[protected]
                  Description: whra 252g50
                  Data of Purchase: 27.7.2002

                  A complaint for the problems regarding the Whirlpool Refrigrator was lodged on 27.09.2007 and Service was done for the complaint loged on 20.10.2007 by Mr. Shalu, Engineer form Whirlpool.

                  My wife was alone when the Gas was chaged to above mentioned fridge.However, on the 20.10.2007 it was also diagnosed by Mr. Shalu (Engineer from the Whirlpool) that other than the Gas to be changed, the Relay also required to be changed for the Refirgrator to function well.

                  The payment for the services was done (on 20.10.2007) beforehand as mentioned below:
                  1. Charges for the Relay: Rs. 498
                  2. Charges for the Gas : Rs. 400
                  3. Carriage : Rs. 250
                  4. Engineer Visit : Rs. 281

                  Total Charges : Rs. 1429

                  However, according to us,as there was no noise coming from the Refrigerator, the Relay was not required to be changed, it was just a superflous cost! Moreover, on being switched ON or OFF, the fridge was giving no problems. Hence, a Relay Damage was out of Question.

                  But, once the Whirlpool Engineer was packing to leave, my wife enquired to show her the relay that had been replaced, in order to keep it with her and know what the problem with the relay was. Mr. Shalu took out one of the OLD Relays from his bag containing many other components including damaged Relays too, and showed her the same and told her that she could not keep it and he had to take it with him. Thus, swindling the money (Rs. 498)from us, by faking to change the Relay.

                  We want that the Whirlpool should maintain its Credibity by not employing such swindlers as their Service Engineers. I request that necessary action to be taken regarding the compleint registered and the money to be returned, which was paid in advance for the Service that was not delivered.

                    1. I bought a refrigerator 230 ltr dlx frost free of whirlpool India in August 2006. A guarantee was given for 1+4 years.
                    2. The refrigerator developed a problem in May this year, I contacted the dealer of the company ie Gurbachann radios, Dimapur, Nagaland (India). He did not behave properly then I contacted the company through email they advised me to speak to their service centre ie Panickers Enterprises at Dimapur and on contact they sent a mechanic to me but he was unable to understand the problem. I was asked to send the refrigerator to Dimapur which is 100 kilometers from my place. Got back the refrigerator after one week with remarks that it has been repaired but it did not work for more then two days. I again contacted the company but they did not reply then again contacted dimapur service centre they asked me to send the refrigerator to them, I sent the refrigerator and got back after 10 days with assurance that the defect has been rectified completely but to my surprise it worked only for one week. Now when I wrote the company they did not response and service centre is saying to send the refrigerator to them again.
                    3. It is pertinent to mention here that I am a defence personnel and posted in a remote area and refrigerator is my basic need. I cannot send the item every second day to their service and they are not ready to abide by the terms of guarantee.
                    4. As I have been harassed a lot by the firm I want that company should either refund my money or replace the fridge with new one.

                    whirlpool of India Limited — After all repair failures (4 times) give free replacement with an new same model fridge.

                    The fridge model of Whirl pool 220 Deluxe(F23)- Steek double door from Mathais Electronics, Mangalore vide invoice no.157 dated[protected] though was not giving satisfactory performance but on Jan 18th 2009 it stooped freezing and since then the service center extended the service by replacing the Gas at my cost, later replaced the compressor and still not rectified they took the fridge for total inspection and repair and was brought back with some repair with extra additional wiring externally which was all accommodated considering the urgency of having a fridge in the house, which after few days working again stopped freezing and again testing was carried out and declared its beyond their control and mean while we were loosing our patience and demanded for free replacement with a similar model at the earliest on 10-03-09 by which 3 months was over and your can imagine our miseries underwent with out a fridge. Reprot was given with my comment for free replacement having accepted by the service center.i am impatiently waiting for our free replacement considering the loss of reputation of the company and a good loyal customers confidence and considering the trouble underwent since all their repairs failed and considering the fact that i cant invest any funds on this has to be seriously considered for an immediate free replacement .                     Whirlpool Home Appliance — Deficient sevice under AMC pla

