Power switch of 2.5 years 360 deg washing machine is hard pressing. Lodged complaint to whirplool service stn, anushree engg in pimple gaurav, pune. Engineer came and straight wanted to replace the pcb worth 3800 straight. Sent him back with his 340rs service charge with no work done. Dobt fund logic to replace complete pcb for just hard press switch, though it works ok.

    Bought Whirlpool fridge on[protected]. Faced issue after a year. Had a major repair. Now yet again an issue. Never faced such an issue ever earlier. This is clearly a case of low quality product distribution by Whirlpool. I need a replacement or cash back for my fridge. This entire situation is ridiculous and waste of my money and energy and time.

      Dear Sir, My name is KesavaRao D, from Tambaram, Chennai. i have purchased a whirlpool double door refrigerator (Model 12077, 310 L, DLX IBUG CARBON 4S) in 2010 for 20, 500 INR This refrigerator comes with a non removable gasket and now this gasket got damaged(one side has came out from the door fixing ); due to this excessive airflow because of the gap in the door and cooling takes more time and EB bills are running high for me for the past 6 months; i called the customer care and the company representative visited and suggested me to use a rope to tie the refrigerator main door to prevent gap; what sort of remedy is this? after 3 months again i called the customer care and this time one more guy visited and told to go for a main door replacement;he gave me a local chennai whirlpool number to check the availability of the door; when i checked that number, he told he will check with the head office; i only called back after 4 days and to my surprise, he told the door is not available with company and suggested me to go for a an exchange with a local dealer vivek, vasanth & co etc; when i checked with the local dealers, they are offering me a price of 800 to 1000 for exchange saying they will use it as scrap even though it is a well working fridge with 5 yrs; 1. how can a part be not there in whirlpool for a 5 yrs old product? 2.why should i suffer if it is not my mistake? I request you to take action against whirlpool india for cheating customers; Thanks, KesavaRao D

        Dear sir, We had bought a whirlpool refrigerator directly from the company as my brother was ex employee of whirlpool india ltd from whirlpool employee scheme the details of the product are as follows as per label on the refrigerator Model:[protected]d ELT Protton (N) 343 litres colour:- vintage wine date 27/06/12 FROM THE DAY 1 OF INSTALLATION THE REFRIGERATOR DID NOT MADE SATISFACTORY COOLING AND ALSO THE DEEP FREEZE COMPARTMENT DID NOT PRODUCE ICE, WE LAUNCHED THE COMPLAINT FOR THE SAME. THE PERSON FROM YOUR SERVICE DEPT CAME FIRSTLY HE HANDLED THE REFRIGERATED UNPROFESSIONALLY. THE PROBLEM WAS NOT SOLVED, AFTER HIS TWO TO THREE VISITS THE COMPLAINT WAS SO CALLED SOLVED TWO MONTHS LATER AGAIN THE SAME THING HAPPENED. THE PERSON COMES AND DOES SOMETHING (GOD KNOWS) TEMPORARILY SOLVES THE PROBLEM. EVEN AFTER THE WARRANTY PERIOD THE PROBLEM CONTINUED AND NOW WE ALSO PAID A SOME OF RS1700/- OR SO ON EVERY VISIT. AT LEAST 7 TO 8 TIME SINCE DAY 1 THE NEXT STEP I TOOK WAS I CALLED UP THIER SERVICE HEAD OFFICE IN PUNE THERE WAS NO REPLY THEN I EMAILED MY COMPLAINT TO THIER [protected]@whirlpool.com ON 11/09/15 I got a call from Mr. Pande your area service manager on 14/9/15 at around 4.00p.m.(after four days) I explained him all of my concerns for my problem related the refrigerator. I also asked him to send some expert person who would be handling the problem professionally and also noted him that I don’t have any problem to pay the charges for the same but, I would not entertain the person (your technician) who visited us back 7 to 8 times, Not because I have any personal grouch or anything but because he visited us 7 to 8 times and could not solve the problem as I said before and I don’t want to waste my time and money on such person and also he does not accept the thing he(your technician) did. He replied me that he does not have 7 or 8 complaints he only has 2 or 3 for the same. i was shocked he asked for any evidence but as i did not kept any record i couldn't give He (Mr Pande) promised me the same to send a senior most expert technician and also assured me that he would personally look after my problem. I was certainly convinced. Next day the same person visits (old technician) my place. I called Mr.Pande asked him why did he send me the same person he replied and tried to convince me that he is his best person to solve my problem and so on, but due to my past experience and trouble I asked Mr.Pande to send him (old technician) back. There was no call back or any reply from your side since then. I (being the sufferer) called Mr.Pande and asked him whether he is trying to send another person. he replied me strangely after that "you did not reply!!! And once you refused to take the service the is no point" This not only shows (Mr Pande’s) rudeness but also how insensitivity towards your customer (us). I will like to bring to notice of Whirlpool India that I have paid money to buy your product and it is there duty to take care for the same it is miserable to hear such a reply from there senior most person and I doubt which track will he lead there team. I think Mr.Pande told me that on his record only two or three complaints have been registered and he gave me reference of 2013 (I don’t remember the date) which refers that the refrigerator did not worked properly and gas has been charged then. Now Mr.Pande should be intelligent enough to judge that the problem arrived since day one and should know how efficient professional does his person(so called senior most gas charging expert) work for him. Last but not the least I am least hopeful for my problem to be solved but still I wait for your call

