We had purchased whirlpool top loading fully automatic washing machine (WHITEMAGIC PRO 700 H) around 4 years back for around RS.19000 from RAJAT Electronics, chakrata road Dehradun. After around 2 years o[censored]se PCB stops working and after so many calls to customer care they agree to replace it for around 3000 Rs. I am very unhappy with the service from Whirlpool. I bought a split AC in 2013 and find that the gas has been leaking out every year. I have had to call the servicemen from Whirlpool every year to put in gas, but they only put the gas and go away -- they have done nothing to correct the reason why it is leaking out in the first place. It is terrible to see insect in a purifier...when informed to service center they came and gave a worst reply that "it won't affect the quality of water" Is this the work of purifier?
