    I have purchased a 1.5 ton ac of whirlpool company from Khurana Electronics on 27/06/2014 under memo no. 16836. Seller give me warranty of genuiness and product quality when i purchase the product but soon within period of six months it starts giving problem. When i contact the service centre, their employees told me that the piece of ac is a scrap and they refused to repair the ac. When i complained the seller about the situation, he insists that the product sold is not a scrap piece. I am trying to find solution from many months but there is no help at all. I want you to take corrective action against these malpractices and dealers. I am attaching the cash memo of sale with my complaint. Please take immediate action. Yours sincerely, Surinder pal Mob.       My Whirlpool Refrigerator (purchased on 05/07/2012) under warranty was deposited at Tech Shop, Guwahati on 13th June 2015. After repairing they have delivered the Refrigerated to me on 21st June 2015 in casual service. They have charged a sum of Rs. 1910/- excluding delivery charges for Rs. 1000/- (onward & fro). They have replaced Compressor, Relay etc and filled the Gas. After repairing following defects were noticed :- (a) Cooling affect is very low in high position (No.06). (b) Refrigerator body getting hot(both side). I have telephonically contacted to Tech Shop Whirlpool Servicing agency to re-check, but they have not sent any technician for the above problem. Request look into the matter and direct them to send one technician to solve the problem.

          Hi I have a whirlpool refrigerator that I bought in 2006. On 19th morning it stopped working and I complaint on whirlpool customer care asking for them to send an engineer from the authorized service centre in Agra. I was told the engineer would be at my place in 24 hours. On the same late afternoon(around 3pm) I got a call from a lady (mobile number [protected]:) informing that it's late to send an engineer so the engineer would be at my place around 11-12 next morning. On 20th June I kept waiting for the engineer to come and endlessly kept calling the service centre to know when the engineer will be here as I had some other commitments. The service centre guy told me that the engineer will be there anytime and that they will inform the engineer..I asked them to give engineer number but they refused to give..then after a few calls the service centre stopped picking up the calls from my mobile. So around 3pm I called from my landline and they picked up. When I asked about it the lady on the other side said they have no information and that engineer will come around 6.in this whole time no one asked for the details of the fridge. I was so annoyed as I had a dinner appointment in the evening.still I waited for the engineer and no luck. The next day on Sunday we tried calling the service centre and no one answered. So we called up another local electrician who came and checked and saw that the compressor was gone. So the compressor had to be changed. Around 6 in the evening your engineer ([protected])calls and says that he was coming. So we told him that the compressor was not working and what would be charges etc..also that he should get it along. Because we still believed in getting the fridge fixed from an authorized service centre. But to our disappointment this guy and another person from ther service centre ([protected])promised n still never turned up. We kept calling but no one picked. So the next day we call again and noone picks. Then around 11am we get a call from the engineer with all excuses. And that was the first time they asked me the model of the fridge. I was surprised as this was the first time they enquired.And to add one tells us that it's an old fridge so needs to be taken to the service centre and it will take another 2 days. Imagine how annoying it was..I didn't get anyone else to fix it relying on the socalled whirlpool service centre but they are just making a fool out o[censored]s and delaying. All my food was spoilt. But still we decided to go ahead and were told that the engineer would come by 3pm for sure. We waited till 4pm but no one turned up. We were so furious and in this heat not having a fridge was turning up to be very problematic.so we just called another engineer who turned up in half an hour, checked the compressor requirement, got the compressor and by the end of Monday our fridge was working. Not because of the whirlpool service centre engineer but someone else. And then around 830pm your engineer calls and says he will come at6am to get the fridge. Now as if that was the last thing left to trouble us n spoil our sleep early in the morning. Now my fridge is working fine. Thanks to the guy who came to fix it an fixed it in mere few hours unlike the authorized service centre which displayed a total unprofessional attitude. As a customer I think my mistake was to pick up a whirlpool product. I had planned to buy a new whirlpool fridge after few years but doesn't look like I will after such a poor service delivery. We always used to think that we should get any services done from an authorized service centre so that we can have the reliability and professionalism. But there was nothing like this over here.. We are definitely going to pass on the message around to our friends not to trust whirlpool anymore because of the poor services. Also not to forgot the pain we have gone through in the 4 days when our fridge was not working. i am not sure how a big company like whirlpool is picking up its service centres Regards Jaspreet [protected] [protected]@gmail.com

            THE POWER BOARD OF THE FRIDGE WAS CHANGED ONE MONTH BACK. WITHIN TWO DAYS THE FRIDGE WAS NOT WORKING. YOUR PERSON CAME AND CHANGED THE BOARD, BUT AGAIN THE FRIDGE STOPPED WORKING. WE WERE INFORMED THAT THE BOARD NEEDS TO BE CHANGED AND THEY WERE WAITING FOR THE NEW BOARD TO COME. IT IS ALMOST ONE MONTH OVER THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM YR AGENT REQUEST PLS LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND DO THE NEEDFUL