          I Made a complain in whirlpool customer care as my Whirlpool Fridge (405litres) stopped cooling. They sent a person from one of the nearby whirlpool shop who told me that some part is not working properly so they will replace it. They told that the part is available in Indore only but they will take 4-5 days to replace it in my fridge. Now its difficult for me to understand that if the part is there with them, why should i wait for 5 days, as its really difficult to manage without fridge as Im working and i don't get time to go to market everyday for buying routine household. Other than that some medicines are there which have to be kept in cold. After calling many people, finally i had a word with Mr. Mohit from Whirlpool who assured me of getting it done in 3 days saying that its not possible before that. I feel very disappointed with this attitude and service facility. Such a big brand, such a big city, availability of the part and then also lack of responsibility towards customers. So I warn others also to ask about service facility before buying any product.

            I have purchased Whirlpool topload 7.0 kg AGITRONIC 702SD WITH SR. NO. INF[protected] from Croma (Infiniti Retail Limited), Surat on[protected]Invoice No. SAF02A[protected] Time:[protected]:08PM) (Delivery:[protected] Date/Time: 5:00 PM 9:00 PM) so my warranty was started at[protected]. I have complained around 5-6 times in past 20 days. And now they are saying that croma had done mistake about date. I had bought 1 X Whirlpool washing machine, 1 X Extended warranty of washing machine (From Croma), 1 X Hitachi Refrigerator, 1 X Samsung Travel Adaptor on[protected]. And now they are saying date of purchase is wrong!!! What!!! I am suffering from past 15-20 days as my washing machine is not working and i can't call any local service man as my washing machine is in warranty.

                    Sir/Mam, I purchased Whirlpool refrigerator "PRO 355 Elite 3S Alpha Steel(I)(340 Ltr" two months back. It was assumed that this brand will be excellent for me... Unfortunately the cooling of this fridge became very within this period and I lodged complaint for it. The executive of company visited and told that module is not working. (I don't know --what is this). Any way the point is that this expensive machine gets disturbed with two months what will be the future of this??? I request you to please replace not only faulty part but whole fridge for our satisfaction. I will never recommend to others to buy Whirlpool fridge in future. I was having LG fridge for last 12 years and I was very happy and sold this year. Please accept my request and replace my fridge urgently. Regards Regards!!                       Pathetic product and even pathetic service (Quick Service Thane). I purchased a whirlpool washing machine 3 years back and it has failed so many times. The quick services (thane service partner) is even pathetic with no sense of responsibility and ownership to deliver the service. Every time, I have to reach multiple times service center Sachin Tupe - [protected] Sunita - [protected] and customer care. Even with having AMC, I have to wait for weeks to get issues fixed. I am fed up with the highhandedness of the service partner - Quick Service Thane but my request to change the service partner itself does not gets honored. My SR is MB[protected]. If you care for your customers; please listen to all call logs made to your customer centre and highhandedness of Quick services. My advice is better to be away from whirlpool products due to pathetic services.

                      Customer service always point to escalate to (Whirlpool) Reshma More - [protected] who never answers this phone and Ganesh Jaiswal - [protected] who does not respond to messages or phone calls.
                      When the engineer first visited, despite having AMC he demanded money for replacing plastic part. I told him I will pay after then invoice is provided. I am suspecting the delays are due to this.
                      Sachin Tupe - [protected] informed that due to mistake the ordered part has been dispatched to wrong locations and it will take 1 more week. I told him to transfer the case back to whirlpool if you can't solve. He said I am informing you - ' Yeh aise hi hoga' ( its my way or the highway).No apologies just yeh aise hi hoga ( so much highhandedness).

                      They will send technician & will charge for it Rs. 400+...It's company money making tactics...first provide worst product...charge hefty for visits in the name repairs...never repair giving invalid reasons & charge again for visits...Best thing is to throw Whirlpool product & go for some good brands...WORST BRAND...WORST SERVICE...WORST PRODUCT...

                        My washing machine fully automatic top load under waranty. it is not working hence i placed complaint on dt 8-8-2015. The company people come several times attending for repair try and go away and till to date it was not repaired due to non availabilrity of spares. we are suffering a lot and mailed to the company either replace or repair as possible .They take one month but not taken any action. ph [protected]

