I have purchased a whirlpool refrigerator model no. 11894 vide bill no. 3614 dated[protected]Compressor got five years warranty) by name of M.Sekar from Sri Balaji in Tindivanam, Villupuram District, Tamilnadu. Our refrigerator is not cooling. I called customer care dated 21/11/2015 Request number:CN[protected]. The service engineer came from sakthi service center, villupuram. Checked and tolled Compressor got corrupted need to replace once Compressor come from whirlpool company. After 15 days conducted sakthi service center, they told still not receive Compressor, ask whirlpool customer care. Again I called dated 05/12/2015 Service Request number: CN[protected]. They told arrange Compressor within two days. But not done. Whenever call they told within two days. Service Request number-CN[protected] dated 06/01/2016(previous Service Request number closed without any solution) they told your compressor sent sakthi service center. I conducted sakthi service center, replied still we not receive any compressor, ask whirlpool customer care. Today 14/01/2016 almost two more month gone still compressor not received. Customer care person given whirlpool area manager no:[protected] but not pickup call. Please do the speedy action..

    My whirlpool washing serial no.[protected] has failed within a span of 1month after repair. The engineer had come and checked the washing machine and has told that the PCB board has a problem and he took Rs. 3400/- for repair charges vide JOB no. 794(Receipt) dtd. 16/11/2015. Similiar problem had come during two years back and the same PCB board has been changed Receipt no. 5224 dtd. 24/07/2013. for Rs. 2800/- only. Now the machine is not functioning well and when the service engineer has checked, he is telling athat the complete mechanicm of the machine has to be changed and it cost around Rs. 7500/- which is very abnormal.       Dear sir, my whirlpool 3d cooler ac installed on 21 November 2015 but cooling Not working I gave compliant on 25 Nov 2015. But still now my problem not rectified at the time of installation I paid Rs.5000 without bill. I complained customer care for more than 10 times but my problem could not solved. I called 10 days before from customer care one the staff replied my question and he said to me you complained to where you are purchase the air con. Am very shocked than why customer care are running, I request you to please solve my problem as soon as possible and also I here with attach my complained no for your reference.         Hi, This is Ashith Son of Anandan, I am whirlpool customer. My washing machine got fully flooded during the recent flood . I have registered complaint on Dec 16th and 28th, But still i didn't got any issue fixed. The Customer support who came to my home for service, not giving correct information and fighting with us and went telling that how i see, how your washing machine is get ready. Now I am feeling why I brought from the company Whirlpool( I have fridge and washing Machine). I didn't expect this from whirlpool.           Hi, PRODUCT SERIAL NO: INV[protected] SERVICE REQUEST NO: KL[protected] MY water purifier not working since from one month. After launching a complaint, one service engineer has came to check the system, he told us that product is damaged & need to be changed. so that I asked customer care to change my product, after few days miss Debarsee[ kolkata ] called me & told that new product is not available in market so we will refund you the amount. then I asked her for sending me a amount refund confirmation mail to my register email ID [ [protected]@gmail.com], but from date day I never get any mail or any call from her end. I called several times to customer care. all the time they are providing me a no[protected] /[protected], & told me to contact with Miss Debasree. I tried again & again but can't reach Miss Dabarsree for talking regarding this issue. each time someone else picks the phone & behave every rudely with me. Which is not at all tolerable. how can anyone talk with a customer like this!! I never expect this type o[censored]n-professionalism behavior from whirlpool.             My ac sensor was just replaced Jan 2015, /again it has failed by October 2015, for which I made a service request, to which the serviceman came only in December 2015 and has taken the sensor, remote and promised to call in a day or two, but still now hasn't. I have made repeated calls, but with not good response and the status of my complaint is still a mystery. It's a pity that a well-renowned company such as yours has very poor customer rapport. I am to the point of regret for buying your product. Kindly look into this and assure me the required service needed ASAP. Regards Preethi