                    Custcare (CC) agent gave false info, I had called for Replacement & Rahul (@CC) he gave a complaint num that was for demo?? Dinesh spoke with me next day he refused to take any complaint for false info provided.Dealer Bhushan from Snehanjali said he is not responsible for any such replacement.CC seniors Alfiya & Faizal also refused to register complaint againt Rahul & Dinesh. Reshma is Whirlpool’s branch manager has not acted on the complaint
                    Whirlpool home appliances giving false commitment and information after delivering damaged products and also not registering complaints against dealers snehanjali & customer care agents rahul, dinesh, alfia, faisal sheikh & branch manager reshma more.
                    I had purchased a whirlpool double door refrigerator from ‘snehanjali mall’ at mira road (East) . This dealer delivered the product on 15th june 2015 in the noon in spite we requested them to deliver it in the evening and when they delivered the product it was known that the product is damaged, immediately we brought this to the notice of the delivering person and mr. Bhushan at snehanjali mall by calling him up. The delivery man never answered the call after that also bhushan clearly deny the responsibility and started talking rudely with us and said you can take this up to any consumer court and whirlpool they are not responsible. And gave the false number of whirlpool which was[protected]Incorrect number provided by bhushan)
                    From the website http: / / www. Whirlpoolindia.com / faq / customer - care i could find correct numbers and called on 60008558 where customer care executive mr. Rahul spoke with me (Between 1 to 2:30pm) . I asked him to lodge a complaint for replacement of a damaged product delivered to us. So he agreed and asked me to note down the complaint number which was mb[protected] and said the service engineer will visit in 24 hours and replace the product.
                    I was shocked when i called up for follow up on next day on 16th june 2015 when i came to know that this is a complaint registered for demo. I spoke with dinesh (Between 1:30 to 230pm) and the call went on for long duration. I requested dinesh to note my complain to my surprise he informed we cannot take replacement complaints and asked me to talk to ms. Reshma more[protected] as they cannot register my complaint for replacement on call strange but this is the response i received on the 3rd day of delivery of the product. On the same call i wanted to register a complaint on their registered dealer snehanjali and their customer care executive, they did not register my complaint on top of that they kept transferring calls to their senior first ms. Alfia & then faisal sheikh who also upfront refused to register any complaint not they were ready to give any reference number against all the blunder they kept creating around on the call all these 3 days. Also i was trying to call up reshma their so called branch manager to attend my replacement complaint the number was not available since then. Finally when i could connect the call next day she said she has received this information 2 days back and still no service engineer is assigned to visit the place. Its already 3 days we have not been able to refrigerate any food item as we were advised not to turn on the machine in case of replacement request, so there was lots of stuff that is split as we cud not store it in a cooler place. Our old godrej fridge was taken by the same dealers man on the same day of the visit of delivery. Also i want to add that the delivery was asked in the evening time but the delivery man unexpectedly cam in the afternoon, that created all the more hassle

                        I Vivek Vikas from Lavasa Pune.I bought a whirlpool double door fridge and when i unpack the product i found that the wire was damage.I register my complaints through customer care but it seems they dont care cause i called them 5 times and they put my phone down and chatting with each other.my complaint detail is[protected].Is there job to make customer fool and when we need there help they just throw the ball to somebody else.Please suggest.