                    We bought an AC from whilpool in 2008 and entered into a sevice agreement intheir homecare plan. Before 1 year the airconditioner stoped working. On registering the complaint they said that gas is required tobe fiilled and it will take 3days to put it back. I requested for an alternative machine to be provided for the duration of repair they said that there is no such provision .                     Sir,
                    I have already registered a complaint on your web and also on your tollfree helpline, but received neither a reply nor a call. On the helpline, Mr.Dhanush from Chennai attended my call and promised to call me back in two days time.Now more than one week has passed.So this mail to the main office.
                    I have three whirlpool home appliances; MT263 Microwave oven, FF350L refrigerator and whirlpool white magic fully automatic 1-1 washing machine.
                    My washing machine was in perfect working condition except for a slight problem of little water leak out during spinning for which your authorised aagents, Hi-tech solutions at Vazhuthacaud was called in. One Mr. Sreekumar came to inspect and on inspection told the machine has to be taken to the workshop to pinpoint the problem. I clearly told him to get my consent before any repair is undertaken. After two days, he gave me a call informing that the bearing has developed problem and repair estimate is Rs.4500, to which I replied to give me two days time to decide whether the repair should be done. After two days, on 1st August, I informed his office not to undertake any repair and return the machine to me as such . In spite of several reminders, this was not done till 18th August. On 18th August, without any prior notice or call, the machine was brought to my home while I was away at work, in a totally dismantled condition and not fit for use. On receiving information from home, I rushed home and asked the persons to take back the machine and return it to me in the condition I sent it to them. To this day, I have neither received my machine nor any call from Hi-tech solutions. Please instruct Hi Tch solutions to immediately return my machine exactly as it was taken from my home.
                    My second problem is regarding the microwave oven MT 263. It was purchased on 8th April 2003. Just after the two year warranty period in May 2005, it stopped working and was taken for repair. PCB problem was detected, PCB reprocessing was done for which we had to pay Rs.2500/-, though the warranty had just lapsed. We were advised to take AMC (Peace of mind plan) and we took it on[protected] for 3 years. During these three years, not a single preventive/ service visit was paid and none of the given service coupons were utilised. We were also not reminded for courtesy's sake as is done by companies of our other home appliances regarding the expiry of our AMC in June 2008.
                    In July 2009, the MW oven showed error message and we were asked to deliver it to the service centre to insppect the problem. We did so on 31st July 2009. After a week, I was informed that the PCB had to be replaced and the estimate was Rs.4500/-. Since the PCB was defective in the first place and therefore, a reprocessing on Rs.2500 payment was already undertaken and because in spite of a three year AMC not a single preventive visit was paid and because no reminder to renew AMC was given, we deserve a free replacement of the PCB this time. I request that Mr.Shibu at the Hi tech solutions, who attended the complaint may please be given instructions to provide a new PCB free of charge.
                    Kindly expediate redress of my above grievances immediately, since I am facing great difficulty in managing home and work together without these essential appliances.

                    It is pity that Whirlpool, a world known company, is offering their products in India with faulty system. I bought Double Door fridge in July, 2008 and since then no one from the company/Service center has bothered to visit to check this machine. Visiting charges of Rs.394 should not be charged/applicable as it is not customer's fault.It is company's fault for offering the faulty system. If the machine is stopped working almost after a year it means that the products are of not good quality. It means their product reliability is very poor. I will sorry to say that the customers in India are cheated by offering faulty system which starts giving problem just after one year. Please look into the matter so that others should not suffer like me. It is really a very humiliating experience by buying such a branded product from one of the leading companies in this field.

                    Whirlpool 1.5 ton mastermind AC — Whirlpool 1.5 ton mastermind - service very poor and spare parts are of poor quality

                    I have an Whirlpool 1.5 ton matermind AC which i bought an year before which has the warrenty for an year. I rarely use AC during winters and till december it was working fine and to confirm that within the warranty i took the free service exactly at the end of 11th month. The service men said everything is working great. But the cooling efficiency went down immediately once the summer started during this march. When i verified they service men came after 10 calls and service tickets and was asking me to change quite a lot many spare parts. He also added that he would do a personal favour. Also he would close the service ticket. He said the the companies spare parts are of lower quality, so he would prefer to go for other spares which would be more effeicient and he personally charges Rs. 1500 for those.

                    I made a complaint to his higher official, but all the service person did the same. I am really upset with the whirlpool service as they are not punctual, not sincere and are fully corrupted to earn extra income unofficially.

                    I had bought Whirlpool Magiccook 20 G(Gallaxy) three years ago.It has not been working since one month.I gave it to the nearest Whirlpool Service Centre but they said they were unable to fix it as the 20G model transformer was unavailable.I called the Whirlpool customer centre but still our problem was not solved (complaint number 14202)kindly give me the necessary help to repair the oven and please do it as soon as possible.If the problem is not rectified I may have to seek the help from the Consumer Court.

