Dear Sir/Mam, This is to bring to your kind notice that WHIRLPOOL authorized service agents are charging over and above actual prices of the spare products. In my case my Plus sediment filter and pre filter of MES 8.5 litre has been replaced by the authorized technician and he has presented a bill of 200/-rupees plus on the replaced items which is not acceptable at all. The actual prices of the plus sediment filter in WHIRLPOOL webstore itself is 540/- rupees and for pre filter it is 360/- rupees where they have charged me as 650/- and 450/- rupees for them.Receipt of same is attached for your ready references. Also the qualtiy of filter is very poor as these are giving low performance against the manufacturing assurance of 6 month only 2-3 months are usable with these products and then they are getting choked. With this forum I would like to draw the attention of concerned to resolve my issue as this is cheating with the customers and a fit case of arbitration in consumer court. Hoping forward for your kind attention and immediate refund of my rightful money which has been charged over and above the actual prices of the product. Thanks and regards

Thanks for your automated reply but beware you are running out of customer in Indian Market
Do you think that your customer does not know your processes of reaching you.But the problem is after reaching there is negative response until customer exhaust with his effort or your low rated CC exhausts within.
Do not take us for a ride as we are not stupid as you are trying to deal with us.After paying you hefty money you come up with such automated response just to delay the customer's right.
Please be advised to deliver on your promises otherwise we Indians are going to by all Indian products for our house.

    Dear Team, We have purchased a new whirlpool washing machine stain wash. We are residing at madipakkam, chennai.Recently due to voltage fluctuation machine stopped indicating low voltage.After that for good voltage also we are again getting the same alarm.Through electrician we have checked and he told us problem is in the board it is not getting reset after good voltage. We have logged case with customer care.Case id is CN[protected] on[protected].Next day engineer from madipakkam customer service visited and took our board for services.After 2 days no response from him.We called him and asked update on[protected].He told part have not received, once part received we will replace it.Today he came and change the board.After that he insisting my wife for cleaning machine which cost Rs.1700.My wife told him that we will confirm.He rudely taken back the replace board and went away. Is this the correct behavior of as whirlpool customer care? still my main problem has not been rectified.

      i bought a fridge Whirlpool for Rs 25000/-, Model No. 263 Proton delux Royal, Mirror Black on 3 Jul 14 from Pradeep Radio and TV centre, RK Puram, New Delhi-110022. Frpm day one the fridge has been giving me trouble. The vegetables kept in the fridge gets frozen and after some some gets rotten. I had made several complaint in their call centre number and by send an e-mail. Initially they told me the temperature has not been set. but subsequently they told me the thermostat is faulty and requires change. they came and changed it but still the situation remains the same. whenever i call the centre they send some unprofessional mechanic who is not able to rectify the fault. on top of it a flow of calls while in my work place starts coming from various offices of Whirlpool whether my complaint has been attended to. I am still getting 8-10 calls per day enquiring about my fridge but they have repaired or replaced the defective fridge. Complaint No. DL [protected] dated 8 Dec 2014. I therfore request that my fridge may be replaced or my money returned to me.

        Hi, My name is rajaram and mobile no. is [protected] and email id is raja.[protected]@gmail.com. I bought ac in whirlpool from 2011 since then i'm facing lot of issues. please review my history. I have already interacted with whirlpool several times but its still useless. I have been gave complaint on october 2014 and the complaint no is CN[protected]. The AC went for service and i paid amount for gas filling, service charge and others . within few days, i got another display flickering issue (new issue) and again less cooling effect where again raised a several complaint no. is CN[protected], CN[protected] which was closed by them with out knowing me. There are no tracking happened in whirlpool. I was not aware about this cheating. As i moved to banglore, i could n't follow up the complaint. Now i returned to chennai and reported to whirlpool which they came after several complaint and told outdoor and indoor coil both gone which need replacement costs maximum 10000 inr. Even they have closed complaint first time then i follow up then they reveal this cost. Its not at all agreeable. There are few points which i need justice immediately: 1. CN[protected] october complaint, why they have closed without letting us know and with out giving customer satisfaction code? why whirlpool never tracked this complaint? 2. The issue already occurred on 2014 within 10 days from the service. How come the problem occur soon and according to policy, they have to bare whatever expense with in this service period. 3. How come new service request CN[protected] and CN[protected] gets closed with out giving customer satisfaction code. its against the policy where i reopened after i contact customer care several times. I need justice for the above points. According to the service policy, they need to repair my AC which went to fault condition before the service period in 2014 itself.