                          I have a consumer complaint to register with whirlpool company. On 22nd Aug saturday sambalpur whirlpool customer service department sent a service guy to our house located near Marwari Dharamsala in Khetrajpur to resolve issues with our whirlpool AC which we bought just 2 months ago. While fixing the issue, he sharply pulled our TV cable attached to the ventilation window. As a result, our TV fell from the table and a great damage was caused to its display monitor. The screen broke due to which watching any pictures on it is not possible. In this day in age, you very well know how important TVs and modern electronic gadgets are in our daily lives. We are left stranded now with no spare TV to watch news channels and our daily soaps. This is a new and expensive LG 3D LED TV. LG does not it give warranty for user induced damages. I checked LG service center for the cost of repairs, which turned out to be Rs 25, 000. We don't feel liable to bear this cost due to faulty actions of your customer service agent, Also, the grief and mental pain to see the hard earned TV sitting damaged and non functional in-front o[censored]s is immense and unimaginable. Unwanted questions asked by our neighbors relating to this incident is also causing a lot of anxiety. I did not mentioned this care earlier to you, as I was assured by the service guy that he will make amends for his mistake by either paying for our TV screen repair cost or arranging compensation from your company. He also pleaded not to complain, as it might cost his job with your company. However, after waiting for 2 weeks for his corrective actions, he has failed to respond to us and switched his phone off. I request you to kindly investigate in this matter and take necessary actions to repair/ replace our TV with the same configurations. I also ask your for a spare TV meanwhile the repair/ replacement is being made. I would recommend to cancel his license to work as your company's service agent, as ethically and morally he is not a correct person. At the end I expect a quick action from your company, failing which I have to file a law suite/ consumer case against whirlpool India to escalate our grievance redressal. regards vinay

                              Dear Concerned Person I have a Whirlpool Washing Machine[protected] H 7.2 kg which I purcahsed on 26.05.2013.My Extended warranty period expired on 26.05.2015. I opted for a Home Care Plan after paying a cheque of Rs 2610 dated 21.08.2015 drawn on HDFC Bank on 21.08.2015.My contract No. is HP15 710544 . On 01.09.2015, my washing machine "SPIN" system showed error 5501.I called the customercare on[protected] registering a complaint for same.My SR number is GB[protected].I was promised that as my product is under warranty i shall not be required to pay any visiting charges and my Machine parts which are covered as per Plan shall be replaced. The engineer did visited me .After examining my Machine he told me that the PCB needs to be changed but the same shall not be covered under AMC Plan No.HP15 710544.I was told that the company doesn't entertain any claim under AMC within 1 month of date of Contract.The same fact is no where on the Home Care Plan Booklet and neither was communicated to me at the time of AMC Contract. I asked him to talk to his senior.To my suprise what his senior (Indirapuram area head) told me was totally unacceptable for any customer.He said that I have knowing got the AMC done of My Product which was defective(as per his assumptions) on the very day when I Booked the Contract i.e 21.08.2015. I have some questions for him: Firstly, are these the business ethics of Whirlppol staff to deal with Customer???? Secondly, if my Machine was defective then I must have lodged a complaint with WhirlPool.I request you to check your system records for any compalint registered by me during 01.01.2015-31.08.2015?????? Thirdly, why would I keep a defective machine for 10 days, just to take the advantage of AMC?????? Moreover he said that my contract would be withdrawn and my amount refunded and I would have to pay for PCB and other related expenses. Well, if that is the case then my does Whirlpool makes such AMC Plan which it itself cannot follow.why am I being asked to cancel my AMC Contract????                                   I am using 3 year old high-end front load (Sporty blue) washing machine. Seems this product is faulty (that's what service folks claim). I had to change circuit board thrice (costs 3000+). First time with in warranty - No expense for me Second time - They said part is not available swap with new one. I can expect around 6K for my washing machine. I had argument around not maintaining parts, then they replaced. I had to bear 3000 to 4000/- Third time - This time they told me that new board is good and assured this is going to work. Again had to spend 3000 to 4000/- Currently circuit board is working fine. I ran into wiring problem ( due to rat issue), Company again saying no parts swap with new washing machine. They are saying, getting part takes time without providing how long. I don't want to go for another Whirlpool with this kind of service and issues. At the same time, difficulty in throwing away expensive washing machine and buy new one. Wishing to see few more days with hope to get the wiring replacement.

                                  I was asked to call a technician - He is saying company not giving wiring part, hence he can't do anything

                                  His Manager following up with me to replace the Product again and again.

                                  I am hearing from your service engineers saying this is faulty model. WHIRLPOOL knowing selling faulty products and not providing parts also. YOUR ARE JUST CHEATING. I am going buy another product not WHIRLPOOL.

                                    The complaint is about... When we put clothes for spin it not works properly.. We have to again pull out the clothes nd again put for the spin... This happens for 5 to 8 times... After that the spins starts.. We hav been frustrated by this.. Hope u come home... And do the need full help... Photo proof can't be added..                                       Service request no (SRN-DL[protected]) DT 06/08/15 Earlier two complaints were lodged.repair effort was not satisfactory.Initially the service engineer just fiddled with the light & refitted it. Second time he replaced it with another piece, but it was from an unsealed package.most probably it eas an old piece.This too did not work.Again a complaint was lodged.The service engr again brought an old piece to replce.I did not allow him to install & insisted on a new replacement..Next day i.e. today he brought a new piece & demanded Rs 595/-.I refused to pay & insisted on free replcement.They have finally replaced it on 14 august 15. lets hope it works