                    I agree with delayed and poor service provided by the company.I have also been the sufferer.The details of the latest are as under



                    COMPLAINT AGAINST WHIRPOOL REGARDING 1.5 TON SPL IT AC
                    I purchased a split 1.5 Ton AC on 05.06.2007 manufactured by WHIRLPOOL.An AMC(annual maintenance contract)was drawn for a period of four years starting 05.06.08 (ending 04.06.12).
                    My customer ID with them is 3188054
                    Water started dripping from the said AC’s internal unit at about 0300 hrs on 08.08.11 A complaint was lodged vide no GB[protected], it was attended and the motor moving the fin was removed and taken for replacement.Allegedly the problem of water dripping was rectified.
                    On 10.08.11 at about 0330 hrs water again started dripping from internal unit, a complaint was again lodged vde no GB[protected], it was attended and allegedly rectified.
                    On 11.08.11. again at about 0230 hrs water started dripping this time cooling also stopped.A complaint was again lodged vide no GB[protected].NO ONE ATTENDED TO RECTIFY THE PROBLEM.
                    On 13 aug 11at 1215 hrs a reminder was given at the call center attended by Mr Rohit Sharma.NO ONE ATTENDED.
                    On 16 aug 11 at about 1000 hrs again a reminder was given at the call centre attended by Mr Milan. NO ACTION WAS TAKEN.
                    On 17aug11 at 1020hrs once again a reminder was given attended by Mr Sahil he told me that the engineer will visit as was told by his senior whom he had contacted.NO ONE EITHER CONTACTED ME OR VISITED.
                    On 118aug11 at0920 hrs again spoke to Mr Milan at call center, was once again assured that it will be taken on priority .NO ACTION WAS TAKEN AS NO ONE CONTACTED OR VISITED.This assurance was given after he spoke to his senior.
                    Again on 18 aug11 at 1515 hrs rang up call center to tell them that no one has visited.This call was taken by Ms Shefali she allegedly contacted her senior who said that he will himself contact me.I insisted that I want to talk to some one senior.This was refused on the pretext that she could not put me on line to him.But sadly he also did not have the courtesy to call me.AC WAS NEITHER REPAIRED NOR ANY ONE VISITED ME OR EVEN CALLED ME.
                    19aug 11 at 0936 hrs reminder was again given and they have been informed that no action was taken.
                    IN NUT SHELL DESPITE REPEATED COMPLAINTS AND REMINDERS THE AC REMAINS FAULTY SINCE 08AUG11 AND HAS NOT BEEN ATTENDED SINCE 10AUG11.
                    NOW THE AC IS NEITHER
                    (a ) Cooling, nor
                    (b) The motor taken on 08aug has been replaced.
                    It is shocking that the company(WHIRLPOOL) has treated a customer in such a shabby and irresponsible manner.So much of discomfort has been caused to an old man.Who is responsible for the mental and physical agony caused by their callousness.Why the time under AMC has been wasted without any reasonable cause.

                      Sir,I bought a refigerator from your prestigious dealer by the name of Aman Electronics in distt Balrampur.Our instituion bought many products of whirlpool from which my fridge stopped working 6 months back.We informed your dealer Aman electronics abt it for which we never got any reply from him 4 a month aftr repeted appeals for him to come ,he sent a man aft 1 month,the man said'the compresser has burnt out'.Our fridge which is 3.10 lt(MODEL NO. 8511)SERIAL NO.(INA[protected]was still under garanty.It has been 5 months we have still not got our compresser back to us.If action not taken by you abt this whirlpool product n the dealer fast as possible.We will have to take leagal action against your company.(WHIRLPOOL)

                      I have a refridgerator 320 litre i have a proble of heater burned inside the fridge i have a complaint number /ID number 4495016 iwas complaint for that in costomer care number one person came and give us number of Mr. kapil/Sachin [protected]/32957294 on dated 17th may 2008 and said these person are the exect techinically person who will attend your Query on 17th may, i will call us on tha day &they will assure that will attend the complaint with in hour .but no body response for that i will wait till evening.On Dated 25th one person (Muddin)will came to my home with one sardarji (Amarjit)and check my fridge and assured that they will tell us the exact problem as well as the expense to rectified the things on 26th may2008 positevely but till today no response form their side.
                      i am in a mess that by purchasing whirlpool fridge i make a big mistake in my life. the whole1.5 months of summer i am in a loop of that silly customer care peoples at your end.

                      We are the whirlpool customer throughout our group. One of our ac is not working properly. Engineers told that compressor has been damaged. Its need to change & it occurred two month before. We have call several times to your customer care & your authorized service partners i.e. Igloo Service & Raftech. When I ask for them (Raftech) for complain, he ask me my address & said our engg is on way, wait just reach to you. But days & month has gone. Nobody came or responded. Where ac is fitted, there two computer & so many machines is also there. They are hanged several time & work is getting slow. We see your ad on TV these are attractive. But how many people know s that how much your service is poor. If they know, I think they never buy your product. We know that this also you will not response.
                      But don’t mind, it is our suggestion that please improve your customer care system. Your service partners are worse. We have already paid (Rs.8, 796 for 30.09.08 to 30.09.09) Raftech (Howrah), owner name Mr.Sanjay (Mob-[protected]) for annual maintenance contract. Inspite of that their engineers ask for extra money. Igloo service has changed their area but did not inform us. Our contract ws made between Igloo Service & Us.
                      If you would like to do something, then please change your service partners. They are making your brand name worse.