          It is terrible to see insect in a purifier...when informed to service center they came and gave a worst reply that "it won't affect the quality of water" Is this the work of purifier? It seems it's a infection producer and not killer.Only one cockroach was there initially...but now multiplied...is this the quality o[censored]r 6 stage purifier? See the attached pictures. ...u won't drink water or buy this purifier.I tell everyone NOT TO BUY WHIRLPOOL Products.

            Pathetic pathetic service !!! Unsatisfactory service !!!

            First of all, i would like to tell everyone who ever reads this, that please please please never ever use any whirlpool products, as their service sucks, their response sucks too, and zero co-operation from their people, which will make you regret to have used their products in future.


            Please note i registered a complaint on the whirlpool no. [protected].. Sr number- pn[protected].
            The complaint was that the washing machine used by us had issues, the power button/ on & off button had come out, and this was clearly stated while registering the complaint. I get a call from mr. Nitin (Representative of sree enterprises bibwewadi, pune) and the power button issue was well informed to him as well over the phone by me. He arrived to our place without any new material, he sees the machine and interchanges the buttons, i.E. The broken power button is replaced by other button from my machine which was less used compared to the power button. I had to pay a sum of rs. 400/- for the pathetic service i received from your end.
            I expect a response from your side withing next 4 hours, or i might have to escalate this issue.!!!

            (Please note whirlpool team, that i had submitted the same on your website yesterday, yet i have not received any response from your side)

              Hi, This is in regard to the Order #101542 (placed on June 22, 2015 6:09:22 PM IST) in the official online store of Whirlpool India (http://www.whirlpoolindiawstore.com). I had paid online Rs. 27, 900/- while placing order for FP 263D Royal-Mirror Black refrigerator. As per the policy, they are supposed to deliver the product within 7 to 10 days. But till now, there is no communication from them. I had called the customer care number 6 times till today (+[protected]. I had also sent 5 emails to [protected]@whirlpoolindiawstore.com (They did not even bother to reply!) I am agitated and frustrated with such an responsible thing. They didn't even bother to give a reply. Where the hell are the management people? There is no responses to my followup emails. Are they playing with public money? Today again when I contacted the customer care via telephone, they said that the order is yet to be shipped. Frustrated by the action and reply by them, I have asked them to cancel my order. But who will pay the interest amount for the period of more then 15 days? I am not going to tolerate this fraud which is happening to me by Whirlpool India. Will raise my voice in the social media, consumer court and all sorts of media from which I can get justice. Down down whirlpool customer service.. down now.. Shame on whirlpool!                 Had worst experience for whirlpool service. We didnt expect this from such a prestigious brand. I have fully automatic Washing machine SPLASH 6.0Kg. On Saturday, when i started it was continously making beeper noise and not able to start. I filled a complaint with Whirlpool(PN[protected] and same day a serviceman(Rohit Pradeep Koli) came and opened the display panel and said, it is gone you have to replace it with new one as power is not flowing through it. It will cost you around Rs4000. We argues him and then he did something and it starts working. If a circuit is breaked how can it start working without any change? he didnt have any answer for it. Then he opened the drum of the machine and rotate it and it seems to be working fine and then he opened the machine from bottom and said a belt is quite loose please get it replaced. Since belt was of cost rs 220 only we agreed. Later on he said machine is working fine now, he execute empty machine. After half an hour when we started washing with clothes, it washes well but during spin it starts making lot of noise again. Drum also stopped moving. I called him immediately and he came yesterday (monday 6 July ) again. He checked the noise and opened the bottom of the machine... checked something and closed it again... now drum completely stop revolving during spin and it is making lot of noise.. Now Some senior serviceman came and said he didnt applied some part properly and now Shaft is broken. Again shaft expenses is 4000Rs. Can whirlpool answer if it is serviceman mistake who is responsible for it? why should we pay or suffer? Is it the service that whirlpool is providing? Serviceman and authorised dealer both talked very rubbishly. we are looking out positive from Whirlpool

