Dear Sir/Madam, I purchased a fully automatic washing machine (stainwash Model 31035 and serial no INF[protected] on 28th August 2014 from Sathya Agencies, Tenkasi city(TamilNadu). I called your service engineer (E.Kumar [protected]) and registered a complaint regarding the problem with the machine in waterflow. My complaint was addressed to him so many times via phone but the staff not yet come to my house for service. I am very much disappointed with the kind of service and staff’s attitude. I am escalating this issue to your level and expect a satisfactory action towards the same. Please advise some other service engineer to look into this issue. Looking forward for your fast response!     Bought a whirlpool refrigerator on 16/08/2014 from a local vendor ( A one Enterprises, berhampur, odisha) with the below model details and the cost was almost 37K. model - FF 2D 355 4S / 2014 Type - Frost free Gross vol - 340 l Storage vol - 310 Starting from the very next day had an issue with it. Even its a dual door the whole freeze is getting ICED and there is a leakage of water across the refrigerator. Raised a complaint on 18/08/2014 with local service centre and the local engineer mentioned there is an issue and it needs a replacement. He asked to connect to the regional centre and they promised the new freeze will be delivered in another 5 days. It's been 10 months and nothing was done. Every Time we usually reach to the team they always says it will take 2 more days. It's really FRUSTRATED and feels like CHEATED after paying so much bucks. Can anyone work on this to solve it ASAP.         I bought a 35k worth of PRO 355 ELITE 3S ALPHA STEEL(I)(340 Ltr) on 24th May 2015 Received with faulty parts, Demo person promised for a replacement...it has been 20 days now received 3 calls asking about the same issue where the Demo person has taken pics of the faulty area on the fridge. My Biggest mistake to choose Whirlpool. Keep up the Worst Service/Faulty Products. I will escalate this issue all ways possible and just like everyone do word of mouth about your company will be spread rapidly due to my FRUSTRATION If you are really concerned about your customers I expect a replacement at the earliest. Lets see whether you give a damn to this situation.

          This is to bring on your notice about our new whirlpool refrigerator bought on 12th November 2014(Malati Ray, PO: KalyanNagar, Khardah, Kolkata-700112, Cell no: [protected]/[protected]). The fridge is not cooling properly and the food is getting rotten inside. After complaining several times many service engineer from your company has visited and everybody is saying different reasons. According to their suggestion it has been defrosted and all in vain. The problem is the same. No service engineer is able to fix it. Now we have been harassed by your company several times. Please change this refrigerator. We thought whirlpool India is a good company and it has responsibility towards its customer. But we are sorry to say the post sales service is horrible. We expect that you should change this defective refrigerator and will retain company goodwill. If this problem is not taken care of we will register complain against you on consumer forum.             I have refrigerator and washing machine of your company, i faced a problem with washing machine since 2 months. it has been only 2 yrs and now it is not working. i raised a complaint and the service guy called Jay came told he need to clean the washing machine with salegon powder and sold 12 packetsfor 2040+ service charge 342. He lied telling they will sell only 12 packet or 24 packet( one year pack, 2 year pack) where he cannot bill less than 12 packs. but he gave only 10 packet billed for 12 packet. he told hel come next change the belt of the washing machine so that problem will be solved. he came 2 days later changed the belt and still its not working. i called customer care and raised an other request. still no response. Is this the service which you people provide. your service guys are only interested in making money out of it. worst service. complaint no : BG[protected]

            As Discussed in Call today (16/6/2015) is the deadline provided to solve the issue. Please solve it by today.
            If it solved by today i would withdraw the complaint registered in Core.nic.in . Complaint no : 169611.2.2015. if its still not resolved i would take it to consumer court.
            Stil i didn get any call or response from the Service person.