                      This is worst Services Customer care (Whirlpool) I have Seen, They have no responsibities and authorization. They just give one satisfactory answer as, Sir our senior will talk to you in 2 Hours Time. Seniors Call Whenever he get time and gives you assurnace that problem will be resolved .. But nobody turns up .. It is only Mental Hassals to get rid of Whirpoll Products complaints. They do not have any parts for maintence of the product once Product is Sold in Market or they do not want to be in this service business.

                      I purchased a M.MIND 23 ELT CARBON 4S in the month of Sept’08 from your Kolkota CFA, Apeejay Surendra, 47, Hide Road (Branch Bridge) Kolkata vide Invoice No.[protected] Dt.15.10.2008, a draft was sent as advised by your Regional salesman . At that time, there was an offer of GIFT SCRATCH CARD . At the time of delivery, the deliveryman assured me that your scratch Card would be sent through Post. After waiting some day, I pursued the matter to your Regional salesman over phone, he also assured me the same, again, within this period I pursued several times but I received the same voice . But Ill luck to have it, I have not yet received the assured card.

                      Now, I would like to purchase the same piece of M.MIND, but before that I would like to have the scratch card or if not, please write something regarding the breach of contact like your Company in reputation within 7 days at my E.mail address either, I will be compelled to ventilate the matter in News papers and Consumers’ Forum. In this contest I would like to say that I use automatic Microvan, automatice Washing Machine, etc. of Whirlpool of India for long times.

                        Sir,

                        Whirlpool Washing Machine, Model:F65, was purchased on 24th May 2005 from an authorised dealer.

                        Extra amount of Rs.867 was paid for free service and maintenance under Home Care Plan. It is valid till 24th May 2010.

                        On 2nd August 2007 the machine stopped working. Though the machine was attended by the company service engineer twice, the machine is not working till date.

                        There is no proper response from the service centre Ph. No.65360000, 28603412, 13, 14, 15, 16.

                        I have sent letters/complaint to Whirlpool Home Care Consumer Cell, Faridabad and Whirlpool Corporate office, Delhi.

                        I have sent E mail to their office twice.

                        Nothing has been done so far. Can anyone advice me as to, how to proceed further. I have all the records with me.

                        I fully understand what you must have faced as a customer...I too is following up from 5 days almost for a small error in Whirlpool Washing machine.

                        1) Half of the customer support resourses do NOT speak clear english, CANT take down instructions like cellphone information also clearly.
                        2) They only say that 48 hours is the turnaround time and it runs to almost 1 week.
                        3) There is NO priority given to any customer request. Despite even sending emails, there is NOBODY to even acknowledge any email and confirm on status and advise the status.
                        4) Only assurance is given that engineer would come today failing which their senior will call us in the next 2 hours...WONDER if their seniors realise IF clothes are NOT washed for more than 4 days almost in any house for that matter...an apology on phone would JUST NOT WORK.

                        Companies like WHIRLPOOL who pay huge money for celebrities to endorse these products should instead change the strategy to hire support resourses and have a PROFESSIONAL full fleged SERVICE CENTRE instead. HEIGHTS OF PROFESSIONALISM I GUESS
                        I was purchased washing machine(model F65 fully automatic fuzzy) August 2007 from the authorized dealer.The warranty of the machine is two years.After exactly two years the machine is not working.We have affect after warranty period.We have spend the board and filter change cost is 5, 700 rupees.

                        We believe the whirlpool machine is good, After this i have understand it is only good before warranty period.After it comes poor and expensive.

                        With reference to the above I would like to inform that on 18-09-09 I register my complaint regarding sound while washing and rinsing. In response to it your authorised service center " M/S Diamond Services, Bangalore " attended the complaint and took the PCB for repair vide work order No BM 9001 on 22-10-09. The same was replaced on 3rd or 4th of Nov 09 and told that the motor must be having a problem for which the service engineer has qouted Rs 4200/- though the machine is still in warranty period. Today again spoke to the Service engineer Mr Vijay regarding it.

                        Machine Detail:

                        1) Purchase date : 13-10-08
                        2) Installation Date : 15-10-08
                        3) Serial Number : INB[protected]
                        4) Model : 11320

                        With this detail I request to take an early action and respond.