                  I was purchased whirlpool fridge on 05/07/2015 Bill no- SGWK-618 but after dilevery in home i saw some defect in fridge so immediate i was inform to him plz change this defect fridge but it was taken 2 days for exchange after 100 times phone call and lot of harassment also, they had taken again transporting money from me this was not correct therefore i write complain against to mall manager plz do not supply ur product such waste mall its down ur company name, its name is SOWNDARYA Digital Mall (Gajuwaka - Vizag) ph no is [protected] when onec a time u will purchase any product after they are not given any response if any damage found in product. two or three place fridge was damage From Rahman[protected]

                      I have raised complaint on 18th June 2015 till know problem not rectified, No body takes responsible on this, When ever i request for update to the service center product coupling not in stock.Recently on mar 24th i done same complaint service center told to change the motor.I have changed the motor which cost 2500, again i am receiving the same complaint now they are saying coupling was not good Complaint no:cn[protected]. I dont want to blame your service need your intervention to close my problem

                        I want you to write regarding whirlpool services. I had 2 complain numbers, still unresolved. My first complain number is AH[protected] which i registered on 16th june, 2015. As per company policy, engineer will be in touch with you within 24 working hours, i.e. 3 working days. Hence by the end of the day, dated, 18th June, 2015, he must be in touch with me, but as software engineer had given me written statement that he got my number on 19th June, 2015. And then too they closed my complaint, since i have given one office number, which is missed out by us. But they had not tried alternate number, , then why the hell we are giving them alternate number. And they closed the ticket by assigning that user not responded. Now, I again complained, with complain Number AH[protected], and called them, then service center Man Hakim bhai is talking very violently. Finally an engineer came on 20th June, and i took written statement on that day only. He told there is some wiring problem, hence wire will come on Monday, your work will get done on Monday. Today is Thursday, still not came. In between I called on Monday, no material. On tuesday, Rain, Finally i called to Vaishali, Ahmedabad office, he promised me that my work will be get done by wednesday. Sat present, 4:50 PM Thursday, i called her again and asked, she is replying, again due to rain. Though rain stopped in yesterday noon, and no rain from today morning. Almost 200 rupees i lost in balance. Whirlpool Services, AAYE AAYE. Even i wrote on facebook on its distributor site on 4 days before, but still no response they are giving. If you can't serve, then no need to make material Whirlpool. Attached is the 1st Written statement by the Engineer. He told to come back on 22nd june.But he came on 26th june, with new wire, but again told me that unable to repair hence i applied replacement procedure, we give u new washing machine within 7 to 15 days. I have written statement regarding these words too, but again on 30th an engineer called at that time i was out of city, hence i called back on 2nd july. But that same engineer came with the senior engineer and again cross check and then they both told that we need to carry the machine at office, there we can try for the repair, so will send vehicle by 3rd july, but again they didnt keot their words, and on 4th july, i again called 4 times, finally at 6 oclock, vehcile boy came, and then again asking for the charge to take machine from 4th floor. What the hell they are expecting from the customers, its there problem that they were unable to repair here, not my problem. Its in warranty. And as everybody knew that in every new building, such large components are not allowed in lift. Then too, I paid and asking them that at return time, they need to pay, then they are saying that no, both time we have to pay. Come-on atleast one time they need to pay. Really worst rules and worst service. They are trying to fool me. Almost a month is going to over still, i don't have any hope that it will get repaired.                           My inverter compalint no : MR[protected], Your service center was not responding my complaint. Your service center peoples are not proper responce at my phone calls. Every time service people are says, spare not available at service center. Three times are closing at my with out knowledge.