                          Hello Whirlpool Manager, I have purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator in May 2012. Recently i faced some issue with my Refrigerator, so called customer care, In two days an engineer visited and found that the Compressor need to be replaced, Initially Engineer told me that the charges for compressor replacement need to be paid... I showed him the bill and warranty details after which he confirm that its under warranty and they will replace it under warranty. Its been 3 days I am following up with the customer care as well as Service Centre (Western Refrigeration, C-245, Noida Sec-63) every now and then but no body is giving me a proper resolution. Even I called up the service engineer but no response, Now he is saying that i must pay for the Compressor replacement. Can anyone suggest me what should be my next course of action?? I am feed up calling the customer care...They really don't bother about customer. Is this the type of service is offered by Whirlpool??                             Whirlpool home appliances giving False commitment and information after delivering damaged products and also not registering complaints against dealers Snehanjali & Customer care agents Rahul, Dinesh, Alfia, Faisal Sheikh & Branch Manager Reshma More. I had purchased a Whirlpool double door refrigerator from ‘SNEHANJALI MALL’ at Mira Road (east). This dealer delivered the product on 15th June 2015 in the noon in spite we requested them to deliver it in the evening and when they delivered the product it was known that the product is damaged, immediately we brought this to the notice of the delivering person and Mr. Bhushan at Snehanjali Mall by calling him up. The delivery man never answered the call after that also Bhushan clearly deny the responsibility and started talking rudely with us and said you can take this up to any consumer court and whirlpool they are not responsible. I asked him to lodge a complaint for replacement of a damaged product delivered to us. So he agreed and asked me to note down the complaint number which was MB[protected] and said the service engineer will visit in 24 hours and replace the product. I was shocked when I called up for follow up on next day on 16th June 2015 when I came to know that this is a complaint registered for Demo. I spoke with Dinesh (between 1:30 to 230pm) and the call went on for long duration. I requested Dinesh to note my complain to my surprise he informed we cannot take replacement complaints and asked me to talk to Ms. Reshma More[protected] as they cannot register my complaint for replacement on call strange but this is the response I received on the 3rd day of delivery of the product. On the same call I wanted to register a complaint on their registered Dearler Snehanjali and their customer care executive, they did not register my complaint on top of that they kept transferring calls to their senior first Ms. Alfia & then Faisal Sheikh who also upfront refused to register any complaint not they were ready to give any reference number against all the blunder they kept creating around on the call all these 3 days. Also I was trying to call up Reshma their so called branch manager to attend my replacement complaint the number was not available since then. Finally when I could connect the call next day she said she has received this information 2 days back and still no service engineer is assigned to visit the place. Its already 3 days we have not been able to refrigerate any food item as we were advised not to turn on the machine in case of replacement request, so there was lots of stuff that is split as we cud not store it in a cooler place. Our old Godrej fridge was taken by the same dealers man on the same day of the visit of delivery. Also I want to add that the delivery was asked in the evening time but the delivery man unexpectedly cam in the afternoon, that created all the more hassel as there was no one to help the recipient to manage all the stuff as she is an aged lady and cannot manage many stuff at the same time. All the Issue and complaint is against below list: 1- Snehanjali – Dealer at Mira Road East 2- Mr. Bhushan (Employed at Snehanjali) 3- WhirlPool India – Name of the Product Owner 4- Mr. Rahul – WhirlPool customer care Executive 5- Mr. Dinesh – WhirlPool customer care Executive 6- Ms. Alfia – Senior to Dinesh at WhirlPool customer care 7- Mr. Faizal Sheikh – Senior to Alfis at WhirlPool customer care 8- Ms. Reshma More – Branch Manager at WhirlPool India for not takiny action on the issue highlighted 2 days back when it was addressed earlier (her contact details[protected]

                                I bought whirlpool induction cook top in January 2015, after two months it stopped working.I raised a complaint about that service, it was repaired but was not working. Again I complained about the product, this time the person took the induction cook top with him for the service .For two weeks they did not respond after calling again and again they said that it cannot be repaired .Then I raised the complained to replace it . After several conversation finally the induction cook top was replaced but unfortunately the new one worked only for an hour and then stopped working. Since then i've complained around ten times but they are not responding. Its been 45 days and i'm still waiting for the response, but no one even care to resolve the problem. Why to sell the defective product and fool their customer. PLEASE NEVER BUY WHIRLPOOL PRODUCT.

                                    Bought a whirlpool refrigerator on 16/08/2014 from a local vendor ( A one Enterprises, berhampur, odisha) with the below model details and the cost was almost 37K. model - FF 2D 355 4S / 2014 Type - Frost free Gross vol - 340 l Storage vol - 310 Starting from the very next day had an issue with it. Even its a dual door the whole freeze is getting ICED and there is a leakage of water across the refrigerator. Raised a complaint on 18/08/2014 with local service centre and the local engineer mentioned there is an issue and it needs a replacement. He asked to connect to the regional centre and they promised the new freeze will be delivered in another 5 days. It's been 10 months and nothing was done. Every Time we usually reach to the team they always says it will take 2 more days. It's really FRUSTRATED and feels like CHEATED after paying so much bucks. Can anyone work on this to solve it ASAP.                                         I bought a 35k worth of PRO 355 ELITE 3S ALPHA STEEL(I)(340 Ltr) on 24th May 2015 Received with faulty parts, Demo person promised for a replacement...it has been 20 days now received 3 calls asking about the same issue where the Demo person has taken pics of the faulty area on the fridge. My Biggest mistake to choose Whirlpool. Keep up the Worst Service/Faulty Products. I will escalate this issue all ways possible and just like everyone do word of mouth about your company will be spread rapidly due to my FRUSTRATION If you are really concerned about your customers I expect a replacement at the earliest. Lets see whether you give a damn to this situation.