              I have refrigerator, wasing machine and woven o[censored]r company. I am facing problem with refrigerator and woven and I contacted local whirlpool service agent for last 2 yrs onwards and no one is giving response. Is this the correct response of the company agent. Even the warranty period is completed . I was fed up with the local agent and I contacted even the territory service executive Ravindra.c of Hyderabad even he did not give any response. (We r left with no other option other than sending legal notice) the local authorised whirlpool service agent is (Reddy Refrigerators, NTPC, Ramagundam, Telangana )

                We have relationship with Whirlpool for more than 7 yrs. . We have 2 washing machine, 1 refrigeration and 1 water purifier under the whirlpool products. We entered into AMC for washing machine and we are renewing it on time We raised a complaint on 27th May 2015 and still it has not been fixed properly for past 15 days machine has been idle. Last 6 months we are getting issues in washing machine and complaints has been raised and temporary fix has been carried out that too after taking 15 days by giving reasons stock not available Pls take action immediately on my complaints

                  Hi, I bought my whirlpool fully automatic washing machine whitemagic 123 model in dec 2013. Since 1 month, i am facing some loud sound coming out from machine. And since then I registered complaint 3 times to whirlpool customer care but no body bothered till now to call me or resolve my issue. I am placed out in bangalore. Please see complaint numbers: 1) BG[protected] on 5th may. No body from whirlpool responded to me yet. 2) BG[protected] on 27th may 1 person came and told me that some barrier sparepart has been damaged and needs to be replaced. after that, no body responded back to me. I have tried their numbers several times like many times but they are not bothering even to reply the call. Even they are disconnecting my calls. such a pathetic experience. 3) BG[protected] on 4th june. Nobody responded back to me yet. I am writing this email to your help desk only because still, i am having some trust on whirlpool. If i'll not get any reply immediately or on urgent basis. You'll not leave any option for me but to go to consumer court. Now, for every thing, We people are suffering so much just to have basic service for these big companies products but after selling the product, these big companies doesn't bother even a single bit. What a terrible experience, we are having living in this country. All companies or services are turning into night mares for common people who are just looting the people money and torturing them. What a shame on you guys... At least, what I can do that i can tell my relatives and friends and collegues and public forums like facebook that please do not buy whirlpool products and i'll do that.                     I had purchased your product (Whirlpool Washing Machine - Fully automatic 6.5kg Top load) from Reliance Digital in the month of February 2009. Unfortunately, since purchase of your product, not a single year passed when I have not faced issue with the machine. Every year front panel (where buttons are located) was changed, and you will surprise till date the panel has been changed for at least 6 times. Every time your engineer visits, he tries to sell an additional product (machine accessory), but the actual root cause remains same. The records of the washing machine service/faulty part replacement may be fetched from your system. Though, I don’t have to bear the cost of service/ replacement of faulty part, as I had taken extended warranty/ AMC for the machine. Here, you will also agree with me that cost of AMC will be getting higher year by year and as per my past experience, probability of machine developing fault in future is also very high. Now, it has not been even a year completed, from the last change, again fault is developed in the machine. I have also written to your office in earlier occasions, but all gone in vain. I do not expect this kind of careless behaviour from such a big and reputed company. I request you to please intervene in this matter and would appreciate if machine gets replaced with new one. I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem and will wait until 30 days before seeking help from a consumer court. Please contact me at the address or by phone mentioned below.                       Coninuing with my previous complain with the subject "Whirlpool India - Delay in providing a new Refrigerator", I must say your service quality is disgusting. After continous calls I made to your office in Kolkata to dropping mails. It seems all is just waste, your brand does not care of your existing customers. They just need to deliver a new Refrigerator and every employee in your system seems to be so reluctant in conveying the right message. I gave the draft to your service centre on 12th May. Your renowned brand cannot deliver the color that I opt for. Now when I chose the color, they are saying that the expected date of arrival is 6th June. I cannot believe they are saying they have submitted the documents on 30th June to the transport desk for delivery, and they would need 8 days to deliver the Refrigerator. I live in proper Kolkata (not in out skirt). So 6th June is Satuday then I would need to contact Service Center for installation. Sunday is off, then for the weekdays since we are working, they would be saying they cannot deliver it after 7 PM. So what can be concluded is that the person from service center would be coming on the next Saturday i.e. on 13th June So after giving the the draft on 12th May I would be using the refrigerator on 13th June...(if only if they deliver it on 6th day)!!! WHAT THE HELL IS THIS???