                This is Balasubramanian and i have brought a subject model washing machine which is fully automatic front loading dated 10/10/2014. Now the machine is not working within warranty period so i have raised two complaints with whirlpool on dated 26 dec - CN[protected] and 29th Dec - CN[protected] stating that washing machine is not switching on. One of the engineer from whirlpool came and advised that the machine is flood affected just by opening the head of the washing machine.I keep on insisting him that my area is not affected by flood and we were in 1st floor and there is no chance that the machine is being affected by flood, he is not ready to hear what i said and just informed to whirlpool and closed both the complaints which were raised from my end. I can understand that there is no use of calling and complaining again with the whirlpool so raising it to consumer forum so that i will get some attention towards on my issue. Service Engineers are using the reason as flood for all the issue which was raised on their company product. How come an engineer does not have a basic knowledge that a machine will be affected in 1st floor because of flood. You can check with the Flood relief team to know the areas which were affected and what is the water level of water when the flood affected in chennai. If we were in ground floor also, there is no possibility of the washing machine being affected by floor. Your company poor finishing/make of the product makes faulty within the warranty period. If the machine is not getting replaced with faulty products, gonna file a complaint in consumer court.                   I bought a refrigerator on 8th November 2015, on the time of delivery the distributor delivered a DAMAGE refrigerator at my door step, now when i am asking for exchange against the damage one, they are just giving time to time, its more than a month still they is nothing happen against it, . I am not tired of their information and the service. As i am female its really very difficult to go and find out in regular basic.                       Sir, I have purchased a refrigerator from whirlpool India on 19/07/2014 which was defective and against that their engineers make me very upset by not redressing the grievance . after that i lodged a complaint with consumer complaints then they got the refrigerator checked and it was faulty in lieu of which they provide me with other refrigerator with model no. FF 2D 465 3S/2015 and replaced on 19/07/2015. after a month the replaced refrigerator showed noise coming out problem, low cooling, bad smell problem for which i complaint on the whirlpool service center . two engineers came to my house for checking the problem and they told me that sir your this refrigerator possess manufacturing defect so we will report this to our seniors and they will take action accordingly after that i have sent mails and never seen any person till now from that day. Sub :- Complaint of our recently purchased refrigerator This is to bring to your kind notice that we had purchased your Refrigerator from Nandilath G Mart, kottayam, kerala on 26th August, 2015, Invoice No KTYM6872 with following specifications Model No: FF 2D 495 3S/2015 Frost free type with gross volume 480 ltrs Serial No: INE[protected] MODEL 20333 From the next day of our purchase we noticed droplets of water dripping from the bottom side of the freezer door and later we noticed water freezing in the bottom compartment which should not have happened. We informed the customer care of the matter and the representative came thrice but to no use .Our complaint has not yet been rectified. We are a Whirlpool lover and are using only whirlpool appliances from the past 23 years and never faced any complaint, but to our dismay this time things are not the same and our complaint is also yet not cleared .Hence now we request you to kindly replace the above with a brand new one.                             I had purchased your above model from Ammini Traders, Tripunithura - 602301, Ernakulam District, Cochin on 13 of June 2014. It had been working without any problem till December 5, 2015 (Saturday). On Sunday, i.e., 6 December 2015 when milk packets were taken out it had spoiled. It was then that we noticed that the refrigerator was not cooling or freezing. We tried to contact Ammini Traders from where we had bought but being Sunday the shop was closed. We tried customer care but there were no responses to the phone calls. On Monday (7 December), a complaint was lodged with Ammini Traders who informed your customercare but the technicians came only on Tuesday around 4.30 p.m. and immediately wanted a whirlpool stabilizer to be installed which I did and paid for (Rs.2000) and a cleaning lotion for which the technician charged Rs.200. Then after checking the refrigerator, the technician (Mr Shyam) said it has to be taken to the workshop for further check up and to see if there is water in the compressor and assured me that it would be brought back soon, most probably the next day morning. Next day (i.e., 8 December) when we called Shyam, the technician, he gave a number [protected] (I do not remember the name) to be contacted. The technician whom I called said that there was a block and fresh gas has to be filled and it will be delivered after certified ‘ok’the next day (i.e., 9 December). Thereafter your customercare had been fooling me saying that there was block in traffic and therefore we were not able to bring it and that there was rusting of the gas tube, etc. etc. When I asked for the Manager of the service centre he gave me the number of Ms Jansi. I then contacted Ms Jansi ([protected]) (on 10 December) who informed me that the refrigerator has to be okayed by the mechanic who was on leave that day and it will be delivered the next day (i.e., 11 December). When I called the next day I was told by Ms Jansi that it will be delivered by evening and wanted me to pay Rs.1300 for the gas, but no delivery was made on that day. Whenever we call either the technicians do not pick up the phone or a message is conveyed that the person cannot be contacted and try later. When I contacted Ms Jansi (with great difficulty) the next day on Saturday, 12 December) she was surprised that the refrigerator was not delivered and promised me that it will be delivered on the very day (Saturday, 12 December) as the next day was Sunday and I was to leave Cochin to Mumbai. But it was only a promise and no delivery was made. Finally, the refrigerator was delivered on Monday (13 December 2015) after a week and charged me Rs.1300/-. I am asking WHIRLPOOL to refund me Rs.1300 as also compensation for the hardship undergone during this one week. I was also told that the company has no policy of replacing the refrigerator taken for check up. Imagine 8 days of travail without the refrigerator! Your MENACHERY CUSTOMERCARE (Whirlpool Authorised Service Centre) at Periyarath Building, VI – 72 (5) Alwaye (ALUVA) is utterly INCAPABLE OF SERVICE. Prompt service is what marks the reputation of the Company. Mechanical devices can fail but service should be prompt to save the agony to the customer. I am sorry to say that your Service Centre has failed MISERABLY to uphold the image of your company. IT IS NOT A PROFESSIONAL SERVICE CENTRE AT ALL BY ANY STANDARDS. I have written in detail to made you understand the agony your service centre puts your customers into and no customer in his senses would buy a Whirlpool product in KERALA State. I DEMAND REFUND OF THE AMOUT OF RS 1300 PAID AND COMPENSATION FOR THE HARDSHIP CAUSED.