                            I have purchased one washing machine (Super WashSPIN 621 6.2kg) in February, 2013. Recently due to problem in its dryer, I contacted the captioned company for repairing on 26/06/15.Their technicians inspected the washing machine on 27/06/15 and told that they would repair it on 29/06/15 and took Rs.200/- as inspection charge. But nobody turned up on that day. When I contacted over phone, they assured me for the next day i.e. on 30/06/15. But nobody turned up and they even did not response to my phone call. On 01/07/15 they called me and again assured for the next day, i.e. on 02/17/15.But they failed again this time. I am surprised how you have authorized them for repair and servicing. Now I have decided to get my machine repaired by someone else, to post the fact in social media and to go to consumer forum for such harassment.                               Recently i have booked a service from whirlpool & they sent one executive, he don't have a exact knowledge told that capacitor has gone so i have paid 150 for capacitor & also service charge of 337. But after the next day we checked its again with issue earlier we have & again we called the service center, they sent the same executive & he told motor has failure need to change. Its almost completing one month till now we dint got any result & even we ready to buy motor they told motor is not available. We need experienced service executive who resolve this & whenever we call the customer care people telling it will be done with in two days. Please do the needful ASAP.                                 i have whirlpool 230 Ltr Refrigerator and its in warranty, before one year its stopped working and i have paid Rs.1500 for replacing switch and today my refrigerator is stopped working suddenly and when i call engineer from whirlpool he asking me for Charge of Rs.2800 INR and giving me excuses that he is charging form Gas Filling and this is too much charge for filling gas while other company filling gas in just Rs.1300, so when i asked him to just change my compressor and i will get filled gas from another vendor then he is refused to do that so would you please tell me what charge should i pay for filling gas because this is too much charge. please help Amit Solanki [protected]

                                  We have a Whirlpool fully automatic washing machine which was not working. the engineer from west patel nagar mr brijesh came on friday 26/06/15 to our house and took the Mother board (PCB) for repair. He promised that he will come on monday 29/0615 and will fix it. He did not come on monday and said that PCB has not been repaired. Again on tuesday i called and got the same answer that PCB will be repaired today. Same story is continuing today also.. I am really irritated and no one is ready to listen at the service center. The staff at service center are just not ready to listen and are least interested. Few names are Mr sunny prakash and mr rohit. I want strict action against the whirlpool patel nagar service center.                                     we bought a refrigerator model whirlpool 26 Elite in the year 2008. Recently i.e on[protected] we had a problem with compressor. We contacted the customer care Number[protected]. They have directed to contact Sri Venkateswara Services Address: 1-2-597/22-A at Bharaf Guda lower tank bund, near katta maisamma temple, domal guda, Hyderabad. A technician by name Mr.Vishwanath with telephone number[protected] was directed to visit accordingly he visited and advised us to change the compressor and by a new stabilizer for the refrigerator. We paid by cheque of Rs. 6500 /- for compressor and Rs.1925 /- for stabilizer it was done on[protected]. Surprisingly both has been damaged on [protected]. Again we made a complaint to the same but the response is very poor. I can also show the call data how many calls were made to the service providers i.e Sri venkateswara Services. I request you kindly get it done with in a weeks time. It is very difficult without fridge even a single day. There is a lot of mental torture and loss of time in dealing with your service agent as well as customer care. this to inform you that inspite of giving a complaint that the refrigirator is not working no action is being taken from the company. Hence we plan to go to the consumer court for same purpose.