                        I have purchased a refrigerator on 24th June 2012. Suddenly on May 2nd 2015 we found out that the refrigerator is not working. We call at the whirlpool customer care. The engineer told that the refrigerator cannot be repaired at home so it has to be taken to the workshop. On 4th they took the refrigerator and send it back on 7th May. A person called back from the service centre and told that there is some leakage problem and it is not repairable. So they said that it is a manufacturing defeat. They informed us since the problem is from the company’s side, they would give some percentage of the price amount deduction, for the new one. They agreed to give 80% of the old refrigerator cost price for the new one. We choose a 3 door refrigerator model F283 D Royal (260 litre) Alpha Steel. I submitted the draft for the extra amount to their service centre on May 12th and they told the colour of the refrigerator we choose is available. At that time the person at the call centre told me that I would get the refrigerator within 7-10 working days. I called at their head office on 2st May, the person told rudely that it is in the process and would take 3-4 days. I got a call from the service centre on 25th May, to submit a photo of a tag on the refrigerator showing the serial number. I provided it on that day itself. On 26th May I again called at their head office about the status, that same person again told that it would take 3-4 more days. When I asked what it is taking so much time, he told it is an official matter. Again I called on 28th May in the hope that I will get the refrigerator on the coming Saturday. The person told the colour I selected is not available, the only colour available for that model is black. And also if I choose that, it would take 3-4day more for me to get the refrigerator at home. I called at another number provided by that person. A lady told that we have to take the refrigerator of the colour that is available else have to wait till June 15th. My concerns are on the following: 1) We as a customer has to suffer due to internal manufacturing defects of the refrigerator. They have deducted 20% of the cost price of the old refrigerator. Why should we be responsible for any amount of deduction. 2) The price of the new refrigerator is 3000 rupees more costlier than those sold by the dealers. 3) At the time when I submitted the draft, they told that I am going to get the refrigerator of the colour that I selected. So why your company cannot provide us that colour. And why didn’t they informed us between these many days that the colour is not available. As a customer do not we have the option to choose a colour. 4) After 16 days we are not sure when we are going to get the refrigerator. 5) The mental harassment that we are facing at this peak season of summer because of the inefficiency of the company’s procedures. 6) The employees interacted are not informed, are irresponsible and are not cooperating.