But after demonstration on 13.11.15 your executive find a damage on door and taking photo copy of pur. invoice for replacement with in 7 days. But till today you are unable to replace and your executive r not contact. Please reply when you are replace .

                                  Dear All, This Review i am Writing to make you aware from Buy Whirlpool 3D Cool Xtreme 1.5T Ac, If you Bought this Ac than Make sure that your Electricity Bill is going to give you big shock, this Ac consume so much of Electricity that if you are monthly Electricity bill is 2000 than after you install this Ac your Electricity Bill is going to come more than 8000 Every month as from Last few month i am paying the same. But after Service the Ac works properly and bill also comes around 3000 but every month you will require Servicing as after servicing it works properly only for 1 month after that again from next month ready to pay your Electricity bill.

                                    I have purchased Whirlpool Mineral Platinum RO It is a full house of problems I am fully fed up with it and with your customer support... I am suffered around 5-6 times complaint within 2 months and all the engineer threw it they don't even hang it properly as a consumer I want relief and want my money back... And also no satisfactory response from Area Manager Mr. Lokesh Kumar

                                      I had purchased a refrigerator from snehanjali kandivali west 18/08/2015 model no W/POOL REF-425 ELT 3S ALPHA ST & Washing machine the said machines were installed on 22/08/2015, 1st complaint made on 29/0/2015 no MB[protected] for excess cooling & fruits vegetables being damaged the company replaced the refrigerator on 15/09/2015 Again the product started giving the SAME TROUBLE & IS STILL HAS A PROBLEM OF EXCESS COOLING regular complaint are being made to Mr Prabhakaran on cell no [protected] & Mr Balaji on cell no [protected]. Two complaint have been lodged on their website still to be acknowledged. their technicians come measure the temprature & advise us NOT TO KEEP FRUITS VEGETABLES NEAR THE AIRFLOW TUBE & TO KEEP A DISTANCE OF MINUME 6-7 INCHES FROM THE SAME TUBE Even Mr Prabhakar has quoted since this is a recently launched product they are facing this problem & also they have on watch all the regrigerators sold in the market Since they are not giving the address of their Mumbai office i am unable the send complaint in writing, all they want to send the complaint to Raghuveer enterprises their authorised service agents which i feel will not serve the purpose i request you to look into this matter & get me refund of amount paid & take their product back also the washing machine has a problem of balancing please look into this matter thanking you rajesh khemka' [protected]

                                        My Whirlpool whitemagic washing machine has been serviced by your company called "ACE MAchinery Services, Halasuru, Bangalore" for the water flow issue on 27/10/2015 and Charged Rs. 4350 and told me that the machine will be under warrenty for another 1 year for the same issues. Machine was working for 10 days and again started giving the trouble and I raised the Complaint on 7th November to the same service company but they didnt turn up yet and all their contact numbers are switched off. I again raised a complaint (No:61981) with whirlpool service on 11/11/2015 and struggling with the service center for past 1 week. Nobody has com to fix the issue. Its been 2 weeks we are going through a rough time wthout a washing machine. Service Technician phone number is switched off and the keep calling customer care support 100 times in a day. Its very bad and depressive. We are very very upset with the whirlpool service this time. Please arrange the immediate service & help ASAP. Expecting the service to happen immediate