                            Dear Concern, Below is the story which I wrote about my A/C which not in cooling condition and purchased by me last 23nd of june 2014. i hardly used this A/C for 1.5 month from that time only i start getting cooling problem in it. i log the complaints last year so your engineer visit to my place three times but they was not able to resolve it. than winter got start and i didn't use it at that period. Again summer has start and i checked it and log the complaint again in April month your technician again visit and filled some gas in it and said, sir it OK now. i used but again getting same problem. Today again your technician came and after check he said, we have take it out and carry our service center. hardly i used this product for 5 month and facing so many problems. i dont want this A/C at my place. Dear Concern, I am tired to call you in your customer care and to send you the mail against my POOR A/C which was bought by mistake, By me last year (non trust Brand for me). As a brand I was expecting you guys to make goodwill of whirlpool in my mind but it has totally shrunk. This is the 5TH OR 6TH TIME (not remembered) I am doing the complaint regularly about my A/C from last one year to show you that my A/C is not cooling properly and every time your engineer come and wash the outdoor and show me, it's working fine now, however from last three times they are coming regularly, when i ask the reason so one said there is the problem of Gas it's showing only 5.5 am pier need to fill till 7.5 to 8 am pier next day other engineer came and put the nozzle in compressor and replied it's almost ok no need to fill gas in this and the other engineer who came yesterday don't know anything. Day before yesterday again log a complaint regarding the same issue and today your engineer visit to my place and after checking the A/C he said it's has only 30% of Gas left in it. Tomorrow one engineer will come he will refill it. From Last one year you people and your company (whirlpool) are making me and i am a fool who is just entertaining you. My AC's one year warranty is going to complete (may be in next 1 or 1.5 month) and after that you will say, sir your product is out of warranty now we are sorry we can't do anything in this but the real thing is this i am not going to bear this more n more. I just want to replace this A/C because it's made a headache for me. You guys will take action to replace it or i will get this A/C remove and put it at your place.                             I have purchased a refrigerator on 24th June 2012. Suddenly on May 2nd 2015 we found out that the refrigerator is not working. We call at the whirlpool customer care. The engineer told that the refrigerator cannot be repaired at home so it has to be taken to the workshop. On 4th they took the refrigerator and send it back on 7th May. A person called back from the service centre and told that there is some leakage problem and it is not repairable. So they said that it is a manufacturing defeat.
                            They informed us since the problem is from the company’s side, they would give some percentage of the price amount deduction, for the new one. They agreed to give 80% of the old refrigerator cost price for the new one.
                            We choose a 3 door refrigerator model F283 D Royal (260 litre) Alpha Steel. I submitted the draft for the extra amount to their service centre on May 12th and they told the colour of the refrigerator we choose is available. At that time the person at the call centre told me that I would get the refrigerator within 7-10 working days.
                            I called at their head office on 2st May, the person told rudely that it is in the process and would take 3-4 days. I got a call from the service centre on 25th May, to submit a photo of a tag on the refrigerator showing the serial number. I provided it on that day itself. On 26th May I again called at their head office about the status, that same person again told that it would take 3-4 more days. When I asked what it is taking so much time, he told it is an official matter. Again I called on 28th May in the hope that I will get the refrigerator on the coming Saturday. The person told the colour I selected is not available, the only colour available for that model is black. And also if I choose that, it would take 3-4day more for me to get the refrigerator at home. I called at another number provided by that person. A lady told that we have to take the refrigerator of the colour that is available else have to wait till June 15th.
                            My concerns are on the following:
                            1) We as a customer has to suffer due to internal manufacturing defects of the refrigerator. They have deducted 20% of the cost price of the old refrigerator. Why should we be responsible for any amount of deduction.
                            2) The price of the new refrigerator is 3000 rupees more costlier than those sold by the dealers.
                            3) At the time when I submitted the draft, they told that I am going to get the refrigerator of the colour that I selected. So why your company cannot provide us that colour. And why didn’t they informed us between these many days that the colour is not available. As a customer do not we have the option to choose a colour.
                            4) After 16 days we are not sure when we are going to get the refrigerator.
                            5) The mental harassment that we are facing at this peak season of summer because of the inefficiency of the company’s procedures.
                            6) The employees interacted are not informed, are irresponsible and are not cooperating.

                                      I have Purchased 2 Whirlpool Magicool AC on 2nd April 2015. After 1 month one of the ac is not working properly and other one was making a lot of noise when working. The complaint was made on 13th May 2015. Satisfaction code:514 SR Number: COO[protected]. the technician has come on 15th May 2015, and said that re-installation is needed and since its warranty period they won't be able to rectify without getting permission from company and till now there is no response.

                                        i had complaint(GW[protected] of my refrigerator on 18th May but no action take place till afternoon of 19th May .Then i re-complain on 19th May after that technician visited to my place and told me that we need to replace the compressor which is under warranty.I asked him how many days it will take then he called his manager Manager (Mr. Kamlakar)and asked me to talked to him.When i talked to Mr. Kamalakar, he told me that it will take 3 to 4 days then i told him how we will survive in summer without refrigerator but he was very ill mannered and don't know how to talk to the customer it looks like that i did a big mistake of my life to buy whirlpool products. I also purchase the washing machine of whirlpool and faced the same problem.They changed the PCB on June 2014 and again PCB is not working and technician asked me to change the PCB which will cost me Rs 2800.When i asked the warranty of PCB, he denied and told me Whirlpool doesn't give any warranty on PCB. After looking to all these matter and customer support, i think now i to have suggest all my colleague not to purchase any whirlpool product for home appliances because service is pathetic.
